Upon Bluenote's defeat, all high-ranking members of Grimoire Heart have been defeated. There were still many lesser members of Grimoire Heart remaining, but they were defeated rather easily. The Fairy Tail mages round the defeated enemies up and Ben teleported them out to sea.
"Where's Master?" Freed asked.
"With Hades. I thought he wanted to have a personal chat with him, so I left him there." Ben answered.
"So, what should we do now?" Bickslow asked.
"For now, let's treat your injuries and rest. Wendy healed Elfman and Evergreen because they received serious injuries. But you guys seem to be doing rather well, so let's avoid use Wendy's healing spell." Ben insisted.
"Then, I will treat your injuries." Erza said from behind.
They all look at Erza who was now in a sexy nurse's outfit. The boys' eyes widen and all of them except for Ryu and Ben line up in front of Erza, waiting for their turn to be treated.
"They're hopeless." Ben sighed.
He said that but as soon as he was done speaking, he was in the front of the line. The others in line protest because he cut in line but he ignored them. However, the boys suddenly flinch after feeling a murderous aura.
They all look at the source which was Mira who smiled, but had a dark expression on her face. Ben is sweating and shaking in fear seeing her smile. The other boys then look at Ben and kick him out of the line to avoid receiving Mira's anger.
"It seems you need some need some treatment, Ben." Mira said as she slowly walked towards him, still donning a scary smile.
"U-um, I think I'm not that injured. *Cough* Master is sure taking his time. I'll check to see if he's alright." Ben said before teleporting away.
"Ah, he ran away." Gildarts said.
Ben appeared in the area where he fought Hades and sighed in relief. He doesn't have another chance to run away from the Demon, Mirajane. Life is precious and he doesn't want to lose it now.
He looked around and tried to find Makarov, but the old man wasn't there. Then Ben used his magic sense and found Makarov on the coast. He also felt a unfamiliar magic power so he went there immediately.
When he arrived at the coast, Ben saw Makarov standing there while looking out at sea. There was a tall man beside him with blonde hair and a cape on his back. Both of them were looking at the departed airship that can still fly despite receiving a lot of damage when the Devil's Heart was destroyed earlier.
"Master, are you alright?" Ben asked as he stood behind them.
"Oh, Ben. Yeah, I'm fine." Makarov answered.
Ben looked at the man beside Makarov who had also turned around. The guy had a scar on his face that was shaped like a lightning bolt. Now Ben knew who this man was, it's Laxus, a former S-Class wizard in his guild and Makarov's grandson.
But Ben didn't say anything until Makarov introduced Laxus to him and vice versa. The two shake each other's hand and judge each other for a moment. Then they just relax and treat each other in a casual manner.
Ben doesn't know why Laxus is here but it was none of his business. If Makarov allowed Laxus to be here then that's fine. Besides, there's nothing wrong with a grandson visiting his grandfather.
"Did you let Hades go?" Ben asked.
"Yeah, this is to pay all my debts to him. Sorry about this, Ben. You worked so hard to defeat him but I just let him go." Makarov apologized.
"I don't mind you doing that. Having a battle where I can go all out is enough. But you need to think of a excuse for the Magic Council." Ben said.
Makarov's ears twitched when he heard that. He just remembered that the Magic Council will question them about this. But then he also remembered that the Magic Council sent a spy to infiltrate the S-Class exam.
Makarov asked Ben about it and he said that their ships were blown up by Azuma. Now they've sent more ships but they're floating just beyond the island while the Fairy Tail mages fought the dark mages.
"So those bastards didn't fight but then they will capture the dark mages after we defeated them?" Laxus asked.
"Most likely. It's how they normally operate." Ben answered.
"Tch, damn bastards." Laxus cursed.
"Anyway, the others have gathered up so you need to go there, master." Ben stated.
Makarov agreed and then Ben teleported both him and Laxus to camp. After teleporting there, Ben went somewhere else. It wasn't because he was afraid of Mira, there was a place he needed to visit.
Ben teleported to the site where one of his clones was interrogating Zancrow. The guy had been interrogated through various methods but he still didn't say anything. Ben's clone even resorted to torture, but Zancrow still didn't say anything about God Slayer Magic.
"Ha ha ha, you won't get anything from me. After Master gets his hands on Zeref, you're all done for." Zancrow laughed.
"Your master, huh? He's run away, leaving you behind with your comrades that are still alive." Ben informed him.
"Hah, you're bluffing." Zancrow scoffed.
"Whatever. You can think what you want, but it's the truth." Ben said as he dispelled the clone in front of him.
Ben looked at Zancrow and figured that torture won't work on him. So he used another method that he was thinking about. Ben approached Zancrow and put his right hand on his head.
"Soul Extractor!" Ben chanted.
He pulled Zancrow's soul out of his body easily because Zancrow was weakened by the torture. Then Ben put Zancrow's soul in a wood puppet that he had prepared. The puppet is shaped like a ball with eyes and a smiling mouth, a very easy to make puppet.
After that Ben wrote a rune formation on the floor and put Zancrow's body on it. He activated the runes and they light up. The runes move towards Zancrow and cover his body like tattoos, then his body also lights up.
Zancrow's glowing body suddenly shrank until it was the size of a child's fist. The light then fades and a black ball with flame patterns appears there. Ben had just transformed Zancrow into a lacrima crystal.
This is the same thing he did to Midas to obtain Sun Devil Slayer Magic. This rune formation had been improved by Ben and A.I Chip, so it's quite different. He used it on Zancrow because he was wondering if he could make a Fire God Slayer lacrima and he was successful.
Now Ben can use this lacrima to learn about Fire God Slayer Magic and tried to create Sun God Slayer Magic. It won't be easy, but he had A.I Chip's help. A.I Chip helped him learn and created a number of spells over the years, so it should be able to do this.
If he can find a book on Sun God Slayer Magic or whatever it was that can help him learn the magic, then he wouldn't need to do this. But the possibility to get it is very small because it might be located in another country or even continent. Maybe it didn't even exist, so it was better if he made it himself.
Ben stored the lacrima and Zancrow puppet in his storage mark. Then he returned to camp and met back up with his guild mates. All of them were resting, but some of them weren't there having gone somewhere else.
"Where have you been, Ben?" Mira asked out of nowhere, surprising him.
There was still a scary smile on her face, so Ben knew that she hasn't let him go. He needed to appease her and flashed in front of her and grabbed her waist, hugging her. Before Mira could react, Ben teleported her to a lake on the island.
After that, he immediately kisses Mira deeply, surprising her, but she accepted it. This is why he left camp because he wanted to avoid the gazes from the others. But then Ben and Mira realized that Gildarts and Cana were hugging each other beside them and Lucy, Natsu and Happy were watching from the side.
They look at each other awkwardly.
"G-Good afternoon." Ben nervously said.
