Doranbolt explained what happened on Tenrou Island from his point of view to Porylusica. The old woman was shocked and became angry with the Magic Council because they didn't do anything but watch.
Her cold demeanor disappeared and she started to cry. She had lost her good friend Makarov and some precious young mages. Even though she said she hated humans and said that they are stupid, that doesn't mean that she doesn't love those who are close to her.
She started hitting Doranbolt while angrily shouting at him and crying. The other Council members move to stop her, but Doranbolt held his hand out. This meant not to move until he gave the all clear. He was someone that hated Fairy Tail, the troublemaker guild. But he never wanted to kill them so he was full of guilt.
Porylusica went on a long rant before she chased the Council members away. She doesn't want to see them anymore and they do as she said. They return to their airship and leave the forest.
The old woman returned to her house and checked on the three again. Then sometime later, she heard a commotion in front of her house. She sighed and came outside to see every Fairy Tail mage who was in Magnolia. The Council informed them about the incident and they rushed here immediately.
"SILENCE, YOU RUFFIANS! CAN'T YOU GIVE THE PATIENTS SOME PEACE?" Porlyusica shouted.
Everyone became silent.
"H-how are they?" Macao asked, worried.
"I won't say that they are fine, but at least they're not going to die right now. Mira and Bella will be fine after some treatment, but I can't say anything about Ben. His condition is so bad that I can only think his survival was a miracle." Porylusica said.
They are all relieved but then were concerned about Ben.
"Is it really that bad?" Alzack asked. Porylusica nodded.
"It is. He broke almost all the bones in his body, a lot of his muscle fibers were torn, many of his internal organs were damaged, and I won't say anything about his skin. He came here with blood all over his body that I couldn't recognize him. That's how bad his condition was."
"I could only give him basic treatment so he won't die for now. He will need a lot of treatment and I don't know when he will wake up. I don't even know if he will ever wake up again. Even now, I still have no idea how he managed to survive with all those injuries. I can guarantee you Mira and Bella will be healed. But you guys can only pray for Ben while I will do my best to help him." Porlyusica explained.
The Fairy Tail mages were shocked to hear their explanation. Ben's injuries were enough to kill anyone but he managed to survive. They were relieved to know he survived, but sad that he has a low chance of being healed or even surviving his injuries.
"Mrs. Porlyusica, we will do anything to help. So if you need anything, tell us and we will do our best to help. It's bad enough that we lost master and the others, so we can't lose anyone else." Macao said with tears on his face.
The others finally cry now. This incident was so sudden that they couldn't cry yet. They were also still in disbelief, but then they finally realize it's the truth and it broke their hearts. They've lost their guild mates, their friends who are dear to them.
Porlyusica let them cry until they were satisfied and calmed down. They want to see Ben, Mira and Bella, but Porlyusica only allowed some of them to do it. Only Macao, Wakaba, Alzack and Bisca were allowed to see the three right now, something they agreed with.
Sometime later, the four returned with shocked expressions on their faces. Ben's condition startled them because it was worse than they thought. Even though his external wounds closed, they could still see his condition was grave.
The mages then leave to not disturb the patients and Porlyusica. They return to their guild hall with sad expressions, very different from their usual cheerful faces. Their world had just been turned upside in a day.
Inside the tree house, Porylusica just grieves by herself. She had been friends with Makarov for decades and they are close. It can be said that they are best friends and she had just lost her best friend, so she is very sad now.
"We've gone through a lot and have lost many friends. But I never thought I would lose you this fast. How can you die too, stupid Makarov? You still haven't fulfilled all your promises." Porlyusica said with tears trailing down her face.
Everyone in Fairy Tail is grieving and they don't do anything that day. The next day, they hold a funeral without any corpses. They just hold a ceremony and engrave their names on a stone monument behind the guild hall.
After that, no one in Fairy Tail took jobs for a week. They weren't in the mood to do any job so they remain silent. Some people eventually take a job because their families need money, so they work.
Inside the tree house, Porylusica was treating Bella. She treated the three of them every day in different rooms and checked on their conditions every hour when she was awake. Mira and Bella's conditions have improved a lot during this week, so she was relieved.
The only problem was Ben who didn't show any improvement. Although it might be because he was badly injured that his injuries weren't visible. The good thing was his condition didn't deteriorate.
Porylusica re-read all her medical books and even purchased new ones. She needs to improve her already high medical skill because it is still not enough to heal Ben. If she doesn't improve herself, then Ben will never wake up.
Then finally, 9 days later, 16 days after the incident, Bella woke up. 2 days after that, Mira also woke up but she still can't move. Both of them don't know the current situation and Porlyusica doesn't intend to tell them yet.
She will tell them after their conditions get better because it might affect them. They will be shocked and it will be bad for their health. They just need to improve their health for now so Porylusica keeps evading their questions about the incident.
The news of the girls waking up made everyone in the guild happy. They were finally relieved a little after being tense for a few days. Ben's condition still worried them though, but knowing Mira and Bella woke up was good enough for now.
Well, Ben's condition finally improved after 16 days. It's just a small improvement, but Porlyusica and the fairies were relieved. At least they have hope now even though they don't know when Ben will wake up.
Mira and Bella's conditions improved faster after they woke up. It's because they can consume their medicine by themselves and they can eat food again. But they were still clueless about what happened on Tenrou Island and think that everyone is being treated separately.
After one more week, the two of them can finally stand and walk by themselves. Most of their injuries have been healed and Porlyusica predicted they will fully recover in a month. But with their health improved like this, Porlyusica knew that she wouldn't be able to stay silent any longer, and she was right.
"Grandma Porlyusica, can I see the others now? I want to see my siblings and Ben." Mira said hopefully.
Porylusica was silent for a moment.
"Sure. But let's check on Bella first." She said.
Mira agreed and they went to Bella's room. They see Bella sitting outside the window and look outside with a sad face. She misses Ben, Mira, Wendy and Carla because she hadn't seen them for days now.
"Bella, what are you doing here?" Mira asked with a smile.
Bella turned and her face beamed happily when she saw Mira. "MIRA!"
She shouted while flying towards Mira. They hug each other and talk happily. Then Bella suddenly asked about Ben, so Mira looked at Porylusica.
"Alright, let's see him. Prepare yourselves." Porlyusica said.
They enter Ben's room which is filled with magic runes. His bed is right in the center of the room and he is unconscious. The girls wanted to approach him, but Porlyusica stopped them in their tracks.
"Grandma, what happened to Ben? He doesn't look so good." Mira said, worried.
Porlyusica had a sad expression on her face.
"I will explain everything to you, but you might want to sit down." She said.
