Author's Note:

This chapter was originally published as chapter 24, but I realized it's chapter 25. Sorry for the confusion.

I know I said earlier that it would be a while before I posted in this story but I realized that I never posted this chapter up because life got so busy for me and my family. So, here it is, hope y'all enjoy it!

Moments later the girls and I found ourselves, after saying goodbye to the boys again, in two SUVs on our way to the stores.

I couldn't put my finger on it, but I had a feeling something was about to happen. I even told the girls who, brushed it off and told me to relax and enjoy our little trip.

So, I ignored it against my better judgement and allowed us to go.

Everything seemed fine, until it wasn't.

It happened an hour and a half after we arrived to where the stores were located.

Upon arriving, we decided to split the group, and slowly began to work our way through each store.

For some reason I ended up with Sienna while Heidi, Esme, Sul, Rose and Alice walked ahead of us.

It was late afternoon, and we had just exited the third store of many that Alice and Rose wanted to visit before deciding to stop for lunch.

We were about to reach the SUVs when we heard a few screeches, and a dozen men surrounded us.

Now, I'm not one to back out of a challenge, and neither is Rose or Heidi, but I am ashamed to say that we were overwhelmed, and rather quickly too.

I only managed to take down two guys before another two had me neutralized. I only managed to gasp as I felt a sharp pinch in my arm and everything went dark.

When I woke up I gasped as I realized I wasn't alone. Alice and Rose were with me, and we were in what seemed to be a dark, musty room that smelled like stale body odor, and sweaty balls.

Oh, and we were chained, by our wrists, to the top metal beams of the room too. Hanging off the ground like a dead animal carcass.

My arms and shoulders were tired and sore from the strain and position, my feet were hanging off the floor by like three feet. I felt like a child again.

I could hear Alice whimpering, as we heard the door slam open in the distance, probably hitting the back wall with the force.

"Shh… calm down. We'll be ok. Don't panic, Ally. I'll get us out of here." I promised as she whimpered again.

I shushed her again, before slowly turning to look at the men who had entered the room, coldly.

The dark haired older one took one look at us and did a double take.

Murmuring in fast Italian under his breath before turning to smack the younger one.

"What the fuck is this?!" He growled.

"Stavro told me Giano wanted these three brought in for questioning." The younger one answered, terrified.

"Benny, you were only supposed to follow them, you asshole! When Mase and the Massimos find out that you kidnapped la sua principessa! He's going to fucking kill us all!" (His princess)

"He won't." Another voice said, smiling at him. "Not over these broads, anyway." The new voice said amused.

"Antonin, what the fuck are you talking about?" The dark haired man asked as the vein on his forehead began to pulsate.

"I mean, the boss gave strict orders. These three were to be brought here, and left here until he got back from France." The pale blonde haired man said.

The dark haired man ran a hand over his face before turning to look at us, noticing we were awake.

"Sedate them again." He ordered before walking out.

The blonde nodded before leaving. A moment later he walked in and injected something into our left thighs, causing us to gasp before losing consciousness shortly after.

I woke up a sometime later with the same blonde man sneering at me as he slowly watched me.

He walked over, pulling a gun out as he did.

Without hesitating, I pulled myself up, and kicked him in the chest causing him to fly back and hit his head on the corner of a metal desk with a sickening crack, landing at my feet as he fell like a potato sack.

My shoes had been lost in the struggle.

My skirt ripped, and my favorite wraparound torn to shreds.

I grimaced in disgust, as the already foul air began to mix with the familiar metallic smell of blood.

"Bella, what the fuck did you do?" Rose gasped, as she woke up and saw the sight in front of us.

"I just saved our skins." I whispered, breathlessly as I rolled my head on my shoulders.

"What? What happened?" She asked, panicked.

"I'll tell you after we get out of here alive. You're up, babe. Reach down with your feet and grab those keys from the loop of his belt. Right over there." I instructed, jutting my chin in the direction of the man.

She sighed, cracked her neck, and rolled her shoulders before reaching up and pulling herself up with her arms, before slowly stretching down her long shapely legs.

She slowly stretched, until it looked like she was doing a ballet turn. Her toes reached the key a second later, and she grabbed it and reached up with her toes to unlock the lock.

She dropped a second later, before grabbing the key and helping Alice and I down.

A few seconds later we heard dozens of footsteps heading toward us.

I led Alice to safety around the corner, hidden by shelves and boxes, as Rosalie grabbed a gun, unlocking the safety and pointing to the door.

I grabbed the two knives the man had on him and a gun with a silencer he had on his ankle holster.

The door burst open, and Rosalie let off a warning shot.

"Stay away from us, motherfuckers." She warned, cocking the gun.

"Who the fuck are you?" One of the men asked, walking toward her.

I slowly snuck through the shelves, and used the gun with a silencer, hitting most of the men.

As the rest of the men suddenly began looking around in fear, I snuck up behind the one who had his back toward me, slashing his throat before he could even react.

The man next to him quickly tried to hit me, only for me to throw the knife at his chest and use the other one to cut the other two's throats, trying not to cringe as blood splashed and they fell to the ground making gurgling sounds.

By the time I killed all of the men, Rosalie had shot down the man who walked towards her, and turned towards me, looking pale.

"Ally, it's safe." I whispered, as I walked towards them.

They gaped at me, before turning to look at the doorway.

"Principessa?" I heard someone speak, causing me to turn before throwing the two knives, and take the gun from Rose and shoot towards the speaker.

"Woah! Hey, easy."

I cocked the gun, "How did you find us? Did you know?" I asked, breathing hard as I placed myself between Rose and Alice, and the three men standing in the doorway.

They gaped at me before shaking their heads at me in response.

"What? No, principessa, I swear." He reassured me, slowly making his way towards us, with his hands in the air.

I stared at him blankly, as I cocked the gun again.

"Love, if I had known what he was up to, I would never have left. The moment we caught wind of what was happening, we rushed over here to stop him. Are you alright?" He asked.

"I'm fine. Why wouldn't I be?" I asked frowning.

"Well, for one, you're covered in blood from head to toe and not even cringing at the sight. And two, you're still pointing the gun at me." He said as he reached where I was standing.

I frowned, realizing I was, indeed, covered in blood, from what I could see. And that the gun in my hands was still pointing directly at him steadily. Kill shot style.

"You're safe now, mia amore, no one is going to hurt you." He said, reassuringly.

I nodded, as I felt his hands wrap around my hands, ripping the gun away, throwing it over his shoulder, before he pulled me into his arms.

"You're okay, amore. I'm here." He whispered.

I nodded, before pushing him away, and smacking him upside the head with all the strength I could muster.

"I told your ass that something wasn't right about this before you left, and something like this could happen. But because you decided to ignore me. Because of your pigheadedness, Heidi is now in the hospital, along with Sienna , while we ended up here. Did you bring one car?" I asked him.

"No, Jasper has his outside too." He replied, frowning.

"Good, then your ass can drive yourself home. Come on, Alice, Rose? Let's get out of here." I said as Jasper threw me a set of keys.

"But Prin—" he began.

"Save it, Edward. Don't you say another word. I don't want to hear it." I snapped as we pushed past them.

"Oh, I hope you have a good excuse to tell your father, because if you think I'm angry, I hate to see what he's going to do when he realizes some asshole managed to get his hands on us because you got overconfident." I said, as I pulled the girls out of there.

Rose hugged Alice to her side as we stumbled through the bodies in the building, until we reached outside.

We grabbed the three pairs of boots that were sitting on the patio before walking towards the Jeep.

"Rose, you drive." I whispered, helping Alice into the backseat.

She wordlessly took the keys, and climbed into the driver's seat.

Alice buckled in wordlessly, as I opened the door, and lifted my leg up, swiftly swinging myself into the damn monster jeep before slamming it closed.

"Where to?" Rose asked as she quickly pulled out.

"First thing is first… Alice, how do you feel about shopping for us?" I asked as I grabbed a rag that was in the car and tried to wipe the blood off my face with the back of my arm only making it worse.

"I— I can do that." She whispered, nodding.

"You also need to go in and check in at the hotel for us." Rose said, frowning down at her bloodstained pink top.

"Don't worry about the hotel. Just get the clothes." I replied, looking out the window.

Alice nodded in response, "What store are you stopping at?" She asked.

"Department store, down third. Be quick. Get us a couple of sets of everything, and coats and sunglasses so we can cover ourselves." Rose replied as she sped down the empty road.

"Got it." She said, looking out the window.

Just as we asked, Alice speedily got us a mountain of clothes, color coordinating all the boxes so we knew who owned what.

She got us oversized jackets, caps and sunglasses, handing them to us as we made our way towards the hotel.

She got out, slipping on her coat to cover the dirt on her clothes.

I pulled out the familiar key card, handing it to her, before slipping on the oversized sweater.

We asked all of our things to be taken in before rushing in.

"Call Edwin, tell him where we are, and tell him we need someone outside the door all night." Rose told me.

I nodded, teaching for the phone, only for a knock to interrupt.

"Who is it?" I called.

"Your— your things ma'am." The bellboy replied.

I nodded, before grabbing the fire poker, and hiding it behind my back as I went to open the door.

The young man gasped as he was pushed out of the way.

Edward, Jasper, and Emmett stormed through the door, pulling all the things in before shoving the cart out.

"What the hell are you all doing here?" I snapped.

"We're here to watch over you." He replied flatly.

"Like hell you are! Get the fuck out of here!" Rose said as she snatched the poker from my hands and smacked Emmett over the head with it, causing him to cry out in pain as he fell to the ground.

"Oh shit!" Jasper gasped, as Alice ripped off her boots and threw those angrily at him, this time beaming him on the shoulder and back.

I almost laughed as Alice threw a flower vase at his head, missing him by a mile.

"Go on… I want to see you get out of this one." I said moving away from him.

Edward gasped, making a move towards me only for me to dodge his grasp, and swing my leg in a roundhouse kick, kicking his legs from under him.

"Do. Not. Put your hands on me." I ground out, stepping over his chest.

He groaned as he laid on the ground groaning.

"You need to leave." I said, moving away from him.

"Not a chance. You're my fiancee. I'm staying with you." He firmly said as he sat up.

"You didn't stay earlier. Even though you knew of the possibilities. So, I tell you again. You need to leave." I said, moving towards the door.

He shook his head, as he stood up and slowly walked over to me.

"One day was all it took for you to break your promise. You don't get to act all protective of me now, Edward." I said.

"Look, I was wrong, we all were. We're sorry, but you can't stay here alone by yourselves." He said as he reached for me.

"Wrong answer, Masen." I ground out, as I used the arm he outstretched towards me, and flipped him over my shoulder.

Just as my fist was about to connect to his face, a hand caught it.

"Woah, Bellsy. Hold your horses." Peter said as he dropped my hand, before helping Edward off the floor.

Of course, Edwin would send him, of all the people.

I sighed, as I took a step back. "You better be here to pick him up." I stated, crossing my arms.

"Actually, I am here to stay. But yes, a car is waiting for them to drive them back home." He explained.

"What? No. I'm not leaving." Edward said as Emmett finally groaned from the floor.

"You are. Your father is waiting for you at home. Garrett and James will be joining me in security detail soon. Now, grab those saps, and go." He ordered, giving them a look.

All three looked at each other before sighing and turning to leave without another word.

"So, what do we do now?" Rosalie asks me.

I turned slowly to look at her, "We wait to see what happens as consequences of those bastards kidnapping us… For now, let's shower and change … Then we're going to sit back and watch the chips fall where they may." I replied walking into the room and towards the bathroom without looking back.

An hour after we had all showered, Garrett finally sat down with us and explained that this had all been the plot of Endrizzi, and that he had been following Edward since we met. It's how he knew who I was.

When he finished he told me that all bets were off. The heads of the families knew what had happened and granted permission for the wedding and retaliation for Endrizzi's actions.

"So, what is going to happen now?" I asked as Rosalie exited the bedroom she and Alice shared.

"Now, we retaliate." He told me.

I nodded, "Call Edwin. I need to speak with him." I finally said.
