Tyler, Dylan, and Sophie were happily riding on the pinatas Alucard had enlarged and magically animated. They were riding around with small bats and batting away at the pinatas. They would stop for something to eat but they were too engrossed with the living pinatas. Alucard had warned he'd only be able to keep them animated and enlarged for an hour and the kids were not wasting the time.

Meanwhile, the Scientists were talking with the other members of the Justice League. J'onn was doing his best to not be noticed, he didn't have the best experience when it came to human scientists.

Unfortunately, Dr. Lyle was choosing to ignore just how uncomfortable J'onn was.

"So, how have you been Martien," Dr. Lyle asked.

"I have been well Dr. Platt," J'onn stated.

"I can see that, I can't believe they let you just wander around without some form of inhibitor," the Doctor said.

"I do need it as I do not pry into the minds of others without permission," J'onn claimed "Unless under extreme circumstances,"

"Well, one can never be too careful," Dr. Lyle said and adjusted his glass "I wonder if the League would be so lenient if they knew about your other powers,"

"They are aware of all my abilities and they respect me for it,"

"They should fear you," Dr. Lyle hissed "you are a threat, you brought an unknown substance to earth, and not long afterward Earth was invaded by your people,"

"That was something you and your staff destroyed," J'onn responded "After I told you it was needed to protect your world and the Imperium were not my people,"

"Just like how humans are not your people, yet you still want us to believe you are here to protect us," Dr. Lyle scoffed.

J'onn was about to respond however Batman walked up to stand next to him before he could.

"Sorry to interrupt," Batman said and appeared out of nowhere. Giving Dr. Lyle a small jump "J'onn the pressure seems to be off in the hanger bay, do you mind helping me fix it?"

"Very well," J'onn said and he floated up towards the monitors. Batman watched him go before giving a glare to Dr. Lyle and then heading off to follow J'onn.

Batman joined J'onn at the monitors, the Martin was already looking at the pressure systems in the Watchtower however there didn't appear to be anything wrong with them. When the Dark Knight was standing next to him, J'onn spoke up.

"Batman you appear to be mistaken, there is nothing wrong with the Watchtowers pressure system," J'onn said.

"I know, I only said that to get you away from Lyle," Batman said.

"I do not like that man," J'onn stated.

"I noticed, you've met him before haven't you," Batman stated "he was a scientific advisor for the military before he joined the Prometheus project,"

J'onn looked at Batman critically.

"I'm a detective remember," Batman answered the unspoken question.

J'onn let out a sigh. He leaned forward on the console, resting his hands on it.

"Do you remember how you, Superman, and I met?" J'onn asked.

"Yes, you were being held in a military scientific research centre,"

"Dr. Lyle was the scientist in charge of me, he was unpleasant," J'onn said "He

"I read his file, Lyle is paranoid and has backward views on certain subjects. Particularly regarding race, status, and intelligence,"

"He was a paranoid and cruel man when I knew him and took great pleasure in making my life before the League as miserable as possible. Kept going on about humans being the superior race,"

"I also read he was constantly asking permission to discreet you,"

"He did, however, he was overruled on all such occasions," J'onn said "your government saw more value in me being alive than dead,"

Batman nodded. He walked past J'onn and looked down to the gathering to see Lyle had made his way over to stand with Dr. Reese and Dr. Riddley were standing and chatting to Alucard.

"Seems he's found his next target," Batman commented.

J'onn looked over and saw where he was heading.

"Do you want to warn Alucard?"

"No, I am sure he can handle it," J'onn responded.

Batman nodded.

"Do you want to go back down or stay up here for a bit?"

"I will stay up here. It is not just Dr. Lyle, Batman. I do not feel comfortable around any human scientists," J'onn claimed.

"Understandable. Stay up here and keep an eye on that pressure system. It's been acting up lately," Batman instructed before heading back down "I'll make sure Lyle doesn't bother you or anyone else,"

"I think I will do just that," J'onn agreed.

Batman made his way back down to the gathering, he walked over to the food table and served himself a slice of the Apple Pie that Superman's mother had made. Before walking past Alucard who was engaged in a conversation with the three scientists. He moved over and stood near where Superman and Wonder Woman were supervising the children on the enlarged pinatas. His back was turned to the others giving the impression that he was watching the children. He was still close enough to overhear the conversation between Alucard and the scientists.

Looks like Hawk Girl had found some bats as they were all ridding past and waking the non-enchanted pinatas. Green Lantern was also using his ring to manoeuvre the other pinatas. While Superman and Wonder Woman continued to float nearby just encase one of the kids fell off.

"So, you're from the past," Dr. Reese "how far back are you from?"

"I…am not quite sure. I suffered some minor memory loss when I was sealed away," Alucard answered as he picked at his plate of food. He had a variety of different options from the table "though I have been told it has been just over a century,"

This was a lie of course and Alucard was only answering like this due to the story that had been published in the daily planet. Batman internally approved of the answer.

"That is unfortunate if you happen to know what the last date you remember. Then you would have a good starting point,"

"I…do not. It was a hard time for me back then…I don't think I ever bothered keeping track of the days,"

"Hmph, you could have at least tried," Lyle snorted "but then I suppose even knowing what the term Date was would be a stretch. Let alone that you would have the skill or education to write it down,"

Batman narrowed his eyes, bad enough that he was making J'onn uncomfortable but now he was questioning Alucard's intelligence simply because he was from a different time period. Batman was prepared to come up with another excuse to get Alucard away from Lyle. However, he heard Alucard's response before he could.

"If you are implying, I was not part of the elite class and nothing more than a simple peasant then you are sorely mistaken. I was given a very extensive education and was taught by the greatest minds of the age,"

"Yet you didn't bother recording the date, not a very educational decision," Lyle retorted.

"My apologies for not recording or remembering the dates from over a hundred years ago. I suppose I should have found time to keep track of time while I was running for my life trying to avoid the same fate that befell my mother and father," Alucard apologised politely, however, there was an undertone of malicious intent behind his words.

De. Reese's eyes flickered between Lyle and Alucard. She was afraid of this, for some reason Lyle had to be the smartest person in the room and prove it to everybody. It was annoying since he always came off rude and inconsiderate.

"How have you been finding this time period?" she asked, hoping to find a safe subject to talk about "It must have been a shock to see how different society is,"

"It has been a challenge to adjust," Alucard agreed "However the Justice League has been very patient with me and I am adapting well at my own pace,"

"I'd image our modern-day technology would have looked like magic to you and we would have been gods in your eyes,"

"Lyle," Reese warned.

"I'm only stating a fact. Its common throughout history that humans with different ways and higher society advancements are seen as gods to those from more primitive societies. The early stages of medicine for instance was deemed witchcraft or magic," Lyle claimed "the same would apply to someone from a hundred years ago,"

"Do not worry Dr. Reese, I take no offense. After all, I must seem like a got to someone like Dr. Lyle here," Alucard stated "though I assure you I am not,"

"And why would I see you as a god?" Lyle snorted.

"You just said that human cultures that are less advanced view those with magic as gods…so it is only natural you Dr. Lyle view me as one,"

"You're not a god and I don't see you like one," Dr. Lyle snapped "You're from a primitive being from a primitive time and anything you know can be explained with simple science,"

"Oh, then you can please explain those," Alucard said and looked over towards the enlarged pinatas. Somehow Flash had convinced Dylan to let him ride on his and Sophie had Superman and Hawk girl was riding with Tyler.

Wonder Woman was acting like a general commanding the non-enchanted pinatas and Green Lantern was moving them around with his ring. The kids all had the biggest smiles and Dr. Reese and Dr, Riddley didn't remember ever seeing them having this much fun.

"Well, clearly you set some kind of mechanism or robotic skeleton that was pre-programmed, they were placed in pinatas to make them move and that whole display dark energy was simply a theatrical display of your meta-abilities,"

"And how did I change the size?" Alucard asked.

"Ailen technology," Dr. Lyle answered.

"Hmm…those are good theories," Alucard acknowledged. Dr. Lyle smirked triumphantly "However you are incorrect,"

Dr. Lyle's smirk vanished.

"There is no metal skeleton, otherworldly technology involved. If you are willing to wait you may inspect the Pinatas once they return to their normal size…you will find the only thing in them are sweets,"

"Then how would you explain it?" Dr. Lyle snapped. He did not like to be wrong.

"Well, it was a simple use of dark energy in combination with complex equations and manipulation of energy from the surrounding environment around us learned through intense study and focus…also known as Magic,"

"Magic does not exist," Dr. Lyle retorted "Magic is just science that is misunderstood,"

"Then by your logic…the world and society that I am from was more advanced than it currently is,"

"Oh please, a hundred years ago no one knew what the toilet was,"

"Then if you are as you say from a more advanced society than I, you will have no problem explaining the complex equation of manipulating and recirculating the natural untapped energy flow of electron in the air that formed the dark energy I produced to allow those children the opportunity to ride giant moving Paper-Mache animals," Alucard asked.

Dr. Lyle's only response was to glare at Alucard and storm off.

Batman smirked and took a spoon full of food to cover up his laughter. He knew that Lyle would not be able to explain what Alucard had done and he wished he could turn to see the look on Lyle's face…he made a mental note to look the footage up later.

Alucard watched as Dr. Lyle stormed off, muttering under his breath about being insulted.

How did you do it?" Dr. Riddley asked once he was gone.

Alucard looked at her and gave her a smirk. "Magic," he responded.

"Lyle is gone now, you don't need to mock me too," Riddley huffed.

"My apologies, it was not my intention to insult you. However, I truly did use magic," Alucard claimed "I am learned in the mystic arts,"

"Really?" Dr. Reese asked.

"I know it may seem hard to believe… especially given how far the world has developed…but magic truly does exist. From what I have seen people have just forgotten or lost the ability to harness it,"

The other two scientists looked over at the kids and

"You know what, I believe him," Dr. Reese said.

"Really,"

"Yeah, I mean, just because we don't understand or know how he did this. Those kids are having a great time and they're the happiest I've ever seen them and that's pretty magical to me," Dr. Reese said "I think that the kids are having fun for the first time in a long time is what's important,"

"Your right," Dr. Riddley agreed. She then turned to Alucard "Thanks for doing… whatever you did for the children,"

"My pleasure, may I ask you about your work? I have some questions," Alucard continued. "Superman told me that you are looking for cures for genetic diseases that affect children,"

"Yes, a surprisingly number of children are born with low or even lack of motor functions. Our research will help cure such disabilities,"

"I understand…but why do you not simply fix the problem at the source?"

"I wish it was that simple,"

"Is it not?"

"No, sometimes the brain lacks the signals to move the legs or the signal gets blocked," Dr. Reese explained "and since each child's brain is different as are their disabilities it would be too difficult to attempt to cure them at the source,"

"But as long as the brain is intact and it sends out those signals…then it becomes of a case of those signals not reaching their destination," Alucard reasoned "In which case you need only to discover what is blocking the signals and correct the blockage,"

"It sounds simple when you put it like that," Dr. Reese sighed.

"The reality is, we can't play with the children's nerve system. A healthy human nerve system is already fragile. If we mess around with Sophie's, Tyler's, and Dylan's nerve systems we could damage them further" Dr. Riddley explained.

"While your suggestion is theoretically possible. Unfortunately, without a proper map of each child's brain and nerve system it would be impossible to do any of that safely," Reese pointed out.

Batman turned the conversation out after Lyle stormed off. He had a satisfied smirk on his face, he tracked Lyle around the monitor womb with his eyes and found the male scientists watching everyone with contempt in his eyes.

After about forty minutes the Pinatas stopped moving and shrunk back to their natural size. The three children were very disappointed that they could no longer play on them. Superman looked over at Alucard asking him a silent question, but the vampire shook his head. Superman frowned and looked away; he didn't want the kids to be too disappointed. So, he, Wonder Woman, Hawk Girl, flash, and Green Lantern kept them entertained by flying them around. Demonstrating their powers and letting the adults take a few pictures and selfies with the League.

Alucard opted to remain out of the photos, as he would not show up and it would raise some unwanted questions. After another hour Superman gathered everyone in front of the large window, to watch Prometheus pass the Watchtower. J'onn remained up by the control console.

The space station came into view and slowly passed by; it was quite a sight. Prometheus had a ring design with a central area in the middle. As it passed a few of the kids pointed at it one window where other crew could be seen waving from the windows, they looked like they were knocking and or tapping and one of them even made a come-over gesture. The League and the kids waved smiled and back.

As Prometheus was passing, J'onn who was still on above with the control console was watching as well. But suddenly the coms light flashed, J'onn looked over and raised an eyebrow before picking a headset and transferring the line to it. Not wanting to ruin the event that was happing just outside the tower.

"Watchtower," he responded.

"Oh, thank god you picked up," the voice on the other end said in relief "This is the US Aircraft carrier SS. Silhouette. You need to evacuate now!"

"Calm down," J'onn said, he could hear how distressed the caller was "What is happing, why do we need to evacuate?"

"There is an out-of-control missile heading straight for the Watchtower. GET OUT!"

J'onn's eyes went wide, he pulled the headset off and stared fearfully at the passing Prometheus. Using his Marten vision he saw past the hull, decks, other scientists who were waving and beyond. To see there was a missile heading straight for the space station.

"SUPERMAN…" J'onn shouted urgently. The man of steel whirled around at J'onn's cry. But it was too late.

A massive flash and an explosion filled the Montier Womb, the Watchtower shook as the missile impacted the research space station. No one could look away as a massive part of the ring was blown off. The League, scientists, and children stared in horror as Prometheus suddenly burst into flames as the missile and broke apart. Vast equipment and people were immediately seen being sucked out into the vacuum of space as the space station began to fall from orbit. The moment the initial explosion had passed. J'onn took off, phasing through the monitor wombs window and flying out into space.

Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, Flash, and Hawk Girl all dashed out of the room at high speeds. Flash would not be much use out in space, but he could get Hawk Girls suited up in seconds. Green Lantern had his ring and Superman and Wonder Woman could survive the vacuum of space for a short time without the need to be in a spacesuit.

Batman immediately went for his grapple to get up to the control console faster. However, he stopped when he felt someone grab the back of his costume. He looked to it was Alucard and he relaxed. Alucard flew up both himself and Batman up to the console and the two immediately began typing away in the console.

"I'll check to see if there are any missile launches scheduled for the day. Also, make sure no the outer hull is intact," Batman ordered "It's on that screen there,"

Alucard did as he was instructed, he didn't have much experience handling the main console. He checked the screen Batman indicated but there was no damage reported.

"There does not appear to be any damage," Alucard responded "it appears Prometheus shielded us,"

"That's what I am afraid of," Batman said angrily.

Alucard looked down at the Scientists, the children were in tears and frighted. Dr. Riddley and Dr. Reese were doing their best to comfort the children on what happened. But they were just as shocked and scared as their charges.

"Hello…Watchtower are you there…oh gods please still be there…" an unknown voice was heard. Alucard looked over his shoulder to see Batman pick up the headset and press it to his ear.

"Batman here, what the hell just happened," he demanded.

"Thank god you're still there?" the voice said, "is there any damage, is everyone okay?"

Batman glanced at Alucard. "The Watchtower is fine, but the Prometheus space-station has been destroyed," he answered gravely.

There was dead silence on the other end as the caller processed the implications. A sound of shuffling was heard and a new voice filled Batman's ears.

"Batman, this is General Samuel Lane of the USS Silhouette," General Lane introduced "I apologise however for my communications officer, he's in a bit of a state of shock at the moment,"

"Understandable General I just what to know why did you target the Justice League?" Batman said in his most threatening voice. He knew the general could not have known the League had guests up on the Watchtower. However, it made no sense for the Us government to attack them. They had done nothing wrong.

"I apologise Batman but assure you we did not attack the Watchtower. We were testing a new guidance system for our missiles. the test missile sadly went out of control, I can assure you the missile itself was not armed nor did it have any nuclear, plutonium, or any other harmful substance in it. It was a dud, the most dangerous thing in the Missile was the fuel," General Lane explained.

Batman processed this information; he knew new guidance systems had to be tested and the military often did so by shooting dummy missiles into space. He also knew that the area had to be clear of satellites and space stations for safety. It was more than likely that this unfortunate event truly was an accident no one could have predicted.

Also, Batman knew a test missile like the one the General was describing would not have destroyed the Watchtower, the Missile might have knocked the tower around and shut down a few non-vital systems. But the tower would survive. Especially now given that the Justice Lords had just upgraded the Watchtowers defences and reinforced the hull.

Prometheus however held on to such protection. The fact of the matter was, Prometheus had shielded the Watchtower from any damage.

Batman balled his fist, this had happened on their watch, right in front of children. Children who would forever remember this day not as a happy day out with their heroes, but as a horrific event that will stay with them forever.

"General, we're going to need to call you back," Batman said "Superman might have a few words to say to you,"

"Understood," General Lane said and the line went dead.

Alucard looked at Batman with sadness in his eyes, he'd heard the whole conversation with his vampiric hearing. He didn't say a word, just gave sympathetic look at Batman before he turned his attention back to the console. Batman took a deep breath and then activated the coms unit.

"Superman how are you doing out there?" he asked "any survivors,"

A few minutes ago.

J'onn flew towards the falling space station, as it spiralled out of control, he flew through the debris that was coming out ignoring them and grabbing the exterior of Prometheus. The missile had hit and ignited the main fuel line of Prometheus and parts of it were burning, despite there being no oxygen in space. J'onn needed to stay away from the flames and did his best to halt the space station's fall.

Pulling back, trying to stabilize it before it fell too far into towards the earth, he wouldn't be able to hold it if it started to burn up in re-entry. Superman, Wonder Woman appeared a moment later, both took up positions near the burning fuel. Superman blew out the fires with his super-breath, freezing the fuel lines. Wonder Woman pushed back against Prometheus fall, and a massive green hand grabbed another part of the ring. With the fire put out and their combined forces, Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, and J'onn lifted Prometheus back into high orbit.

They Guide it to the Watchtower and Wonder Woman used her lasso of truth to tether the space station to the Watchtower to prevent it from falling.

"J'onn, what happened?" Superman asked once Prometheus was secured.

"A missile, it impacted Prometheus instead of us," J'onn answered, his voice full of regret "the US Navy called to warn us just before impact…but it was too late,"

"Hera," Wonder Woman gasped.

"But that makes no sense, why would anyone shoot a missile at us?" Green Lantern asked.

Superman was about to say something else when his com line went off.

"Superman, have you caught Prometheus yet?" Batman's voice came through the com line.

"Yeah, we did and we're all here. We've got Prometheus tethered to the tower,"

"Good, I just spoke to General Lane, this was an accident,"

"How can this be an accident?" Wonder Woman demanded.

"They were testing a new guidance system and lost control of the missile," Batman explained "Good news is there was nothing but fuel in the missile," Batman said "Bad news is this happened,"

"Right…any damage to the tower? Is everyone inside safe?" Superman asked.

"The tower has received no damage; hull and all vital systems are still working. We're fine," Batman assured.

"And the kids?" Wonder Woman asked.

"Shaken, scared. Flash is with them now," Batman answered.

"Good, if anyone can get them to calm down its Flash," Green Lantern agreed "We'll come back inside,"

"While you're out there, see if you can collect anyone who was spaced and any larger derbies," Batman instructed.

"On it," Superman agreed. He cut the com line and looked at the League, "Let's clean up and back inside,"

Between the five of them, it was a simple and easy task to clear up the debris, Wonder Woman, Hawk Girl collected the debris and moved it closed together for Green Lantern to collect, while Superman and J'onn received the floating remains of some of Prometheus crew. Once everything was collected, they headed back to the Watchtower's hanger bay.

Alucard was waiting for them, having taken several sheets from storage and covered the bodies silently as they were laid down. They didn't have to worry about keeping the remains cold as they had been frozen in the empty void of space and would remain preserved for quite a while. Once they were done and the debris was stored safely stored. They headed back to the monitor womb.

As they passed by the dining area, they stopped to see that Flash had made some hot drinks for everyone. The children's eyes were red and wet from crying. Dr. Riddley and Dr. Reese did not look much better as they sat in silence. Dr. Lyle was sitting apart from the others with

Flash saw them and walked over.

"Bats told me to tell you to meet him in the conference room," Flash said.

"What about them?" J'onn asked.

"They're in shock, kids have calmed down at least. I made everyone hot chocolate," Flash answered "how did you guys go? Any survivors,"

Superman shook his head; he and Green Lantern had done a scan of Prometheus. Even though some areas had been sealed, there was no one left on the station alive.

"I see," Flash looked down in sadness. Before looking back over at the only remaining members of the Prometheus project. They'd only survived because they were on the Watchtower.

"We'd better go talk to Batman," Superman said.

Flash nodded, he raced back into the room to tell Dr. Riddley the League was going to have a meeting about what happened and what comes next and then he'd be back, he told them they could have anything they wanted from the kitchen…even J'onns Oreos. The head of Prometheus understood and flash left with the rest of the League.

They headed to the Conference room where Batman was waiting, he was staring out the window looking over the planet below. He turned when the League entered and moved to take his seat at the table. One by one the League took their seats. The room was very tense and everyone could feel the weight and gravity of the situation in the air.

"Should I wait outside?" Alucard asked. He was unsure if the League wanted him to stay or not.

"No," Batman responded. Alucard leaned back against the wall, with his arms crossed and waited for the meeting to start.

"Let's get right to the point, what happened was an accident," Superman started.

"From what we've been told anyway," Batman commented.

"Come on Bats, you think the military was intentionally targeting us?"

"We won't know if it was an accident or not until we check systems on the USS Silhouette or speak to the manufacture of the guidance system themselves," Batman said.

"I take it you already know who that is?" Hawk Girl commented.

"I do, the military designed the guidance system themselves," Batman confirmed.

"That's odd, don't they normally buy their guidance systems from Lex Corp or Wyne industries?" Green Lantern asked.

"Normally yes, but it costs them billions of dollars each year. However, if they can manufacture their own systems, it will save money in the long run," Batman agreed.

"Guess they're going to have to go back to the Drawing board," Flash commented.

"Is there a chance it was not an accident and we were the intended targets?" Wonder Woman asked.

"Doubtful, the Justice League has the support of the government," Superman claimed.

"The Watchtower is designed for communications and defense," J'onn added "we have no weapons system or anything to threaten Earths people with,"

"Guys, why are we even talking about it like this. It had to have been an accident, the militarily wouldn't target us or intentionally blow up their own project," Flash claimed "The main question is what do we do with our guests?"

"I do not believe the children are in any shape to leave and trying to take them back to earth in their current state will not be advisable,"

"We'll keep them here tonight, set them up in our rooms," Superman said "take them back to earth in the Javelin tomorrow,"

"They can use my room, I can meditate later," J'onn offered.

"Mine too, I'll be too busy to sleep," Batman added.

Superman nodded.

"We should also contact their parents, let them know they're okay," Flash advised.

"I'll take the remains of Prometheus down to Nasa and fill them in on what happened. I'll take the bodies as well," Green Lantern volunteered "it's the least we can do,"

"Leave it, for now, I want a thorough look through it before you do," Batman said.

"This was an accident Batman," Superman pointed out "it's not a crime scene,"

"I know, but the data on the space station could still be salvageable. We should try and save as much as the research as possible," Batman explained "we have a much better chance at salvaging it than anyone else on earth,"

"He's not wrong," Flash agreed.

"I'll let our guests know, of the arrangements," Superman said and stood up.

Superman left and informed Dr. Riddley of the arrangements, he then got the rest of the League to set up the rooms. It was decided that the children would stay in one room with Dr. Reese, and Dr. Lyle and Dr. Riddley would stay in the other. J'onn contacted Nasa informing them of what happened and that the League would return the remains of Prometheus, the bodies of the now-deceased researchers, and the six survivors to earth tomorrow.

Flash got in touch with the children's families and assured the parents that their children were safe and would be returned to earth the next day.

Meanwhile, Batman got headed to the hanger with Green Lantern and got into a spacesuit and headed out to instigate and Prometheus and hopefully salvage any data. He and Green Lantern floated through the wreck; Green Lantern had cut open some sealed doors of the interior.

Even though they were sealed, there was no one left alive, and that was a big red flag for Batman. He hadn't brought it up at the meeting but he suspected there was more to this than a simple accident.

"This is weird, why aren't there more survivors? If the vacuum was cut off then there should be some survivors," Green Lantern said "After all the station wasn't falling for long and it didn't even burn up in re-entry,"

"That is the reason I wanted to take a look before you took it back to earth," Batman said.

"Still, it's so quiet. Feels like something out of an alien movie,"

"The control room should be passed here," Batman responded.

Green Lantern used his ring to cut the door open and Batman floated in. Thankfully there was still some power and he got the computer working. However, when he tried to access the computer, he found that there was no data at all. Batman tried a few other tricks but the data was gone.

"Odd, there is no data, it's been transferred," Batman said.

"Transferred too where?"

"Not sure, but according to the computer the transfer happened before around five minutes before the missile hit, the computer has been wiped,"

Batman pushed himself away from the console and floated back out into the hall. He navigated down the hall until he found one of the floating dead scientists. He examined him quickly before moving on the another, after looking at three he moved over made his way back to the main computer, and brought up the air regulators. His eyes narrowed.

"Lantern we need to get back to the Watchtower now," he declared.

"Why?"

"The air in the reserve tanks are at 0," Batman claimed "and the pressure values are far beyond what the value is too high. The scientists didn't die as a result of the explosion,"

"Asphyxiation," Green Lantern realised.

"Yes, this was no accident, it was sabotage," Batman said gravely.

"By who?"

"Someone who wants this project to fail," Batman answered "We need to get back to the tower,"
