I just realized that I haven't been updating for 6 months. (looks away guiltily). I've been traveling a lot this year and didn't realize that time has flown by . Thank you for your reviews and pms. I'm really sorry that I didn't get to reply to your reviews. After this chapter was edited, my intention was to reply your reviews but my computer decided to die on me at that moment. Thank god I backed this chapter up in my email or I'll seriously cry. Imagine rewriting 10,000 words all over again!
That aside, I've been into Thai BL lately. I swear they make the best BL series. Anyone with me?
Special thanks to my beta, Rein for painstakingly correcting my grammar and inconsistencies in the chapter.
Disclaimer: Finder series belongs to Yamane Ayano sensei. This is a work of fiction. Other than spending hours in front of the computer, no profit is made from this.
"Again," Akihito said as he lay flat on his back on the padded flooring of Asami's dojo at Sion.
He was breathing heavily after his guard back-flipped him for the sixth time. Toru, clad in his karate gi, didn't look like he wanted to acquiesce to the request and merely pulled Akihito to his feet.
"Takaba sama, you have been practicing for nearly ninety minutes. You shouldn't exert yourself, especially when you have just recovered."
"Precisely why I need to improve my stamina. My body feels weak. If this continues, I might not be able to be a cameraman anymore. My job requires running a lot," Akihito reminded as he took his stance again.
Without allowing Toru to reply, Akihito attacked his guard using the moves that Toru taught him. The lanky guard evaded the moves with ease, making Akihito more frustrated as he punched and kicked air. By chance he managed to grab Toru's Karate gi and thought it was his chance for a proper attack but his mentor proved that he was a worthy black belt instructor. He caught Akihito easily and back-flipped him again.
"You went easy on me again," Akihito complained as he stood up. "You pulled back and somehow cushioned me just before I hit the floor."
"It's merely practice, Takaba sama."
"I won't be able to learn if you do not show me the proper way."
As expected, Akihito's protest did nothing to make Toru change his teaching methods. Most likely, he hadn't gotten the green light from Asami to go full spartan on him.
The dojo was relatively quiet despite almost twenty people, including Suoh and Ando were in attendance, watching them train. Akihito looked around. All twenty pairs of eyes were fixed on them, especially on Toru.
Standing up, Akihito placed his hands on his hips. "Can I select a guard and have him spar with me?"
It was Suoh who answered on Toru's behalf. "If we have clearance from the boss; yes."
Akihito nearly cursed the older man when he remembered that there were at least eighteen other unfamiliar men in the dojo, listening to his every word attentively. Kirishima had reminded him countless times that he is to show Asami respect whenever he came to Sion.
He supposed the secretary thought that cursing the bastard would lower his credibility and image as the big bad boss.
"Then, is it alright if I watch Toru spar with one of the guards?" Akihito asked and watched all eighteen pairs of eyes lit up in excitement. Ando looked at Suoh, who remained unfazed by the question. He pushed his luck further, "I want to learn and what better way to do that than watching Toru sparring the guards?"
When the three senior guards continue to remain silent, Akihito turned his attention to the crowd, "Do you want to spar with Toru?"
Like puppies that were about to get their treats, all eighteen guards nodded their heads enthusiastically. Feeling triumphant, the photographer focused his attention back at his guard who looked somewhat hesitant. "If you're still undecided, I'll call Asami."
"That is unnecessary."
The deep baritone voice resonated in the silent dojo. Asami, still in the formal suit and black tie Akihito had picked for him that morning, stood at the entrance with his ever dutiful secretary by his side. The recruits scrambled to their feet and bowed so low that Akihito thought they might soon develop a backache.
Ignoring them, his gold piercing eyes scanned around the dojo before resting on Akihito's. Thin lips curved slightly, the crime lord made his way across the practice grounds to Akihito.
The sculptured mouth reminded Akihito just exactly what it could do to him every single night. Pushing the lewd thoughts away, he turned to his lover and asked, "What are you doing here?"
"In case your memory failed you, this is my dojo," Asami replied before turning to Toru, "It's been a while since I last saw a training in progress. Toru, pick a few and spar with them."
The lanky guard bowed deeply and turned to Suoh. The chief selected a few candidates randomly and instructed them to spar one on one with Toru.
As both Asami and Akihito cleared the center for the sparring, Akihito could see the excitement clearly written on the new recruits' faces.
He took a seat next to Asami on the small legless chair. The set up reminded Akihito of a feudal lord sitting on his throne, enjoying martial arts performance from his loyal subjects.
Toru was good.
No, he was far from good. Akihito thought as he watched his guard took down a trainee in less than four seconds. He used as many karate moves as possible, presumably to allow Akihito to watch and learn. After watching Toru take down the tenth trainee, Akihito leaned closer to Asami.
"Can you ask Toru to fight— say, four or five men at the same time?"
As if Toru heard his conversation with Asami, he ordered five trainees to spar with him simultaneously. And just as Asami said, his guard took them down in less than ten seconds. Toru's movements were quick, his attacks precise and lethal, causing all five men to groan in pain as they lay on their backs after their defeat.
"Woah," Akihito exclaimed. "Toru's so good."
"I'm better."
Akihito just barely refrained himself from cursing his lover. Damn, his dreams of beating the crap out of Asami would have to wait. Focusing his attention on Toru again, he briefly wondered how long guard took to train himself. He watched Toru mercilessly trained the young guards again, and couldn't help but to wince. Really, Toru had been too gentle with him.
"Akihito, do you want to spar with me?"
Asami's offer was too irresistible to pass on. He grinned. "Bring it on."
Xx Business as Usual xX
Akihito lost count of how many times Asami pinned him on the ground after the third time. All he knew was trying his level best to land a punch at the bastard; but he failed miserably, each time. The new recruits observing from the side must have thought that he was pathetic, but none laughed.
"You're cheating," he said as he lay flat on his back.
Panting heavily from the workout, Akihito found that he could hardly move an inch. His muscles were so sore and strained that he found it difficult to even lift his arm.
Damn it, he shouldn't have agreed to the sparring session after all the training with Toru. He wanted to ask Asami to carry him but his pride wouldn't allow him to. Besides, twenty pair of eyes were fixated on him. No way in hell he would do something so embarrassing.
"Suoh, get everyone out."
Asami's orders came as a surprise. Still lying on his back, Akihito turned his neck sideways and saw the new recruits scrambled out of the dojo. Kirishima and Suoh were the last to exit, after making sure that everything was in accordance to Asami's wishes.
"Why did you ask everyone to leave?"
Asami knelt down, carried his lover up bridal style. "I thought you'd hate it if anyone saw this."
"Shut up, I don't need your help." Akihito denied but made no attempts to push Asami away. "Toru is right, I shouldn't over exert myself."
"Do you need my help?"
Akihito looked at the shower stall and immediately his face turn red. The last time they showered together here, he was pushed against the shower stall as Asami pounded him repeatedly. He passed out after that. "If you meant shower, I can do it myself."
"As you wish," Asami said, putting the boy down.
Weird. Asami wasn't usually that cooperative. He'd pushed his way through to get what he wanted, leaving Akihito no choice but to accept. Since Akihito was too tired to think, he shrugged it off, thinking that Asami too, was probably tired after the workout.
Ignoring the crime lord, Akihito stripped and stepped into the shower. He set the temperature to warm and let the water soothe his sore muscles. He needed a good soak, a massage and maybe –
"Hey, what are you doing?" He yelped when Asami stepped into the shower, naked. "I said I'll shower myself."
"I'm merely sharing the cubicle," he replied easily as he grabbed the soap.
Shit. Asami was completely naked. Akihito moved to the corner but since the shower room was small, he could still touch Asami's bare skin. True to his word, the older man minded his own business, shampooing his hair before rinsing it.
The photographer watched as Asami's head tilted slightly upwards, allowing the water to run through his hair, down to his well-toned chest and lean stomach. His gaze moved downwards and nearly gasped at Asami's cock. Already fully erect, it stood proud and hard.
And Akihito was dying to touch it.
Fuck. The glorious sight of Asami's nakedness aroused him. Tiredness gone, he told himself to screw pride and reached out his hand.
"I thought you said you wanted to shower yourself?"
The smirk on Asami's face told Akihito that the older man had probably planned it all along. He should have backed out and called him names but he didn't. As if being programmed, Akihito ignored the comments and knelt.
The cock felt hard and warm. Asami was rather large so he had both hands stroking the cock. Licking his lips, he replaced his hands with his mouth.
Xx Business as Usual xX
Asami nearly growled from the pleasure of being engulfed. Sure, he was teasing the boy when he stepped into the shower but he did not expect this. Akihito usually didn't play a proactive role in sex and only led on rare occasions. In fact, sometimes he had to be coaxed into the foreplay.
But this, Asami thought as he watched his lover pleasured him, was something I did not foresee. Akihito was getting better; he knew all the pleasurable spots, knew just how to tease. Akihito balanced himself by resting his hand on Asami's thigh while the other gripped the base of Asami's cock as he bobbed his head rhythmically.
His soft tongue swirled the head, sucking on it gently before repeating the actions all over again. Akihito's mouth left Asami's cock, only to lick the length from the base all the way to the tip and back again. He did it a few more times before taking the cock in his mouth again. This time, Akihito sucked harder, faster; making sloppy noises as he did.
Asami placed his hand on Akihito's head, pulled the boy away. He was close but he didn't want to come in Akihito's mouth. He wanted to ram it in Akihito, wanted to fuck the boy hard until he held onto him and cried out his name.
"Stand up," Asami ordered.
Akihito looked slightly embarrassed but he complied anyway. Asami pushed his lover to the walls, facing him. He took the boy's mouth, ravished it until it was red and swollen.
"Get ready, Akihito. I'm going to fuck you blind."
Xx Business as Usual xX
Just as the previous time, Akihito passed out from exhaustion. When he awoke, he was already in Asami's private room in his office. The door was probably left ajar for he could hear Kirishima's voice, presumably talking to Asami about work but he didn't care, nor did he have the energy to eavesdrop. They were probably talking about business anyway.
He pulled the covers above his head, intending to sleep on when he heard his phone rang. The clear, monotone ringtone was set to none other than his mother.
"Kaa san," he mumbled.
"Akihito—"
His mother rarely called him by his name. It was usually Aki, Aki-kun or Aki-chan so to have his mother calling him by his given name usually meant something was wrong.
Akihito sat up. "Kaa san, what's wrong?"
"What is your house address?"
"Why do you need it? Are you planning to send something over?"
"I'm coming over to your place."
Akihito scrambled up from the bed. "What?! Kaa san, where are you?"
"Boarding my flight to Tokyo, ALONE," she emphasized the last word. "Text me your address okay?"
"Kaa san, wait! What happened?" Akihito tried to ask but the line went dead.
"Takaba sama, is everything all right?"
Akihito looked up and saw Toru stood at the foot of the bed with both hands clasped behind his back. He must have entered the room when Akihito wasn't paying attention. He eyed Akihito, calmly waiting for an answer.
Akihito flung the duvet away. "Shit, kaa san is coming to Tokyo right now. I need to go to the airport," he said as he rushed into the bathroom. "Is Asami outside?"
"Yes. Asami sama is having a discussion with Kirishima san."
Fully dressed, Akihito walked into Asami's office. Kirishima was still standing beside Asami, efficiently passing him report after report to look at. His lover halted his discussion, looked up and met his gaze.
"What happened?"
Akihito walked to the visitor's chair, sat. "Kaa-san called and said she's coming to Tokyo. I think she and tou san had an argument—" he paused, accepted a bottle of mineral water from Toru before talking a few gulps.
"—she did that once when I was in high school. After the argument, Kaa san went to stay with a few distant relatives in Kyoto. Tou san had to go get her back – and that was after we spent two days calling every relative and friend we knew. I swear, Haru-nii was about to report her missing."
"What time is she arriving?"
Akihito shrugged his shoulders. "I'm not sure. She switched off her phone immediately after," he said, taking a few more gulps of water. "Shit, I don't even know which airport she's at."
Asami glanced at Toru. "Check any incoming flights from Kyushu."
"Understood, sir," Toru said, bowing in the process.
Akihito followed his personal guard to the sitting area and watched him powered the computer on. He watched in awe as the guard's skilled fingers tapped the keys, so quickly that Akihito thought that Toru was playing the piano. It was amazing watching him worked the computer.
"Asami sama," he said, breaking Akihito's thoughts. "Haneda Airport, arriving in seventy minutes."
"I have to go to the airport and meet her." Akihito chimed in. "Can't let her travel alone, she has poor sense of direction."
"Ando will chauffer you there," Asami said as he stood up from his seat and made his way towards Akihito.
"I'm taking the train," the boy declared stubbornly.
Asami nudged the photographer's chin up. "You and I know that is not going to happen. Ando will take you there –," he paused, watched the boy flare up before continuing, "—you're wasting time, Akihito."
Since it was futile arguing with the expert, Akihito conceded defeat, not before showing one last resistance by glaring at him. The older man looked anything but amused. Feeling defeated, Akihito marched out of Asami's office, and into the private elevator.
"Your boss is a prick and a bully," Akihito grumbled as he watched the numbers on electronic board moved quickly.
Toru, who was obviously used to his master's rants, offered Akihito a small smile. "Takaba sama, Asami sama is right. Taking the train is unsuitable, especially since you have just recovered."
Akihito crossed his arms. "You're always taking the bastard's side."
This time, Toru offered no comments. Akihito supposed he couldn't blame the lanky guard. After all, Asami IS Toru's employer.
The luxurious sedan was already waiting for him when he stepped out of the elevator. Ando stood next to the already running car and opened the door immediately. Akihito kept himself busy on their way to the airport. He tried calling his father and brother, but they went unanswered. Finally, he left a message, informing about his mother's arrival at Tokyo. The last thing he wanted was his brother and father to go nuts searching for his mother.
"Takaba sama, we have arrived," Toru announced shortly after Akihito finished sending the lengthy email.
"Ando, you wait here," Toru told his partner before getting down.
Akihito stepped out to a group of females gawking at Toru's good looks. They were openly taking photographs of Toru but the lanky guard expertly blocked his and Akihito's face out of the camera. He ushered Akihito inside quickly, headed to the arrivals.
"You're more famous than celebrities," Akihito teased, just as they reached the waiting area.
"They must have mistaken me for someone," Toru said, uninterestedly.
"Well, I supposed you are very good looking," Akihito commented. Since Toru obviously wouldn't reply, Akihito didn't waste his time waiting for one. He craned his neck at the passengers exiting the arrival hall, looking for his mother.
Takaba Natsuko emerged behind a group of tourists, lugging her 24-inch luggage with her. She looked around and her confused face lit up when she noticed Akihito waved at her.
"Aki!" She called as she waved back. "Why are you here? I thought I told you to send me your address?"
"You have poor sense of direction kaa-san. The trains lines here are far more complicated. You'd get lost easily."
"I won't!" She replied defensively before looking at Toru. "Toru san, it's great to see you again."
Toru merely bowed and offered to take her suitcase and hand carry, which she refused.
"No, you don't have to help me with it. Aki can hold them," she said, passing the luggage to Akihito.
Akihito grabbed the luggage, his gaze never left Toru's. He almost laughed aloud because Toru looked very uncomfortable seeing him with the luggage. It was almost like a role reversal because Toru almost didn't allow him to carry anything. Even his camera bags and backpack were either carried by him or Ando.
"Takaba sa –," Toru stopped himself before finishing and quickly corrected, "—Akihito san, let me help you."
"No, no. Don't worry about it, Toru-kun. Akihito will do it," Natsuko said cheerfully as she pulled Toru by his sleeve, leaving Akihito to drag the luggage to the entrance.
By the time they reached the entrance, Ando was already waiting. If Toru looked uncomfortable, Ando was almost petrified. His jaws dropped slightly, his eyes looked at Akihito, then at Toru and back at Akihito. He must have noticed his partner's silent pleas because the next thing Akihito knew, Ando was already by his side, trying to take the luggage.
"Takaba sama, please let me do it." Ando was almost pleading. "Asami sama wouldn't be pleased."
"Stop calling me Takaba sama," Akihito hissed. "And I don't need your help. Lugging two luggage is nothing."
"But Takaba sama –,"Ando protested. "Asami sama –"
"—doesn't have to know about it." Akihito watched his mother entered the sedan and closed the door. Satisfied that his mother wouldn't be able to hear him, he continued, "—And even if he does, so what? I've lugged heavier camera bags before."
Ando looked at his partner for help. The lanky guard merely popped the trunk open, took the bags from Akihito and placed them inside.
"Ando is right," Toru said, bending slightly to arrange the luggage before straightening himself. "Takaba sama, we are your guards. It is highly inappropriate for you to do that."
Akihito crossed his arms. "Nothing inappropriate about carrying my mother's bags. I've been doing it for years."
When his two guards merely looked at him, Akihito gave up. He knew he wouldn't be able to win the argument. "Okay, look – if it makes you worried, I'll text Asami about this."
"There is no need, Takaba sama," Ando pleaded.
"Don't worry, I know how to handle him," Akihito said but apparently it wasn't so much of an assurance to Ando. The younger guard wanted to protest but his attempt was cut by Natsuko popping out of the car.
"Aki chan? Is everything okay?"
"Yeah, I was just arranging the luggage," Akihito replied before quickly ushering his mother back into the car.
As the car sped off into the city, Akihito turned to his mother.
"Kaa-san, what happened? Why did you come to Tokyo alone? Did you tell Tou-san and Haru-nii about it?" Akihito began shooting the questions.
Natsuko tore her gaze from the window and stared at her son. Her eyebrows narrowed in displeasure as those defiant, fiery eyes met Akihito.
"Your father – he broke his promise. We were supposed to go for an onsen trip for my birthday and he forgot all about it and went to work!"
Akihito watched his mother flipped her hands in frustration and realized that he was almost looking at the mirror. He used the same tone and gesture when he argued with Asami.
"Did you remind him about the trip? Tou-san is forgetful, you know. He even forgets his own birthday."
Like a child, Natsuko folded her arms. "We have been married for more than 20 years and I still need to remind him of my birthday? Both Haru and you are forgetful, but you called me to wish me, didn't you?"
"Did Haru-nii remember your birthday?"
"Of course. He even gave me a bunch of roses on the morning of my birthday. Your tou-san woke up, walked into the kitchen and guess what he said?"
"What?" Akihito asked softly. He knew his mother was fuming.
"He asked if the flowers were for grave visiting. He thought it was the anniversary of your grandfather's death!"
Akihito nearly groaned. No wonder his mother was pissed royal. Forgetting your wife's birthday was one thing; forgetting your wife's birthday and mistakenly assumed it to be a death anniversary was another. This mess, in Akihito's opinion, would be difficult for his father to solve.
"A—Aki—Akihito san, where do you want me to take you?" Ando's stuttering clearly showed that he was seriously uncomfortable calling Akihito by his given name.
Shit.
He hadn't thought about where his mother would stay. He hadn't informed Kou or Takato about his mother's arrival, so it was likely that the duo hadn't cleaned their rooms yet. He could always put her in one of Asami's fancy hotels, but his mother's sense of directions was so terrible that he was certain that she'd get lost the minute she stepped out of the hotel.
"Ando san, aren't we going to Aki's apartment?"
Ando did not immediately answer. He looked at Toru, then at Akihito before fixing his attention back on the road.
"Kaa-san, you can't!" Akihito blurted out. "I'm living with Asami and –"
"—Aki, can you please ask Asami san if I could stay with you for a couple of days? I really don't want to be alone in the hotel. I can even sleep on the couch."
It was hard to say no to his mother, especially when she almost begged. Living with Asami was out of the question but he'd feel like a bastard if he denied his mother's request.
Since he couldn't think of anything, he instructed Ando to take them to a family restaurant. He had to repeat it twice, just in case Ando took them to an upscale restaurant. He must have sound somewhat more convincing for Ando really took them to an average family restaurant in downtown Tokyo.
He got his mother settled, left Toru there with her and stepped out of the restaurant with Ando to call Asami.
"Asami, I need to talk to you."
"Is it about your mother wanting to live in the penthouse for a few days?"
Akihito's jaw dropped. "How did you know?" His brain recovered quickly enough and rephrased the question. "When the hell did Toru report it to you? I didn't even see him using his phone!"
"He has nimble fingers." Asami sounded amused when he said that.
"That's not even funny," Akihito said. Biting his lower lip, he asked, "So, what do I do? Kaa-san doesn't want to stay in the hotel alone and honestly, I don't really want to force her –wait—I can stay in the hotel with her for a few days. That'll work, right?"
"No."
"Huh, what do you mean?" the photographer asked, confused. He saw his mother beckoning him to go inside the restaurant and he quickly raised a hand, telling her to wait for a moment.
"She can stay with us at the penthouse."
"WHAT?" Akihito shouted. People emerging from the family restaurant were staring so he quickly covered his mouth. "Where is she supposed to sleep? Where am I supposed to sleep?"
"You're sleeping with me. She can take your work room."
"Damn it, Asami. I'm supposed to be co-habiting with you, not a sharing a bed. What am I supposed to tell her when she asks about my things in your room?"
Fufu. "I'll leave the excuses to you, Akihito."
And the line went dead. Damn it, that bully was enjoying himself. He always enjoyed watching Akihito squirm.
That bastard!
"Takaba sama, is everything all right?" Ando asked.
"I swear, Ando. Your boss is a major pain. I'd kick him in the ass if I ever had the chance," he said crossly as he kept his phone in his pocket.
"Please, Takaba sama. Direct the comments to the boss yourself." Ando was almost pleading when he said that. "I dare not put that comment in the report."
Akihito almost couldn't believe what he had heard. "You mean you guys actually report EVERY word I said to him?"
Now Ando scratched his head. "Well, not every word."
"Well, that's too bad," Akihito grinned at a very confused Ando. "—Because if I know you do, I'd say more," he said before walking into the family restaurant.
"Takaba sama, please spare us!"
Xx Business as Usual xX
"Akihito, this is where you stay?" Natsuko murmured when she stepped into the apartment.
Honestly, Akihito lost count how many people had reacted the same way when they entered the penthouse. He supposed he couldn't really blame them since Asami's penthouse was rather impressive. Sitting on the prime estate of Shinjuku, the penthouse boasts expensive furniture, beautiful marble flooring, tasteful art pieces and a balcony view to die for—it was a symbol of luxury and wealth. He remembered how dumbstruck he was when he first stepped into the penthouse.
"Uhm," He said and led his mother to his work room. Toru followed, putting Natsuko's bag at the corner.
"Aki, can you call Asami san? I'd like to say my thanks for allowing me to stay in his penthouse."
"NO!" Akihito nearly shouted but quickly said, "I mean, Asami is a very busy man. It's best not to disturb him."
The excuse seemed to work for Natsuko did not press any further. She sat on the single bed and started unpacking. Akihito wanted to help but Natsuko shook her head.
"I can do it. Go and get some rest. You look tired." She turned to Toru. "Thank you for helping me with the luggage, Toru san."
Toru bowed and followed Akihito out of the room, closing the door behind him.
Now that his mother mentioned it, Akihito did feel tired. His muscles ached, and his head was pounding. He excused himself, went to the bedroom that he and Asami shared and sat on the bed. He closed his eyes, massaged his temples.
"Takaba sama, are you all right?"
The lanky guard stood in front of him with a glass of water and a pill. Akihito wasn't fond of medication but right now he badly needed painkillers. He took the tablet gratefully and swallowed it.
"Toru, do me a favor and tell everyone you know not to call me Takaba sama when my mom's here," he said, passing the half empty glass to Toru.
Akihito half expected Toru to start his usual charade of 'We need to get Asami sama's approval' but surprisingly his guard merely nodded. "And you better leave. You're supposed to be my assistant. It'd be weird if you hang around in the apartment."
Toru bowed. "Understood, Takaba sama," he said and left the room.
Akihito grabbed his phone, checked his messages. His brother finally replied his LINE messages. He was apparently caught in an unavoidable meeting and couldn't answer the phone. His brother sent a bear with its paw slapping on its face and told Akihito that he would talk to their father as soon as he gets home.
Just get tou-san to clear up his mess ASAP. He replied and dumped the phone aside.
Stripping down to his boxers, he climbed underneath the covers. It took him less than 5 minutes to doze off.
Xx Business as Usual xX
Asami stepped into the apartment shortly after seven in the evening. It was rare for him to be home this early, considering his real work begins after eight at the clubs. But tonight, he'd make it an exception. He read Toru's reports. The guard reported that Akihito was pale and even took painkillers.
His lover had high pain tolerance and absolutely hated medicine. So, for Akihito to take painkillers, it meant that he was probably at his limits. He cut his work early and left instructions for Kirishima to follow up some of the club's finances before instructing Suoh to take him home.
"Asami san?"
Asami had almost forgotten that Akihito's mother was in the penthouse. He turned, offered a small smile. "Good evening, Takaba san."
"Please, call me Natsuko," she smiled warmly and proceeded to take Asami's briefcase from him.
Asami had never handed anyone his briefcase other than Akihito and his subordinates. He allowed Natsuko to take it from him nonetheless and watched as she contemplated where to put it. It reminded Asami when Akihito first lived with him in the penthouse. She finally placed it in a small corner next to the dining table.
"I'm really sorry that I'm intruding your apartment, Asami san," she bowed slightly. "But thank you for letting me stay here for a few days."
Asami removed his jacket, hung it on his left hand. "It's my pleasure, Natsuko san. Make yourself at home."
Natsuko let out a breath of relief. "Thank you again." She looked around. "Do you mind if I cook something? Akihito is not feeling his best. I checked on him just now and he complained of a bad headache."
When Asami nodded, Natsuko smiled broadly. Kitchen was obviously her domain and with Asami's spacious kitchen and spanking new utensils, she looked like she had struck gold.
Asami left her in the kitchen and entered the bedroom. Akihito was still cocooned underneath the thick duvet. He sat on the bed, pulled his tie free and placed a hand on Akihito's forehead. The boy's temperature was normal yet he looked so pale.
"Asami? You're back?"
"Toru told me that you took painkillers. Are you all right?"
"Yeah, just a bad headache," the boy muttered as he tried to sit up. "It's all because of you, bastard. You could have just allowed me and kaa-san to stay in the hotel." Akihito glared at Asami. "I thought you disliked having other people in the penthouse? Why did you agree for kaa-san to stay here?"
The crime lord chuckled as he loosened his tie. "Because watching you figuring out excuses is amusing."
"You really are a jerk." Akihito said before pushing the duvet away. He stood up, stretched. "Well, joke's on you. Now that kaa-san is staying over for a few days, I presumed we won't be having sex."
Asami pulled the boy back to the bed, trapped him between the mattress and himself.
"Who said that we can't have sex?"
He watched Akihito's facial expression changed. Panic was clearly written all over his face.
"But—but kaa-san is outside and – stop that!" Akihito hissed when Asami slipped his hand inside Akihito's boxers.
Akihito bit his lower lip when Asami wrapped his hand around Akihito's cock. He gave it a few pumps and watched the boy moaned slightly as his eyelids began to close. He enjoyed watching Akihito getting aroused; loved to see the boy panting beneath him.
And he realized that he wanted to hear Akihito scream his name when he thrust into the boy.
"Asami, you bastard – Ah—stop!" Akihito desperately trying to push Asami away but his lover was far stronger than he was.
Asami left Akihito's cock only to secure his hands with his tie. In one swift movement, he pulled Akihito's pants down, and pumped the cock again. He used the few drops of pre-cum as lubricant, teasing Akihito's hole with his skilled fingers.
"St—stop!" The boy was almost pleading but instead of stopping, Asami slid a finger inside.
"I – can't – my voice—please Asami!"
"Then, I'll just have to keep you quiet," he said and crushed their mouths together.

By the time Asami had fucked him twice, Akihito was ready to faint from exhaustion. If his mother did not call him to eat, he would have slept off. He wondered if he had been too loud during sex but since his mother did not exhibit any sort of reaction, Akihito figured that he was safe.
Conversation during dinner can be summarized into one word. Awkward.
Knowing Asami, he wouldn't talk much but he did approve the cooking, and it made Natsuko extremely pleased. Akihito tried conversing with his mother but it was difficult to act natural when Asami was just beside him.
"Asami san, is the food to your liking?"
"It is," Asami answered, much to Natsuko's delight.
"I'm so glad! Aki loved Okonomiyaki. When he was young, he used to cry when I couldn't make it."
"Kaa-san! Stop telling Asami embarrassing things!" Akihito protested.
Natsumo patted Akihito's arm. "It's all right, you were so cute back then," she laughed. "Did you know that Akihito use to –"
"—Kaa-san!" Akihito cut her off, mortified.
"It's all right, Aki. Asami san wouldn't mind listening, right?" She looked at Asami for confirmation.
"It's not about Asami!" Akihito said desperately. Oh, why couldn't his mother see that he didn't want Asami to know his childhood secrets?
"Kaa-san, just don't blab about my childhood, please."
Natsuko ignored Akihito's request, just as any mother would. He spoke about Akihito wetting the bed, how he refused let go of his pacifier or how he was punished after failing his junior high Mathematics.
Asami's eyebrow rose when Natsuko spoke animatedly about a girl Akihito used to date in high school.
"I didn't date Akemi, she's just a friend!"
Asami remembered Akemi. He met the pretty brunette during Akihito's high school reunion. Toru's reports implied that Akemi had tried to seduce Akihito but her advances were subtly rejected.
"You brought her home one day," Natsuko pointed out and looked at Asami. "Anyone would have thought that they're together, right?"
"Indeed," Asami said, his lips curved.
"That was because I accidentally took her book and she dropped by to take it back!" Akihito said exasperatedly.
Asami noted that Akihito's frustration was reaching a dangerous point so he decided to put a stop. "Natsuko san, what are your plans for tomorrow?"
Akihito's mother sipped her hot tea, placed it down on the saucer. "I don't know yet. I haven't been to Tokyo a lot and I might get lost if I wander around."
"As if I'll allow you to wander around," Akihito muttered. "I'll bring you out tomorrow."
Natsuko's eyes sparkled like a child. "Really, you would?"
"Mmm," Akihito mumbled. "Do you have anywhere that you want to go?"
"The aquarium!" Natsuko clapped her hands.
Akihito groaned. "Kaa-san, why on earth do you want to go to the aquarium? You should be sipping teas or shopping for bargains at the supermarket."
Natsuko pinched Akihito's cheeks. "I can do that in Fukouka. I want to go to the aquarium in Yokohama."
Akihito choked on his tea. "Yokohama? Do you know how far that is? It'll take us an hour and fifteen minutes by train to get there."
Before Natsuko could answer, Asami interrupted smoothly. "That is not a problem. Ando will chauffeur you there. You can even take your assistant, Toru with you."
Akihito noted that Asami had emphasized the word assistant to his mother. It meant two things. One, to reassure his mother that Toru was merely his assistant and two, Asami spelt it rather clearly that Toru would be joining their excursion.
"Thank you, Asami san. You are very generous," she said before turning to Akihito. "Aki, say thank you to Asami."
Instead of following his mother's orders, Akihito continued to glare at his lover. Natsuko smack Akihito on his head. "Akihito, it's not nice to do that. Asami san is being nice to us."
Left without a choice, Akihito bowed slightly, mumbling. "Thank you, Asami sama."
Xx Business as Usual xX
Surprisingly, the trip to the aquarium went well. Natsuko was like a child, she ooh-ed and ahh-ed at every creature in the large fish tank. If anyone didn't know any better, they would have thought that Natsuko was an overgrown child in an older woman's body.
Toru and Ando were on high alert and not once did they call him Takaba sama. In fact, Ando didn't even utter a single word while Toru – well, he always kept his conversation minimal. Akihito was certain Kirishima must have briefed them about today's event.
Akihito was at least thankful that Asami didn't push more guards to him or he wouldn't be able to come up with excuses.
Needless to say, everything went well – or at least Akihito had thought.
"Akihito, can you drop by a supermarket? I want to cook something for Asami. He has been kind enough to lend us his car today."
"There isn't any need, kaa-san."
"No, that won't do. It's downright rude not to give anything in return," Natsuko said firmly. "Asami has mentioned about a beautiful supermarket called Marukoshi here. He said I should try it. Can you take me there?"
That bastard Asami, what the hell is he trying to play? Akihito thought. "Kaa-san, Marukoshi is an upscale supermarket. Everything is super pricy there. We can get cheaper things from normal supermarket."
"It may be, but Asami san likes the supermarket so we're going to get the ingredients there."
"Kaa-san, please. Let's just go elsewhere," Akihito was almost pleading.
Natsuko ignored Akihito's pleas and turned to Ando. "Ando san, can you take us to Marukoshi?"
Any attempts of trying to signal Ando not to take them there remained futile. Ando looked at Toru, who nodded his head. He looked at the rear-view mirror. "I understand."
Great, now we're going to Marukoshi. Akihito nearly flipped his hands in frustration. He sure hoped Suzuki san wouldn't be in the mart or his identity as the President would be blown.
Xx Business as Usual xX
It was foolish to hope that Suzuki san wouldn't be in. Akihito swore either Asami or Toru must have informed the manager that they were visiting as the staff was already lining up in front of the store when they arrived.
Akihito never felt like he wanted to murder Asami so badly.
"Welcome, Takaba sama," the manager said with open arms.
"Aki? Do you know this man?" Natsuko whispered, slightly worried.
Akihito quickly pulled Suzuki to the side. "Suzuki san, my mother doesn't know I'm the owner, and I don't intend to. Do me a favor and just leave me be today."
"But—but Takaba sama, that would be extremely rude. We were told to take care of your needs while you're here."
"Do it another time," Akihito said urgently. "This is the order from your president, understand?"
Suzuki nodded but he still looked rather worried. Satisfied, Akihito walked to his mother who was still standing at the entrance, confused.
"Akihito, is everything okay?"
"Yes. Let's get the stuff and go home, okay?"
"Who is he? How did he know your name? Does the store belong to Asami san?"
"Yes," Akihito answered immediately to avoid suspicions. "Kaa-san, let's go. We need to get the ingredients immediately. Asami san likes mackerel fish – he's like an old man, you know."
Immersed with Akihito's chatters, Natsuko forgot about Suzuki and went on shopping. By the time they checked out, Natsuko bought almost everything that Akihito suggested. As they stood at the counter, Akihito told his mother to wait for a while so he could grab some seaweed.
He sprinted off, leaving his mother standing near the cashier. Unknown to Akihito, Natsuko thought that she would unload her basket on the counter while waiting. The confused cashier stared at the items, then at Natsuko and back at the items again.
"Is there a problem, miss?" Natsuko asked politely.
"You don't have to pay, Takaba sama. Shall I get one of my colleagues to pack the items for you?"
"Don't have to pay? Why?"
"You're the mother of our President. It makes no sense that you have to pay for the things in this store."
Natsuko was confused. "You must have mistaken, I am not Asami san's mother.
"Our President is not Asami sama but Takaba sama," she smiled as she helped bagged the items in the paper bags.
"Your president is Takaba sama? Which Takaba? Is it Akihito?"
The cashier was still smiling. "Why, yes."
Natsuko covered a hand on her mouth, shocked. She stood still for a while before regaining her composure. "There must be a mistake. My Akihito can't be your President."
"Natsuko sama, Takaba sama has been our President for more than a year now," she answered cheerfully. She looked up, saw Akihito running towards her with a packet of seaweed. "Ah, Takaba sama, I have just finished packing for you. Would you like to have the items delivered to your penthouse or shall I put them in your car?"
"In – in the car," Akihito said and quickly ushered his mother to the exit.
Natsuko didn't say anything after that. She remained silent whenever Akihito asked her questions. Neither Toru nor Ando could tell him what had happened since both were not with Natsuko during the checkout.
Akihito began to feel worried. His mother was always in high spirits and cheerful. Did something happen in Marukoshi? No, no, it couldn't be, Akihito reassured himself. His mother was just tired after the entire day.
There's nothing to worry about, Akihito.
Xx Business as Usual xX
The next day
Natsuko was back to her usual cheerful self and since she didn't exhibit any signs of trouble, Akihito decided against asking what had happened the day before. Akihito took his mother to the Shinjuku Gardens as requested and she spent nearly four hours there. Akihito swore she must have checked the flowers petal by petal.
Picking a place for lunch was always difficult for Akihito because he was quite certain that Asami had somehow interfered and asked Ando to take them to some fancy place in town.
And his premonitions were correct. Ando took them to a high end Japanese restaurant that costs more than 15,000 yen per set meal. He swore his eyes nearly popped out when he saw the price.
Akihito spent the entire afternoon trying to explain that the restaurant belonged to Asami and he insisted on buying them lunch. His mother can be an airhead at times but she wasn't dumb. To do so much for a mere roommate sounded just about ridiculous.
Akihito held on to his temper until they reached home. Thankfully, Natsuko said that she was tired and opted to retire early. He didn't think he could figure out any more excuses. Akihito stripped, stepped into the shower and turned on the tap to full blast.
He was dead tired; his muscles were aching, and the full blast of warm water relaxed him almost instantly. He had to take another pill for the headache, then he should call his brother for an update and -
"What the -," Akihito yelped when he noticed an arm around his waist, hugging him from the back.
"You're too careless, Akihito," the crime lord drawled as he traced his finger down to Akihito's cock.
"Stop that!" Akihito squirmed away and turned around. Asami was already fully naked. "When did you get back?"
"5 minutes ago," he replied and pushed the dispenser for some soap.
Since Akihito was already done with shower, he stepped out and grabbed a towel. "Asami, I need to talk to you. I'll wait till you're done."
Asami pulled Akihito back into the shower stall. "Talk after I'm done taking you in the shower."
Slammed to the shower stall, Asami crushed their mouths together. He pushed Akihito's hands above his head, caged them with a single hand. His other hand slid down and teased Akihito's cock by stroking it – gently at first, then gradually, he went faster.
"Ahhh—Stop!" Akihito cries went unanswered. The boy bit his lip as Asami worked his hand on the cock and it before long, Akihito was ready to release.
But Asami held back. His hand gripped the base of Akihito's cock, stopping him from climaxing.
"No –you bastard!" Akihito hissed, tried to squirm away but the older man merely tightened his grip on the boy.
"Wouldn't be fun if you came now, right?" Asami licked Akihito's neck. "We have all night."
Since Akihito knew that his mother was in the room opposite them, he shook his head. "My –mother is – ahh!" he let out a soft moan just as Asami pinched his nipples.
"Keep your voice down," Asami smirked but he continued teasing the boy.
"I – can't!"
Asami released the boy. "Then, keep it busy."
Having being part of Asami's sadistic plays for more than two years now, Akihito knew exactly what his lover was implying. The usual him would have protested but he was horny as hell. So, he told himself to screw pride and knelt.
The shower was still running. Akihito ignored the water raining on his face and took Asami's hardened cock in his mouth. Like Asami, he knew how to please, where to tease. He focused on the head, twirled his tongue around it before taking the entire length in his mouth.
He never knew how to deep throat so the act had him gagged a little. Ignoring it, Akihito grabbed the base of Asami's cock and tried to take it again. Then, he pulled out, licked the side all the way to the top.
Akihito heard Asami groaned and he knew that the older man was close. Focusing on his task, he intended to bring Asami to climax when the older man yanked him up.
"You're getting too good at this," he growled.
"You taught me."
The bold statement made Asami smirk. He slammed Akihito to the shower wall, hooked a leg up and entered.
"Ahh shit!" Akihito moaned. The puckered hole didn't need any preparation since it was already wet and Akihito immediately adjusted to Asami's length inside him. Placing his hand on Asami's shoulder, he supported himself as he met Asami's thrust for thrust.
They maintained the same position for a short moment before Asami hooked Akihito's other leg up, carrying him. The photographer held on to Asami, wrapping his hands on the older man's neck and legs around his waist.
The position gave Asami deeper access, filling Akihito to the brim.
"Ahh—so deep!"
"Open the door."
It took Akihito a few seconds to clear his lust-filled mind to know what Asami was talking about. He yanked the handle, opening the door of the shower stalls. Asami carried him out to dry area, slammed him against the wall and thrust upwards.
Akihito wanted to bring himself to climax but since he had to hold onto Asami to balance himself, he couldn't. "I want to come."
Asami pulled himself out, lowered the boy to the ground. He whirled the boy around, bend him over and took him again. His clever hands sneak to the front, wrapping it around the cock.
"Oh god, ah—yes!" Akihito threw his head back. He was being filled to the brim and with Asami's warm hands stroking his cock, the pleasure was too much for Akihito to bear.
The thrusts became harder, faster, slamming into Akihito with such ferocity that Akihito came almost immediately. The climax was powerful and it was unlike he had ever experienced before. He opened his mouth to scream but Asami placed a hand on his mouth, stopping him from doing so.
Akihito heard Asami grunt, and before long, he felt the familiar twitching of Asami's cock inside him, indicating a release.
Tired, Akihito only managed to stand for a while before slumping on the floor. He hardly remembered Asami cleaning him up and carrying him to the bed.

It wasn't loud but Natsuko was sure that he heard Akihito groaning in Asami's room. Initially she thought it was the program she was watching on her phone but as the groans became more frequent, she paused the video and tip toed out of her room to the master bedroom.
She knew Asami was home; she even greeted him when he walked into the penthouse. So, what could Akihito be doing with Asami inside the room?
Are they fighting? Natsuko thought worriedly. Her unannounced stay in Asami's luxurious penthouse could cause some rifts between Asami and Akihito.
Natsuko cursed her own stupidity. She was so pissed off with her own husband that she did not realized she had brought troubles to her own son.
Slowly, she pressed her ears on Asami's master bedroom. She didn't mean to eavesdrop but if they were fighting because of her, she'd step in. And she was worried about Akihito. As agile as her boy was, she was sure Asami was stronger.
Akihito groaned again but this time, Natsuko detected something strange in Akihito's voice. It wasn't pain that she heard but moans of pleasure. Natsuko's cheeks reddened at the thought. Quickly but carefully, she went back to her room and sat on the bed.
She wasn't stupid and had far more experience in that department. She knew what she had heard – she was positive of it.
Xx Business as Usual xX
In all honesty, Natsuko didn't know how to verify her suspicions about her son's relationship with Asami so the next day, she paid attention to Akihito's actions.
Her actions were subtle; she didn't want to act any different that could rouse either Asami or Akihito's suspicion. She checked Akihito's room first. It was strange that there were so little clothes in his drawers. Most of the things were work-related and it looked more like a work room than Akihito's bedroom.
Then, there was Toru. The man was always well tailored. His demeanor and capabilities were not someone Akihito could afford. Added that the lanky man didn't look like a photographer so Natsuko deduced that Toru must be on Asami's paycheck.
Natsuko waited till Akihito left for an assignment before she called her eldest son.
"Kaa-san, how long do you intend to stay in Asami's penthouse?' Haruhito grumbled the minute he answered the phone.
"Your father hasn't even apologized to me for breaking his promise."
"Dad already know that it's his fault for forgetting the trip. He said he'll make it up to you somehow."
Natsuko closed his eyes, frustrated. "And why is he telling you when he should be explaining it to me?"
"Kaa-san, you should know your husband better than I do. I'm not supposed to tell you this, but tou-san and I will be coming over in two days."
The thought of her taciturn husband making a trip to Tokyo made her smile. It looked like she made the right decision to come. Now that her issues were settled, she focused on another.
"Haru. Did Aki tell you anything about seeing someone?"
"No, why?"
Since there was no way she could do this delicately, she said, "Is Aki in a relationship with Asami san?"
Haru's silence further confirmed Natsuko's theory. Finally, he said, "Who told you that, kaa-san?"
"No one. Just wondering," she said lightly before quickly added, "Haru, I got to go. See you in two days okay?"
Xx Business as Usual xX
"Okay, that's a wrap!" Akihito said, clapping his hands.
The models bowed, murmured their thanks and quickly disappeared into the changing rooms. Akihito checked the time. Although it was only pass noon, he had to make it home soon before his mother decided that it was time to wander outside on her own.
He had a bad feeling so he packed swiftly, wanting to get back to the penthouse as soon as possible. Toru took his heavy bag, placed them in the car where Ando was already waiting.
"Where do you want to go next, Takaba sama?"
"Home," Akihito answered, and the phone rang. He fumbled with the phone in his pocket and saw his brother's name on the screen.
"Haru-nii?" he greeted the minute he answered.
"Akihito—," his brother's tone was serious.
Shit. Something is wrong. Like his mother, Haruhito liked calling him Aki or Aki-chan so to have his brother calling his full name meant something was not right.
"What's the matter?"
"What did you and Asami do at the penthouse?"
Akihito was confused by the question. "What do you mean?"
"Damn, there's no way to say this nicely," Haruhito cursed. "I'll be straight with you. Did you and Asami make out at the penthouse?"
"What kind of question is that?" Akihito asked, his face turned red.
"Just answer me."
"Haru-nii! I am not discussing that with you!"
Haruhito cursed. "Ah, fuck this. Kaa-san called just now. She asked if you were gay with Asami."
"WHAT?" Akihito shouted. His two guard immediately looked at him. "Why would she ask that?"
"That's my question. Did you do anything?"
"No—nothing!" Akihito answered nervously. His mind automatically went to the night before where they had sex in the bathroom and vaguely remembered screaming when he climaxed.
"Akihito, you should know that you're a terrible liar." Haruhito sighed. "And can't you guys control yourselves for a few days?
Ashamed, Akihito could only stay silent. Finally, after hearing his brother ranting about decency, he asked, "What did you tell kaa-san?"
"Your brother is not an idiot. I told her nothing."
Akihito breathed a sigh of relief. "Okay, that's good."
"I don't know how but you have to clear it up with her if she asks?"
"Yeah, thanks Haru-nii," Akihito whispered.
"Aki?"
"Yeah?"
Haruhito's voice softened. "This is a good opportunity for you to think if you want to tell kaa-san about your relationship with Asami."
Akihito stared at his diamond studded phone as the line went dead. He stared outside the window as he thought about his brother's last words.
Xx Business as Usual xX
The smell of Miso soup filled the air the moment Akihito opened the door. "Tadaima!" he said and heard his mother replied, "Okaeri."
There wasn't anything unusual in his mother's tone so Akihito daringly moved to the kitchen. "What are you cooking, kaa-san?"
"Just a simple omelet, miso soup and some pickles. Your fridge is almost empty," Natsuko laughed. "Wash your hands, lunch will be ready in a while."
Akihito watched his mother turn off the electric stove, placed the used utensils in the sink. He took a deep breath. I can do this, he told himself.
"Kaa-san, can I talk to you for a moment?"
Natsuko's hands stopped. Her facial expression turned serious for a moment but was quickly masked with a smile. "What do you want to talk about?"
Akihito rubbed his hands nervously. He glanced at the couch in the living area. "Can we sit and talk?"
"Why so serious, Aki chan?" she asked but complied.
Together they went to the living area and Akihito took his seat across his mother.
"Kaa- san," he said and went silent.
"What is it?"
He looked away, staring at the plush carpet. His felt his heart hammering against his ribs; it was so hard that he felt it was going to burst anytime.
"Kaa-san," he said again but no words came out.
"Aki, what is it?" Natsuko asked gently.
"If – If I did something wrong, would you be mad at me?"
Natsuko smiled. "That depends on what you did."
"Will you hate me for it?" Akihito asked, looking at his mother.
"You're my son, Aki. Why would I hate you?"
The gentleness in his mother's voice only made Akihito guiltier because he knew that the revelation that he was about to make would crush his mother's heart. Akihito bit his lip.
Should I just keep quiet about it and pretend nothing has happened? After all she only has suspicions. Telling her would only tear her apart. I mean, who would want to hear that your own son is involved in a homosexual relationship?
"What did you do?" Natsuko asked.
When Akihito continued to remain silent, Natsuko said again, "Is it about your relationship with Asami san?"
Akihito's eyes widened. Never expecting his mother to be this blunt, Akihito could only stare at her with his mouth open.
"If it's about your relationship with Asami, I already know. I'm just waiting for you to tell me," she smiled.
He managed to close his mouth. He moved his seat next to his mother and held her hand. "Kaa-san, are you disappointed in me?"
She placed her other hand on his. "Disappointed, no. Shocked – yes."
"I'm sorry," Akihito mumbled.
"Is Asami san your first relationship with a man?"
Akihito blushed. "Kaa-san, he is my only relationship. I never had one. And I'm not into men. It's just –him," he said. "I'm sorry."
Natsuko squeezed his hand. "Don't be. It's not your fault."
"I can never give you a grandchild. You'll be embarrassed, and you and tou-san will have to live with the fact that their son is—," he halted his words.
"—only interested in Asami san?" Natsuko finished for him. "I don't know about others, but I can live with that."
Akihito actually laughed. "Kaa-san, please don't joke about this."
"I'm not," she said in a gentle yet firm tone. "You're my son, Akihito. No matter who you love or what you do, you're still my son. Do you understand?"
Raising her hand, she placed it on Akihito's cheek. "Look at me, Aki."
Akihito did as he was told. The tears glistened in his eyes and his mother wiped it away with her finger.
"Do you understand?" she asked again and smiled when Akihito nodded. "I'm sure Haru has already told you that I called him. He knows too, right?"
Akihito nodded again. "Haru-nii found out when you came to Tokyo the last time."
His mother pinched his cheeks. "You brothers always hide things from me. You should have told me then."
"Ouch, that hurts," he complained but already the weight was off his shoulders. "Uhm ka-san, how did you find out about –," he trailed off.
Natsuko pinched Akihito's cheeks again. "You were too loud last night."
"Oh god!" He muttered embarrassingly, covering his face with his hands.
"Well, there were other clues," she admitted.
Akihito looked up. "What?" he asked weakly.
"You have too few belongings in your room. I can only assume they were all in Asami's room. The room is more like your work room."
"Kaa-san, you're too sharp."
"I'm your mother," Natsuko said proudly. "And then there's Toru san. You don't look like a person who can afford him. He's on Asami's payroll, right?"
He nodded. "Kaa-san, since I've decided to come clean, I don't want to hide things from you anymore. Toru is not my assistant."
"He's not?"
"Both he and Ando were hired by Asami to be my guards."
Natsuko's eyes widened. "Guards?" She laughed. "Oh Aki, are you that of a trouble magnet that he has to put two guards to you?"
Akihito couldn't believe that his mother wasn't freak out with that. "Kaa-san! What kind of question is that? And is that your only concern? You're not concerned that your son is being controlled by a possessive jerk?"
God, he really couldn't figure out his mother sometimes. His brother was more freaked out when he found out about his relationship with Asami.
"Sorry, Akihito. I shouldn't have laughed," she said, still smiling. "But I can understand why he put them with you. That job of yours is very dangerous."
"It's really not and I survived just fine before them," he sulked but he too, was smiling.
"Aki? There's this other thing that I wanted to ask you."
"Yes?"
"The cashier at Marukoshi told me that you are the President."
"Damn, so much for trying to keep it a secret," Akihito cursed. He looked his confused mother, scratching his head. "Here's the thing. Asami bought it and placed it under my name."
Natsuko gasped. "He treasures you that much?"
"I'm sure it's just for tax evasion purposes. He once said it's a win-win situation for both of us although I don't understand what he really meant."
"—but to acquire the entire supermarket chain and placed them in your name, isn't it a little – " she trailed off.
"Kaa-san, let's not talk about it anymore. I'm kinda hungry," he said on purpose.
Natsuko patted his shoulder. "You're right. Let's eat before the food gets cold."
Akihito followed his mother to the kitchen, took his seat. He couldn't remember the last time he felt this happy. It seemed surreal that his mother had accepted their relationship. "Kaa-san, what about tou-san? Will you tell him?"
"Mmm—maybe, when the right time comes," she said as she placed a bowl of rice in front of Akihito. "Don't worry, I know how to deal with him. Kaa-san always wins."
"When would that be?"
Natsuko placed a bowl of soup in front of Akihito. "When you decide to change your name to Asami."
"KAA-SAN!"
Xx Business as Usual xX
Asami's eyebrow raised when he received Toru's mail. According to the lanky guard, Akihito's mother seemed to have found out about their relationship, causing the photographer to behave worriedly.
The conversation between Akihito and his mother was not recorded but Akihito was in a good spirit when he left for his second assignment after lunch at home.
Asami smirked. He didn't have to guess the result of the confrontation. From what he had observed, Natsuko didn't seem like a person who would disown her own son because of his sexual preference.
He heard the door knocked three times swiftly, indicating Kirishima at the door. "Enter."
Kirishima walked in with a few files but instead of passing the files to him, he stood in front of the table. "Sir, the concierge called and said a woman was looking for you. She identified herself as Takaba Natsuko. I've verified and it is Takaba sama's mother. Should I let her through?"
Well, this is a surprise. Asami rested his hands on the arm rest. "Send her in."
"Understood." The secretary bowed and left the room.
It was the second time a Takaba family member had walked into his office, demanding to speak with him. The first being Akihito's older brother, Haruhito. He was enraged after finding out his precious brother was involved with him and demanded for answers. Haruhito's visit was predicted but not Natsuko's.
It was always more difficult dealing with women, especially a woman that Akihito cared for. He wasn't sure why she wanted to see him but one thing for certain – he'd never give up Akihito. The fiery boy belonged to him and he'd fight to keep him.
The door knocked again and Kirishima opened the door. He stepped aside, allowing Natsuko to enter first. Natsuko was shorter than Akihito so she looked extra petite and vulnerable when she stood in the middle of his spacious office.
"Asami san," she bowed. "I'm sorry for coming unannounced."
Asami stood up, guided her to the sitting area. He nodded his head at his secretary, a gesture Kirishima understood as to serve tea.
"It is not a problem."
"I thought I'd speak with you when you get home, but I would like to do so without Akihito," she began.
"To what I owe you this pleasure, Takaba san?"
Natsuko waited till the tea was served before she took a deep breath. "I shall not beat around the bush, Asami san. I know that you and Akihito are seeing each other. I confronted him just now."
Asami raised an eyebrow but he remained silent and continued to observe Natsuko. She took another deep breath and continued.
"I'm not here to object your relationship but Aki is my baby." She stared straight at Asami. "So, I'd like to confirm your feelings for Aki. If you're serious about him, I won't say a word but if you intend to play with him until you settle down, I'll have Aki break things with you."
Her voice was firmer this time; her eyes flashed at the last sentence, indicating she meant every word. Interesting, the Takaba brothers seemed to have inherited the same trait from their mother.
"I've been with Akihito for more than two years. If I wanted to play, I wouldn't stay with the same person, Takaba san."
"I need to know, Asami san. He's in love with you so I can't bear to see him getting hurt."
Asami smirked. "Did he say that?"
This time, she smiled. "I'm his mother. I know his every quirk. He never showed that kind of expression before."
Again, Asami's lips curved. His lover has always exceeded his expectations.
"Asami san? Can I ask you something?"
He nodded.
"A man of your stature, you can have anyone you want. Why Aki?"
Asami took the tea offered by Kirishima and sipped. "None of them is Akihito. No one can stir my feelings like he does."
And that was perhaps the closest he'd tell anyone about his feelings. "I've told this to a few people, including Haruhito-kun. Akihito is mine and I have no desire to let him go. I'd rather drag him to the pits of hell than sending him away."
Finally satisfied with his answer, Natsuko smiled warmly. "Thank you. I'm sorry for asking, I need to know."
"Of course."
He noticed that her expressions had turned softer. The fire in her eyes diminished, leaving them glistened with tears.
She moved closer, held Asami's hands with hers.
"I'll entrust Aki to you. As I've said before, Aki is a willful child, so please help me to take care of him," she whispered.
Asami returned Natsuko's smile. "It'd be my pleasure."

Natsuko finally went back after spending nearly five days in Asami's penthouse. Akihito's father came with a huge bouquet of roses with promises that they'd leave for their onsen trip in the next two weeks.
Akihito nearly laughed out aloud because his father looked very awkward in his suit and roses. Japanese men really don't do well with romantic expressions. His brother took the opportunity to grill him about his conversation with Natsuko. At the airport café, Haruhito made his brother sit on a separate table, citing the excuses of brothers' only time.
"So, you told kaa-san about your relationship with Asami?"
Akihito nodded.
"And she accepted it?"
"Yeah." Akihito smiled and told his brother about their conversation.
Haruhito listened attentively and by the time Akihito finished explaining, he folded his hands across his chest, looking somewhat disappointed.
"And I thought kaa-san would break you guys up," he said, sulking.
Akihito laughed at his brother's antics before he stared at his coffee. "Ne—Nii-san?"
"Hmmm?"
"Thanks for your advice. I really thought a lot when you told me to consider coming clean with kaa-san. It's probably the best decision I've ever made."
Haruhito ruffled his brother's hair. "You're overthinking, Aki-chan. But seriously, I was expecting kaa-san to break you guys up," he said, smiling.
"Don't call me Aki-chan," he said, slapping his brother's hands away. And they laughed.

Asami was already home when Akihito got back from the airport. So much had happened for the past few days that Akihito did not even had the chance to inform Asami what happened. He was pretty excited with the prospect that he did not have to lie to his mother and brother about Asami anymore.
The days where I have to come out with countless of excuses are finally over! Akihito thought gleefully as he took his seat next to Asami.
"You're early today," Akihito commented.
"I'll be heading to Club Sion at ten," the crime lord replied, rested his gaze on Akihito. "You looked happy, did something good happen?"
It was then Akihito realized that he had been smiling like an idiot. And since he was in a good mood, he thought he'd reward the bastard. Climbing onto Asami's lap, he said, "Hey, Asami. I need to tell you something."
The eyebrow rose questioningly. "For you to sit on my lap willingly, either you're in a good mood or you have something to ask of me."
Akihito looked away, embarrassed. He was about to move when Asami's arms circled around his waist, stopping him.
"Why don't you tell me what's the good news? Perhaps we can celebrate at the club later?"
"I don't want to party at some rich, old geezer's place," he snorted before continuing. "Listen – uhm. My mother – she asked about our relationship the other day."
"How did she find out?"
Akihito jabbed a finger on Asami's chest. "That's because of you, bastard. I told you my mother was outside yet you –," he trailed off when he realized his lover was smirking. His eyes immediately narrowed into slits. "—you ignored my pleas and kept fucking me."
"I prefer the word pleasuring," Asami said smoothly. "So, did you tell her the truth?"
"What was I supposed to do?" Akihito asked. "Haru-nii called and advised that I should start deciding if I want to come clean with her. And I did."
"I gather everything went well?"
"Yeah. I'm really glad I told her. Now I don't have to wrack my brains for excuses anymore," Akihito said before suddenly realizing something was wrong.
It was weird how cool Asami was. Usually, he'd show signs of displeasure that his territory had been challenged. Akihito was constantly reminded that he was Asami's property, so it was unusual that he behaved so calmly.
"Asami, did you already know about this?" Akihito asked.
The smirk had Akihito flew in rage. "You spied on us? Like you how did with Haru-nii?"
"Calm down," Asami said, tightening his grip on Akihito's waist when the boy tried to move away.
"You fucking jerk. I thought we had an agreement!"
"We did, and I honored it," Asami replied calmly.
Akihito stared at his lover, confused. "Then, how –" he trailed off before realization hit him. Of course, if Haru-nii went to Sion to see Asami, his mother could have done the same thing! Didn't she tell him that she wanted to go for a walk after lunch that day?
"—kaa-san came to see you—" he whispered.
Asami nodded his head in approval. "You are getting very good at deducing things."
"What did she say?" Akihito asked, almost afraid to hear the truth.
"She came for a quick chat and told me to take care of you."
The relief was immediate. "That's all?"
"Were you expecting her to march into my office, demanding me to let you go?"
"Will you, if she asked?" Akihito whispered.
Asami's reaction turned serious. Cupping Akihito's chin, he kissed the boy. "No. You won't be able to escape from me, Akihito."
Part of Akihito was relief although there was a small nagging thought of what would happen if his mother really demanded that.
"So, since everything went well, I think this calls for a celebration. Do you want to join me at the club?"
Akihito snorted. "No, thanks. I rather go to The Fixer."
"The Fixer then. It has been some time since I last visited," he said quickly, not allowing Akihito to protest.

"Ah, Asami! Stop, you bastard!" Akihito panted as he Asami rammed into him from behind.
His hands were on the huge glass panel of his office in The Fixer, supporting himself as Asami fucked him again and again. His office, like the one in Sion, was a located one floor above the dance floor so Akihito could see the people gyrating their hips together in the packed dance floor.
Occasionally, a few people looked up at his direction and despite knowing that they couldn't see a thing from the heavily tinted glass, Akihito still felt embarrassed.
"This is a celebration Akihito," Asami said, thrusting him harder.
"Ahhh –shit!" Akihito cursed when Asami pinched his nipples hard. The slight pain quickly turned to pleasure when Asami rolled his nipples between his thumb and forefinger.
"What—what the hell is wrong with you?" Akihito asked in between moans. "You like to fuck me like I'm on a window display."
Asami merely pulled himself out from Akihito and flipped the boy to his back. He carried the boy, slamming his back on the glass for support and lowered him onto his hardened cock.
"You enjoyed it, Akihito. Whenever I take you like this, you're wetter than usual."
"I – ah—don't – ah—enjoy it!"
Asami responded by slamming it harder into Akihito, causing the boy to ejaculate without even being touch.
"Ryu—ichi!" Akihito screamed before he went completely limp.
Still buried inside him, Asami carried he boy to the table. He lay him down, cupped Akihito's face. "Don't faint yet, Akihito. I'm not done with you."
The boy was still panting from his climax but Asami didn't give him a chance to recover. He parted Akihito's thighs, allowing wider access as he rammed it, hard and fast. Pressing his body on top of Akihito, his hand braced the sides of the table as he released inside Akihito.
Omake
Asami stared at his young lover asleep on the long couch in the office.
Akihito's office, Asami thought, since they were at The Fixer. Cleaned and fully dressed, Akihito slept peacefully despite the heavy bass of the dance music were still reverberating in the background.
He stood up from Akihito's chair, walked to the panel glass and lit a cigarette. He watched the people dancing below, uninterested. The manager was going around the club, making sure everything was in order while the waiters had their hands full trying to serve incoming customers.
A knock on the door had him turned. His secretary entered the room, with Toru, Suoh and Ando.
"Sir, you called for us?" Suoh asked.
Asami nodded. "Prepare the car. We'll be leaving in about 15 minutes."
"Understood," he said and signaled Ando to go with him.
"Kirishima, did you get the documents from Sion?"
"Yes, sir."
Kirishima stepped forward to hand Asami the documents. As Asami looked through it, Toru merely stood at the door.
"Asami sama?" Kirishima asked. He waited for Asami to nod his head before continuing, "Pardon me for asking, Asami sama. It's about Takaba sama's mother."
Asami looked up, smirking. "What do you want to know, Kirishima?"
The secretary pushed his spectacles up. "Did you purposely ask her to stay at the penthouse?"
"Yes," he said, looking at his secretary. "Why are you so surprised?"
"It did occur to me that you're doing it intentionally because you disliked having your privacy intruded."
Asami took his pen, signed the report and passed it back to Kirishima. "You know me well, Kirishima."
Now, Kirishima smiled. Accepting the file, he said, "Then your plan went well, sir. You wanted Natsuko san to find out about it."
Asami's thin lips curved. He stood up, buttoned his coat and walked to Akihito. Carrying the boy in his arms, he told Kirishima, "Have Suoh wait for us at the backdoor."
"Understood, sir."
"Toru?"
"Yes, Asami sama?"
Asami walked out of the room with Akihito in his arms. "Keep this from him," he said, referring to Akihito.
Toru smiled. "Understood, Asami sama."
A/N: Many wanted me to write Akihito's parents finding out the relationship, so I hope I didn't do that bad.
A/N 2: I honestly don't know why I decided to write so many sex scenes in the chapter. Please forgive my perverted mind.
A/N 3: Thank you so much for reading!( hugs) You are the best!
