The students of ACME Looniversity were lining up for a new thing being implemented: certain students were being chosen to partake in a mentorship program where they become tutors for certain assigned other students.
"How do I have Buster as a mentor?!" Plucky demanded.
"Because you need to learn how to be more respectful to literally everyone around you." Buster explained.
Furrball giggled a little at Buster's reply, while hoping Plucky didn't see him giggling. He took his paper and saw that he was going to be a mentor, and the student he is mentoring is named Binky Bunny.
"I haven't seen this Binky Bunny." He thought to himself.
"Are you Furrball?" Asked a voice from behind him.
Furrball turned and saw a light purple rabbit with yellow hair and black clothing.
"You must be Binky Bunny." Said Furrball.
"I am." She replied. "Hey, why do they call you Furrball? You're a cat, not a ball."
"Let's start this mentorship program and everything will make sense." Furrball replied.
Furrball and Binky began their mentorship program. Furrball started out teaching Binky about the history of ACME, then taught her the difference between various anvils, and eventually taught her how Buster and Babs' catchphrase "no relation" makes sense.
"Ohh, I see!" She exclaimed. "They're not related! There's the joke!"
"Exactly." Furrball replied, nodding his head.
"Thanks for the help." Binky said, gratefully. "By the way, you think you can teach me about the Looney Tunes for the history of the toons exam?"
"Sure thing." Furrball replied, pulling out a book on the Looney Tunes from behind his back.
The two of them spent a long evening looking through the book. Tomorrow afternoon, Binky approached Furrball with her exam papers in her hands.
"I got a perfect score!" She squealed. "Thanks to your mentoring, I managed to get my first A on an exam!"
"I got a flawless A as well." Furrball replied, showing Binky his exam papers. "All that studying payed off."
Binky scooped Furrball up in her arms and kissed his cheek.
"You're the best mentor I could've got!" She said. "My first A is all thanks to you!"
Furrball smiled and blushed. He'd be happy to mentor her again someday.
Bimbette will be the next girl.
