Chapter Nineteen

~James POV~

The day after the exams, James was met with a gloomy Mina, Denki, Kirishima, and Sato who were sharing the same air of despair in front of the classroom.

"Uh, are you okay Mina?" James asked after he put his bag down on his desk. Tears were starting to fall from her face and that alarmed him enough to war with his instinct to run away (He wasn't very good with emotional women, just ask Shina and Kana) or give her a hug and lie that it was all going to be okay. He would have offered better comfort if he knew why she was crying.

"Everyone… I'm looking forward to," Her voice broke as more tears came down. "To a bunch of awesome… stories from the trip!" James blinked and tried to make sense of that declaration before it dawned on him. Mina must have failed her exams. After all the studying they'd done as a group at all their houses the last two weeks he didn't think she would have failed the written exams. The practical exam would have been his next guess since she had been paired with Denki and their opponent was the talking rat. That said, James' next action was to glare at Denki like he was the reason Mina was currently crying in distress. (Never mind that it wasn't Denki's fault. James was already cursing up a storm for the rat already. Denki was just a close enough object for him to hit. Not to mention all the crying from Mina had James on edge more than he had ever been.)

"W-wait hold on!" Midoriya cried out in panic. James was a bit glad to see that a crying Mina didn't put just him on edge. "There could be a twist to this, it's Aizawa!"

"Don't say that Midoriya, you're going to jinx it." Sato rumbled.

"FAILING OUR EXAMS MEANS SUMMER SCHOOL HELL INSTEAD OF TRAINING CAMP IN THE WOODS! AND WE FAILED THE PRACTICAL! THE ONLY TWIST WOULD BE IF YOUR AVERAGE SCORE WAS LOWER THAN A MONKEYS!" Denki shouted. James felt irritation at being yelled at by the Pikachu but chose instead to pet Mina's head soothingly while also using his tail to rub her arm in comfort.

"There, there Mina." She rubbed her eyes. "I'm not sure what will happen, but Midoriya is right, this is Aizawa. I doubt he'll allow us to be split up for training with how die-hard he's been so far about us running ourselves into the ground."

"DON'T GIVE US FALSE HOPE!" Denki yelled. "YOU CAME IN FIFTH!"

"I'm not going to give you anything but stitches." James hissed angrily, not stopping as he tried to soothe Mina who was starting to hiccup.

"Quit shouting guys." Sero attempted while James continued to hiss at Denki.

"James is right." Yuto said coming forward as the voice of reason. "Aizawa is tricky and I'm pretty sure he's a bit of a sadist when it comes to these… pranks. I don't think he's going to bar you guys from the camping trip. It wouldn't make sense to do that. If anything, he'll probably bring you guys with us but train you harder than the rest of us."

"That is a terrifying image." Kirishima murmured in a hollow voice.

"Come on Kiri, let's go sit down." Kana grabbed Kiri and Denki, pulling them to their seats just as the bell went off. Before James could attempt to say anything else the door to the classroom swung open with a loud bang.

"That's the bell!" Aizawa announced, making everyone flinch. "In your seats now." Everyone rushed to comply. James left Mina at her desk after making sure she wouldn't fall out of it.

"Aw that's so cute." Kana snickered under her breath when James passed her to get to his desk.

"What's cute?" James asked not seeing why Kana would find Mina crying cute. If anything, she should be depressed since her Pikachu and Rocky didn't pass either. Did Kana secretly hate Mina? Well, if she did then that would just be another reason for him to sell her when the time came. The trick was to get Shina and Yuto to agree to it.

"You're getting all worked up over Mina crying. Your ears and tail are flicking in agitation. I've only seen that when Shina and I cry at sad movies." Kana's words froze James brain. "You've gotten attached to her. If I didn't know any better I'd say you have a crush on Mina."

"I don't have a crush on her. She's just a friend." James hissed.

"Then why are you tense?" Kana whispered. James analyzed his body language and found Kana was right. He was tense like he was going to start running the moment he was given a chance. He had a sickening feeling that he was going to run right to Mina. But… no, Kana was wrong. She didn't know anything. She was nothing but an annoying muppet reject posing as his cousin sister. She was not right!

"Kana!" Yuto whispered. " has stopped working." James world seemed to speed up as he continued to vehemently deny whatever Kana had just insinuated about him having a crush on Mina. Him! A crush, that was dumb even for her to suggest.

"I don't-" He was interrupted by a loud,

"WHAT?" James blinked, focusing back onto what was happening in the class. Dawning realization could wait a moment as James forced those thoughts to the back of his mind for right now. He needed to focus on the class.

"Everyone cleared the written exams but in the practical exam, only Asido, Kaminari, Kirishima and Sato failed."

"And we're still allowed to go?" Kirishima asked in surprise and possibly shock. James didn't think he'd ever heard the rocky land shark sound so confused.

"As the 'villains' we teachers devised a plan for all of you to come up with a plan that would result in you winning. If we hadn't, none of you would have passed." James whipped his eyes to Aizawa in disbelief.

"You went easy on all of us?" James practically shouted in dismay.

"Yes." Aizawa nodded.

"So, when you said you'd crush us…?" Denki asked, unable to finish that sentence.

"That was to push you. We are talking about training camp after all." Aizawa answered with no shame or guilt in tricking them all. James was hard-pressed to request a change in favorite teachers. Not even he pulled as many tricks as Aizawa did. "This was another rational deception."

"RATIONAL DECEPTION!?" The class shouted.

"Do you think we could get away with that excuse?" James asked, side-tracked for the moment. His question was directed to Yuto and Kana. "If we used it on Shina?"

"Don't bet on it." Kana snorted. "Shina knows our tells when we're lying."

"I wouldn't attempt to use it." Yuto answered. "Not unless you want to spend a few hours in the hole." Iida standing up caught James' attention.

"Now that we've been lied to, aren't you worried that our faith in you has been shaken?"

"Way to be a wet blanket Iida." Uraraka chuckled nervously.

"My faith has certainly been shaken." Yuto sighed. "To continuously deceive someone would result in trust issues that could result in negative actions or consequences."

"I'm not trusting that man again unless I see whatever lies he tells with my own eyes." Kana said. Kirishima and Denki nodded in agreement.

'Ha, your ones to talk.' James thought to his siblings. They were all liars, every second of every day they were in school or hanging with their classmates.

"Perhaps but it wasn't entirely a lie. You four who failed will go to the summer training camp to receive supplemental training, but it will be far worse than summer school."

"Ugh." Denki groaned weakly.

"Well guess Yuto and Denki were right about it being hell." James stated.

"Anyway, I'll be handing out camp manuals, take one and pass it back." And so began the rest of their school day that was technically their last day of school before they went to the training camp the week after next. Just one week of vacation before they were again subjected to tireless training. James wondered if Shina would allow them to do any break-in's again. They had gone a bit overboard one their last family outing. It probably wouldn't be good if the rest of the world knew they were still in Japan either.

"It's great that everyone gets to go to the training camp," Kana said slowly later that day. "But I'm still nervous about going into the woods."

"Don't worry Kana, James and I will be there with you. And so will the rest of our classmates." Yuto attempted to placate Kana's anxiety. "We can use them as bait while we run." Kana nodded.

"You know we really should prepare." James murmured as he looked over the manuals. "We're going to need some equipment for this trip that we don't have at the house."

"The packing list is huge." Iida stated. "I'm going to need to get a new bag just to carry everything."

"I need night vision goggles." Denki stated. "And a swimsuit."

"We could just have Claude get it for us." Kana pointed out.

"I kinda want to get out and get it ourselves you know?" Yuto stated slowly. "We haven't really explored the city since we got here, and I want to see what they have in the mall and a few other stores."

"You haven't?" Tokoyami asked. Yuto shook his head.

"Shina, our sister, picks us up from school and drops us off in the morning. We just go straight home to train and do our homework. We haven't had a chance to really travel the city."

"That sucks." Kirishima stated to Kana. "We should make some plans to show you guys around."

"When?" Kana asked. "Our schedules are really packed."

"Oh I know!" Hagakure cried out suddenly, gaining everyone's attention. "We're off tomorrow and exams are done so how about we all go shopping together as a class? It'll be a good outing to show the Nara siblings around too!"

"Good idea! This should be fun." Denki grinned at Kana. "What do you think Kana?"

"It would be fun. We'd just have to let Shina know so she doesn't worry."

"You okay with that James?" Mina asked. James couldn't have said no even if he wanted to. Mina was giving him a hopeful expression that was mirrored in the rest of his classmates faces. Kana on the other hand made a motion with her hand that meant he was dead if he refused.

"Yeah that sounds like fun." James gave in with a hesitant glance at Yuto who only shrugged.

"Hey you should come too Bakugou!" Kirishima called.

"Not going to happen." Bakugou growled.

"Bakugou in public?" Kana gasped. "We'd probably be confused for delinquents."

"Shut up." Kana snickered at Bakugou's snap.

"It's only natural Bakagou, I mean, you don't have a very good temper in class and the public who saw the Sports Festival would probably remember that. But I guess you have to stay at home and pack. I'm sure your family can help you with that. Nothing like getting in time with mommy."

"Shut up portal witch! Fine I'll come and show you idiots how to properly prepare."

"What about you Todoroki?" Midoriya asked.

"I… visit someone on my days off." James glanced over to see Todoroki looking shy about this.

"It's fine Todoroki, maybe next time." James stated before anyone could say anything else. He didn't want his friend to be pressured into going as Kana had just done to Bakugou. Which, he was going to have to ask her about later when they were alone.

~Shina's POV~

Shina sighed as she sat cross-legged on the bar with a drink in her hand. Kurogiri had gotten really good at figuring out her tastes for soda, he'd given her a blackberry soda that tasted like it had some other kind of berry added in. She blamed this familiarity on her coming by a lot more lately due to Shigaraki's want to finish the recruiting process. The last two candidates were being brought by today by Giren as per grouchy Shiggy's 'request' yesterday.

"Kurogiri, by any chance do you know when Shigaraki will start his move against All Might?" Shina asked. Shigaraki hadn't told her anything yet.

"No I do not know what Shigaraki Tomura has planned." Kurogiri stated. Shina sighed but nodded.

"I figured." Shigaraki's voice came from across the bar.

"I'm right here, you could just ask me." Shina took a sip of her drink before she answered.

"Sorry but the last time I asked you a question you almost turned my soda into dust."

"I won't apologize for that." Shigaraki stated. "Where is Giren? I'm getting tired of waiting for him."

"It's not like you have anything else to do today." Shina said. "Unless you have another villain group you're running that you haven't mentioned?"

"No need to be jealous Shina. You're still my left-hand woman in criminal activities."

"As if I would be jealous." The nerve of that asshole. A knock on the door alerted them to Giren's arrival finally. Shina pulled up her mask to obscure half her face. Two people entered a head of Giren. One was obviously a teenage girl with blond hair that was pulled into messy buns on the side of her head. She looked innocent and alive, but appearances were deceiving. The other was a tall man, probably around her own age who wore tattered clothes. His skin looked like it had been burned in a fire, but his face was only half burned and held together with staples.

"Shigaraki, good to see you again. I brought the two candidates who want to join the League of Villains. They've been very interested in meeting you." Shina glanced at Shigaraki to watch his reaction.

"Who are they?" Shigaraki asked aloud and while anyone could have answered, Shina knew he was asking her. She had been in charge of checking all of the prospective candidates that had been referred by Giren so far. Giren had sent her these two's information yesterday after she'd asked for the meeting to be today. The girl, Toga, she had read all about in the files as well as the police reports she'd found that were linked to her. The man, Dabi, she knew next to nothing about. It was like he'd just popped up one day out of nowhere. She was guessing he was either a wanted man or someone hiding from their past.

"Be nice Shiggy." Shina commented lightly. "They can't be too bad if Giren is recommending them to us."

"Hmph."

"I guess you're Shigaraki. In person, you're… super gross dude." Dabi spoke. Shina couldn't help the surprised snicker that escaped her. She covered it by coughing when she caught Dabi glancing in her direction. Well there was one point in his favor. Anyone who actively roasted Shigaraki was okay in her books.

"Whoa, you're friends with Mr. Stainy right?" Toga gushed. "I wanna join your group. Your League of Villains."

"Kurogiri warp them away. It's the two types I hate the most. A brat and a bad-mannered hobo." Shina sighed, figuring she was going to have to take control of this meeting.

"Huh?" The girl spoke.

"Shigaraki." Shina spoke up. "If you cared about manners or anyone being a brat, you wouldn't have me on your team. I'm twice as annoying and you still put up with my antics."

"You're useful." Shigaraki stated grumpily. Well, Shina couldn't argue that. She looked at Kurogiri.

"We should hear them out, they came a long way." Kurogiri spoke, assisting Shina in calming him down. "As Sunfire said, Giren wouldn't bring us a couple of flakes. He's done a good job so far."

"And I'll take my finder's fee for this." Giren grinned. "How are you Sunfire?"

"Bored out of my mind." Shina spoke drily. "Wanna introduce who you brought before Shiggy decides they aren't worth it?"

"As the lady wishes." Giren stepped forward pointing to the blonde teenager. "Let's start with this little cutie. The media's kept her face and name on strict lockdown but she's a person of interest in a string of bloodletting murders the police are monitoring."

"I'm Toga! Himeko Toga! Life's too hard, I wanna make a world that's easier to live in. I wanna be Mr. Stainy. I wanna kill Mr. Stainy." The aura of bloodlust coming off Toga was enough to have Shina confident that if she was trained properly, she would be a force to be reckoned with. "Let me join you Tomura."

"You some kind of freak?" Shigaraki asked picking up on the same level of bloodlust that Shina was. Shina would leave it to Shigaraki to say yes or no to this one, but if anything, she really hoped she never had to introduce her to Kana. Kana was sane currently but she knew the power of having girl friends, especially at the tender age of 16.

"You both have similar goals. I'm sure she'll be of use to you." Giren spoke. "Next, well this young man has no criminal record to speak of, but he's enamored with the Hero Killers ideals. I have no doubt he'd be very resourceful."

"I'm not sure about this." Dabi spoke up for himself. "Is this bunch really dedicated to the cause? I mean, they're about to let this nutjob join." He indicated Toga who blinked confusedly at him.

"Hey hey," Shigaraki surprised Shina by speaking up in Toga's defense. "She may be a nutjob but at least she can introduce herself. If you're an adult how about you do the same?" Shina analyzed Dabi's body language while the interactions continued. Unlike Toga, he was relaxed and confident. She didn't know what his Quirk was but she'd be willing to bet he could handle himself in a fight. The problem was, would his energy be able to match Shigaraki's? Or would Shigaraki deem him unacceptable?

"I go by Dabi right now."

"No good, your real name." Shigaraki ordered.

"You'll know it when you need to." Dabi responded. "Anyway, the Hero Killer's ideals, I plan to make it a reality." The announcement had apparently struck Shigaraki wrong as he was growling.

"Tch, no need to answer questions I didn't ask." Shigaraki got up. Shina knew from experience in the last few days that he was getting ready for another tantrum outburst. She glanced at Kurogiri and nodded at him. She would take care of this one. He took a step back while Shina tilted her head, popping her neck. "Everyone now a days is all 'Stain this' and 'Stain that'."

"Shigaraki." Shina warned.

"Bad, bad, bad, bad mood. I'm in a bad mood." Shina slipped off the bar. "Cuz you guys are no good." She had moved quickly enough to put herself between Shigaraki and the two newbies. A golden shield came up blocking Shigaraki from attacking Dabi and Toga. Shina glared Shigaraki down from his outburst, not an ounce of fear or anger in her expression, only stern warning. Shigaraki's eyes were wild with anger that cooled as she didn't back down.

"Take a walk Shigaraki. I'll finish vetting them." She murmured lower so he could hear her. "If you want to grow the organization then we're going to have to not kill the newbies before they prove useful."

"Fine." Shigaraki stepped back. Shina lowered her shield, deactivating her Quirk as he headed for the exit.

"Where are you off too?" Giren asked.

"Shut up." Shigaraki called as he walked out of the bar, the door slamming shut behind him. Shina sighed as she faced the two candidates as well as Giren and Kurogiri.

"Sorry about that, Shigaraki hasn't been feeling well the last few days. Something was bound to push him over the top." Shina stated simply before she shrugged. "I'd imagine the stresses of destroying society as we know it are harder than we'd like to imagine. Partially why I don't do it."

"And who are you? His girlfriend?" Dabi asked.

"Please, I'd kill him before he could ask me." Shina tilted her head. "I am Sunfire, thief. I'm also Shigaraki's left-hand woman in these League of Villain criminal matters."

"And your 'real name'?" Dabi turned Shigaraki's earlier words on her. Shina tilted her head.

"You'll know it when you need to." Shina spread her hands to encompass the bar. "In the meantime, if you want to join the League of Villains I do need to ask what your Quirks are as well as how comfortable you would feel about stealing, murder, planning to overthrow the necessary legal government, all the lovely details that society claims are 'illegal'. Not to mention I'm sure I don't need to say it but," Here Shina grew serious. "Since this is a group of villains, other degenerates, and criminals, any spies or traitors will be dealt with harshly."

"How harshly?" Toga asked curiously.

"I won't stop Shigaraki next time." Shina stated before she grinned. "But if your serious than that shouldn't be a problem. Your Quirks?"

"Toga has a bloodletting Quirk." Giren stated getting them back on track.

"Yes I heard you Giren. I want to hear her explain it." Shina spoke firmly after giving him a look. He tilted his head, taking a drag of his cigarette before he nodded and stepped back. Shina indicated Toga to speak.

"I can turn into whoever I drink, the more blood, the longer I can stay in their body." She gave a large grin. Shina nodded.

"Can you use their Quirk?" If she could that was potentially a good addition to the League's ranks.

"No." Shina nodded. Toga was young and if her uniform was any indication, Shina didn't think that she had much training. If Toga did join then Shina could potentially give some pointers to have her grow her Quirk into it's full potential. She was just going to have to talk with Shigaraki about it. Shina hummed to herself before she looked at Dabi.

"And you Dabi?" He seemed to assess her in full before he gave a quick answer.

"Fire. What is your Quirk?" Shina could appreciate his reluctance to answer to the fullest. From his appearance she was assuming that he was living on the streets and that mentality usually came with high walls that were hard to climb or bring down. It was common to not divulge everything about your Quirk for fear of someone beating you or using you to some extent which was honestly what Shigaraki was doing with the candidates.

"Light manipulation." Shina answered. "Toga it sounds like you've killed someone before so that answers my question about how murderous you are. Dabi, have you killed someone before?"

"First time for everything." Dabi answered noncommittally. Shina nodded, yes that was certainly true.

"I'm sure with your Quirk, you'd be able to easily. Fire has been known to be very volatile. I do want to know though, how much do you want to make your goals a reality? If you're just in this for a hobby or pastime, then you can leave. The same goes for you Toga."

"Hm, my goals are my own. I'm willing to help Shigaraki and the League accomplish what we need to in order to bring Stain's ideals to completion." Shina nodded. She didn't fully believe that. Mainly because Dabi seemed more like a leader than a follower, but for this meeting, she wouldn't push it. Overall, it was up to Shigaraki to approve them in the end.

"Alright." Shina sighed. "I've heard and seen all I need to. We'll have an answer for you both within the next two days. Ultimately, Shigaraki has the final say based on what I find out about the candidates. Giren," Shina called.

"Yes?"

"We're done with recruiting." Giren nodded, taking a drag of his cigarette.

"Understood Sunfire." Shina nodded before turning back to Dabi and Toga.

"Giren will get in touch with you when Shigaraki gives us an answer. Chances are though," Shina spoke deliberately this time. "We will want you both in the League."

"Ooh goodie!" Toga smiled happily. Shina watched silently as Giren, Toga and Dabi left the bar. Shina lowered her mask enough to down the rest of her drink before she pulled it back up.

"I assume Shigaraki will feel better after he comes back from his walk. Whatever is going through his mind will have hopefully resolved itself and we can continue to work towards the goal of the League of Villains."

"His goals have been shaken twice now. First with All Might and then with Stain. He will be back on the proper path soon." Shina nodded. She knew Shigaraki was being used by All for One the same way she and her clansmen were being used for. The only difference was Shigaraki had been put in the maze years before. He had been groomed and told he had options but the end zone was predetermined by the winner, All for One. No matter what he decided or chose, his ending was still the same. Shina was going to make sure, that was not an option for her and her clansmen. Her phone chiming had Shina pulling it out to see who was calling, hopefully it wasn't her kids.

'Selene' The caller ID read. Shina sighed before she answered it.

"Hey Sel, what do you have for me?" The familiar accent of the Brazilian woman had Shina's mind flashing to sunny beaches, humid air and gunfire.

'Hey Sunny! Any chance you can come out to I-Island this week? Naomi and I have some tech we want to introduce you too as well as other potential candidates to invest in. I think it's fantastic that the timing has worked out so well since the I-Island Expo is going to be occurring this coming week!'

"I'm currently on a job, but I can see about visiting you guys for maybe two or three days?" Shigaraki would need to catch the rest of the League members up to date so nothing too crazy should be happening the next few days.

'Three days would be best to show you everything. I mean a week would be perfect, but I understand if you can't come and stay longer. I'll make all the arrangements for you and the kids to stay at one of the best hotels.'

"Sounds good." Shina acknowledged. "I have to get going now. Send me the details and I'll let you know when we're leaving."

'Perfect! Talk to ya later hun!' Shina ended her call with the bubbly woman before she looked at Kurogiri.

"I'll be back later with more intel on our new members as well as the other subject Shigaraki had me looking into. When you see him again could you let him know I need to leave for a few days to head to I-Island? Should only be three days."

"I will inform Shigaraki." Shina gave him and nod and turned to leave.

"Sunfire." Shina halted as All For One's voice came from the TV set.

"Yes?" She asked, half hoping he didn't answer.

"When you go to I-Island, be on the lookout for Villains." Shina frowned at this info. I-Island had top-notch security and having any Villains come into the island was a major security breach. Still, she nodded, if anyone could get Villains into I-Island, it would be All For One. Shina left the bar without any further discussion.

Since her kids had gone to the mall in Kiyashi Ward to do their summer camp shopping she had informed them that she would pick them up. She didn't want to let them go at first but they'd worn her down stating it was great 'intel gathering'. Shina hadn't been strict enough to take that away from them as she still hoped for them to find a life in whatever this hero business brought to them. She wasn't stupid enough to hope they would become heroes, but she did hope they walked on the side of good.

~Kana's POV~

"How was the mall?" Shina asked when she picked them up that night from Kiyashi Mall. Kana hopped into the passenger seat and buckled up.

"There are cops gathered all over the place." Kana stated as this was obvious that something had happened. And that something was Shigaraki showing up and threatening the cinnamon roll Midoriya.

"How do you think it went?" James asked rhetorically.

"Shigaraki showed up and had a nice chat with Midoriya." Kana stated flatly. "What is his deal with Midoriya? We've been working and training alongside that boy all semester and he's not really very special from what I've seen."

"I've been thinking about it myself." Shina stated as she drove off. "Does Midoriya have main character energy?"

"He has his mother in his life. No bright or weird hair coloring. He does have freckles and innocent eyes." Yuto stated. "He has a rival in Bakugou, Kana's boyfriend."

"Bakugou is not my boyfriend." Kana snapped. "You guys say that whenever I have any guy friends. Calm down please. And Midoriya doesn't really have 'main character' energy. More like a supporting character."

"Did he suddenly obtain a power no one can explain?" That had the three cousins going silent as they thought about this. Kana remembered the first week of school when Tsu had accused Midoriya of having the same Quirk as All Might. There was also the comments she'd heard from Bakugou about Midoriya being a Deku and how shocked he had been that Midoriya had entered UA.

"Well," Kana murmured. "Upon further investigation, he may have main character energy?"

"Yeah but so does half the class." James argued. Kana had to give it to James that he had a good point about that. Everyone else stuck out more than Midoriya.

"Either way, by the laws of the main characters guild, the villain shall be unhealthily obsessed with the main character. If this was a TV show or anime, Midoriya would most undoubtedly be the main character. Be careful around him, people tend to die or get severely injured around those characters." Shina stated.

"We're not really friends with him." Kana stated.

"Good. Now let's get your mind off school and the crusty Shigaraki. Selene called and said she wanted us to attend an event being held on I-Island. She wants us to look over some tech modifications she thinks I'd be interested in investing in." Shina stated.

"What about school?" Kana asked before asking. "Wait, what about the League?" She didn't think Shigaraki would just allow them to up and leave. From what Shina had been saying, Shigaraki had been asking Shina's opinions more often the last few weeks since she'd finished reconciling the Pro Hero database.

"It's a short trip and it's for business. I'm not too comfortable leaving you guys here to face whatever your teachers or Shigaraki decides to allow to happen. Besides, your summer camping trip has been put on hold per your teachers most recent email about this little incident." Kana nodded in understanding.

"So, when are we going to leave?" James asked. Kana grabbed her cell phone and plugged it into the car's charger before she did the calculation in her head of the best times to leave as well as what this would entail if this was a business trip.

"We can't portal to the island because it's a mobile island and they have the best security in the world due to how advanced their tech is. We need to charter a plane for this." Kana stated.

"Just call up Jane and see if she can fly the jet to the closest airport and we can leave after she gets some rest." Yuto offered up.

"We could do that. Or we could portal to where she is?" Kana offered.

"I don't want you to have to strain yourself by going intercontinental with your portals." Shina stated not taking her eyes off the road. "Besides, I figured we would need Jane at some point so she's actually nearby. I can give her a call and see if we can leave tomorrow afternoon."

"Did Selene say when she wanted us to come?" Kana asked curiously.

"No but," Shina sighed as she stopped at a red light. "All for One heard me telling Kurogiri we were going to have to be gone a few days. He did tell me to expect some company of villainous natures."

"How would he even get villains on I-Island?" James asked outraged.

"He's All for One." Shina stated flatly. "If he managed to get away from his last fight with All Might, chances are there isn't much he can't get away with."

"What about your recruiting for Shigaraki?" Kana asked remembering Shina's most recent mission for the man-child. "Did you finish that yet?"

"We signed on the final two members today." Shina answered. "Shigaraki and Kurogiri are going to be the ones to get them introduced to the other members as well as bringing them up to speed on what Shigaraki has planned for the League. Technically, I'm here to oversee our own business with the side addition of also keeping an eye on the villainous activities on I-Island." Shina stated.

"School's taken care of, the League is taken care of, we have a pilot to take us, it's I-island so no one there knows us, and all we have to really do is let Shina take care of the investing business and keep an eye on possible villainous activities…" James counted off. "We can finally get some peace from these exhausting roles since we began in August. I see no downside to this." Kana couldn't help but smile. While it was true that she had grown to like being at UA with friends her own age and getting stronger over the past months. A break from being Kana Nara the schoolgirl and future Hero, was something that had her longing to relax.

"We need to pack then." Yuto stated the obvious. "I'm so excited!"

"Thanks Shina." Kana murmured. Shina nodded once at the gratitude. Kana fully looked forward to relaxing on an island far away from UA and those she'd spent months lying to. Just her, her family, and a drink as they looked around.

GM NASAI: Happy early 4th of July everyone!
