Sly went to his next mission, which was for him to disable the satellite array that was operated by elephants (I'm not kidding). The satellite arrays allowed Rajan to monitor all of their communications, which they didn't want. So, Bentley's plan was for the elephants to go crazy on spice so that way they would be able to destroy the satellite array that would allow Rajan to monitor of the Cooper Gang's operation.
"Rajan is able to monitor all of our communications out here with that elephant-driven satellite array." Bentley said to Sly.
"Sound's grim. You got a plan to destroying the satellite?" Sly asked Bentley.
"Don't I always? Now, the local spice plants are illegal for good reason. Eat too many and you'll go into a fit of uncontrolled rage." Bentley said.
"Keep that stuff away from Murray... Oh wait, wait, I get it. I put some spice plants in the elephant's feed bag, he chows down, gets all crazy and then, Presto! The satellite's in pieces." Sly said, figuring out Bentley's plan to destroy the satellite array.
"A crude interpretation of the plan, but accurate. The trick here is harvesting the spice plants. You'll have to do some serious climbing as they only grow high up in the jungle canopy." Bentley said to Sly. Sly then proceeded to gather all six of the spice plants. The spice plants weren't easy to get to, since they were scattered about all over the jungle. Sly had to preform his rail slide technique to slide up the vines to obtain all six of the required spice plants. Eventually, the raccoon was able to get all six of the spice plants. Upon grabbing all six spice plants, Bentley told Sly to put all of the spice palnts into the elephant's feed bag. When the elephants consumed the spice, they went mad. The satellite array was destroyed.
Harley's next job was to knock Rajan out and steal the blueprints. He had no idea what Rajan looked like. How was Harley supposed to steal from a guy who he barely know anything about.
Harley P.O.V.
"As I expected, Rajan is out for his daily tour of the operation. My sources claims he always carries three blueprints on him, which when read together, tell you everything about his spice operation." Bentley said to me.
"Too bad he doesn't have that section of the Clockwerk heart we saw during the recon. You could just pump him full of sleep darts and we could all go home." Sly said to Bentley.
"Well, I want Harley to put Rajan to sleep. I think he'll be more capable of preforming the task." Bentley said.
"What does this Rajan guy look like?" I asked both Sly and Bentley.
"Rajan is a tiger. He wears a purple turban, and he wears a red vest as well as purple and green pants." Sly said to me.
"Ok." I said. I now knew what this Rajan guy looks like. I saw a tiger with the same description that Sly gave me.
"Is this tiger Rajan?" I asked Sly and Bentley.
"Yes." Sly and Bentley said in unison. "Are you good at shooting bow and arrows?"
"Not really." I said to Bentley.
"Tell you what. I'll knock out Rajan while you steal the blueprints off of him." Bentley asked me.
"How do we do that?" I asked Bentley.
"Rajan has an insatiable appetite for Indian watermelons, which, if eaten whole, will force even him to nod off for a while. Once he's asleep, I'll creep in and lift the blueprints." Bentley explained to me.
"How do you know that Rajan has a appetite for watermelons?" I asked Bentley. I legitimately wanted to know how in the world Bentley found out about Rajan's appetite for watermelons.
"Let's just say I have psychic powers." Bentley said to me.
"How exactly do you plan on luring Rajan over to the watermelons?" I asked Bentley.
"I've equipped my sleep darts with a sonic disruptor... the strange sounds they make should be enough to lead the ever curious Rajan from place to place." Bentley said.
"Wouldn't that arouse suspicion?" I asked Bentley.
"That's the whole point, Harley." Sly said. "We want to lure Rajan to the watermelons by using noise. So what if it causes a distraction. It'll at least make it easier for us to obtain the blueprints to the Clockwerk heart."
"If you say so." I said.
Bentley got to work on distracting Rajan with the sonic disruptor sleep darts. While Rajan was knocked out temporarily, I crept up behind Rajan. I was initially afraid of approaching Rajan. I calmed myself down and stole the blueprints. I had to steal three blueprints off of Rajan. Bentley knocked out Rajan all three times. Once I got all three blueprints, I headed back to the safehouse.
