Hey, just a quick Author's Note literally just to respond to a Guest that reviewed asking if I was still alive.
Yes, yes I am.
(Seriously, all you Guests need to make an account. It'd be easier to respond and stuff!)
Now, the better question - why aren't I updating?
Besides the usual reasons like school starting again, and me doing other projects that aren't to fanfiction, one of the main reasons is that I haven't seen the new Peanuts movie yet. (Still not a good reason, but it's one of them.) I feel I need to see it before I start writing Peanuts again - not just because a few people joined this fandom after seeing that movie, but also because I gotta know how awesome it is. I feel like it deserves it or something. (I live in Australia, so the movie only came out on January 1st.)
But, uh, yeah. I guess still not really excuse, and I know I promised to update the (possibly final?) chapter of Cookies in a few weeks, but I couldn't 'cause... well, even more reasons. Holidays and going to other places and stuff. Heheh... whoops.
I'm sorry.
But I do promise to update all of these eventually. I've managed to find time to write a small section of chapters from each story - yes, including Red-Haired - and, one day, all my Peanuts stories will be finished.
I believe the next chapter of this story is going to be what happened to Linus and Frieda, leading up to, er, what you just read.

TL;DR: I'm not dead, but it may be a while before I update again. I promise I will finish all my Peanuts stories eventually.
