Two…no... three cars were chasing her and as the wind blew her dark hair, Arya had little time to think about how to outrun those leeches.

"Bang, bang, bang"

The sound of bullets she barely managed to dodge as she weaved between cars only strengthened her resolve.

Three times already the bullets had hit vehicles. She couldn't do anything for them but she knew the toll would be heavier.

She had given up on going to the hideout and there was only one place where she was sure to lose them. But she would have to get there.

One of the vehicles approached her and when she turned her head the barrel of a submachine gun was staring at her.

She sped up, but one of the bullets hit her shoulder and she winced.

Blood began to flow profusely down his arm.

She saw an ncpd car about to cross at the crossroads. She brushed against it and heard a shock behind her.

"Sorry," she whispered after glancing back.

One of the cars chasing her was embedded in the police car.

There were two cars left.

She winced when she felt a burn on her ear before seeing the bullet enter the rear window of the car opposite and penetrate the back of the driver's skull.

This is what decided Arya to turn into a narrow alley. She knew the Glen she knew where she had to go. She turned left then right but each time she turned she saw the cars in the adjacent street.

She avoided in extremis a passer-by who stuck to a wall.

"Bitch, watch where you're going!"

The pain in her arm grew more and more and she didn't see the truck coming from her left. It was only her reflexes that saved her and she ended up turning in time into another street.

Unfortunately now both cars were behind her again.

Then finally she heard what would be her chance to survive.

Gunshots.

Instead of changing direction she walked towards and found herself in the middle of a combat zone. Everyone stayed entrenched on a corner of the sidewalk and shot at each other. On one side the 6th Street gang and on the other the Valentinos and his father. She knew it was madness but drove straight through the combat zone.

The sound of the motor caught the attention of both sides and she saw her father staring at her in horror before she crossed the firing range.

"Not today" she whispered as the bullets flew.

By sheer luck she managed to turn into the back street of the bar but her pursuers weren't so lucky. The Valentinos doubled the rate of their fire, slaughtering one of the drivers.

Arya couldn't see the rest as she rushed into the bar.

"Princesa?" exclaimed the members present. Most of them were injured.

She was about to speak when she saw their horrified gaze. It was just her arm it would heal quickly.

But she looked down at her stomach and saw the blood seeping from it. Her gaze going from her stomach to the terrified faces of the Valentinos.

Not yet… she thought before collapsing on the ground.

"Arya! Arya! Look at me honey !"

His father's voice sounded very far away. She felt someone hold her, and lay her on something cold, a prick in her arm, and then it was pitch black.
