Clashing blades

Kingdom of Liones
If there was one word to use to describe the current state of the population of Liones right now, it would be uncertainty. The people of the Kingdom were getting scared. With the knights, Holy or otherwise running around and people not being told anything, wild guesses and such were running wild.
Howser looked down for the ledge he was at and frowned. All the commotion was worrisome. He then looked at those around him. There was one of the head Holy Knights Dreyfus, Gilthunder, Jericho and finally, Guila.
"Captain Holy Knight Dreyfus, what is exactly going on?" Asked Howser curious. They all knew that the Seven Deadly Sins were attacking, but it was only three of them. And that was what confused him and many of the others. Why such a low number and why now?
"The Seven Deadly Sins should have gathered four of their teammates and then there's the blond. So why now?" Asked Gilthunder as their actions confused him. There was something missing. Meliodas would never attack in such a manner.
"Your wrong on two counts there Gilthunder. They have Gowther back with them and maybe Merlin," Said Helbram as Gilthunder and Howser looked at him wondering what the other thing was and where he'd came from.
"And The blond is dead." Finished Helbram confusing the two.
"Dead? How do we know she's dead?" Asked Howzer confused.
"I impaled her with my sword." Answered Helbram as this shocked the two, but neither asked how or when as they doubted, they'd get the answer out of him.
"Then there should be no reason for only three of them to come to attack now." Said Gilthunder as he doubted the lose of one person would cause them to attack.
"Whether its three or six of them, it makes no difference. They are attacking the city and we must defend it." Said Jericho.
"I know that but knowing why they're attacking can help us mount the right defence." Said Howzer as Gilthunder nodded.
Hearing that Jericho had no answer as this attack made no sense to any of them.
"They must have a particular goal. But I have no inkling whatsoever as to what that could be." Said Dreyfus deep in thought.
"What if they're here for something?" Asked Jericho suddenly as Dreyfus's eyes went wide.
"You're Hendrickson's lapdog. You must know something about, Sir Helbram." Said Dreyfus as he glared at Helbram something the other knights picked up on.
"You propose that a mere Cardinal like myself, would somehow know more then you?" Asked Helbram as Dreyfus glare increased causing him to change into his referee form.
"They're probably headed for the former Merlin's mansion- Hendrickson's black magic research facility. After all it's loaded with previous magical items of all sorts. Don't you agree?" Said Helbram as it made some sense.
"It's not like we have any other leads." Admitted Howser as part of him doubted this.
"Agreed. Let's go." Said Dreyfus as they then heard a crow caw.
Hearing that Gilthunder tightened his fist as small sparks flew around it.
"I need to check out something first." Gilthunder told the other confusing them.
"What are you checking on?" Asked Guila as she eyed him carefully.
"A lead." Was all Gilthunder said.
"A lead? A lead on what?" Asked Jericho confused.
"I'll come with you." Said Howzer as he added. "With the Sins running around it would be tough, even for you, if you ran into them."
"NO!" Said Gilthunder a little loudly as everyone was confused by his raised voice.
"What I mean is, we shouldn't spread ourselves to thin right now." Gilthunder told them as not all of them were sold.
"Very well. You can meet up with us at the lab." Said Dreyfus as he left as the others followed him, expect Howzer.
"Be careful." Said Howzer as he then left.
Seeing he was gone Gilthunder glared at the crow. He wished he could kill the beast right now, but he knew he couldn't. If they lost sight of him, regardless of why, they would kill Margaret. So with a growl he followed the bird.
Elsewhere in the kingdom two guards were walking down the halls of one of the prisons. At first glance there was nothing unusual about this, but if one looked closer they would see the guards walking funny.
"I can't see with this on." Said one guard as they removed their helmet to reveal Lucy.
"I know, but with these on we can move around more careful." Said the other guard as they took their helmet off to reveal Veronica.
"I know, but I can't see anything with this helmet on." Said Lucy as Veronica agreed with her as she made a mental note to look into these helmets when this was over.
"Come we need to find Elizabeth." Said Veronica as she put her helmet.
"Yeah, but she could be anywhere." Agreed Lucy as she put her helmet back on.
But what neither girl knew was Elizabeth somewhat heard them.
Elizabeth was slowly making her way through the halls as she looked for a way out. As she walked, she realized she got separated from Hawk somehow. But she knew Hawk could take care of himself. As she neared a corner she heard two muffled voices, but she heard 'find Elizabeth' and 'could be anywhere'. Fearing it was guards coming for her, Elizabeth jumped around the corner and before the guards had a chance to act, she swung her whip at them knocking them out.
Seeing them knocked out Elizabeth relaxed until she saw blond hair. She was about to rush over when Griamore came into view.
"Elizabeth!" Said Griamore happy to see her until he looked down.
"Princess!" Cried out Griamore as he rushed to her side.
Hearing that Elizabeth gasped as she rushed to Lucy's side to help her. Soon the two girls woke up though a little disoriented.
"Ow, what happened?" Asked Lucy rubbing her head.
"You two don't remember?" Asked Elizabeth as Lucy shook her head no.
"There was a fight, and you two got hit, while I drove them away." Said Elizabeth as she couldn't look at either of them.
"Cool, but I only remember seeing you then nothing." Said Veronica confused.
"But I only saw you three." Added Griamore as all three then looked at Elizabeth who couldn't look at them.
"I'm sorry." Was all Elizabeth could say, as the others realized what happened.
"It's ok." Said Veronica as she shrugged it off as she and Lucy got up.
"Now let's get out of here." Said Lucy as he was worried for the others.
"Wait!" Said Elizabeth. "What if Margaret is here?"
"I doubt that Elizabeth, it would be stupid to keep both princesses in one place." Said Lucy as both princesses sadly agreed with her.
"But she is here." Said Griamore suddenly catching them by surprise.
"She is?" All three of them said at the same time.
"Yes. I checked the logs, and there's one cell no one is allowed to go to, but Gilthunder heads that way many times. So it has to be her." Said Graimore as it made sense to the princesses as those two were always close.
"Then let's go." Said Elizabeth as she wanted to save her sister.
"Right this way." Said Griamore as he pointed down a hall.
Both princesses rushed off as Griamore felt someone holding him back. Looking he saw Lucy with a determined look on her face.
"Griamore, I need you to listen…" Started Lucy as Griamore listened to what she had to say.
Elsewhere in the Kingdom Hendrickson was escorting Arthur and his party. But the whole time Hendrickson wanted nothing more than to get rid of them. But something was on his mind.
"Sir Arthur." Started Hendrickson. "About what you said before. When you said that I 'have a reason for not wanting to let an outsider in.' What promoted you to say that?"
"Oh, it was a hunch! My gut's always been spot on about these things." Said Arthur with a laugh as he rubbed the back of his head.
"You're a poor liar boy." Said Hendrickson in cold tone. "Then you had no solid proof to offer to help resolve that problem."
"What is it you're really after?" Asked Hendrickson as he looked at Arthur.
"That's a secret." Said Arthur with a light chuckle.
That was when the other two knights got ready for a fight as they got heir weapons ready.
"H…Hold on. What's the big idea?" Asked Arthur confused.
"Commonly, messengers sent to other countries are assassinated. The same hold true even if that messenger is the king." Explained Hendrickson.
"See this is why we came with you." Said the female knight that came with Arthur.
"Not now Blanchefleur." Said Arthur as they got ready to fight as they all got their swords ready.
Then out of nowhere the woman who kidnapped Elizabeth suddenly appeared beside Hendrickson catching Arthur's group off guard.
"Hendrickson. The last piece of the puzzle has been procured." Said the woman as she noticed Arthur's group.
"Oh my… What's gong on here? Shall I lend a hand?" Asked the woman as Arthur's group could tell she was looking down on them.
"No. More importantly where is the place?" Asked Hendrickson curious.
"Locked up in the castle dungeon. Would have you prefer that I brought her directly to the ceremonial room?" Asked the woman as Hendrickson frowned.
"The same dungeon where the other one is?" Asked Hendrickson as the woman flattered. Seeing this Hendrickson sighed.
"I should have given the job to Tiffany." Hendrickson told her as the woman tighten her grip on her staff in anger.
"I'm better than her." Growled the woman.
"Then prove it. The Seven Deadly Sins have already infiltrated the city. Make sure they don't make off with our prized piece." Said Hendrickson as his frown remained.
"They have? But how…" Questioned the woman. "Very well then."
"Take care, cute boy and his shabby looking wizard." Said the woman as she vanished.
"She was using teleportation. Is she one of Liones mages?" Wondered Arthur.
"You don't need to know that." Said Hendrickson as he was suddenly in front of Arthur.
Before Arthur could react, Hendrickson swung his sword at him with such force Arthur went flying into a building down the road. But a second later a cut appeared on Hendrickson head above his left eyebrow.
"Captain Holy knight Hendrickson!" Said one of Hendrickson knights in shock.
"Arthur Pendragon. So, you are not just a king in name only." Said Hendrickson as the dust cleared to show Arthur was fine and had blocked the blow with his sword.
"So this is what the captain of the Holy knights of Liones is made of. I'm surprised how easy you'll be to deal with." Said Arthur with a grin on his face as Hendrickson had a blank look on his face.
"Let us help you." Said one of Hendrickson's knights.
"Your opponents are behind you." Warned Hendrickson but it came to late.
Arthur's male knight grabbed both their heads as they were distracted and slammed them together, knocking them both out.
"You've always wanted to do that, haven't you Varghese." Said Blanchefleur with a grin on her face.
"Yup." Was all Varghese said as he grinned.
The two knights then looked over and saw Arthur and Hendrickson sword fighting.
"We should help him." Said Blanchefleur as she got her sword ready only for their hooded companion to block her path.
"As much as I want to you know you have another job right now Blanchefleur." Said Varghese as Blanchefleur sighed.
"I know." Said Blanchefleur as she then knelled down and put her hands to the ground. Then her eyes glowed red.
Blanchefleur magic power is called 'the eye of Ares'. With it she can see where people are and where they'll head. The closer to the ground she goes the larger her field of vision is.
"It's a little hard this time, with everyone running around." Said Blanchefleur as she moved her eyes about.
"But two people are headed this way." Blanchefleur told them.
"Who?" Asked Varghese curious.
"One's a Holy Knight and the other is who Arthur been wanting to meet." Said Blanchefleur with a grin.
That was when they heard buildings and other structures being destroyed. Looking over they saw that the battle between Hendrickson and Arthur had grown. It was so bad that nearby people were running for their lives.
With the fight both Arthur and Hendrickson had stopped briefly on a somewhat destroyed bridge.
"Sir Hendrickson. Shall we get around to settling out fight?" Asked Arthur a little cocky.
"Your authority is your only kingly quality. Arthur Pendragon." Said Hendrickson as he eyed Arthur and the area.
'This boy's true strength and thoughts are a mystery to me. Judging by his choice of word, it appears he has some grasp of the kingdoms inside information. The question is 'what' and 'how much of it'? Is it the King's captivity? The princess's abduction? Or even the plan to revive the demon clan?' Thought Hendrickson as Arthurs actions were a mystery to him.
"Is your mind wandering during out battle?" Asked Arthur as he appeared next to Hendrickson as he swung his sword at him.
What happened next was a flurry of swings from Arthur, but Hendrickson stopped each one and even more shocking was Hendrickson didn't move once to stop Arthur's attacks.
"You're the one who should step it up. Show me the 'power' that gives you the reason to be the new king." Said Hendrickson coldly and unimpressed.
The next thing Arthur knew he was blasted back into a building as a carter formed.
"Arthur!" Yelled both Blanchefleur and Varghese as they wanted to help but knew in a fight like this more people would put them all at risk.
"I'm not do yet!" Said Arthur as he got up, only to be kicked in the face by Hendrickson and roll back into a wall.
Arthur slowly moved as his body was in pain as Hendrickson slowly walked over to him.
"Do you intend on holding out until you die?" Asked Hendrickson as a black flame covered his blade.
"Black flames." Said Arthur surprised as he's never seen them before.
"Then how about I try and draw it out?" Asked Arthur with a laugh as that annoyed Hendrickson.
"In that case, die." Said Hendrickson as he swung his sword down.
"Hellblaze Scream." Said Hendrickson black flames shot out everywhere.
Then out of nowhere the flames were heading back to Hendrickson. He blocked the flames the best he could, but it forced him into a building.
"You returned my attack at me?!" Questioned Hendrickson as he stepped out of the building.
"In a short while I haven't seen you, you've learned a troublesome form of magic." Said a voice from the dust cloud in front of him.
"That voice. Your…" Started Hendrickson cursing his luck at the moment.
"Well, well, well." Said Meliodas as he had his sword drawn.
"You're going to give me back Elizabeth." Ordered Meliodas with a glare on his face, but Hendrickson didn't seem worried.
"Long time no see…captain of the Seven Deadly Sins." Said Hendrickson calmly as Meliodas walked right up to him.
'Captain of the Seven deadly Sins… Then that guy!' Thought Arthur as his knights rushed over to him.
"Arthur are you alright?" Asked Varghese as he helped Arthur up.
"Yeah, but I'm out of this fight for now." Arthur told them as both knights could feel this was now out of their weight class.
"Where's Elizabeth? Give her back now!" Ordered Meliodas as he didn't want to waste any time.
"I'm sorry, but that can't be done." Said Hendrickson as he then quickly blocked a knee to his head from Meliodas.
Meliodas then swung his sword at Hendrickson's head, only for Hendrickson to move his head back in time. Hendrickson then swung his sword at Meliodas causing Meliodas to block as he skidded back to Arthur's group as both were just getting started.

Lucy's group
Meanwhile with Lucy's group Griamore was leading them to where Margaret was. They soon reach the cell as Elizabeth tried to look in.
"Sister Margaret, is that you?" Asked Elizabeth as they heard movement in the cell.
"Elizabeth is that you?" Asked Margaret confused.
"Margaret!" Said Veronica happily.
"Veronica you're here too!?" Said Margaret shocked.
"Yes, we're here to get you out!" Said Elizabeth as they heard Margaret sigh.
"I'm sorry Elizabeth, but I can't." Said Margaret as they could hear her wanting to say yes.
"But we…" Started Elizabeth as Lucy covered her mouth. Elizabeth looked at her confused as Lucy pulled out two keys.
"Open the gates of the bull and archer! Taurus! Sagittarius!" Said Lucy as the two spirts appeared.
Lucy gave them one look as they both nodded. Taurus then broke down the door shocking everyone as Sagittarius then fired an arrow at a lizard in the top corner of cell killing it. When the body hit the ground, it changed into some sort of creature.
That was when Lucy looked at Margaret. She had slightly wavey hair that was indigo in color and went down to her waist. Her hair also had a split on both sies of her head and she had brown eyes. Finally, she wore a black dress with no sleeves and had some frills on it.
"What was that?" Asked Veronica confused.
"We found out that both Margaret and Gilthunder were being watched and controlled. So I took out the creature watching Margaret." Explained Lucy as it made sense to them.
"Thank you." Said Margaret as she could finally see the light at this very long dark tunnel.
Then out of no where they heard Taurus and Sagittarius cry out in pain as they vanished. They then say the woman who kidnapped Elizabeth there fuming.
"How dare you try to undo my work!" Screamed the woman as she then calmed herself.
"Once I take care of the youngest princess, I'll be back to deal with you later blondie." Promised the woman as she took a step forward.
"I don't think so." Said Griamore as he stepped between the two as no one saw Lucy holding onto Elizabeth's wrist.
But before Graimore could attack the woman vanished along with Elizabeth.
"Elizabeth!" Cried out both Veronica and Margaret in worry.
"Why her?" Asked Veronica as it made no sense as she then realized something.
"Wait where's Lucy?" Veronica asked herself out loud and saw Graimore looking away.
"Graimore." Was all Veronica said.
"Lucy told me to focus on keeping you two safe. That she would be Elizabeth's personal knight until we got out of here." Griamore told them as this shocked them.
"We need to find Gilthunder." Said Margaret as added. "When he see's I'm safe, he'll join us."
"But where could he be?" Asked Veronica as it was a big kingdom.
They then heard thunder echoing through the prison, as they rushed to a window and saw a storm cloud. Without another word they rushed out to where the cloud was.

Meliodas's location
Meliodas grunted as he held his sword up to block a strike from Gilthunder. If Meliodas didn't know that Gilthunder would appear at any moment, the strike might have gotten him.
Gilthunder then flipped and landed in front of Meliodas and swung at his again with his blade coated in electricity. Meliodas barely blocked it with the sheath for his sword. Seeing Meliodas being slightly pushed back Gilthunder took a chance.
In such a flurry that Arthur's party could barely follow Gilthunder swung his word at Meliodas. Meliodas was surprised by how fast Gilthunder was and as such was having a hard time blocking some of the attacks. Then out of nowhere after Meliodas blocked an over head attack Gilthunder then kicked him in the chest knocking Meliodas back, until Arthur stopped him.
"Thanks, minster. You save me!" Said Meliodas as he was grateful for the save.
"Nah, it was nothing!" Said Arthur as he was glad to help.
"Mind lending me a hand?" Asked Meliodas as he could feel Arthur's power.
"Sure! I'd be glad to!" Said Arthur as the two got into a fighting stance.
"Is Dreyfus all right?" Asked Hendrickson though he wasn't that worried.
"This is the highest priority now." Said Gilthunder as he knew taking his eyes off Meliodas could be fatal.
"What's your name, mister?" Asked Meliodas as he was curious to who this was.
"The name's Arthur!" Said Arthur happily.
"Have we met before?" Asked Meliodas as he felt like they've meet before.
"Nope! But I've known about you for a long time!" Said Arthur as this was a dream come true for him.
"All right, we'll talk after the fight's over." Said Meliodas as this was a talk for later.
"Blanchefleur, Varghese you two stay back." Ordered Arthur as his knights knew he was right, but still wanted to help him.
"If you two are done." Said Hendrickson as he continued.
"To think the leader of the Seven Deadly Sins would accept help from a totally stranger. But then again to charge enemy lines with no solid plan and only a handful of comrades… the Seven Deadly Sins must be losing their edge. And in the end, all this effort is in vain. You cannot save the princess."
The out of nowhere Meliodas charged at the two and swung at both. But both were able to block his attacks, but the force sent them both back a bit.
"That… that was faster than sound?" Asked Arthur as he almost missed it.
"Then stop right there." Said Meliodas in a dark tone as his hair covered his eyes. "I'm willing to give my life to protect Elizabeth!"
Hearing that Gilthunder charged at Meliodas as the two started to clash with each other at extreme speeds. Thought never moved to the naked eye.
Off to the side both Blanchefleur and Varghese were annoyed with themselves. They watched as Arthur and Hendrickson started to fight again.
"I wish we could do something." Said Blanchefleur upset with her inability to join in.
"I know." Admitted Varghese.
"Over there!" The two heard someone yell as they saw guards and knight running their way.
"But here's something we can deal with." Said Varghese as he raised his right arm as it then grew to giant size. He swung his arm at the knights and guards as several of them went flying.
"Attack!" Yelled on of the knights as he then quickly had to block a strike from Blanchefleur. But she was quick to get around the knight's sword and kicked him away.
The knights and guard realized they were no match, but they still a duty so they charged.
Back with Meliodas and Gilthunder the two were going all out. The two were currently exchanging sword blows as neither was getting an advantage over the other. But then Meliodas kicked Gilthunder back, but that what Gilthunder wanted.
"Lighting beast chase!" Said Gilthunder as a beast made out of thunder launched at Meliodas.
"Full counter!" Said Meliodas as he knew Gilthunder knew about his full counter, so why launch this attack?
As the attack went flying away, to Meliodas's surprise it turned around and head back to him.
"A time-lag attack! I can't deflect it just once." Said Meliodas surprised as he used full counter again.
Meliodas had to block the attack several more times. That was when Gilthunder appeared behind Meliodas. Meliodas had no idea Gilthunder was there as Gilthunder swung his blade down on Meliodas.
"Close one." Chuckled Meliodas as he used his sword's sheath to block the attack.
But Gilthunder had momentum on his side as quickly followed up on his attack and knocked Meliodas's sword from his hands. Meliodas gasped as he knew what was coming.
"Lighting iron hammer!" Said Gilthunder hoping he did some damage to Meliodas.
The attack was so strong even the others fighting nearby stopped to see what happened. But when the dust started to clear Gilthunder realized something, he couldn't pull his blade back. That was when he saw Meliodas holding his blade at the tip, but that wasn't what shocked him.
Meliodas had weird black marking on his arm and on his face above his left eye. The one above the eye almost looked like a spiral surrounded by weird markings.
Gilthunder wasn't sure what shocked him more Meliodas's new look or the strength he gained from nowhere. Even Arthur and Hendrickson were shocked by this.
"He…He stopped that powerful lighting strike and jab with his fingers!?" Said Arthur as it was unreal.
And add to the situation Meliodas then caught his sword with his sheath with no problem.
"It's the appearance of his demon powers." Said Hendrickson surprising Arthur as Hendrickson took advantage of Arthur distraction and elbowed him in the gut.
"Demon…power?" Asked Arthur confused.
"There's no need to explain it to someone who's about to die." Said Hendrickson coolly.
"Burn in hell!" Said Hendrickson as he fired off his black flames at Arthur.
"Hot! Hot! Hot!" Cried Arthur as the flames hit his right shoulder.
"More black flames!?" Said Arthur in pain as he tried to put out the flames.
"I got interrupted earlier, but I'll reduce your armor into ash this time!" Explained Hendrickson as he watched Arthur struggle.
"Crap! It won't die down!" Yelled Arthur in pain as nothing worked.
But then the flames vanished as this confused both of them. That was when Arthur's hooded companion appeared.
"You really saved me. Thanks!" Said Arthur grateful.
'That aid. I forgot all about them.' Thought Hendrickson as he spared a glance seeing his forces losing to Arthur's, making him growl at the sight.
"Thanks for the help, but I can take it from here!" Said Arthur as he got back up.
"Fool." Said Hendrickson as he hasn't even got serious yet.
At the same time Meliodas had gone back to normal as he and Gilthunder continued their fight. But because they knew enough of each other it was hard for them to land a hit.
"Lighting king iron hammer!" Said Gilthunder as he got behind Meliodas.
"Full counter!" Said Meliodas as he sent the attack back to Gilthunder. But then Gilthunder pushed through his own attack catching Meliodas off guard.
"Thunder clap kill" Said Gilthunder as he thrusted his blade towards Meliodas hitting him.
Meliodas went through a nearby tower. As the dust cleared Gilthunder got worried as he lost sight of Meliodas.
"Over here." Said Meliodas as Gilthunder looked and was surprised to see Meliodas standing on the side of the tower. Looking closer he saw Meliodas's feet firmly planted inside the tower.
"Gil. You have no remorse for fighting me to the death like this do you?" Asked Meliodas but he knew what was really going on and was putting up a front for Gilthunder and Margaret.
"Your eyes will judge the wicked. Your mouth will speak the truth. Your heart will be filled with justice. And your sword will crush all evil." Said Gilthunder as Varghese heard him.
"I like that." Said Varghese as he knocked another guard out cold.
"I haven't forgot the 'knight's creed' ever since the first day I heard it. You Seven Deadly Sins disobeyed that creed and betrayed the Kingdom! And I will tell you this once more. I am stronger than any Deadly Sins." Said Gilthunder hoping Meliodas got his secret message.
"Fine." Said Meliodas as he knew more then Gilthunder realized. "Then let's wrap this up."
Meliodas then looked at a bird that been there the whole fight, as he knew it was what was watching Gilthunder. He knew that if he charged at it, they would know that they knew it about and might hurt Margaret. So he had one shot.
"If your stronger then me, attack me with your best!" Yelled Meliodas as he then jumped down at Gilthunder.
"Very well. Sword of the thunder Emperor!" Said Gilthunder as he channeled his lighting into his sword creating a giant blade made of electricity. Gilthunder then swung the blade at Meliodas who smirked.
"Full counter!" Cried Meliodas as redirected the attack at the bird.
The attack was too fast for it as lighting enveloped the bird. It cried out as its form changed into some weird creature like the one watching Margaret. Seeing this Gilthunder was surprised, but even more so relieved.
"How?" Was all Gilthunder could ask.
"It was Lucy." Said Meliodas as he calmly walked beside Gilthunder.
"The blond?" Said Gilthunder confused.
"Remember back in the forest of white dreams, when Lucy summoned her spirit and copied you?" Asked Gilthunder as Gilthunder did.
"Well, it turns out when they do that, they can also copy memories. And they explained everything to us." Finished Meliodas as Gilthunder made a mental note to thank Lucy for his freedom.
"What are you two doing?" Asked Hendrickson as he walked over to them glaring at Gilthunder.
"Where's Arthur?" Asked Meliodas with a glare hoping he was still alive.
"I'm here." Said a weak Arthur as he laid on the ground defeated.
"I tried to… buy you a little more time, but… I didn't help at all. I'm a disgrace." Said Arthur weakly.
"Arthur!" Yelled both Blanchefleur and Varghese as they rushed to his side.
"Blanchefleur, Varghese… I'm sorry." Said Arthur with shame in his voice.
"Don't be Sire. You did a better job them me or Varghese." Said Blanchefleur as Varghese agreed with her.
"I'm just glad your okay. You two keep a watch on him." Said Meliodas as he looked at Hendrickson with a glare.
"Gilthunder this is treason you know." Said Hendrickson as Gilthunder glared at him.
"The only one who should be accused of treason here is you." Gilthunder told him as he and Meliodas got into fighting stances.
That was when the woman reappeared. And from her body language she seemed quite furious.
"Frist Margaret and now my Gil." Said the woman as she glared at Meliodas.
"This is all your fault!" She screamed.
"Vivian calm down!" Ordered Hendrickson as this was the last thing he needed.
"You're right." Said Vivian as she then added. "I need to get that blond hair girl as well!"
That made Meliodas a little nervous as Lucy was helping find Elizabeth right now.
"Luckily, I know she's with the youngest princess. And both are with the king." Said Vivian as everyone was surprised she said that so openly.
Hendrickson didn't know if he wanted to sigh, face palm, run Vivian through with his sword, or something else.
"At least they're with Tiffany." Hendrickson said to himself as Vivian heard him.
"Tiffany! What's so great about her!?" Asked Vivian as the others sweat dropped at this.
"She was always been better than you." Said a voice as Meliodas and Hendrickson's eyes went wide as they knew who it was.
Then Arthur's hooded companion floated towards Vivian before the space around the person rippled and Merlin stood there.
"Merlin!" Said Hendrickson as he doubted, he could win now.
"So this is what you had to do." Said Meliodas as he was more curious about Arthur now.
"Merlin." Said Vivian as venom dripped from her words.
"Vivian." Started Merlin with a sigh. "I can understand what happened to Tiffany, but for you its too obvious."
Merlin sighed again as Vivian did have potential, but her obsession with Gilthunder lead her down a path that Merlin didn't like. She tried to stop Vivian, but nothing worked. And then there was her opinion of Tiffany.
"Tiffany, it's always about her. She always was your favourite and always got the special treatment from you." Said Vivian growled out as she was ready to attack.
"Tiffany earned my praise. She's a hard worker, and resourceful. Even now on opposite sides I admire what she has done. You on the other hand thought yourself better then others and never put true effort in." Chastised Merlin as even Hendrickson agreed with her.
Hearing that Vivian growled as she ripped off her helmet revealing her medium blond bob cut hair and reddish-purple eyes. She then charged at Merlin who just sighed. The next thing Vivian knew she was trapped in a Perfect cube.
"Let me out!" Screamed Vivian as she pounded on the cube.
Merlin pretended to think about it as she tapped her chin. "No." She told Vivian who turned to Hendrickson.
"Lord Hendrickson please help me!" Pleaded Vivian.
"No." Said Hendrickson simply shocking Vivian. "You've caused enough problems for me."
And without another word he charged at Meliodas and Gilthunder as the three exchanged blows. Back in the cube Vivian sat there shocked unmoving.
Hendrickson figured his best bet was to stay close to Meliodas. Gilthunder saw him as his hero and as such wouldn't dare use his magic so close to him. As for Merlin no one knew how she thinks so it was a risk.
But when Hendrickson swung his blade down Meliodas vanished. Confused he looked around and saw Meliodas standing next to Arthur and his party.
"Meliodas?" Asked Gilthunder curious.
"He's all yours Gil." Said Meliodas with a grin.
Hearing that Gilthunder turned his head back to Hendrickson as a small grin. For Gilthunder it was time for some pay back for everything he had to put up with and was forced to do.
Gilthunder then used his magic to speed forward at Hendrickson so fast he had no time to react as Gilthunder cut of his right arm. Hendrickson held the stud where his arm used to be in pain.
"This moment I will take revenge on the man who killed my father!" Yelled Gilthunder as he struck Hendrickson again.
Watching the fight Meliodas grinned. He remembered the little boy Gilthunder used to be and was proud how far he had come. Especially after everything he had to endure. He even remembered how Gil tried to warn him before he and the other Sins were framed. He was proud of Gilthunder. And he earned this.
Hendrickson was struggling greatly. The sudden lose of his arm hurt him greatly as he could only use his magic to attack with. But Gilthunder was too fast at the moment. Then as Hendrickson blinked Gilthunder impaled him with his sword.
"Feel my wrath!" Said Gilthunder as he sent a huge blast of electricity through his sword.
The result was a huge blast that sent Hendrickson flying. If he was somehow still alive, then he wouldn't be for long or even moving.
They then heard some people running their way. Looking over they saw the princesses and Griamore. But when Gilthunder and Margaret saw each other, they ran to each other and hugged.
"Gil." Said Margaret thankful he was ok.
"Margaret I'm sorry. If I was only stronger this wouldn't have happened." Said Gilthunder regretfully.
"No they would have found someway to control you." Margaret told him as the others gave them some space.
"Hey." Said Meliodas as he noticed two people missing.
"So she was telling the truth. She got Elizabeth and Lucy." Said Meliodas as Veronica and Grimoire were glad, they didn't have to tell him.
"I'm sorry. You trusted me and I failed. I don't even know where ever they are." Grimoire said with his head held low.
"They're with the king." Answered Meliodas confusing the two.
"But how do you know?" Asked Veronica confused.
"Vivian here spilled it all." Answered Meliodas as he pointed to the still trapped Vivian.
"Now let's go!" Said Meliodas as everyone, even Arthur's group was ready.
But then they heard a large group coming their way. They all got ready for another fight, when they saw who it was.
Frist off sorry this took so long. Due to the holiday I was running around a lot. And then I got involved in a hit and run, don't worry I'm fine, but it messed with my head a bit.
Now Gilthunder is freed and has joined Meliodas's side. And thanks to Warmachine375 for Blanchefleur name and magic. Her magic the 'eye of Ares' allows her to see the battlefield. And even allow her to predict which way people will move. The closer to the ground the wider her field of vision. But with more people the harder it gets for her to see.
As for Varghese his magic allows his to grow his body parts. Sort of like Makarov's giant magic, just to a lesser extent.
