One day the gang came to a forest called the Eterna Forest; this forest led to Eterna City. But now they were being distracted; Tesla was running in the forest.

"What's the matter, Tesla?" Ember asked, who was chasing after her with the others.

Suddenly Tesla stopped at a tree and on the tree were some wild Pokémon eating some honey that was smeared on the bark of the tree.

"It's honey." Brock admitted.

"Honey?" Dawn said in confusion.

"Of course, Pokémon are attracted to the sweet smell of honey. It's no wonder Chespie ran all the way over here." Brock commented.

Then a Burmy appears from a bush.

"It's a Burmy." Dawn said with a smile.

The bagworm Pokémon goes to lick the honey but falls down into the ground. Burmy gets embarrassed and begins attaching his leaves back. Just then a green haired woman with a Chansey came out from some bushes. Ember recognized her as Cheryl.

"What a babe!" Brock said lovingly.

"Chansey, use Attract!" The woman called out.

Chansey sent golden hearts at the wild Burmy causing him to fall in love.

"That Attract sure works." Dawn commented.

"Piplup." Piplup whispered.

"Yeah, I would love some of that!" Brock agreed with heart shaped eyes.

"It's working." Cheryl said sweetly. "Which means you're the kind of Burmy we've been waiting for, how beautiful."

"Wait, if you're gonna catch it, you need to attack." Dawn reminded the girl.

"She's right!" Brock agreed. "The same way your beauty is attracting my heart right now!"

Ember sweat dropped. "Oh brother."

"I'm grateful for such good advice from people I didn't even meet." Cheryl said kindly. "Chansey, Double Slap!"

The Wild Burmy attacks Chansey with Tackle.

"What a strong tackle now Chansey, use Double Slap!" Cheryl ordered. Chansey uses Double Slap again causing the Wild Burmy to use Protect.

"It's not working." Dawn commented.

"Wow that Burmy sure is strong." Brock said in surprise.

"Chansey now use Egg Bomb!" Cheryl ordered.

Chansey uses Egg Bomb causing the Wild Burmy to faint.

"That's perfect, go Pokéball." Cheryl said.

She throws her Pokéball, trapping Burmy and it then was caught.

"I've finally done it." Cheryl commented and held up her Pokéball. "At last this Burmy is mine!"

"Chansey, Chansey." Chansey said sweetly.

"Congratulations." Ember praised, "By the way, my name's Ember Ketchum from Pallet Town."

"Raichu." Tesla greeted.

"I'm Alain."

"I'm Dawn." Dawn introduced.

"You put the honey on that tree, right?" Ember asked.

"Right, people call me Cheryl, the treasure hunter." Cheryl replied and bowed. "A pleasure to meet you, thanks for your help."

"A treasure hunter!" Brock said lovingly. "I always wanted to be a treasure like someone like you, who would take my hand and treasure me forever, catch me next!"

Croagunk was about to hit his trainer with a Poison Jab, but then Cheryl walked away.

"Like my beloved grandfather once said once you caught a Bug Type Pokémon, you would never hold hands with a man again." Cheryl stated. "Also, if you happen to see a Spearow in the West, you have much good luck brought upon you, I saw a Spearow today and now I have my Burmy."

Chansey smiled. "Chansey, Chansey."

"Oh well that's nice." Brock said with a small frown.

The four heroes and Cheryl then sat down to have some tea, while the Treasure Hunter told them she was looking for Enchanted Honey.

"Enchanted Honey?" Ember, Alain and Dawn said in unison.

"What's Enchanted Honey?" Brock asked.

"It's said to be a honey that is supposed to taste 100 times sweeter than normal honey." Cheryl answered, "And that's why I'm here in Eterna Forest to find it."

"But what makes you think you can find that honey all the way out here?" Dawn asked.

"Look at this." Cheryl said and took out a map.

"It's some kind of map." Alain whispered.

"That's right." Cheryl agreed. "This makes it all possible, it's in Eterna Forest and the X marks where I'm heading, it's the Amber Castle."

"Whoa, a castle?" Dawn asked in surprise.

"It's a secret castle that no one has ever been to yet." Cheryl said. "That's where the Enchanted Honey is rumored to be."

"Awsome!" Dawn complimented with a smile and standing up. "It sounds so exciting and mysterious."

"Hey Cheryl, can we go with you?" Ember asked.

"Rai raichu." Tesla said happily.

"Sure, that would be great." Cheryl agreed.

"And then you can reconsider holding hands, if not I can't go on!" Brock flirted.

Then Croagunk used a Poison Jab on him and dragged him away.

After explaining about her mission, Cheryl sent out her Burmy. "First of all, I need my Burmy to evolve into a Mothim," she said, "Mothim has a powerful sense of smell that will help me find the Enchanted Honey."

"Wouldn't it have been better to catch a Mothim in the first place?" Dawn asked.

"My grandfather used to say that all roads begin with a Burmy," Cheryl replied, "I caught three Burmys before, but they evolved into Wormadams."

She sent out three Wormadams; Wormadam was a bush-like Pokémon with the head at the top. These three Wormadams were different; one was green with flowers, second was brown with rocks and the third was pink.

"Oh yes," Brock realized, "a female Burmy evolves into a Wormadam and a male Burmy evolves to Mothim."

Ember looked at Wormadam on her phone:

[Wormadam, the bagworm Pokémon. The evolved form of a female Burmy. Its appearance changes depending on where it evolved. The materials on hand become a part of its body.]

Brock explained that the green Wormadam (plant cloak form and bug and grass type) evolved from Burmy in a forest, the pink Wormadam (trash cloak form and bug and steel type) evolved from Burmy in the city and the brown one (sandy cloak form and bug and ground type) evolved from Burmy in the mountains or caves.

"Since my Burmy is female, it will evolve into a Wormadam too." Dawn said.

"Mine will evolve into Mothim since they're male." Ember stated.

She sent out Liko (Male Burmy).

"If our Burmys battle each other, yours may evolve into Mothim," She suggested, "Dawn, send yours out too so she can have a turn after me."

"Great idea!" Dawn beamed.

Dawn sent out her Burmy.

Ember and Cheryl took their places to battle. Cheryl kept her three Wormadams out to cheer for her Burmy.

"This is very kind of you to help me out, Ember." Cheryl thanked her.

"I helped out a friend in the past with a Paras," Ember commented, "it will be my pleasure to help your Burmy."

Then the battle between Ember and Cheryl began.

"Now Burmy, Tackle let's go!" Cheryl ordered.

Burmy began to charge towards Liko.

"Liko, use Tackle too!" Ember ordered.

Since the Burmys were on the same level with each other, they both got thrown back from tackling each other.

"Let's use a different move," Ember suggested, "Liko, use Bug Bite!"

"You use Bug Bite too Burmy!" Cheryl ordered.

The two Burmys bit each other with Bug Bite.

"The Burmys are doing well with this state." Dawn commented.

"Well they were just caught." Brock stated.

"So those two are on the same level with each other." Alain added.

"Okay let's use Hidden Power, Liko!" Ember called out.

"You use Hidden Power too Burmy!" Cheryl commanded.

The Hidden Power attacks collided with each other.

"How about this, use String Shot, Liko!" Ember ordered.

Liko fired a String Shot and Cheryl's Burmy got trapped in it. Cheryl was surprised by that.

"Excuse me Ember, but I don't know if my Burmy knows String Shot." Cherly said, "Burmy, do you know String Shot?"

Burmy shook his head 'no' which meant that he didn't know it.

This meant Ember had won this battle.

"If you ask me, I think the best thing to do now is have Cheryl's Burmy learn String Shot before we battle again." Ember suggested.

"I agree with that." Alain agreed.

"It will give Burmy some confidence too." Brock added.

"Can we have my Burmy learn string shot too?" Dawn asked.

So Liko got to work by teaching Cheryl and Dawn's Burmys to learn String Shot. Cheryl's three Wormadams stayed out of their Pokéballs to cheer on Cheryl's Burmy. It took some time, but soon both Dawn and Cheryl's Burmy learnt String Shot thanks to Liko.

"Okay now that we've sorted out with teaching your Burmy string shot Cheryl, let's get back to battling." Ember suggested.

"Okay." Cheryl agreed.

Suddenly there was a buzzing noise nearby.

"I know that noise." Ember said.

Everyone turned to the noise and saw a swarm of Beedrill was heading their way.

"BEEDRILL!" Ember yelled in fright.

"We must have disturbed them." Dawn said, nervously.

It was a bit too late to run, so the gang had no choice but to fight the Beedrills.

"Liko, use Hidden Power! Tesla, use Thunder Shock!" Ember called out.

"Burmy, use Hidden Power! Piplup, use Bubble Beam!" Dawn added.

"Burmy, use Hidden Power as well!" Cheryl ordered.

Together the five Pokémon scared away the swarm of Beedrills.

"We did it!" Ember cheered.

Dawn sighed in relief, "That's a relief."

Suddenly Liko, Dawn and Cheryl's Burmys started to glow.

"I think they are evolving." Cheryl said.

Ember and Cheryl's Burmys evolved into black, yellow and orange moth type Pokémon, they were Mothims. Dawn's Burmy evolved into a Wormadam; since she was green, she was the plant cloak form, so she was bug and grass type.

"Wow, I finally have a Mothim." Cheryl beamed, happily.

Ember looked at Mothim on her phone:

[Mothim, the Moth Pokémon. The evolved form of a male Burmy. It does not keep a nest. It flies over fields and mountains in constant search of floral honey.]

"Now that I have a Mothim, we can search for the Enchanted Honey." Cheryl smiled.

Just then some robot hands caught the girls' Mothim's and got dragged away. The girls gasped. In the sky inside in a familiar air balloon was Team Rocket.

"Now is time for real entertainment, folks." Jessie remarked with a smirk.

"Give back my Mothim!" Cheryl demanded.

Team Rocket then started their motto.

"Listen, is that a voice of a goody two shoes, I hear?"

"It's speaking to me loud and clear."

"Tesla, Iron Tail!" Ember interrupted.

Tesla launched her attack at the robot arms which broke apart, releasing the Mothims. Team Rocket gasped at the destroyed robot arms.

"Now it's time to send you off. Liko,"

"Mothim,"

"Use Hidden Power!" Ember and Cheryl ordered in unison.

The Mothims used Hidden Power which caused the balloon to explode and sent the Team Rocket trio into the sky.

"Stop the tape, I thought you said you couldn't lose!" Jessie complained.

"You told me, I wasn't supposed to win." Meowth reminded her with a smile.

"I understood what you just said!" James stated.

"Wobbuffet!"

"WE'RE BLASTING OFF AGAIN!" Team Rocket screamed as they disappeared from sight.

DING!

"My Burmy evolved thanks to your generosity." Cheryl said kindly. "We're grateful beyond all words isn't that right dear?"

Mothim nodded and chirped happily.

"Since we are on the road to love, take my hand to the first step." Brock said lovingly.

Croagunk was about to use Poison Jab, but then Cheryl walked away.

"That's very kind Brock, but I should never touch a man the day Burmy evolved. That's more wisdom words from my grandfather." Cheryl reminded him.

"Wow, what a guy." Brock mumbled and dropped his head down.

Mothim then began to fly away.

"What's up with Mothim?" Mairin asked.

"Mothim must have picked up the Enchanted Honey." Cheryl explained.

"That's great, so let's go!" Dawn encouraged them.

The four heroes and Cheryl then began to head to the direction, where Mothim went to find the enchanted honey.
