"I think he managed pretty well on his own; he's getting good at this whole fighting thing," he heard a woman's voice coming from all around him.
"He could still be better; most of his moves are amateur at best," replied a rasping man's voice.
The woman argued, "Well, of course they are, he's what? 15? 16? He's still going to UA; he's still learning. All I'm saying is that he has potential."
"I agree," replied a second man, "He shows promise; he has good instincts."
Another man laughed, "Course you'd say that," this man sounded deeper, with a more rough gravel cadence. "He's taken well to my power so far, so I don't see why we can't move on to the next. He needs to be ready for what's to come."
"He still hasn't managed to reliably use two quirks at once, I say we wait until he learns how before giving him another quirk!" said the rasping man.
"What do you say, Toshinori?" asked yet another man, his voice filled with authority, yet Izuku could also make out a hint of kindness. "As his former mentor, do you believe he's ready to receive Nana's quirk?"
Then he heard the unmistakable verbose tone of All Might, "I have complete faith in Young Midoriya's ability to adapt; he's already shown his ability to overcome surmountable odds. He's a tenacious boy; he'll learn quickly. I have no doubt." It touched him that All Might felt that way; it was like hearing a proud father brag about his child.
"Very well, I will grant him Nana's abilities; if you believe he's truly capable of what you say, Toshinori, he will overcome this barrier and come into One for All's true power." said the man who seemed to be in charge of the others.
Izuku felt the change almost immediately; it felt different from when he felt All Might's power or black whip activate. It felt like he was weightless. The sudden gut-flipping sensation caused him to yelp in terror, but no sound came out. "Interesting, he's managed to perceive this conversation." Said the man in charge.
"He's here?" asked the rasping man. "How?"
"I do not know," mused the man in charge, "I suppose the how does not matter, but I cannot allow him to remain with us any further, now is not the time to reveal myself to him."
Izuku felt a force pushing him at great speed, he tried to scream, but again there wasn't any noise. Then, he fell, slamming down onto a bed, there was a rattle, and a fast paced *beep beep beep beep* from somewhere in the room.
He looked around, dazed and confused. Where was he? What was he doing here? His confusion only grew when two people rushed into the room, their panic clipped tones tapering off when they saw him. "You okay?" asked one of them.
Izuku mutely stared at her, trying to figure out a response, then when she asked again, he nodded; he felt fine. She sighed, and the pair visibly relaxed, "Don't scare us like that kid we thought you were coding."
"S-sorry," replied Izuku, his voice sounding scratchy. "Where am I?"
The woman replied, "Mustafu General Hospital. You've been here for about a day."
A hospital? Why was he in the hospital? For a day?! He'd been here for a full day?! Did he get into an accident and just didn't remember it? Why is he here?
Then he remembered the fight, he remembered being captured by the league, escaping, and fighting All for One. He remembered the fear he felt just by seeing the villain, then his blood ran cold as he remembered he'd left Bakugo with the league; he'd abandoned him. "M-my friend, I have to save my friend!" Izuku desperately said while trying to get out of the hospital bed.
"Oh no, you don't, mister," said the nurse as she forcefully shoved him back into the bed, "You're staying put."
"You don't understand! My friend is in danger!" said Izuku.
"Get out of this bed again, and so help me god, you'll wish you hadn't," said the nurse, her eyes boring into Izukus.
"But, I need to save my friend! I left him behind!" said Izuku, desperation creeping into his tone. He had to get back there; he had to save Bakugo.
"Kid, you're not going anywhere. You got pretty banged up, and you're in no condition to be galavanting around the city picking fights!" yelled the nurse. Izuku tried to stand up again, but the nurse held him down, "Get past me, and I'll let you go." He strained against the nurse's iron grip, but he knew that she would win this contest, after a moment he relaxed, and she released him, "That's what I thought. Now, sit tight; I'll let them know you're awake."
Izuku leaned back against the bed in defeat, if he couldn't break free from a nurse, there's no way he'd be able to rescue Bakugo. But he had to do something, get word to somebody, surely they were looking for him though.
He was brought out of his musings by the door slamming open and his mom rushing into the room, tackling him in a bone-crushing hug, "My baby!" He felt her tears dripping onto his hospital gown but didn't care. He hugged her back. "What were you thinking, Izuku? When I found out, I nearly died of shock!"
"Sorry, Mom," he never wanted to make her cry, but try as he might, she always did when he got into any trouble, whether it was just a minor training accident or, in this case, life-threatening.
"You know how I feel about this; if it were up to me, I'd make you drop out of this hero course and go to a safer high school," his mother sat down in a chair next to the bed. He knew it came from a place of worry, but it still stung a little when she said that.
"I know. I'll try to stay safe," said Izuku.
The door opened again, this time Iida and Uraraka came in, "Midioriya, I see you're doing much better. I am glad. When we heard, the class was very worried."
"Thanks guys," said Izuku with a smile. He noticed how quiet Uraraka was, her eyes downcast, and she was rubbing one of her wrists. "I'm fine, really. Nothing to worry about."
Iida smiled, but Uraraka just nodded mutely, for a moment she just stood there, silent, not meeting his eyes. Iida seemed to notice and elbowed her, she glanced at Iida, then at Izuku, her eyes were red and puffy. He felt his heart sink, something about seeing her like this made him feel angry, mostly at himself. A second later, she was looking back down at the floor.
His mom gave Uraraka a knowing look, then stood and ushered Iida out of the room, "Come on, Iida, I'm a bit thirsty and could use a drink. Do either of you want anything?"
When Uraraka didn't respond, Izuku said, "Some matcha, please."
When his mom and Iida left, Uraraka shuffled slightly, still adamantly refusing to meet his eyes. He wanted to comfort her somehow but had no idea what to say or what to do. Should he try talking? Should he hug her? What should he do?
But while he was internally debating his choices, Uraraka spoke first, "You're okay right? I saw a video on [name of the app]. It looked like a really scary fight."
Izuku looked down at his bed, "Yeah, it was scary. I've never been more scared in my entire life." Izuku looked at his hands, "I-" he couldn't say it. He couldn't say he was running away. He couldn't say he abandoned Bakugo, left him to his fate. He was trying to become a hero; heroes don't leave people behind.
Izuku gritted his teeth and clenched his fist, blinking back tears. Uraraka looked up when he didn't finish his statement, eyes going wide. She then asked, "You're not okay, are you?" Izuku shook his head, Uraraka sat down in the chair next to his bed "Tell me about it?"
It took him a moment to start speaking, "I, I did something awful."
Uraraka looked taken aback, "Deku, I know you, you didn't do anything of the sort."
He flashed back to the League of Villains hideout, how he'd broken out, how good it felt to squeeze the life from that girl, the rush from slamming that reptile guy into the floor, the subtle crunch of bone fracturing. Then he felt the shame of leaving Bakugo behind. "I, I left him behind."
Uraraka sighed, "Bakugo?" Izuku nodded," Well, good news, he's okay. The heroes found him shortly after you escaped. Bakugo raged about you running away, but we all thought you were trying to find help."
He wasn't, he was running away, Bakugo had every right to be angry at him. But a small part of him knew that running away was the right thing to do; all of these negative feelings were overshadowed by relief that Bakugo was okay. "That doesn't change what I did." He couldn't tell her what he did to that blond girl, how he nearly killed her out of rage. Then he felt a cold realization, "was anyone hurt? At the training camp when the villains attacked, I heard one of them talk about taking someone's blood."
Uraraka nodded, "Yeah, one of em stuck some sort of needle in me, it was a girl with blond hair, and really scary eyes." She had this faraway look, a pained expression on her face. "Pixie Bob got hurt too, real bad. One of them had this metal beam-like thing, and they hit her in the head with it."
Oh god, even though he went with them, they'd still hurt people; they hurt Uraraka. The rage started to bubble back up; next time he saw them, he'd make them pay; he'd bring them to justice. One way or another.
No, he shouldn't talk like that; he shouldn't want vengeance in that way. He was training to be a hero, he was All Might's successor, as far as he knew All Might never went after someone out of vengeance.
"Mina told me what happened with the villains, that you were taken by them," Uraraka looked down at the floor and sniffled, "when I heard, I just got so scared. I got scared of what they'd do to you, that I'd never see you again." There were fresh tears running down her face.
Izuku instinctively reached out and grabbed her hand, "It's okay, I'm here, I'm okay." Uraraka wiped her tears with her free hand, taking a deep breath to calm herself down.
"Yeah," she said shakily, "that's what matters." He saw a faint smile tug at her lips. After a moment, she asked, "But I've been curious, why did they take you."
He'd known that question would come up eventually, and he could only say he didn't know so many times before people started getting suspicious. He briefly considered letting her know about One for All and what his mission was. But was it the time? She'd seemed so distraught about him being kidnapped, how'd she react to finding out that he was basically the main character of a shojo manga plot. Albeit a weird one.
"I don't know, maybe they just needed hostages. And if I didn't, they'd have hurt more of my friends," from his point of view, it was the only way to keep them safe, or at the very least keep them safer. But if this was going to keep happening, he was going to have to get stronger and train harder. He was powerless against All for One, and he was pretty sure the only reason why he survived his first encounter with All for One was purely because of luck.
Uraraka frowned, unsatisfied with his response, and he was glad when she didn't say anything.
He was also glad when the door slid open, "Sorry it took so long; all the vending machines on this floor only had red bean soup and tapioca pudding." His mom entered the room, Iida following behind, his arms full of cold cans of matcha. He stood there awkwardly until Izuku's mom took two of the cans, handing one to Uraraka and the other to Izuku.
He popped open the can, took a sip, and couldn't stop drinking. He hadn't realized just how thirsty he had been. Much to his despair, he drained the can in a few massive gulps and tried in vain to get a few more drops out of the can.
After letting the can drop to his lap he noticed the other three looking at him with confused expressions, "What? I was thirsty!"
"I'll go get another can," sighed Iida as he stood, pushing his unopened can into Izuku's hand.
The house was large, two stories tall, made of white painted brick with a sidewalk cutting through a well-manicured lawn and a raised flower bed wrapping around the front of the house. The once blooming flowers had long since withered and wilted; all that remained was a single scraggly bush barely clinging to life and untamed weeds spilling over the edges.
With some trepidation he rang the doorbell, he had mixed feelings about this house. It was a nice place, with lots of room, enough to have a family. It was why he pushed so much to get this house. He'd wanted to expand their family, That dream had long since died, and now he could only interact with his daughter on a few occasions. He was worried that she would blame him for not being around, that once she became a teenager she'd resent him for leaving. He quashed the thought that he shouldn't dwell on possible futures and instead should be here in the moment.
The door opened and he was greeted by David, the man was a couple years younger than him, and about a head shorter, and at first Jonathan resented the man just as much as his ex-wife. But the more he interacted with him, the less he disliked him. It helped that he didn't really blame David for what happened. It wasn't his fault that his ex-wife was unsatisfied; it wasn't David's fault she fell in love with someone else.
["Hey Jonathan, how've ya been, bud,"] he opened the door inviting him in. Never once had he accepted that invitation; the less time he spent here in this house, the better.
["Hey David, all well?"] asked Jonathan.
David shrugged, ["More or less. We took Victoria to the zoo yesterday, Victoria seemed to enjoy it."]
Jonathan nodded, ["That's good, how's work?"]
David sighed, ["They started laying people off again; they say that they can't afford to keep so many people on, but I'm calling BS. I've seen the accounting reports, numbers are up across the board, the boards just being greedy bastards."]
David worked for the security agency Alltech, they provide probably half the country with all their security needs. Be it a fire alarm, network security, or even autonomous security robots, they do it all. Many police departments, including his own, have contracts with Alltech.
["My sympathies"] replied Jonathan.
He heard scampering behind David, and a little voice shouted out ["DADDY!"] He saw David wince slightly. Jonathan knelt down as Victoria pushed past David and tackled him, wrapping him into as big of a hug as her little arms could.
["Wow! Keep this up, kiddo, and you'll become one heck of a linebacker!"] joked Jonathan as he returned her hug.
A moment later, she detached herself and turned to David and waved ["Bye David. I'll see you tomorrow!"] Again, David winced.
He guided Victoria back to his car and asked ["How was the zoo?"] Jonathan heard the car door slam shut, Victoria clicked her seatbelt, he turned away from the beautiful house, with the large yard, and the once well loved flower garden.
Victoria replied excitedly, ["I got to see the peng- peng- penglions!"] He had no idea what a penglion was supposed to be, but at least she was excited about it. ["We also saw a Kamode dragon, and a big fluffy goat, and a hairless rabbit looking thingy, and a really big dora bird.]
The first was obviously supposed to be a Komodo dragon, and the big fluffy goat was probably just a goat, but he had no earthly idea what the hairless rabbit could have been, and he could have sworn that Dora was a children's show character. ["That's awesome, did you see any lions?"]
Victoria nodded, ["Yeah, but they were boring. The giraffes almost ate my hand, though! I was feeding it some lettuce, and it sucked my hand into its mouth with its really slimy purple tongue! It was super cool!"]
Jonathan chuckled; she was the only little girl who'd find 'getting her hand almost eaten' by a giraffe "super cool." [It's a good thing they only eat plants, otherwise he'd have taken your hand clean off!"]
["But I need my hand!"] said Victoria in shock. Jonathan thought 'maybe you shouldn't be putting your hand into an animal's mouth then.' ["But anyways, I also saw a penguin, a lot of penguins! They waddled funny."]
["They did? How neat,"] it was amazing there were still any penguins left after all these years, but he supposed the ones in captivity would have fared better than their wild counterparts anyway.
He pulled up into his apartment parking lot, and Victoria scrambled out of the backseat, running around the car to him. She latched onto his hand, and they walked up to his apartment. He wished he'd had the money to take her somewhere nice, but he barely had enough for all the costs of living.
They unlocked the apartment, and Victoria rushed inside, leaving her bag on the floor in the hall. He sighed, picked it up, and followed her, hanging the back on a hook. ["So, what are we gonna do?"] asked Victoria.
["Well, I was thinking, movie, games, pancakes, maybe go to the aquarium tomorrow morning,"] said Jonathan as he sat down on the couch.
["Fishies!"] Ever since she was a toddler, Victoria always had two interests. Things that went boom, and animals. ["Pancakes!"]
He grabbed a disk folder sitting on the coffee table, opened it, and held it out to Victoria ["Birthday choice."]
She eagerly flipped through the disks, occasionally asking about a title. In the end, and unsurprisingly, she picked a movie with lots of explosions. Well, as many explosions as a children's movie can have. Although he suspected that the main characters being animals didn't hurt their candidacy.
Although he was surprised, she didn't go for her normal favorite, an action-adventure about a group of explorers delving into the deepest part of the ocean to find the lost city of Atlantis. Her favorite character was, of course, the guy who used explosives. The first time she saw it, she spent a week saying his catchphrases, and at one point, she somehow managed to get ahold of a match and stuck it into her mouth like a toothpick. The weird thing was that they didn't own any matches.
Victoria bounced over to the DVD player, putting her chosen movie into the slot, then bounced to the couch, plopping down, her full attention on the movie. The movie was rather run-of-the-mill; it was one of the last Disney movies made before they gave up and disappeared. The plot was decent, the animation better than most, and surprisingly it wasn't a musical. There were three scenes where something blew up in spectacular fashion, which caused Victoria to clap and giggle with delight.
When the movie finished, Jonathan turned the TV off and slapped his knees, pushing himself up, ["Alright, what game are we playing?"]
He saw Victoria think for a moment before she smirked and said, ["Monopoly."]
["Good heavens,"] muttered Jonathan. She was most definitely an odd kid.
Rumi knocked on the Chief's door, when she heard her say enter she opened the door and stepped in. The Chief looked up from her paperwork regarding Rumi with an uncaring expression. ["What do you what?"]
["I want to work with someone other than Ranger,"] said Rumi without hesitation; the Chief's eyebrows shot up, and she leaned back in her chair. ["I understand what he's trying to do; he's somehow got it in his head that I need help to be a pro hero here. I don't need his or anyone else's charity."]
What she hadn't said was that she suspected Ranger was keeping tabs on her progress at the academy; it made part of her thankful that at least one person was worried enough to check in on her. But the rage that he thought she needed help to achieve her goals overshadowed every other emotion. Rumi would show him, show everyone, that being a hero meant being able to carry the burdens of the world alone if need be. Only the weak need help. And the weak can't be heroes.
The Chief regarded her for a few moments, her hands clasped in her lap, then she nodded, ["Alright, I understand. I'll let the academy know you've dropped the course."]
Rumi felt a little jolt of surprise, ["Beg pardon? No, I want to continue the course, but I just can't work with Ranger on this particular exercise."]
The Chief's eyebrows furrowed, ["No, you don't get a choice in the matter. Your graduating from the academy is contingent on working with Ranger. Nobody else will take you."]
What? Why? ["I don't understand,"] said Rumi.
["You're a fine hero, strong, capable, promising, and most importantly, experienced. Any police department would have probably paid a large sum for you to work for them. Hell, I know a few that would be willing to throw their entire budget at you."] Rumi heard the unsaid 'but' in the Chief's words. ["However, nobody is willing to hire you, and I doubt that even if you do graduate, you'll be hard-pressed to find anyone willing to interview you."]
She didn't understand, she was experienced, she'd taken down more bad guys than most police officers. Give her a week, and she'd probably clean up most major cities. And more importantly, she'd keep them clean. So why was the Chief saying that nobody would even consider her?
["I see you're still not understanding. Your record is absolutely incredible, your personality though has much to be desired. We work in teams, and from what we know, you don't exactly play nice with others unless you have to. And even then, you're a pain in the ass to deal with."] The Chief sat forward, propping her arms on her desk.
["I honestly don't see what potential Jonathan sees in you, and right now, I don't think you deserve the lifeline he's thrown you,"] Rumi couldn't believe this. What lifeline? ["You probably still don't understand. After your escapade in Japan, and your not so graceful departure, nobody here in the states is willing to touch you with a ten foot pole, my connections with the Academy were even surprised that you were let in in the first place. After some digging I found out that the only reason why you were accepted was because someone vouched for you. I think we both know who that person probably was."]
Rumi felt her blood run cold, Ranger had vouched for her? Was he really the only reason why she was accepted into the academy at all? The thought of it almost made her sick. She'd spent her whole career building up her own reputation as someone who could do anything, that she didn't need anyone's help to get the job done, and that she was strong. And yet, here she was, unable to even get a job without someone promising she was worth it.
["And from what I understand, whoever vouched for you had to make a deal. What that deal was, I don't know, but a deal was made. But I would suspect that the deal he made didn't come cheap. If you flunk out, he'll feel the consequences."] The Chief glared daggers at Rumi, her expression a mix of fury and disappointment. ["But since you've voiced your opinions, we'll get to see what deal he made for you."]
The Chief moved to pick up the phone; Rumi didn't know what to believe anymore. Was she so proud of herself for denying this one chance at redemption? It was pretty clear now, that whatever the Chief was about to say, she'd be thrown out on her ass. She'd make a mockery of her own name. Miruko meant power, Miruko meant fearlessness, Miruko meant achieving the impossible.
But nobody saw it that way anymore. To them Miruko meant unreliable, Miruko meant recklessness, Miruko meant untrustworthy.
She'd have to swallow her pride, take this opportunity, and show the world they were wrong about her. ["Wait."] The Chief paused mid-dial, glancing at Rumi. ["I, I'll, I'll play along with this. I accept your generosity; please, let me continue my studies. I'll continue working with Ranger."] She couldn't look the Chief in the eye; her eyes focused on a spot to the right of her.
She heard the phone placed back into its cradle and the chair squeak as the Chief leaned back in her chair, a smirk tugging at her lips, ["Since you asked nicely, I'll give you another chance to prove yourself. My advice, don't waste it."] Rumi mutely nodded, and after a stern glare from the Chief, she was dismissed.
Izuku stared at his phone, debating if he should call her. If he was lucky, she'd be awake right now, but if she wasn't then he'd probably get his head ripped off the moment she saw him again. He gulped and then decided the risk was probably worth it. He needed help; he needed to train harder and better, and Miruko and Ranger were the only two he could think of who both knew about his predicament and ways to help.
He steeled himself and pressed the call button, the phone rang a few times but she didn't pick up. Maybe if he tried later, it must be pretty early where she was. But he figured she'd be up by now doing training or something.
The only other person he could call now was Ranger, he selected his contact, and pressed the call button. A couple of rings later, Ranger picked up, and in a somewhat irritated voice, said ["Hello?"]
"Ranger, hi, it's Midoriya Izuku, um, I need your help," said Izuku in a rush.
A couple of seconds passed by, and Izuku was starting to worry that Ranger would hang up on him, "Are you in danger?"
Izuku reflexively shook his head. "No, not in any immediate danger. But, well, I, uh, I need help training."
There was a pause, "So you called me at 7 in the morning on my day off?"
"I did try calling Miruko," said Izuku, a flush creeping up his neck.
Ranger sighed, "Let me guess, she didn't pick up. Alright, now that I'm awake, go ahead and tell me what lit this particular fire under your ass."
Izuku nodded, "Okay, so, it all started with last night, or er, yesterday, well anyways, um, so I and the rest of my class was at a training camp, and well, umm, the league of villains attacked."
"Damn, alright, yeah, that's a good motivator. Anyone get hurt?" asked Ranger, and Izuku could have sworn there was a little worry in his tone.
Izuku nodded, then said, "Yeah, a couple of us. I um…well, Bakugo and I got, well, kidnapped." Izuku heard silence for a few moments. He could almost imagine what Rangers' brows furrowing in concern.
"Yeah?" asked Ranger simply.
"Yes, but I managed to escape, and so did Bakguo; well, he got rescued, but that's not the point, umm, what is, umm, I had to, I had to fight One for All." The shock of hearing this was evident in Ranger's lack of reply.
"And? Did you win?" asked Ranger.
"Well, i-it's weird, because I don't remember winning," said Izuku.
"Huh, well, how can I help, kid?" asked Ranger after a moment.
Izuku took a breath, then said, "I need to get stronger, I wasn't able to protect my friends. So If you have any advice or a training regime I can do, I'll do anything."
"Okay, so first question, what kind of result do you want?" asked Ranger.
"Ummm," Izuku thought for a moment, "I want, I need to be as strong as possible."
"Alright, let me think for a moment," several seconds passed before Ranger said anything else, "Okay, kid, if you wanna go outside of typical UA training, then I've got an idea. It's a tough course, after a week I promise you'll be regretting your life choices. Most of it takes a full day to complete, but, I promise it works."
Izuku nodded, "Okay, I'll do it."
"I'll email you the regime; let me know if you want me to make it easier," said Ranger.
"I will," promised Izuku.
"And kid, there's no dishonor in making this easier. You're what? 15? Most adults can't complete this regime as it is right now." Izuku felt a small bit of worry at the Rangers' statement. Was it really going to be that challenging? But, if it was, then it was worth it.
"Understood. Thank you," said Izuku confidently. Whatever this was, he'd put every ounce of his being into it. He won't back down; he'd see this through.
"Alright, take care, kid." Ranger hung up.
He waited several minutes before getting an email notification. He took a steadying breath, then opened the attachment.
Ranger said that after a week, he'd regret his life choices.
After reading the first few lines, he regretted his life choices.

What the hell had he just gotten himself into?
Surprise! No I'm not dead, yet, give it time. Okay, yeah, it's been what, 3 months since I last updated? Yeah I've been a bit busy doing college things. Its a real time vacuum these days.
And yes, I did write the entirety of "The American Hero" in college, but I was pursuing an associates, currently I'm going after a Bachelors in Forestry, specifically in Human Dimensions/Interpretation. If you know what any of that means, you're cool.
Okay, so, the exercise that Ranger sent Izuku, it's a beefed up version of the Navy SEAL recruit workout (sort of, I don't actually know if it is, but the place I got it from claims that it is. But I have my doubts). And I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT TRY IT! THIS WORKOUT WILL INJURE YOU IF NOT KILL YOU! DO NOT TRY IT! THIS IS NOT A CHALLENGE! THIS IS A WARNING! And if anyone does try it, I am not liable for any injuries you will sustain from it. And really, why are you trying a workout from fanfiction?
But, in universe, this is the American Hero Academies typical workout for recruits. I haven't seen anything about a UA mandated workout, but I would bet there is one. And it's probably nowhere near as intense as this. Probably just like a 5-10 KM run, with weightlifting afterwards. But it really seems like it's kind of a free for all at UA in terms of exercise for the most part. They seem to focus on quirk training rather than physical training.
Which has its merits, Japanese Pro-heroes tend to be OP in the quirk department anyways, so training their quirks to just be more OP makes some sense, while in the US, due to various gun culture things and the sheer size of the US, they need as many heroes as they can get, which means you gotta take the people with the meh quirks. So the US hero system decided the best course of action would be to turn their pro heroes into absolute units. Thus, the super intense training regime, the goal is to take someone like Ranger, who's quirk is meh at best (I bet you don't remember what his quirk even is, that is partly my fault, but still), and turn them into a fighting machine capable of taking on people with superpowers.
But enough about that, here's the disclaimer
I do not own My Hero Academia and probably never will. Rangers armor is based on the Riot Gear from Fallout New Vegas, and I also do not own that.
This story is also loosely based off of other fanfictions that I have read. Any persons or events that mirror reality or another story are completely coincidental. If anyone wants to see any specific quirks or has any ideas about quirks they would like to see in the story, let me know, and I'll see about adding them.

Did you know that alligators can grow up to 14 feet?
Most only have four though.
