We focus our attention to a small town in the southeastern part of Kalos. It was morning there and as most people was doing their daily routines in peace, we focus to one two-story house located near the town gate. This was the second residence of the Kamishiro family in the region, located in Vaniville Town. Takeru and his parents had just arrived at Kalos a few days since where we previously left off, and fortunately to them, the paparazzi wasn't nosy enough to swarm his family or the other Shinkaigers arriving in the same time.
During the past few days, Takeru had backtracked from Lumiose where his parents had dropped him off to Vaniville in a span of a few days since Spider Inhumanoid wrecked Vermilion City in Kanto. Speaking of Takeru though, the elder Kamishiro sibling was currently up sharpening his sword's blade in the living room while his sister and parents were watching TV.
"Has there been any information about M.Y.T.H.O.S attacking Kalos lately, champ?" Satoshi asked.
"Not that I know of, dad. They must be pretty much planning something right now, but if there is, the Guardia Base in Lumiose City would've contacted us on a bat phone. They've got eyes in all of the 8 major regions." Takeru said, his voice obscured a little bit by the ringing sound of the EvolBlade and the TV.
"There's a Guardia Base in Kalos?" Serena inquired.
"Oui, Mom. If I recall correctly, Kanto has one in Saffron, which you've visited with Dad when I was converted into a cyborg, Johto has one in Goldenrod, Hoenn has one in Mossdeep, Sinnoh has one in Jubilife, Unova has one in Nimbasa, Kalos, as I've mentioned before has one in Lumiose. Alola has one in Hau'oli, which itself is linked directly to Aether Paradise, and Galar, lastly, has one in Wyndon." Takeru explained.
"So, they have eyes in pretty much every major city in the 8 major regions?" Satoshi said.
"Yes, Father. However, we are currently ordered to be at the Guardia Base Kalos from time to time." Erina affirmed.
"Well, that reminds me. I have an errand that I have to do with Ran right now." The 17-year old boy said. He then placed his sword down on his bedroom's desk before going back to the living room in casual clothes.
"Later, Mom, Dad, Eri!" Takeru yelled while running out the door, carrying his U-Phone.
With that, the 17-year old boy later changes his phone to the EvolStriker outside the town gate. He then rode off to meet Ran at the Prism Tower in Lumiose City.
Lumiose City, Kalos
We then see a large, bustling and industrialized city located at the heart of Kalos. There were many people currently doing their usual business in the city, running most of the restaurants, cafes, and most shops in the city. Takeru drove his motorbike up through a shortcut in Route 5 to avoid being noticed by fans and nosy paparazzi. He then made his way to the back door of the Prism Tower to avoid accessing the Gym, before he then began pulling up and changing the EvolStriker back to the U-Phone.
Conveniently enough, Ran, his friend, who was a 16-year old boy with blue eyes, lemon-blonde hair and fair skin was already waiting for him, standing by with his parents, Citron and Corni.
"Takeru!" Ran called out to the 17-year old boy.
"Salut, Ran. Bonjour, Citron-san, Corni-san. I take it you're currently waiting for me?" Takeru greeted.
"We've already received the message from your parents. They simply said you have something to discuss with us and Ran, but they didn't elaborate what was you going to talk about." Citron said, getting straight to the point.
"C'est une affaire urgente, Citron-san, Corni-san, Ran. Vous allez vouloir vous asseoir." Takeru explained in Kalosian.
"Well then, let's head inside, shall we?" Corni said, knowing the urgency in Takeru's voice. With that, the group then headed on inside the Prism Tower.
Olympus Castle, Kalos
Inside the Olympus Castle, Hera and her underlings were already gathered around the court with Hera herself sitting at her throne. Apollo was already relaying his plans to Hera by that time.
"Your Imperial Majesty, I have one proposal regarding the plan itself. We plan on targeting the Kalos Power Plant directly and take over the facility, then redirect it to the Olympus Castle. This will surely give us the power to create many more stronger Inhumanoids to aid the cause of Emperor Zeus. The Shinkaigers currently do not know about this, but we have implemented a fail-safe program that allows our Inhumanoids to expand its body's cellular structure and grow giant. This will surely outmaneuver them and bring the humans to a state of chaos. We plan on implementing this fail-safe going forward." Apollo explained.
"I am intrigued about this new fail-safe. However, again, if the Shinkaigers somehow manage to counter this program, I will surely not tolerate failures. Proceed with the creation of a new Inhumanoid immediately." Hera ordered.
"Yes, ma'am!"
Prism Tower, Lumiose City, Kalos
"I see. So, even the police are incapable of fighting the organization?" Citron asked.
"Oui. That's why Shuugo Sentai Shinkaiger was formed in the first place. Its chosen team member candidates are sent the same type of paper that you have here. Me, Erina and a few of our friends are now official members of the team. They're currently staying at the Hotel Richissime." Takeru explained.
"Ran, you're about to become an official Shinkaiger member, however even that comes with a potential price, and I've wanted to discuss Ran's admission with Citron-san and Corni-san because of this price." The 17-year old added.
"That explains why you were talking about it pretty urgently, Takeru." Ran said.
"Ran, hear me out, buddy. In order to become an official team member, you would have to go through a conversion surgery. The Shinkaigers, like me, aren't ordinary humans. They're cyborgs. Do you and your parents have full consent about you giving up more than 50% of your human body? The world's last hope is on our shoulders, Ran. I just hope you understand what I'm talking about."
"We understand, Takeru. You don't have to worry about this. We're fine with Ran becoming a cyborg." Corni said.
"You both are?"
"Oui, Takeru. If I was in Ran's position, I would have accepted it, anyway." Citron said, while glancing at Ran, who was still considering the decision.
"I accept. I'm willing to take the risks myself." The 16-year old affirmed.
"Welcome to the team, pal." Takeru replied.
One hour later...
Takeru was currently inside the Guardia Base in Lumiose City, accompanied by Citron and Corni, who, like their parents a few days before, attended Ran's conversion surgery. Shigeru and Lillie however was watching the conversion surgery happen via online communication, as they couldn't book a flight to Kalos with enough time. To Citron and Corni's relief, the conversion was complete after a few minutes or so after a few minutes of online conversation with the two Shinkaiger mentors.
"Takeru, Ryouma, Hikaru, Erina, could you please go over to the hangar for a bit? Ideally, Ran would have been included, but he's sleeping right now." Lillie ordered from the team's U-Phones.
"Citron, Corni, you can accompany your son to the housing space if you wish. It would be a few hours until he wakes up though, so feel free to walk around and familiarize yourself with the environment." Shigeru summed up. A few minutes later, the Gym Leader couple would then eventually go accompany their child, who was being moved away to the housing area, giving the family privacy.
With that, the team later went into the hangar.
A few minutes later, the four-member team (as of yet) was now currently walking through the hallways leading to the base's hangar, holding their U-Phones face to face while also communicating with their mentors.
"Please keep in mind that the U-Phones that we've given you do not necessarily act as a means of transportation nor communication, Hikaru." Lillie said.
Hikaru then tilted his head in confusion. "It doesn't?"
"Well yes, but the Aether U-Phones also are crucial in assisting the five, erm- four of you, in training." Shigeru added.
"Training?" Ryouma inquired.
"Yes, training. It's because the U-Phone also functions as the control consoles; for your mechas." Lillie ended, just as the team had entered the hangar.
"Holy Arceus. This is un-fucking believable!" Takeru muttered in awe.
In front of the team was five giant vehicles currently undergoing painting, with some of them being fully colored and is currently waiting for the paint to dry. The first was a red and orange, jet-powered aircraft meant for Takeru. The second of them was a yellow and white trailer truck which was to be piloted by Ran, who was currently still sleeping after his conversion surgery. The third was a carbon-black and white Formula 1 racecar for Ryouma. The fourth of those vehicles was a blue and white submarine intended for Hikaru, while the last one was a white and pink spaceplane to be controlled by Erina.
"We basically created this set of vehicles in case M.Y.T.H.O.S is up to something. It seems it's almost pretty much ready, however it needs a few rounds of testing from what I can tell." Lillie said.
"However, to properly coordinate the piloting process, we need a good leader. That's the main problem." Shigeru said.
"Unfortunately, Ran's still asleep at the moment. Professor, can we save the leader talk for when Ran is awake?" Ryouma said.
"Valid. We'll see later, then. I'll contact the four of you again in case an Inhumanoid begins rampaging." The regional professor ended.
"Later, Dad." Hikaru said, ending the call. Little did they know, they would have to use said mecha earlier than expected later on in the day.
Olympus Castle, Kalos
"Bat Inhumanoid's initial conversion has been completed already?" Hera inquired.
"Yes, Your Imperial Majesty. I have decided on a change of plans to attack Lumiose City through stealthy means to not get those pesky Shinkaigers butt in and interfere with our plans. Then, we shall proceed with the power plant." Apollo said.
"Very well. I look forward to the success of the plan, Apollo." Hera said.
Apollo then went back to his lab.
"Bat Inhumanoid, this is a direct order. Begin a hidden attack of Lumiose City immediately and secretly. Prevent the Shinkaigers from interfering with our plans!" He ordered.
"W̶͉̏i̶̻̜͑t̴̟͚̀h̸̕͜͝ ̶̤̽̕ͅm̸͈̭̌ȳ̸͜ ̸̧̮̒͌g̴̞͆̈͜r̸̙͍͝ȩ̶̪͂á̵͕ͅt̵̼̃e̶̥̚s̶̲̘̓͊ṭ̷͊̾ ̷̭̾͘p̵̢̘̀l̸̝̒̕e̸͙̬͗ȁ̷̛͎s̵͈̼͒u̵̫̦̽r̴͙̖͌ę̴̪̀,̴̯̅ͅ ̴͇̓ỹ̴̘̤͋o̷͖̟͋u̶̫͓̿͝r̸̟̗̈́ ̵͖̟͊̏h̵͍̎̐ͅi̵̥̣͆g̷̰̝͋h̵̨̳̒n̵̛̜̦̋ē̷̥̝s̵͈͘ș̵̰̍!̵̗̊̈́" Bat Inhumanoid replied. The Olympus Castle later took off by noon, going straight to Lumiose City to drop off Bat Inhumanoid to begin his attack plans. Fortunately, Ran was already awake by that time and was already well informed about the tech systems.
13:00 PM Kalos Time
That afternoon, Takeru, Ran, Ryouma, Hikaru and Erina had gone for a walk in downtown Lumiose in an effort to socialize with each other more, which was a bit difficult for Ryouma because of his antisocial behaviour in the past before Takeru got through to him. However, after 20 minutes or so, they would then begin hearing screaming sounds, coming from the city's residents, who were getting attacked by Bat Inhumanoid already.
Takeru simply sighed. "Well I'll be..."
Ran however was confused. "What is that thing?"
"One of M.Y.T.H.O.S' creepy cyborg monsters. They're our enemies, so we better fight them off." Hikaru explained.
"Guys, Spark Change, quick!" Takeru ordered.
The team then performs their hand motions, summoning their EvolBracelets as many of the citizens were running away from the bat monster's attacks. They then open the bracelet and insert their corresponding medals before they would then close it up and press the top button.
"Spark Change!"
The Shinkaigers then immediately went into battle as Ran looks on, befuddled.
"So you're M.Y.T.H.O.S' new cyborg, eh, Bat Inhumanoid?" Shinkai Red quipped.
"D̴͕̊å̶̬m̶̻͍̾n̶͍̩͛̓ ̶̨̭͊͘S̵̡̱͗h̵̺̮͐ḯ̸̮n̷͇̈ḳ̶͚͆͝a̶̛͕̦ḯ̷̙̲̄g̷͙͑̌e̷͙̔r̶̳͙̊̌s̶̲͙̈́!̶̬̜̆̿ ̵̥͛̏Ì̵̳̜́n̷͕̊t̷̠͍͆e̸͍͆r̴̢̜̒f̶̧͐̈́e̵̩͊ŕ̵̩̳ǐ̶̪̆n̶̟̈́̆g̵͈̽̉ ̵͙̍͜w̸̧͝͝i̷̥̽ẗ̷́͘͜h̸̠͌ ̷̳͘̕m̶̼̥̾̆y̸̧̜͊ ̶͆ͅp̶̝̓͋l̴̛̚ͅa̴̠͛̕n̶̿̋ͅ ̶̫͖̀ạ̶̊͆l̸̰̔r̸̜͗͋e̴̳̲͝ä̵̭̮́d̴̠̉̈́y̷̳͍̍́,̸̳̻̇̚ ̷̹̎̄h̸̘̜͝u̷̗̦̓h̴̙̊͝!̵̨̝̇̚?̴̬͌͘" The bat monster said in surprise and frustration.
"Bat Inhumanoid, it was literally easy to guess your name based on your appearance. And, you left people screaming. That was how easy we were able to track you. It's just a mere convenience that we were here out of all places before you even came."

Soon, Bat Inhumanoid found himself surrounded by the four cyborgs. He would later go on to call out some Hoplite Soldiers, however, Ran then decides to join the fight as Takeru and the others defeated them easily. Ran himself was already informed of how the system works, including the EvolBracelet, the EvolMedals, and his weapon by online communication from Shigeru and Lillie, so it was rather natural for him to join in the fray. He was already armed with his weapon of choice, a yellow energy bow with blue highlights, but Ran wasn't able to transform however, as Bat Inhumanoid ran away, realizing his forces were pretty much outnumbered.
"Ỹ̷̦ò̴̝̥͝u̸̯͘ ̷̝̳̒̾w̸̥̭̃́r̶͎̳͑ė̴̳͜t̴̅̊͜c̸̩̆̂͜h̷̥͑̊e̸̳͍͝d̸̞̳̀ ̷͕͂̓ͅS̸͑͊͜h̸͚̆i̸̠͝n̶̖͘͠ḳ̶̈͝ą̷̮̇í̴̠͜g̶͖̑ë̵͎́r̸͍̀s̷͍̾!̷̝̙̈́͆ ̷͙͍͝I̷̳͑̀'̵̼̞͊̅l̶͔̄l̷̲͂ ̴͙̬̆r̵̛̖̖̎é̵̱͓̓m̴̡͋͠e̴̱͌m̸̡̙̈́͑b̴̻̋e̴̢̅͋ȑ̵͖ͅ ̷̦̪̎ṱ̵̱̉͝h̶̺́i̸̛̠s̵̫̳̏!̵͈̫͊͗" The bat monster said. He was not very happy by this point, and he was really disliking the situation.
With that, the bat monster flew away. Takeru however attempted to chase the bat monster down, unfurling his own set of eagle / hawk wings before taking off into the sky. However, Bat Inhumanoid was quick to lose them, and as Takeru landed on the ground, the others began disengaging their transformations, reverting back to their human identities.
"What a sneaky little fucker..." Takeru cursed, while disengaging his transformation.
"Well, that's a bummer. Let's just hope we can find him again later on. Nice entrance, though, Ran." Ryouma complimented.
"Merci. Say, is that monster based on a Noivern?" Ran questioned.
"Probably." Takeru replied.
The team later went away, going back to the Guardia Base by foot. It looks like Ran still has some training to do.
Olympus Castle, Kalos
"What!? The Shinkaigers managed to track you down!?" Apollo said, demanding a response.

"Very well. You are permitted to begin with the plan. Go to the Kalos Power Plant immediately! Her Imperial Majesty the Empress will not be happy of me failing again." Apollo ordered.
"Y̴͈͈͑è̵͖̈s̴̯̏͌,̷̠͍͝ ̵̯̑ś̵̤̩i̵̠͍͌̕r̸̛͇!̷̼̏"
Guardia Base Kalos, Lumiose City
Inside the Guardia Base Kalos, Takeru and the others were currently communicating with Shigeru and Lillie via their U-Phones, as the monitors there wasn't able to be used for inter-base communication. Right now, the group themselves were being informed that their mechas are now fully complete and they currently need to test said vehicles.
"The problem is, M.Y.T.H.O.S still might be plotting something after your initial encounter with Bat Inhumanoid, which as a result may need the vehicles to be used earlier than expected, and we still haven't decided on the team's own proper organization." Shigeru explained.
"Does anyone of you currently volunteer to be the leader of the team?" Lillie questioned.
"I currently volunteer to do so! I'm hoping I could put my high IQ to good use, since I'm proficient in making any team strategies, anyway." Ran said.
"Chotto matte, chotto matte, one minute, one minute, Ran, I also happen to have currently volunteered to become the leader of the team. Why? I have the experience in controlling the damn mechas, AND I'm also the only one out of the five of us who was trained to be a Shinkaiger." Hikaru rebutted.
"Heh! I'm considered one of the world's top prodigies! Haven't you tried making up a strategy yourself when you try it with other things, like playing chess? If I recall correctly, you lost to Takeru many times already!" Ran countered.
"Like that's tough."
"I mean, Ran's right, but I think the both of you couldn't cut it for the leader position." Shigeru said.
"To be fair, Takeru was very authoritative when we fought Spider and Bat that time. I think he'd make a good leader, Professor." Ryouma explained.
"Are you running for the leader position though, Ryou?" Hikaru asked.
"Nope, I'll pass up, mate." The 16-year old responded.
"What about it, Takeru? Do you accept the offer to be the team's leader?" Lillie asked.
"I'd love to accept it. Besides, I'm hoping I could be able to knock some common sense on these two morons over here if they misbehave." Takeru said, gesturing to Ran and Hikaru.
"Hey! We aren't that much of an idiot!" The two boys said in unison.
"Alright, please stop arguing, you two. So, in short, does everyone agree with Takeru being the team leader?" Shigeru asked.
"We agree, Professor / Dad." The four of the replied simultaneously.
"Alright then. It's a unanimous decision."
"Thank you very much for entrusting to me this responsibility, Professor, Ohkido-san. I'll make sure to take care of the team to the best of my ability." The 17-year old thanked.
"You're very much welcome, Takeru. Alright, with the leader position taken care of, Takeru gets to appoint his second-in command to the team. The one that has this responsibility would become leader if Takeru's unavailable though, so please take this position seriously." Lillie explained.
"I already have a decision in mind."
"Who is it, if I may ask?" Shigeru inquired.
"Well, for starters, Erina is out of the equation, since she has no capability to lead the team whatsoever if I'm gone and even if I appoint her, that would be considered nepotism. Hikaru's a close one, but he could be a fucking doofus sometimes. Ryouma's too antisocial and too much of a loner, so my obvious choice is Ran. You're one of the world's top prodigies and you've made a name for yourself as an inventor and a child genius, so I would think it's best to put those abilities to good use. Plus, you're effective at making strategies, we could rely on that for our attacks. That's why I'm appointing Ran as the number two in our team, Professor." The boy explained.
"Merci beaucoup, pal." Ran said, thanking him in Kalosian out of gratitude.
Je t'en prie. It's nothing, don't worry about it. Takeru replied.
"Well then, it's settled. We'll book a flight to Kalos to give you your team memorabilia, then." Lillie said.
"Later, all of you." Shigeru ended.
"Smell ya later, Dad."
"Well then, I think it's time we begin doing something." Ran said.
Takeru however followed it up with an order. "Ryouma, Hikaru, can you both spar with each other while I go supervise the mechas? You need to go to the training room immediately before M.Y.T.H.O.S begins to attack."
"But, Take-chan-" "Hikaru began, before he was promptly cut off by Takeru.
"DID I FUCKING STUTTER!?" The boy yelled. He was ticked off rather immediately by Hikaru's disobedience.
"Takeru-" Ryouma said in an effort to convince his leader to let the both of them go.
"DO IT!"
"But-" The both of them said in unison before they, were grilled again by a pissed off Takeru.
"JUST DO IT, YOU FUCKING IDIOTS!'
Reluctantly, both Rangers would then comply out of fear. Little did they know though, the city would then begin to descend into chaos again.
50 minutes later, the citizens of Lumiose City would do their usual business and daily routines in the streets when they suddenly become alerted by a loud whirring noise seemingly booming out of nowhere. The noise was, in reality, coming from the Olympus Castle, which was flying overhead. Many citizens would then begin noticing the bizarre flying castle, including the authorities themselves who were on patrol. Even Citron, Corni and the Shinkaigers there would be gobsmacked by the presence of the castle, except Takeru, who already knew it was M.Y.T.H.O.S' doing due to the organization's symbol present on the castle banners. Unfortunately, before any one of them could react, the castle began carpet-bombing the area. Lumiose then began descending into disarray as the police were unable to do something about it. Only the Shinkaigers did, but only Citron and Corni, who was there during the attack, was aware of their existence.
The team themselves though were quick to already take action. They didn't care if some nosy paparazzi was going to make rumors about them, but they couldn't let Lumiose be wrecked again since the Team Flare incident that Satoshi, Takeru and Erina's father, had an involvement in.
"Everyone please get to safety! We'll be handling this!" Hikaru yelled, ordering many fleeing citizens to run and get to cover.
"Citron-san, Corni-san, we'll handle this! Ran's going to be safe, I swear!" Takeru frantically said to the two Kalos gym leaders who were in the area.
"Alright, then, we trust you, Takeru. Ran, be sure to inform us of any information, alright? We'll be off helping the others!" Citron informed.
"Oui, Mom, Dad!" The 16-year old replied.
Just then, Bat Inhumanoid flew out of the Olympus Castle, spraying toxic gas all over the city and causing the electric wires in the street to go haywire.
Fortunately, he was able to be spotted by the Shinkaigers.
"Over here, bat-man!" Hikaru called.

"Oh, you're very much wrong. We'll only stop interfering with your business once you stop with your pointless schemes, Bat Inhumanoid." Ryouma provoked.
"D̷̳͑̈a̶̗̻̒m̶͐͋͜n̵͕͘ͅ ̵̮͌͂y̶̩͛̇o̸̻̰̊̆u̴̖̙̅!̵̘͓̈́ ̸̬̌H̵͉͒̓o̵̩̯̓̒p̷̻̠̃l̷͚̆i̷͍̲̿͐t̸͉̓͂ͅe̸̪͕̽͝ ̷̺̎Ś̶̰ó̴͓̜l̴̲̖͆d̵̫͔̈̅i̶͇͌e̴͖͐̑r̸̛͇ś̵͉̀, ̸̙̬́̏ ̵͉̦͂h̵͎̺̀ë̸̲͓́̚l̷̹͛p̷̬͛͆ ̴̼̣̽̐m̶̗̳͆e̴̜͑!̷͕̎̎" The Noivern-based monster said in anger.
As if on cue, a platoon of Hoplite soldiers would appear near the bat monster, charging in to fight the Shinkaigers. Takeru and the others then proceeded to fight the Hoplite soldiers with ease, including Ran, who managed to gain a few kills.
"Ran, transform, quick! We'll hold off these morons until you're done!" Takeru ordered.
"Alright!" The 16-year old replied. He then ran off to a safe distance in the city, making sure no one was around. Fortunately, there was no single citizen in the streets, with all of them already taking shelter in some place, allowing his identity to be kept secret.
After making sure there was no single person around in the area that could jeopardize his team's secretive nature, Ran then begins performing the hand motions that would summon the EvolBracelet, swinging his right arm a few times before the bracelet would then appear, seamlessly implanted into his cybernetic left arm.
Later, Ran then takes out his gray, plain EvolMedal. A precise moment after that, a surge of thunder would then strike the area around the lemon-haired boy, causing a reaction that resulted in his medal turning yellow with gold accents and a symbol reminiscent of a Jolteon's overhead view.
Ran then opens the clear, glass lid of the bracelet before inserting the medal into the slot and would later close it shut with one swipe of his arm.
JOLTEON!
The bracelet would then play its standby music as a yellow Jolteon would appear and spin around Ran with sparks of electricity and lightning visible. The 16-year old then begins performing the same pose that Takeru and the others had done before; he brings his right arm backward and his left arm to the front, swinging both arms until the right hand is positioned at the top button of the brace. He then begins saying the team's trademark codeword.
"Spark Change!"
Ran then presses down on the top button of the bracelet using the palm of his right hand.
CHANGE, SHINKAIGER!
The bracelet then begins playing its majestic music. Sparks of lightning would then appear around him before he would be struck completely, engulfing him in electricity. The lightning then disappears as yellow flames begin to burn around the area, as Ran is revealed to be clad in an entirely yellow suit with a white collar and yellow boots. Similar to a Jolteon's fur however, the gloves would then appear to be colored white. Armor pieces would then appear around him before they would attach themselves to Ran's body, covering much of his upper torso and shoulders, with yellow shoulder pads equipped with it. On the boy's waist was the same belt that his teammates would sport, the only difference being the two yellow stripes in the belt's black buckle and the lack thereof a holster. Everything, down to the square Poké Ball design in the buckle, were the same.
JOLTEON!
The Jolteon then begins leaping up towards his head before spinning around Ran, eventually forming the helmet, which looked similar to a Jolteon's head (down to the ears and tufts of fur which was practically sculpted into the helmet) with an open mouth as its visor. Sparks of electricity then would begin shocking the area down to a one-meter radius.
Ran, the second in command of the team, has now transformed into Shinkai Yellow, the second, via numeric designation, and last member of the Shinkaigers to join the team.
Takeru then looked to Ran's direction in surprise. "Ran, you fucking did it, buddy!"
The team then proceeded to attack Bat Inhumanoid, who had his guard lowered down due to momentary shock.
"W̶̤̪̄̆h̶̯͒̃a̴͉̼̾ṭ̶̙̓̈!̶͖̂͝?̷̡͖̅̔ ̸̫͔̆Ả̴̬̳ ̷͔̜̂n̸̝͍̔̕ê̸̳̲w̴͈͂͘ ̶̜̹̏͊S̴̡̘͌h̸͈̮̏̕ḯ̴̛̮̣n̸̯̏̂͜k̶̖͔̉͒a̴͓̎̆ị̵͌̾g̶͉̐̀e̴̳͝r̴̦̐̀!̷̣̅?̶̡̃̀" Bat Inhumanoid said, completely gobsmacked.
"The team that you've encountered last time wasn't even complete, for the record." Takeru clarified.
"Spark Change!"
"Looks like it's time we finally show you who we actually are." Ryouma finished.
Takeru snapped his fingers. "Shinkai Red."
Ran then followed suit. "Shinkai Yellow."
Ryouma then proceeded to follow. "Shinkai Black!"
Hikaru then snapped his fingers. "Shinkai Blue!"
Erina lastly snapped her fingers while twirling. "Shinkai Pink."
"Shuugo Sentai, Shinkaiger!" The five cyborgs said in unison.
"Well then, Bat Inhumanoid... Let's start the fight, shall we?" Takeru said, using his pre-battle catchphrase.
"P̶̙̿͋͜e̸̦͚̊̂s̴̞͎͊k̸̜̹̋̀ỷ̸̇͜ ̶̠̈̓f̷̫̲̔ȯ̴͓̠ȯ̶̬l̶̡̫̈̌s̷̘̈̒!̶͇̇̓ ̶̛̣̱͋G̶̟͑̓e̵̯̓t̵̹̊̈ ̴͍͇̈́t̵͎͗h̶͔̀̍e̶̤͛̓m̸̛̠̰̓!̷̱́" The bat monster ordered to the remaining soldiers in his platoon. Takeru would then order his teammates to take out their weapons, which, they would conveniently obey.

The five then began their all out assault, with their own, varying techniques.
Takeru was fighting off the Hoplite Soldier platoons effortlessly, using a combination of both his swordsmanship and karate skills. To him, the soldiers were just slabs of meat fit for being punching bags. He would then begin slashing the soldiers, causing them to be burned alive.
Ran however was more reliant on his EvolArrow, as his physical body condition was weak due to rarely doing exercise, despite his mother being the Fighting-type Gym Leader of Shalour City. Thus, he wasn't able to adequately do close-range combat, and thus was given the EvolArrow to compensate for it.
Ryouma acted like a skilled sharpshooter, using his EvolGun to kill off Hoplite Soldiers after disarming them of their shields. He was beginning to get used to using the EvolGun by that point.
Hikaru fought off the cybernetically-enhanced soldiers with ease, using his jutte to target unprotected vital weakpoints. This was able to secure him many kills, at best, but it was decent.
Erina however was the most elegant out of the five of them, combining her and her mother's Showcase and Contest expertise with classical ballet, thus incorporating leaps and twirls into her attacks. She was practically making the usually brutish action-packed fights merely look like she was partaking in a dancing session. Soon enough, Bat Inhumanoid was cornered, outnumbered by 5 to 1.
"Bat Inhumanoid, you're outnumbered! You can't run away now!" Takeru declared.
"D̶̦͋̔ȧ̴͇̐m̴̥͌n̷̏͠ͅ ̶̢̨́̊ŷ̶̮̠̎o̸͔̖̾͠u̷͍̗͑͗!̵̤̗͆̅ ̸̲̉̂D̵̨̳͠u̷͑͛ͅš̷̼̑t̴̩̠́̕ ̸͖͈͝D̴͇͙̿͗e̴̘̒͜v̴̢͙̂ĩ̴͈̩ḻ̴̋ ̷̲͉̾̍S̸̤͗ͅo̴̰̔̕ŭ̷̱̌n̵̜̙̿ḏ̵͎͝͠w̴̫̏a̸̯͐̚v̴̝̫͌͐ẹ̴̇!̶͙̗̓" Bat Inhumanoid called. He then started generating a sandstorm that would then be transformed into a tornado, specifically a dust devil. This was the deadlier version of the move Hurricane that was learned by normal Noiverns. Fortunately, the team managed to dodge the attack in the nick of time.
"Ran, this one's on you, pal!" Takeru encouraged.
"Merci, old friend." Ran thanked. The 16-year old then opens the lid on his bracelet before he removes and reinserts the Jolteon medal into the slot on the EvolArrow. He then begins pressing the trigger.
FINISHING BLOW!
Ran then begins taking aim, pulling at the bow's light blue handle like if he was using a real bow and arrow. Yellow energy bursts would then be shown coming out of the predominantly yellow weapon's bow.
"Tonnerre Étincelle Tirer!" (Thunder Spark Shoot!)
The boy then proceeds to release his grip, causing the handle to spring back to its original position and the yellow energy bursts to be shot rocketing towards the bat monster.
JOLTEON! ONE STRIKE SHOOT! THUNDER!
The bat monster would then scream in agony as the electric bursts would begin to shock his body, before the cyborg would later fall down, exploding to his death.
However, the monster's fail-safe program began to kick in, and Bat Inhumanoid would then begin growing up to giant size. Back at the Olympus Castle, a red light would then begin blinking in Apollo's lab, letting him know that the monster's fail-safe program has activated.
"Í̴̮̊ ̶̣̒̏Ḧ̶̻̖́̔Ȁ̶͈͝V̷̜̓͒E̴̥͛ ̴͚̎B̸͒͜E̷͎͙̎͛E̶͔̅Ņ̶̏ ̸̨̤̑R̵̳͊ͅĘ̶͈͛͠V̶͕̯̓̏Ǐ̷̬̃V̵̧̓̐E̵̞̅D̵͇̐̄!̴͓̝̾" The monster yelled in gratitude, before he then began rampaging, destroying the city even more.
"SHIT! Fuck, fuck, fuuuuck..." Takeru cursed loudly.
"That monster can grow up to GIANT SIZE!?" Ran yelled behind his helmet.
"Oh, Arceus no..." Ryouma pleaded to himself.
"Mom, Dad, it's Hikaru! Is the mecha ready to be sent out yet?" The 17-year old said, calling his parents from the Aether U-Phone.
"No, why do you even need it, son?" Shigeru said on the other side of the phone.
Takeru then aggressively snatched Hikaru's U-Phone from him, letting the couple see his helmet before showing the giant, currently rampaging Bat Inhumanoid. His voice then began cracking badly.
"LOOK! LOOK!" The boy started, before his voice cracked badly by the second time he said "look". He then turned the phone back to his face before Hikaru went up to him to get in full view of the screen.
"Oh. OH NO! This is bad..." Lillie said, her face turning pale.
"Listen, Professor. We need the mechas to be sent immediately right here and now." Takeru ordered.
"If you say we need to test it first, why couldn't we? We could just use Bat Inhumanoid as our first enemy to perfect the systems."
"Well then, you do have a point." The regional professor responded.
"Takeru, take out your U-Phone, open Settings, then the Developer Console, quick. Press 'Summon Mecha'. The rest you'll know by yourself." Lillie ordered.
"Okay, then. Let's give this a shot." The boy answered. He then took out his U-Phone before pressing the Settings app and opening the Developer Console from there. He then pressed the Summon Mecha button. The button took him to a pad with the numbers 1 to 0 on it and a button saying 'GO'. He then began typing.
Summon Mecha, On!
Jet! Trailer! Roader! Marine! Shuttle!
Summoning, Go!
The team's mecha would then be launched out of the Guardia Base Kalos, arriving to their would-be pilots in seconds. Takeru and the others then either ran or jumped to enter their vehicles, with Takeru himself taking the EvolJet, Ran, the EvolTrailer, Ryouma, the EvolRoader, Hikaru, the EvolMarine, and Erina, the EvolShuttle.
Entering the cockpit's seats, the team then proceeded to put their U-Phones down on a hole confirming to the contour shaped by the wheels and other EvolStriker apparatus.
"Alright then, let's see what this behemoth can do." Takeru said to himself.
The team then began piloting their mechas in silence, maneuvering around the enlarged Noivern-based monster before they would activate their vehicles' weapons, attacking the monster with ease.
A few minutes later, the monster was weakened, but not enough, however. Shigeru and Lillie then decided to give the team a call from their U-Phones, which had a split screen function so as to not obstruct the consoles.
"Everyone, can you try testing out the combine function? Open the Developer Console via the settings app, but this time, press the Combine Mecha function and begin typing out your respective numbers!" Shigeru ordered.
"On it, Dad!" Hikaru answered.
"But, how are we going to know the numbers?" Erina asked.
"It's simple. Red, 1, Yellow, 2, Black, 3, Blue, 4, Pink, 5! It's that easy Takeru managed to do it first try." Lillie answered.
"Okay then. Every one of you, please get into formation!" Takeru ordered. As per his words, the team later got into formation needed for the 'combine' feature. The EvolRoader was the furthest back vehicle in the formation, with the EvolTrailer in the middle and the EvolMarine being at the front-most position. The EvolJet and EvolShuttle was conveniently flying overhead up above.
The team then opened the Developer Console before going on to the Combine Mecha function. They then began typing their respective numbers on the phone pad via touchscreen before pressing 'GO'.

Jet! Trailer! Roader! Marine! Shuttle!
Shinkai-Oh, Go!
"Shuugo Gattai!" Takeru said. This was the keyword to initiate the mecha's combining feature.
The EvolRoader then began splitting itself into two halves, with Ryouma's cockpit being hidden away safely. The two halves then swerved to the side before attaching itself to the EvolTrailer, before it proceeds to fold its wheels to be flush with the racecar's body. Two hands later come out of hidden compartments at the front of the EvolRoader, with said vehicle acting as the arms. Ryouma himself was watching the process unfold smoothly, monitoring it while Ran and the others did the same.
The EvolMarine then opens its hidden compartments to reveal large skis, making the vehicle come stop to a screeching halt as two joints come out of the EvolTrailer's front. The EvolMarine then splits itself in two as the EvolTrailer drives forward, attaching the two vehicles together, becoming the legs.
Shigeru and Lillie was also monitoring the process back in the Guardia Base Kanto, smiling. They had hoped that the mecha's combination process would go smoothly, as this was considered to be the robot's test run.
Back in Kalos though, The EvolShuttle then begins maneuvering itself like it was about to land in a runway. Once hovering over the EvolTrailer though, the landing gears are then retracted as hidden compartments open and allow the pink spaceplane to attach to the yellow trailer truck, becoming the chestplate.
Ran and Takeru then snickered, knowing where this was going.
"Ran, brakes!" Takeru ordered.
"Oui, Takeru!"
Ran then slams his feet on the brakes of the EvolTrailer, hard. This causes the mecha to produce a loud screeching sound from the sudden stop, as the sheer force of momentum caused by the vehicle's abnormal speeds cause gravity to lift the mecha into a standing position.
The EvolTrailer then disassembles some of its side parts before it re-attaches themselves on the back of the mecha, which was now practically a headless robot.
Takeru then begins maneuvering the mecha until it would then be attached to the back of the EvolTrailer. Its wings and upper part become the back armor of the robot. The upper cockpit window then opens down to reveal the robot's mouthpiece, with the frontal window and the nosecone becoming the "eyes" and head.
Inside, Takeru, Ran, Ryouma, Hikaru and Erina then gets transported into one shared cockpit located on the forehead, completing the combination.
SHINKAI-OH!
Shinkai-Oh, the team's giant robot, now takes on a battle stance, ready to fight, shocking Apollo, Hera and even Bat Inhumanoid, which saw everything.
"Nice work, everyone. Takeru, the controls to attack, move, and summon your weapons is on your phones. It should be self-explanatory to you all." Shigeru explained.
"Well then, let's see what this beast is capable of. Let's go, guys!" Takeru declared confidently.
"Right!" The other four Shinkaigers replied.
With that, the team began controlling Shinkai-Oh into battle.
The robot then began inflicting a series of punches dead set into Bat Inhumanoid's own abdomen, causing it a great deal of pain. However, the monster then began conjuring an attack.
"B̸͍̄a̵̛̹͕͌́t̷̡̟̪̐̕ ̸̖̅̓̀Ť̵̩̀ą̷͍͙̀l̷̲̱̿͆͝o̷͍͛̐n̸̡̈́̾̃s̷̟̫̀!̷̩̞̉̒̈́"
The Noivern-based cyborg then slashed the air with its talons, with the slashes coming straight to Shinkai-Oh. This was the deadlier version of Dragon Claw learnt by normal Noiverns.
"Aeonic Shield!" Takeru proclaimed, summoning a shield to block the Inhumanoid's attack.
The shield managed to do its job properly, with Shinkai-Oh coming out practically unscathed.
"Marine Jet!" Hikaru proclaimed before pressing one app on his U-Phone. This activated four engines which were able to move the whole robot for an attack.
"Aeonic Kick!" Takeru proclaimed while pressing a button. The button proceeded to move Shinkai-Oh's legs to deliver a kick at the Inhumanoid's ribs, aided by the Marine Jets.
"B̸̢̓̏á̶͙̈t̸̮̮̔ ̴̣͐F̵̣̈͘ä̶̤̠n̷͇͋ḡ̷̜̈́s̷̜͑!̴̰͂͆ͅ" Bat Inhumanoid called out, before launching an attack with his fangs. This was the deadlier version of Super Fang.
Fortunately, the Aeonic Shield then blocked the attack again.
"Fist Thunder Spark!" Ran and Ryouma both said in unison. They then pressed a button, which causes the hands of Shinkai-Oh to come off of the mecha and launch towards Bat Inhumanoid like a moving projectile, enhanced with sparks of electricity from Ran's part. The two fists slam into Bat Inhumanoid's stomach before coming back and re-attaching itself to Shinkai-Oh. The attack causes the monster to be completely immobile due to paralysis.
"Alright. Guys, let's end this!" Takeru said. The boy then began proclaiming.
"Aeonic Saber!"
A sword then begins to materialize at Shinkai-Oh's unoccupied hand, as the other was holding the Aeonic Shield.
Inside, Takeru then began pressing a few buttons before initiating an attack with his teammates.
"Aeonic Saber: Ichiren Giri!" (Aeonic Saber: One Sequence Slash!)
The combined robot then readied itself to attack using the Aeonic Saber. Shinkai-Oh then proceeds to slash Bat Inhumanoid diagonally, cutting the monster in two.
"Ỵ̸̺̊ȍ̵͎͖̀u̴̫̣̐́r̸̠̈́̉ ̸̝͍̓H̸̲͈͊̕ï̵͎͝g̶̲̖̽͂h̵̯̀̅ͅn̸̦̜̈́͂ė̶̟̳s̶͖̖͋s̷̜̥̃,̸̪̀ ̷̲͐͒͜Ṕ̴̫̅ȑ̷͕͇͝i̶̩͂n̸̙̺͌c̸͎͈̐̓ë̵̪̳̿ ̷͙̻̂Ȁ̷͚͔p̵̺͗̚͜ö̴̺̭l̴̰̚l̶̳͚͆̊ö̸͔̱̀.̴̨̓.̶̦̣̿̂ ̸̬͉̌P̶̝̚l̴̛̼̈́e̸̢̛̯͒a̷̠̼͘͝s̶̝̪̑ẽ̵͇͙ ̶͍͉̀͘H̴̜̟̽Ò̵̲͎̐N̸̰͒Ö̶̮͖́́R̵̢͔̍̇ ̸̭͂̈́M̷̝̹͗͠E̶̝̐̑!̵̱͗̔" Bat Inhumanoid said, before he falls to the ground and explodes to his second death.
The team then looks on for a second before realizing that they had finally won for the second time. The team then began celebrating in triumph.
"HECK YEAH!" I knew we weren't going to lose!" Hikaru yelled out.
"Heheh, of course we would, Hikaru!" Erina replied.
"What a win! We could learn from this in the future!" Ran said.
'We absolutely smashed it! Right, Takeru? Ryouma asked.
"Heh." Takeru muttered out, smirking at his win.
In triumph, Ran then controls Shinkai-Oh to perform a battle stance using the Aeonic Saber and Aeonic Shield, which the robot would then do. The robot then returns to its normal standing position after that.
Olympus Castle, Kalos
Apollo grumbled after seeing the defeat of the enlarged Bat Inhumanoid at the hands of Shinkai-Oh. He was not at all very much happy. Hera herself wasn't, and she was still instilled with fear of the retributions she would possibly get from an angry Zeus.
"Those wretched Shinkaigers... That's two of my Inhumanoids that they have taken out!" Apollo said in anger.
"Surely they have got the guts to interfere with our plans, but they dare fight against Apollo's fail-safe program? Those fools are clearly the persistent bunch. We shall dispose it immediately before Zeus returns with Artemis." Hera ordered.
"Yes, ma'am. I will make sure that the Shinkaigers will die by my own hands until Emperor Zeus returns!" Apollo declared with confidence.
"That's the spirit, Apollo. Proceed with creating a new Inhumanoid immediately. We shall forgo to think up of a plan until later."
"Duly noted, Your Imperial Majesty." Apollo replied. With that, the intelligent scientist left the court.
Before long, the Shinkaigers would return back to the Guardia Base in the city, which was conveniently still well-hidden. Lumiose City dealt damage from the Olympus Castle's carpet bombing and Bat Inhumanoid's rampages, however there was very few casualties and repairs are starting to begin to fix up the city. Every one of the team's parents were informed of their win by Shigeru and Lillie, who arrived the next day to award the team their memorabilia.
"Good work, all of you. I couldn't expect less from the team I've built up from ground zero." Shigeru said.
"To be fair, M.Y.T.H.O.S themselves was stupid as hell. They got noticed by us, anyway. But at least we managed to clinch the win like it's nothing." Takeru admitted.
After they had their uniforms handed over, which was an assortment of the team members' preferred outfits customized with their colors and designated numbers, the team later decided to recuperate for a bit.
"Hikaru... You still do questionable things sometimes, you sluggish idiot." Takeru said.
"But hey, at least I didn't lose the league lots of times like you and your dad." He quipped back.
"You got crushed by big brother most of the time though, Hikaru. Now, who's pretty much the loser out of all of us?"
Hikaru then scratched the back of his head in embarrassment. Everybody just laughed at this response knowing full well that it was indeed true. As the Shinkaigers went off their separate ways in the living quarters of the base, they slept well, knowing that M.Y.T.H.O.S themselves would not try ruining the brief peace that they had fought hard for. Not yet, at least. They would have to fight harder to maintain their peace, but the one thing that we already know, is that the Shinkaigers have currently prevented M.Y.T.H.O.S from gaining the swift victory.

Author's Note: And we finally have the last member of the team and their own giant robot! I currently have some illustrations for the story, including what the team and Shinkai-Oh itself would have looked like, but unfortunately, I could only showcase this on Wattpad, which I am currently cross-posting the fic on. It's been a week since the first chapter of Shinkaiger was posted on January 23 when I'm typing this author's note (this chapter was pre-written WEEKS BEFORE THAT alongside Chapter 1!), however I ended up having a lot of personal errands and thus ended up delaying the second chapter. Apologies for those who was waiting! We'll probably get to see Takeru and his teammates begin their journey around Kalos next chapter, as we've only heavily focused on the Super Sentai aspect of the crossover up until this point.
