kissxsisxhero aftermath chapter 7 meeting the sky king and the second king

this chapter will have Shirou dealing some aftermath of the last chapter and finally getting to meet Zeus along with learning the fact another Campione is born while he is away

I may have revealed who it is in another story, but I won't say at the start

Nico pov

As Shirou and the girls with him, now including the now cat eared and tailed Atalante, began packing. The sky began rumbling until down in the form of a thunderbolt came a man in a suit that had to be Zeus. Shirou not blinking said to the man, "I have been expecting you anytime now." The king of the gods said, "why no respect god slayer?" but in turn said "okay, lord Zeus my grandfather. If you are wondering, I don't want to fight you or any of your fellow Greek gods. I want to make a deal with you."

Then the lilac haired girl came out of the car and said, "I had the Hecate and Nemesis campers help me draft up this contract for you." Shirou then made a desk of swords with two chairs made of swords and said, "here lord Zeus, I had this pact made up." the god of the sky looked stunned at the red-haired boy and said, "so you don't want to kill me and claim my authority." But Shirou replied "not really, I never really wanted these powers and the gods I had to kill really had to be killed. I would prefer to not have to kill any more family." He then landed the pact to the god king and said this is legally binding on the river Styx. It would basically protect me and my family from all but the most minor of Greek gods and me from going after all but the most minor Greek gods. I would prefer you and all the gods that have cabins at the camp sign this. But you can sign as proxy for them." The god king replied, "what is the befit for me?" the red-haired boy replied with "I am not sure if even you can deal with the gods Lovecraft dreamed of or how to find their vessels. I can do it and the beasts of humanity would really ruin your day if they killed all your followers." That made Zeus agree to the deal and leave with the signed contract.

After that I went with Steve and didn't take long to find the man was only a little older than I was and that he would be helping with camp until at leas the end of summer and every summer until as long as he could. He wanted to help as many possible heroes grow to adulthood as they could. He was also happy to learn his brother was George Washington. But it wasn't long after that Shirou left to parts unknown.

Shirou pov

it was as soon as I got into the car, that I got a call from my parents telling me that a strange boy came to the house looking for me. I knew with that I should head back to the house and learn what his deal was. I hoped he wasn't a weirdo trying to come after my sisters. If the person knew me, it would be best to stop back home and learn. I then told Al to return to Japan and then we could head to talk to the Oracle of Erythraea in Palm springs. The campers figured I may need another oracle to find the grove of Dodona and find the those that came from the gate. The general consensus of Chiron was only somebody closer to the age of gods Lovecraft spoke of could help find those connected to them.

It didn't take long for us to return to Japan and my father to tell me the boy was staying at a hotel. It didn't take long to find the boy and learn he was a few years older than I was. His name was Koyomi Araragi, and he was the second Campione of this age. The boy had short hair with cowlick much like the Artoria girls living with me. the boy soon revealed to me that he had just killed his second God, both two he killed were pretty minor but just the first gave him what he needed to qualify. The boy then revealed he was able to kill gods due to having been a vampire and kept some of the powers as one.

He then told me how his first monster he ran into was a different type of vampire than a true ancestor or Dead Apostle or what I knew of each type at least. It was more he saved the female vampire and in turn became one. After doing so he had to deal with hunters after her and finally render the vampire into a harmless state to regain his humanity. After that he faced a girl taken over by a cat spirit. then after that he faced his first God in the form of a crab that took a girl's weight. After that he clashed with a devil that wanted said girl. He then told me story after story until he ended up killing his second God, a girl that was a friend until claiming divinity. I then told him, "You will watch Japan while I deal with other problems. Then after they are resolved, we can figure out how to divide up Japan. But for now, tell as few people as possible about your status as a Campione. You don't want all the heat I have on me." I then my fellow Campione of my current situation and how I just finished a conversation with Zeus and who my mother was." My fellow god slayer then told me "Yeah I don't want to have to deal with politics yet."

With that, I left him and started my trip to the next leg of my journey to meet another oracle. I then had Al drive us through void space to the strange house in Palm springs. At the entrance of said house, we were greeted by armored dryads that I asked, "can I see your master and the oracle?" then one of the tree women looked me over and said, "if you mean no harm lord Campione it can be done, we couldn't stop you if we tried." I then said, "I need help on my journey and the only ones I seek to destroy are the vassals of the evil gods and the beasts of humanity."

It wasn't much longer that a thirteen-year-old girl came out to see me and asked, "what business do you have with the oracle?" I replied "I need your oracle to help locate the grove and stop gods even worse than anything you met before. If you want to, I can cook good food for you and your kin as long as you let mine stay for the night." The girl then asked, "how good could a hero king be as a cook?" Ako replied with "my younger brother is a good as a five-star chef." She replied, "cook three meals for thirty and you have a deal and full access to the oracle for that time." I agreed and asked, "any food requests or restrictions?" she then said, "make sure at least half the food is vegan." With that I got to ordering and having the food delivered and began to cook up lunch. Then once the first meal was done and the people all finished, I met the oracle and soon learned she gave predictions in the form of word puzzles, but the girl helped solve them and revealed that the next stop I needed to make would be new Rome and have to clash with one beast in two bodies.

Sorry the chapter is on the shorter side but I didn't have much I wanted to tell before getting to the Rome storyline

When I get to the next chapter, I will have Shirou go to the city of new Rome and clash with the beast

But I am not sure when I will feel like getting back to this story

But next week I will work on a special chapter between books for the dragon prince storyline with Rayla on the hunt for the dark mage that caused all the problems

After that I will return to Mashiro and Toma as one hunts evil gods and the other deals with two very special girls
