Vongola Mansion, Thetford Forest. Britain.

August 12TH, 1995.

06:12 PM

Gokudera finished adjusting Harry's tie with a firm grip on the fabric and then hid most of it under the two-button jacket of the Vittorio Forti suit that had been chosen for him in Marianopoli. "Matches pretty well with your eyes" Haru had told him.

Harry rolled his eyes again at the memory, of course it matched his eyes, it was a very expensive black suit that Haru had refused to return once she had seen it on him, to his surprise, Gokudera had agreed with Haru. It wasn't that Harry was blind (Well, yes) but even he could see that he looked incredibly handsome in that suit. What had really surprised him was that Gokudera and Haru agreed so easily, in the day he had spent with them he had quickly realized that they had completely opposite but equally intense personalities, which was the cause of various conflicts between them.

"You better go down to have breakfast" The silver-haired man told him while he finished fixing his own suit. "Byakuran will be here soon and we will leave as soon as he arrives".

Harry nodded and left his room being followed by Gokudera. The mansion in Thetford Forest was much smaller than the mansion on the outskirts of San Leone, however it had also been carefully decorated to impress his visitors while exuding Tsunayoshi's characteristic warmth. Unlike the other mansions, this one only had one dining room, the rest of its rooms had been used to accommodate his uncle's not-so-important guests.

"Ohayo" Fran appeared down a corridor to Harry's right, with his cold voice and his monotonous gaze. "Wow, it's not every day you see a criminal walk so calmly".

Harry arched his right eyebrow. At first he had considered that Fran was terribly annoying and that the only thing he was looking for was to make him explode, but as the days went by he had realized that it was just the boy's personality, yes, a terrible personality, but he was almost sure that his intention wasn't to hurt people.

Almost.

It was easier when he thought of him as Colin Creevey even though the only similarity they had was a lack of tact. On the other hand, being the only company his age that Harry had in the Vongola, little by little he had begun to accept and appreciate the illusionist's sarcasm.

"Nee, nee, Potter-san" The illusionist hummed, even though his facial expression had not changed, Harry could see a trace of mockery in his gaze. "Have you heard the good news?" Harry shook his head. "Apparently someone will accompany you toooooooooo-"

Gokudera had silenced the illusionist with a strong blow to the head. "Stupid frog! I have already told you that you are not authorized to explain the Decimo's plans!" He barked as he grabbed him by his ridiculous frog hat and shook him back and forth violently.

"Maa, maa Gokudera" Yamamoto intervened, saving Fran "Violence is not necessary, remember that they are just children".

The storm guardian clicked his mouth, resuming his course towards the dining room. "Don't worry Harry, Tsuna will talk to you when he takes you to buy your supplies" Yamamoto told him, scratching the back of his neck, embarrassed.

"It's fine" Harry agreed. Surprisingly, his terrible temper seemed to be non-existent when he was in the vicinity of his uncle or the rain guardian. At first he had believed that the whole question of the flames of the last will was just a fairy tale, but after experiencing it On his own he had begun to seek to coexist more with the different types of llamas "Why do you speak in Japanese, Fran? Aren't you from France?"

Frogboy shrugged disinterestedly. "It makes me look more interesting".

The three continued the rest of the way to the dining room walking side by side, it seemed that the presence of the sarcastic and disrespectful boy did not diminish Yamamoto's good mood at all. The guardian of the rain took advantage of the little time they had together before starting the day to tell them about his adventures when the tenth generation Vongola were young, Fran took the opportunity to mock the vice-captain of the Varia while Harry pretended to pay attention to him.

When they finally reached the dining room, Harry was surprised to find that Byakuran was already there. Honestly, the description that Fran had shared with him about the man did not do him justice. If he had to describe Byakuran, he would say that he was a tall man, with hair so white it looked like snow and pale skin, soft and smooth to the touch, dressed neatly in white and with piercing and mischievous violet eyes.

"Harry Potter" Byakuran said with a huge smile, offering his hand in a greeting gesture "My name is Byakuran Gesso, I'm here as a favor to Tsuna-chan".

He was also a gentle man with great ease with words, he noticed.

Harry narrowed his eyes before accepting the man's hand. "I've heard a lot about you" He said, retracting his hand and sitting in front of Byakuran. "I understand that only Mukuro and maybe Fran are capable of using magic, sir. How do you know so much about the magical world? Or is this another lie you told my uncle?"

Byakuran smiled widely without looking the least bit offended "I see that they have told you about me. Don't worry Mr. Potter, I can assure you that is not the case" His smile became dangerously sharp "I guess Tsuna hasn't stopped to explain in depth. But don't worry, I'll explain while you eat your breakfast, but hurry up, we have to leave soon to get to the hearing sooner".

Harry began to help himself to food as his uncle's guardians and Fransat down next to them. "I hear you, sir".

"As you surely know, the miracle of the Tri-ni-sette that has been granted to my family has been to transport us between dimensions".

"The thousand flowers family, right?" Harry had slurred his words in a vain attempt to annoy the man in front of him, however, he only smiled amused before answering him.

"Millefiore, Mr. Potter. Yes and no" The albino responded immediately "The mare rings were given to the Gesso family who later merged with the Giglio Nero family and between both families the Millefiore family was built. Surely Tsuna-chan has already explained this to you, try to remember".

Harry frowned, annoyed that the person in front of him was talking to him as if he were a child. "My uncle mentioned the Millefiore family and the Giglio Nero as two different entities".

"Well, in the past maybe we would all have liked it to be like that" Yamamoto interrupted "However, we currently know that the union of both families was an excellent decision" Gokudera nodded along with Yamamoto's words while Fran ignored them in favor of paying attention to his flan.

"That's what I want to believe" Byakuran confessed, laughing softly "Anyway, Mr. Potter, this miracle has allowed me to know dimensions in which even you have died. Surprising, right?" Byakuran's voice was no longer mischievous, but every word he said was bathed in malice as if he sought to offend him "As such, I have also known dimensions where we users of the dying will flame are capable of using magic. You can imagine that by changing between realities I have acquired an amazing ability to adapt to change".

Harry sputtered, he didn't know how to return the taunt without it being forced or without the albino getting the satisfaction of having affected Harry with his words.

"This is why I am the most suitable to accompany him in his trial" He said returning to that playful attitude "Although I am sure Mukuro-chan is skilled in the use of magic, I fear that he may be a bit wild and uncivilized. Of course he's not the kind of person who wants me to accompany you on such an important day".

"It's not like he has a choice" Harry barked "My uncle trusts you sir, even when I think he is wrong I have to respect my guardian's decisions".

Byakuran seemed to have caught the sarcasm that surrounded Harry's response as he was now smirking, Harry's blood boiling more and more until the huge dining room window erupted.

"Enough Byakuran" Gokudera reprimanded him "The juudaime has entrusted you with the magical legal process of Harry Potter, do not violate the limits of the tenth's trust".

Byakuran raised both hands above his head in a gesture of surrender while still smiling "You're absolutely right Hayato-chan, I wouldn't like to see Tsuna-chan angry, also the Vongola master's magic is too sharp for him to keep under control".

Harry bit his cheeks hard in an attempt to calm himself down and not give in to the albino's provocations again. The last thing he needed was for his uncle to define him as unstable and retract his decision to adopt him "Master Vongola?" He asked in an attempt to divert the topic.

"It's not a fact yet, Potter-san" Gokudera told him in a strange show of respect towards his person, at some point Harry had believed that the silver-haired man was only capable of respecting his uncle "It is a topic that must be discussed later with the tenth".

Harry stared at him before realizing that none of the adults present would give him any more information on the matter and Fran seemed to have dissociated as he watched his breakfast "OK" He gave up and stood up with the intention of leaving the dining room before he continued destroying his uncle's mansion.

He soon heard Fran's footsteps following him to the side.

Leaving the mansion, he smiled slightly, at this moment he preferred the company of the frog boy a million times over that of the conceited and annoying Byakuran.

"Nee, nee, Harry". -Harry stopped dead when he heard the frog boy call him by his name for the first time "Did you get upset? You won't survive in the mafia if you let this kind of thing get to you".

Harry snorted "I'm a magician, Fran. Not a gangster".

Fran smiled although the smile did not reach his eyes. "Have you not realized that destiny hates you?"

"Oh really?" He said mockingly "I thought I was his favorite".

They were silent for a few minutes when Fran lost again against his thoughts as he looked at the handle of the large oak door through which they had left, shortly after they heard the adults leaving the mansion. Byakuran and Gokudera were murmuring under their breath while reviewing some documents while Yamamoto smiled carefreely and ignored the conversation of both diplomats.

"Take this Harry" Yamamoto didn't give him time to see what he had in his hands when he had already placed a cape over his suit "Tsuna said that there would surely be people who would try to hurt you, so he ordered a cloak with protective spells, you shouldn't take it off at all even if it makes you hot, okay?"

He didn't wait for Harry to answer either before getting into one of the suburban truks parked in the mansion's main parking lot.

"Harry" Byakuran called him "I'll explain the hearing protocol a little before we get to the Ministry of Magic, okay? Don't be naughty and pay attention".

Harry frowned before turning around abruptly and following Yamamoto to the suburban, Gokudera would be Yamamoto's co-pilot on this occasion while Byakuran and Fran would be Harry's side flanks to ensure his protection.

Yamamoto calmly started and turned on the suburban radio to some station that played Japanese folk music. Unlike other trips, this was a very quiet one, probably because of the time everyone had woken up or because Yamamoto was the designated driver. Unlike Gokudera who drove stressed and tended to step on the accelerator at times, Yamamoto drove calmly and carefully, as if he were taking his family to a picnic on a Sunday afternoon.

Byakuran gave him some sheets that briefly explained the situation that had happened with the dementors "Tsuna-chan has many allies and although there was no one other than you and your cousin at that time, he has managed to place some witnesses at the scene"He murmured confidently "I must warn you, Harry, that a large part of the population of the wizarding world thinks that you are lying about the return of Voldemort. They will try to treat you like a madman".

Harry raised an eyebrow "How dare they think I made it up?"

"They are cowards" Fran responded with a shrug " Adults don't like us to be better than them".

Byakuran looked at Fran as he smiled "Well, in Harry's case that's how it is" He gave another document to Harry "It is important that you know the people who will be present during your trial, I have heard that they are violating the procedure of disciplinary hearings and some big shots will be present" Byakuran pointed at a burly looking man.

"I know him" Harry grumbled "He is the minister".

Byakuran hummed an affirmative response, as if he was proud of Harry "That's right, unfortunately, he is one of the people who believes that you are lying Harry, try to be calm during the trial, he'll try to push your buttons".

Harry snorted, he remembered the minister as an overly good-natured grandfather with an indulgent smile. For some reason he wasn't surprised "Who is she?"

The woman Harry was pointing at had a square jaw and her short hair was already graying. "She is Amelia Bones, I understand that her niece, Susan, is your classmate" Harry made a sound of confirmation at the back of his throat "This is Dolores Umridge, you must be careful around her, Harry" All traces of the smile that Byakuran had faithfully worn on his face had completely disappeared "I don't have much to say to her except that she is an obnoxious, irritating witch and that she will do everything possible to drive you out of your mind".

"Here" Gokudera interrupted, extending a hanging in the shape of a drop of water to them.

"What is this?"

"It's a charm that has been infiltrated with the flame of rain, it will help you keep your temper in line" Gokudera explained with a serious face "It can't do it alone, you'll have to do your part".

Harry put on the necklace and analyzed the collar for a couple of seconds "What else?" He asked Byakuran.

The albino quickly regained his mischievous look and handed him another document "As you know, I will be your lawyer and I will be present as the legal representative of the Vongola, you should not deny nothing I say".

"Like what?"

"If, for example, I say that you are the heir of the Vongola, you must remain silent and agree even if it is not yet confirmed" Harry was ready to refute when Byakuran covered his mouth with his hand "It may not be official yet, but without Dumbledore's support it is the heaviest card we have".

Harry frowned "Do you know anything about the professor?" At Byakuran's denial he continued "He hasn't answered my letters all summer".

Yamamoto curled his lips "I have no right to tell you who you should and shouldn't trust, Harry. But from now on he tries not to depend so much on Professor Dumbledore, I can promise you that he is not who he pretends to be".

It was the best time to test the charm's qualities, because upon hearing Yamamoto defame Professor Dumbledore his blood boiled quickly and he was ready to shout at the guardian. However, a small voice that he wasn't sure if it sounded like Tsuna's or Yamamoto's, told him to think about all the times his questions had been answered openly and invited him to question whether the guardian of the Rain would say such horrible things about other people just because. The answer was no "Whatever" He spat in murmurs and dedicated himself to listening to the rest of the information that Byakuran presented to him.

Before they knew it, they were already entering London.

Vongola Mansion, Mimiani. Sicily. Italy.

August 12th , 1995.

09:00 AM

Since assuming his title as head of the Vongola, Tsunayoshi had dedicated a great deal of time to polishing his skills as a host in order to smooth things over with the various mafia families who did not believe a 15-year-old boy was capable of leading the Vongola, the most important family of the mafia. Another of his goals had been to give the minor families the feeling that they were just as important to the Vongola as other allies.

He had focused so much on being such a good host that that morning he had forced himself to leave his room, take a bath and walk to the small tea room that he had attached to the greenhouse of his mansion whose purpose was to provide space for the smaller and more intimate meetings of the Vongola tenth.

His instincts had also sharpened over the years, so much so that he was able to avoid flinching when he felt Reborn's cold but smooth lips on his cheek and perfectly hid the weakness that the smell of the hitman's fragrance caused in him. her body.

"Tsuna" The hitman mumbled next to his ear so softly and with a great amount of sensuality that he immediately managed to make the brunette's skin crawl. "I'm back, mio caro"

Tsuna smiled slightly as he raised his cup of chocolate milk to his lips "Il mio sole" He responded with the same softness with which Reborn had spoken to him "You're late, how did your leisure trip go?"

Reborn did not answer him immediately, but instead he took the time to place his face above the crown of the brunette's head and inhaled strongly the chamomile scent of his shampoo while he hugged him firmly by the shoulders. Tsuna did not say anything, the years had allowed him to mature to the point that he no longer became excessively nervous when establishing physical contact with his lover.

Maybe 5 minutes passed before Reborn completely separated from Tsunayoshi, he walked slowly to the chair next to the brunette, feeling the clicking of the sole of his moccasins the only thing that interrupted the comfortable silence that had been established between them. . "It has been wonderful for me, the coasts of Italy are a true delight".

Tsunayoshi smiled softly at him and looked at him adoringly. He didn't say anything else, he took the time necessary to look over his lover from head to toe, he longed to run his hands again through the soft raven hair of his life partner, he felt himself melting every time his caramel eyes met the hitman's gaze as dark as the night, he longed to hug his broad shoulders again and snuggle with him for the rest of the afternoon. Their chests and hips pressed together as if they were one and the same while they firmly intertwined their legs.

He thought about it for a few moments, was he really the Vongola ten if he couldn't take time off whenever he wanted?

"Tell me, my angelo" Reborn interrupted his thoughts with a sly smile free of malice. "Are you too busy to join me in our dorm for the rest of the day?"

Tsuna smiled and stood up, Reborn following immediately.

Ministry of Magic, Whitehall. London, Great Britain.

August 12th, 1995.

07:44 AM

"If I am not expelled from Hogwarts, I will donate ten galleons" Harry found himself thinking, desperate, when he had seen the source of magical donations destined for St. Mungos.

Byakuran seemed to know the ministry as well as the palm of his hand, he took them down each hallway and told them to turn different corners with confidence and speed. He had even acted calmly when Eric, the security guy, had questioned them about their presence at the Ministry when they weren't wizards or had wands before he himself stared at the silver badge Harry wore on his cloak. . He had noticed since they arrived that a lot ministry employees looked at him as if he had grown two heads and he had begun to get upset when he remembered that it was not their fault, but the minister and his stool of corrupt politicians who had tried so hard to make everyone believe that Harry was a liar.

They had been walking for a long time, they had even taken an elevator that squeaked when moving before they reached the second floor of the ministry, yet Byakuran continued to walk confidently and without tiring between the cubicles from which murmurs came out, laughter and even scolding.

"Byakuran-sama!"

The squad stopped dead when they heard the call of two identical and perfectly synchronized voices. Harry turned around, worried that it was some member of the Ministry approaching to warn the albino about being around the insane Potter. What he found were two women with long, pink hair wearing masks and wearing shorts (Harry was sure that type of clothing was not in trend in England, otherwise his Aunt Petunia would have spent the entire summer criticizing it). Seeing how they approached with confident steps and that the posture of his companions had not changed at all, Harry deduced that they were also part of the Italian mafia.

"Cervello" Byakuran called them with a slight smile "What is it?"

"We arrived first thing in the morning as you ordered" One of the women answered.

"We have learned that the hearing has been brought forward to 8:00 AM in the old room number 10" Finished the othe.

His companions stared at each other for a few seconds before Byakuran dismissed both women with a weak wave of his hand "I told them that we should arrive earlier, these are bad habits of the minister".

Gokudera thundered but gave Harry a slight push to start walking behind Byakuran again. They walked faster through the long corridors of shiny dark wood of the ministry, took the elevator again and went down to the department of mysteries " The elevator does not reach the old rooms" Byakuran had explained to him when they were going down some old and battered stairs that creaked with every step they took "It's here".

Yamamoto placed a hand on his shoulder and smiled at him "Calm down Harry" He told him, Harry immediately released the strong grip he had on his cloak without realizing it "You have the support of several of the most powerful men in the world, those magicians won't even know what hit them".

Harry nodded nervously, feeling his Adam's apple getting tighter and tighter. He said goodbye to his uncle's guardians and Fran and entered the room accompanied by Byakuran. Once he was inside, he gasped before whispering violently to Byakuran. "Here is were they condemned the Lestranges!"

Byakuran raised an eyebrow as he looked at him carefully. "How do you know that, Harry?" The albino shook his head "This is not the time to think about it, just keep in mind that I will have to tell Tsuna-chan".

Harry felt annoyed by the comment, although he suspected it, no one had taken the trouble to warn him that his privacy was going to be constantly violated by his uncle's surveillance. He had begun to calm the raging fire he felt in his stomach when he realized that Dumbledore was standing next to the chair where Harry would have to sit during his trial.

Dumbledore had known about the hearing and had not intended to contact Harry.

"Mr. Potter" Said an icy male voice to which he could not put a face "Arriving just in time. Some would consider it to have arrived late".

"Sorry" Harry had felt intimidated when Dumbledore turned violently to see him and had felt the need to apologize "No... I didn't know they had changed the time".

"That's not the Wizengamot's fault" The voice refuted "We sent you an owl this morning, take a seat".

Once Harry sat down, he began to squirm uncomfortably in his seat. Even with Byakuran's warning, he would never have imagined that he would be subjected to so much pressure.

"Any complaint you have can be directed directly to me, my Lord" Byakuran interrupted as he stood on Harry's left side "We can further discuss the lack of professionalism in making last minute changes and treating them as non-urgent correspondence".

"Byakuran Gesso" The witch with the squared jaw who had been introduced as Amelia Bones called "What is the reason for her presence at this hearing? I don't remember you being listed as an assistant".

Byakuran smiled widely at him "Not at the beginning" He answered her "However, the boy's guardian has appointed me to defend Mr. Potter, you know, since Mr. Potter is a minor and has a legal guardian with knowledge of the procedures of the magical world, we have considered it inappropriate for him to be his own defense".

Amelia Bones nodded, her expression serious "Yes, yesterday we received the acquisition of parental authority by the Vongola Decimo" She seemed to be answering the unspoken questions of the minister, who was staring at her "However, Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore has appeared as a defense witness, do you agree?"

Harry, who felt immensely betrayed by the headmaster, wanted to shout that no, that he didn't agree and that he wanted the teacher taken out of the room right then. However, the instructions to just accept what Byakuran proposed echoed in his mind and with the help of his speech he managed to calm down so as not to create chaos in the room.

"That's right, Madame Bones. The Vongola Decimo has given his permission for the Hogwarts headmaster to be here during the hearing".

The minister cleared his throat, visibly annoyed "It's getting late, let's start if they have already finished doing their reckless things".

"Yes sir".

It was not until then that Harry recognized among all the attendees the reddish head of one of Ron's brothers, it was Percy, who did not bother to look up or help Harry, but looked completely concentrated on his quill and parchment.

"Disciplinary hearing on August 12" Fuge began after spelling his throat with a sonorus "For the crime against the decree of the moderate limitation of witchcraft in minors and against the international statute of the secret of witches, committed by Harry James Potter, resident at number four Privet Drive, Little Whinging, Surrey".

"I am afraid that Mr. Potter's residence is incorrect, Mr. Minister" Byakuran man interrupted. "He is currently residing in the Vongola mansion in Thetford Forest".

The murmurs exploded like fireworks at the mention of the Vongola, Harry had been briefly educated in the impact the famiglia had on the wizarding world but had not been prepared to carry the weight that came with being a Vongola protégé. .

"Ah, yes, an apology" The minister responded before clearing his throat again "Interrogators: Cornelius Oswald Fudge, Minister of Magic; Amelia Susan Bones, head of the Department of Magical Security; Dolores Jane Umbridge, Undersecretary to the Minister. Court clerk: Percy Ignatius. Defense: Byakuran Gesso, Defense Witness, Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore".

The minister paused for a few moments while he looked around the audience, as if waiting for a new interruption.

"Eh… the charges, yes, the charges" He murmured "The charges against the accused are as follows: That knowingly, deliberately and aware of the illegality of his actions, after having received a previous written warning from the Ministry of Magic for a similar crime, he performed a patronus charm in an area inhabited by muggles, in the presence of a muggle, on August 2 at twenty-three minutes past nine, which constitutes a violation of paragraph C of the decree of the moderate limitation of witchcraft in minors, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five, and also of section thirteen of the international confederation of witches secrecy statute. Are you Harry James Potter, resident of the Vongola mansion in Thetford Forest?

"Yeah" Harry answered.

"You received an official warning from the ministry for using illegal magic three years ago, didn't you?"

"Yes, but…"

"And yet, did you conjure a patronus on the night of August 2nd?"

"Yes, but..." Harry stopped when he felt Byakuran's hand squeezing his shoulder. He had to calm down before he lost his temper.

"It is incorrect to take that warning as a precedent for this hearing, Mr. Minister" Byakuran took up the word again "If the person in charge of the Department of Magical Creatures could conduct a review of their records, they would realize that the magic detected three years ago at Number 4 Privet Drive was performed by a rogue house elf who was not linked in any way to the magic of Mr. Potter".

"Yet he has performed a spell in front of a Muggle" Fudge grumbled "Knowing that he is not allowed to use magic outside of school until he has reached the age of majority?"

"Yeah".

"Again, Minister, it seems to me that the members of the Wizengamont know perfectly well that the majority of pureblood wizards begin to practice their magic in their homes before entering Hogwarts" Byakuran replied "On the knowledge that magic that cannot be controlled can be dangerous".

"I did not forget, Mrs. Byakuran, that at the beginning of the month Mr. Potter was still living with his Muggle relatives. Have you cast the spell fully aware that he was very close to a Muggle at that time?"

Harry frowned, annoyed "Yeah".

The monocle witch spoke then "Have you conjured a full-fedge patronus?"

"Yes," he replied, starting to get irritated.

"A corporeal patronus?"

"What?"

"The patronus that you conjured had a defined shape, or was it just smoke?"

"Yes, it has always been a deer" He answered.

"Always?" Madame Bones bellowed.

"Yeah" Harry responded, relieved to finally be given the word "I've been doing it for more than a year".

"And you are fifteen years old?"

"Yes, and…"

"Did you learn to perform a patronus at school?"

"Yes, Professor Lupine taught me in my third year because the dementors seemed to chase me".

"Amazing" Madame Bones said, looking at him with attention and some admiration "A true patronus, it is a truly impressive merit".

The wizards distributed throughout the room began to murmur among themselves, some expressing their disagreement and others affirming Madame Bones' statement.

"Doesn't matter how impressive the spell is!" Fudge barked "It only makes it worse because it was in front of a muggle!"

"I would like to highlight that it was in front of his cousin, even though he is from a Muggle family, they have knowledge that Mr. Potter is a wizard, just as his parents were wizards, so the privacy statute is not really applicable" Byakuran said.

Harry had had enough "I did it for the dementors!"

"Dementors?" Bones questioned "What do you mean, boy?"

"There were two dementors and they attacked my cousin and me!" He exclaimed energetically.

"Ah!" Fudge exclaimed, smiling mockingly at him "Yes, I already imagined that we would hear something similar".

"I don't understand" Amelia confessed "Dementors in Little Whinging?"

"Allow me to explain it to you" Fudge rudely interrupted her "Potter has thought it through and has come to the conclusion that the Dementors would give him a nice excuse to get out of his punishment, but he has not considered that Muggles cannot see Dementors".

"I'm not lying!" Harry barked "It was cold and although he may not have seen them, my cousin felt them and ran away".

Dumbledore for the first time interrupted the trial with a clearing of his throat "In fact we have a witness to what happened that night. Someone besides his cousin, I mean".

"We also have a witness" Byakuran declared happily.

Cornelius Fudge's face turned purple and he seemed to have lost the ability to speak as the color slowly began to drain from his face before he regained his composure "Unfortunately, as you know, I am an extremely busy man, so I do not have time to continue listening to more lies".

"Maybe I'm wrong" Dumbledore stopped him "But I am sure that the statute of the Winzengamont contemplates the interrogation of the witnesses that the accused presents. Isn't that right, Madame Bones?"

"That's how it is" She answered "Is completely true".

"Okay, okay" Fudge barked, furious "Have the witnesses come in".

A beautiful woman with copper hair and sunset-colored eyes entered the interrogation room, followed by Mrs. Figg. While the former had entered with a confident gait and a straight back, Mrs. Figg was hunched over with her hair in a nest of birds, Harry had never considered the possibility that the woman looked crazier than she was.

Dumbledore, in a kind gesture, made two stools appear for both women to sit on.

"You" Fudge bellowed, pointing at Mrs. Figg "Who are you supposed to be? Give me your full name".

"Arabella Doreen Figg" She answered shakily "I am a neighbor of Little Whinging, I live near where Harry Potter lives".

The minister smiled when he realized that the old woman did not know about the boy's custody situation "There is no record of wizards in Little Whinging other than Harry Potter" Amelia said "Great care has always been taken with the registry…"

"I'm a squib" Mrs. Figg quickly declared "Maybe that's why you don't have me registered".

"A squib?" Fudge said, scrutinizing Mrs. Figg with his eyes "We'll see, give all your information to my assistant Mr. Weasley. By the way, can squibs see dementors?"

"Of course!" She barked offended.

"Very good" Fudge said, resigned "What did you come to tell us?"

"I had gone out to buy cat food at the corner store, at the end of Wisteria Avenue, around nine o'clock, on the night of August 2nd" Mrs. Figg began to relate "Then in a tunnel I saw the dementors running…"

"Running?" Mrs. Bones intervened "Dementors don't run, they slide".

"That is what I meant" Mrs. Figg replied, trying to minimize her mistake "They were sliding up to what seemed to me to be two boys".

"What did they look like?"

"Well, one was very fat and the other was very thin…"

"No no" Madame Bones exclaimed exasperated "The dementors, tell me what the dementors were like".

"Ah, they were tall, very very tall, and they wore long capes" Amelia nodded her head, Harry was really beginning to doubt that Mrs. Figg could see dementors. He didn't doubt that she was delusional based on a vague description shared by Professor Dumbledore "I felt it all, you know? I felt very cold although before I felt terribly hot and, suddenly, I felt as if everything was sadness, as if all the happiness in the world had disappeared... and I remembered terrible things. They attacked the boys and Harry drew a silver smoke from his wand which was the only thing that kept them halfway away until on the third try a deer came out of his wand and scared them away completely".

Fudge, who already looked completely furious, nodded "That's it, you're free to go".

Mrs. Figg looked fearfully at Madame Bones and then at Professor Dumbledore before slipping out the door as she shuffled her feet.

"She doesn't seem like a reliable witness" Fudge bellowed.

"I don't know what to say" Madame Bones responded "She described them perfectly and has also described in detail the effect that dementors have on people".

"Or it could be that someone told her what to say" Fudge glared at Dumbledore who didn't even flinch, then stared at the copper-haired woman "And who are you?"

"I am Sasagawa Kyoko, Mr. Minister" The woman said while smiling prettily. - I am not a witch, however, 17 years ago I was injured by an illusionist and since then I am aware of the the magical community, I can use basic and minor spells".

The minister twisted his mouth in disgust "A muggle then" He determined before turning to look at Percy "Make sure to investigate all incidents involving illusionists" Percy nodded. "And what is your version of the story?"

Kyoko tucked a couple of hairs behind her ear before licking her lips and beginning to speak. "I moved to Little Whinging about 10 years ago together with my husband, I have seen Harry on different occasions. I am a fashion designer and that day I was on my way to buy more material because I was preparing for a small show that I will have at the end of the month. The temperature dropped drastically and that's when I saw Harry and Dudley in the alley".

Percy was writing down everything Kyoko said quickly while she kept her brow furrowed. "I thought they were arguing again so I decided to go down to introduce myself and see if I could break up the fight, that's when I saw a dementor feeding on Dudley Dursley's soul, it seemed like Dudley's face was blurry".

Madam Bones nodded "And you didn't feel any kind of sadness?"

Kyoko smiled again "Fortunately my life has been full of blessings, I do not have any traumatic or sad events that a dementor could feed on".

After the Minister had allowed Mrs. Sasagawa to leave, Dumbledore had hinted that there was someone within the Ministry who had ordered the Dementors to attack the boy, since not everyone agreed with the statements he had made at the end of the triwizard tournament. It was at that moment that the trial went into a tailspin, Fudge in the company of the witch who was sitting to his right, who had a wide, chubby, toad-like face, began to directly attack Harry and insinuate that he had no no credibility.

Moments later Byakuran had become involved in the argument in Harry's defense.

The boy felt ready to explode, he could not believe that the officials who had attended his trial were so mediocre as to directly attack a 15-year-old boy even with his legal representative in front of him. One of the things that bothered Harry the most was when people accused him of being a liar.

Before ruining his hearing further, he concentrated on his posture and began to remember Yamamoto's smiling face, Fran's terrible jokes and cruel comments, and of course he remembered his smiling, loving uncle waiting for him, back in Italy.

"Those who are in favor of acquitting the accused of all charges" Madame Bones' voice had brought him out of the trance he had entered.

He had focused so much on calming down that he had completely lost track of time and what was happening around him. He looked around at the Wizengamont wizards and began to hold his breath when he realized that more than half had voted for his innocence.

The hearing had turned out in his favor. He could go back to Hogwarts.

"Harry, my boy" Dumbledore called before Harry had the chance to escape from the room "I need to talk with you".

Harry froze in place, he had many questions to ask the headmaster, such as, Why hadn't he responded to his letters? Why had he shown up at the hearing if he had been acting as if Harry didn't exist? Did he know anything about his friends? He didn't know whether to accept the headmaster's proposal. Was it a proposal? It seemed more like an order. On the other side of the door he could see his uncle's guardians and Fran waiting for him. Why couldn't he make a decision?

"Excuse me, headmaster. As you well know, Mr. Potter is a minor and you no longer have any custody rights over him" Byakuran spoke coldly to DumbledoreI"f you have anything to discuss about Mr. Potter, you can do so directly with his legal guardian, obviously by appointment".

Harry remembered all the adults who had demanded different sacrifices from him in the name of the common good and his head began to heat up with rage. It had been no more than 5 days since he had found out that he had an uncle and although Tsunayoshi had been nothing but cordial and affectionate with him, he could not help but feel anger when he saw how he tried to control his decisions and his life, as if he had any right.

"Enough, Byakuran" He said to the albino who quickly pressed his lips so hard that they looked like a straight line "Who do you think you are? I am the one who decides who to talk to and who not to. Leave us alone".

He had apparently screamed because when he turned around to confront the professor, he could see out of the corner of his eye how his uncle's guardians looked at him with surprise and some disappointment.

"Where have you been my boy?" Dumbledore quickly questioned him.

"Where have you been?" Harry refuted "I've been sending you letters all summer and you haven't even given me any signs that you received them, nor have you or my friends. Do you know where they are? I'm not a kid, it's not fair that they keep me in the dark-"

Dumbledore interrupted him then "My boy, you have to understand that all this is for the greater good" Harry raised an eyebrow, too impressed by the professor's rudeness to answer him "It is extremely important that you return to your uncles' house as soon as possible".

Harry let out a mocking laugh.

"Do you really want me to go back there? You know what they are like!" Harry bellowed "Now I have another person who takes care of me, a person who wants to take care of me".

"You don't know him, Harry" Dumbledore told him without looking him in the eyes "You don't know what he wants from you, I only want the best for you, remember that it is for your protection-"

"No, I don't remember that it was for my protection" Harry hissed "I'm not a stupid, professor don't treat me like one".

Harry then realized that the professor's eyes were looking everywhere except at him, at no time during the trial had he turned to see him and he had not even greeted him "Why are you avoiding me? Look at me!" He demanded.

However, Dumbledore continued to look over Harry's head.

He then remembered that his uncle's guardians and ally were still waiting for him outside the room. He began to get nervous, he was wrong, he had allowed himself to be blinded by the fury he felt until a few moments ago. Tsunayoshi had at no time tried to trample on his opinion or force him to do things, neither had his uncle's guardians, Yamamoto had only suggested that he not approach Dumbledore, he had not even had the intention of approaching to interrupt his argument with him.

He could feel Tsunayoshi's affection every time he laid his caramel eyes on him, but surely even his patient uncle would be upset if he found out that he had trampled on the advice of his guardians on a simple whim. No, not if he found out, when he found out, because surely his guardians would tell him verbatim what just happened. He began to feel short of breath.

Surely his uncle would believe all the lies in the magical world, all those lies about what a liar and troublemaker he was, and how could he not believe it? Harry had just dismissed the people closest to his uncle. Where would he go when his uncle realized he didn't really want him around him?

He was startled when Byakuran grabbed him by the shoulders. "That's enough, excuse me, director." And then he guided him towards the people who were waiting for him. Harry dared to turn to see the headmaster out of the corner of his eye. The only thing he saw was the old man's indifferent face.

He walked with his head down, not prepared to face the people he had just disappointed.

Xanxus slowly opened his eyes, blinded by the lamps in his room. He couldn't hear or see clearly, but he was sure that the doctors were surrounding his bed and monitoring his vital signs. He could almost be sure that his vice-captain was yelling at the doctors for being incompetent.

His throat was burning and he couldn't even open his mouth. His body hurt, he felt like there was fire running through his veins, he didn't remember what had happened. Why did everything hurt?

The last thing he remembered was that he had been having breakfast in his office when that trash Tsunayoshi had sent for him. Had they fought?

He wanted to ask, he needed to get answers. He mustered all the strength he had to stand up, however he was so weak that he only managed to turn on his stomach and lean on his elbows.

Who believed that garbage he was? How dare he humiliate him in front of his subordinates?

He gritted his teeth, his vision had finally improved as had his hearing, now he was sure that the doctors had seen him move and had gotten to work treating him. He felt someone take him under the shoulders and, given the obvious lack of strength in all the muscles in his body, he allowed them to help him.

"VOOOOOI" He immediately recognized the screams of his vice-captain who pushed the physiotherapist who had helped him "Shitty boss, you scared the shit out of us!"

If he could move his arms he would surely have taught the damn thing a lesson, but it was as if all the parts of his body refused to obey his mind.

"Damn garbage. I will kill him."

Squalo stopped shouting then and a look of seriousness that he rarely had took over his face "Do you know who did this to you?"

Xanxus snorted "Tsunayoshi's trash. Are you an idiot or what? He sent for me".

Squalo frowned "You're an idiot" Xanxus looked at the doctors who had begun to measure his vital signs "You returned intact from the meeting with Tsunayoshi".

Xanxus' mouth cracked "So what happened, bastard?"

"Boooooooooossss" Lussuria screeched next to him "No one knows, some people found you almost dead in a hostel in Kamchatka, the owner said that he had no idea how you got there" Lussuria took his hand and began to cry loudly. Xanxus twisted his mouth in disgust, when he recovered he would break his arms for his audacity.

"We are in Patunka's Vongola mansion" Squalo quickly informed him.

Xanxus turned to look at the windows of the mansion, he could indeed see the snowy forest that surrounded the mansion, however, when trying to remember what he had been doing, his head began to burn and he found no memories of what happened.

How the hell did he get to Russia?

Vongola Mansion, Thetford Forest. Britain.

09:30 PM

Unlike the trip to the ministry, the trip back had been extremely quiet.

They had gone to eat at a Japanese restaurant called Chotto Matte located near WhiteHall where he had met Uni (the tenth and last boss of the Giglio Nero, as he remembered Tsuna having told him), a young woman with a calm temperament who had tried to talk to him to make him feel more comfortable. Immediately after finishing eating they had gotten into the suburban and left for the mansion in Thetford.

Byakuran had not returned with them, claiming that he had to return to Italy with Uni, because he could not send the young woman back alone.

Harry hadn't believed him at all. He had screwed up, he had ruined everything. He had crossed the unspoken boundaries of his uncle and his guardians and now they would send him back to the Dursleys, he was sure, not even Fran had commented on it. Yamamoto had also remained silent and had not even turned to look at him, not when leaving the ministry, not after eating, not even when they had returned to the mansion.

He had excused himself as soon as they arrived at the mansion and had immediately locked himself in his room. None of the guardians had stopped by his room to ask him how he was doing or if he wanted to go out to do some activity like they usually did. The only person who had dared to go into his room was a maid who had brought him dinner an hour before, however, the nerves and panic he felt had not allowed him to eat more than two bites. His mind began to imagine thousands and thousands of scenarios in which he confronted Tsunayoshi about what had happened that day, in each and every one of them his uncle's face was blurred. His uncle was so gentle that he couldn't imagine him with a look of contempt on his face. Knowing that he would be the first person he would see like this made him want to vomit.

He was startled when there was a firm knock on his door. Was it his uncle? Had he arrived so quickly from Italy, furious? He swallowed dryly "Come in".

The door opened and Yamamoto poked his head out of it, Harry sighed in relief. Yamamoto seemed to be debating whether to pass or remain at the door before

taking courage and look him in the eyes "Are you busy Harry?"

Harry smiled nervously, it was obvious that he wasn't doing anything. His bed was unmade and his pillows were thrown everywhere. However he hadn't taken out any of his books to read, nor his wand to practice with "Quite a bit, do you need anything?"

Yamamoto smiled widely and Harry hoped he had noticed that he had no intention of being rude, just breaking the ice "Can I come near you?" Harry nodded and sat on the edge of his bed, waiting for the guardian to approach him. The dark-haired man brought a tray full of rice triangles "Have you ever tried onigiris?"

Harry shook his head, he could remember Dudley throwing a huge tantrum because he wanted to try them after seeing them in an anime, however it was one of the few times that the Dursleys had hesitated to take him since the nearest Japanese restaurant was more or less two hours away and a storm was blowing outside. In the end, as always, his uncles had given in to Dudley's whims and taken him to the restaurant, they had returned soaked from head to toe after about 6 hours and Harry had been in trouble for not being sensible enough to "remind them to take an umbrella".

"My father had a sushi restaurant when I was young" Yamamoto began "The old man was convinced that when a person could not eat due to stomach pain, then a couple of onigiris would replenish his stomach".

Harry took one of the onigiris that the guardian offered him and took a small bite, unsure of trying them. Realizing that they tasted delicious, he took a larger bite. Yamamoto laughed softly. "Had? What happened?"

"The restaurant is now mine and a high school classmate helps me run it while I'm with Tsuna" Yamamoto responded, smiling wistfully "However, my father died from an illness 3 years ago".

"I'm sorry" Harry told him, looking down sadly.

"It doesn't matter, he had already died once before" Faced with Harry's confusion, Yamamoto continued "In a future where all of us made bad decisions, he was not the only one. However, in this timeline, he passed away due to illness. I think it's kind of funny, we couldn't save all the lives we had already lost".

Harry nodded, not knowing what to answer "Do you miss him?"

"Always" The guardian answered without hesitation "However, he taught me very important things, among them, that my decisions and opinions were very important, especially for myself" Harry shrugged, knowing what the conversation was about "Tsuna has entrusted us with your safety, Harry. But neither he nor we would ever interfere in your decisions, you are free to do what you want".

"What if I do something you don't like?" He murmured "What will happen to me then? Will he send me back?"

Yamamoto blinked a few times, obviously surprised that the teenager in front of him, who usually looked like a brave defense dog, was so vulnerable before him "No Harry, don't think about those things" He told him while slowly hugging him "Tsuna would never do something like that, I know you haven't had the chance to know him that much, but he has the biggest and gentlest heart I've ever seen in my life. Tsuna knows how to forgive and accept".

"But there must be a limit, right?" Harry told him "Everyone has one".

"You know, Harry" Yamamoto began "Maybe for most of us Byakuran's actions in the future past are not a big deal. But in the past, he was one of the worst criminals we have ever encountered, he was even killed by Tsuna".

Harry's eyes widened. Killed by his uncle? How was it possible that he was alive then? Was there some resurrection spell that no one in the wizarding world was aware of?

"Byakuran chose a bad path, became extremely arrogant and began to covet other people's miracles. When Tsunayoshi decided to destroy the Vongola rings, Byakuran murdered him" Yamamoto's face had become incredibly gloomy "In that future, Tsuna died at the age of 24, my father and other colleagues and family were also killed".

"How is it then that my uncle is still alive?" He demanded to know. Nothing the guardian was telling him made sense.

"It is because a brilliant technician from that timeline managed to establish contact with our generation and warn us of the dangers of the future. There was a big fight, just like in the movies" Yamamoto told him while he was eating an onigiri "Uni sacrificed herself so we could win and Tsuna went rough and won the battle with the help of Vongola Primo. Tsuna has already explained to you about the consciousnesses of our ancestors, right?" Yamamoto smiled when Harry nodded "Then we returned to the past, where Byakyuran had the opportunity to redeem himself and seeing that he truly regretted his sins Tsuna forgave him".

Harry shook his head, feeling frustration rising within him "How is it that he has been able to forgive him? How have you been able to forgive him? I don't understand it, I wouldn't be able to".

"Ah, but that's it. We all have the ability to forgive, but not all of us forget. Byakuran has spent the last 17 years proving day by day that he is sorry for his actions, neither Tsuna has forgotten his betrayal nor has Byakuran forgotten his mistakes" Harry took another onigiri that the brunette offered him.

"But what if I do something that no one can forgive?"

Yamamoto smiled at him again "Worse than killing Tsuna? Good luck kid" He laughed lightly. "You only made a decision Harry, it is important to take the initiative on different occasions. You have nothing to apologize or regret. On the contrary, we wanted to apologize if you felt like we were trying to control you, we just had no idea how to tell you" Yamamoto stood up and placed the rest of the onigiris on Harry's nightstand "It's late, you should go to bed. Today Tsuna sent a message that he would come for you on August 25th to go buy your books. But the 25th is Friday, he wants to know if you would like to go camping with him the weekend before you go back to school. Well, you can tell me your answer later. See you tomorrow Harry".

When the guardian left his room, Harry turned off the lights and went to sleep with a slight smile.
