Our Tainted Blood Connects/Rise of the Drifting Wastelander

After coming to from her fight against one of the more dangerous mutants to be born from the wastelands, Yang found herself covered in a blanket as she began to sit up but fell back upon feeling some heavy abdominal pain.
Where am I, what happened, thought Yang as she laid back down to recollect her thoughts before she heard the sounds of wheels squeaking.
Turning her head, she saw her, the one person that gave her the drive she needed to break free from her mother and get the closure she needed to move on with her life.
"You're awake" said Ruby as she was accompanied by Zwei as he wasn't to far from Ruby.
"How are you feeling" asked Ruby, "Like 10 pounds of shit in a 5 pound bag" said Yang as she gave Ruby a pained smile.
"Where does it hurt the most" asked Ruby, "Mainly around my guts and my legs" said Yang as Ruby pulled out an old orange pill canister that was dusty and covered in scratches as she popped 2 pills from the container.
"Take these, hopefully this'll ease the pain" said Ruby, "Thanks kid" said Yang as took both pills down her gullet with no problems.
"Now that you're awake, I'm gonna get straight to the point, how did you know my mothers name" asked Ruby as she gave Yang a serious look.
"She was my mother as well, all the way up until my real mom killed our dad and took me away" explained Yang truthfully.
"Do you know who your uncle is" asked Ruby, "Not really, other than how he beat the shit out of my mom from trying to kill you and Summer, I hardly know the guy, much less thought about him, in spite of how he saved your life all those years ago" said Yang.
"His name was uncle Qrow, he was the one who raised me after my mom died was killed by riders, he died some years back, but he told me how he felt a lot of regret what happened to dad and what happened to you" said Ruby.
"Now that I finally have you in my life, I don't know what to do with myself" said Ruby, "Trust me, I feel the same way right now given my current state" said Yang with a pained laugh.
"No worries, I know that we're strangers to one another, but I'm willing to give us both a chance to have something we lost a long time ago" said Yang as Ruby's expression darkened a little.
"Once I get better, we can go anywhere we want, just you and me kid" said Yang, "I'm gonna have to think about it" said Ruby as this shocked Yang.
"What do you mean, we're family" asked Yang in disbelief, "And like you said, we're no more than strangers to one another, who just met with very little things that connect us" said Ruby.
"Look I'm… happy to have finally met you, but I prefer to be alone" said Ruby as she had a pained look on her face.
"Once you feel better, I'll help guide you out of here, until then, stay put while I grab us some dinner" said Ruby as she left Yang by herself, who felt more alone in this world than she ever had before.
It's true that when you have high expectations, that the fall down back to reality only hits harder, and that couldn't be anymore true than what Yang was feeling, who had long to be held by Summer, finally be with the sister she only dreamt of being with, and possibly let the uncle she never knew into her life.
But no, her life was more alone, the only person who cared for her, even if it was on a sickly obsession was dead, along with everything she had built, and her friend was nowhere to be seen.
"Shit, I forgot to ask if she had Naruto in her company" Yang said out loud to no one as she's expecting to at some point see the face of that blonde haired fool run into her room, feeling some sort of relief that she was alright.
Elsewhere
In a room where darkness surrounded him, Naruto finally awoken surviving his dance with death once more.
"Where the fuck am I" groaned Naruto in pain as he staggered his way towards the walls in hopes to find a light switch or at the very least guide him out the dark.
Unknown to Naruto, he wasn't alone as a figure patiently wait for him to get close, where he slammed 2 pikes into his hands with shorten sledge hammer before slamming Naruto's face into the wall, where he remained pinned and out for the count once more.
The figure in question was a large man as he had long mangled hair and wore a blood stained apron an grimy business trousers as he stared at Naruto in disbelief.
Leaving the room, the man found himself out the shadows as he brushed past a woman with platinum blond hair kept in a French braid as she wore an old baby doll outfit with their being obvious holes to the attire as she sat in a chair looking at a photo with eyes filled with pain.
"Choji, what's wrong" asked the woman, "That corpse that was suppose to farm us maggots suddenly came back to life" said Choji as the woman looked at him with eyes wide.
"I got to tell Shikamaru about this" said Choji as he left the woman by herself as she looked down the halls where he came from with new found hope.
"Shikamaru!" exclaimed Choji, "What's wrong man, this had better be good" asked Shikamaru as he was in a room filled with Limbo Walkers as he sat a table lined with copper wires, batters, and duct tape.
"You know how I found us a new maggot farm, well it seems that he's not as dead as we found" explained Choji.
"What do you mean" asked Shikamaru as his interest had been peaked, "I literally found him walking about like a fine how do you do, just as I was about to slit his stomach open" explained Choji.
"Where is he now" asked Shikamaru, "Pinned to the walls of the room where we left him" said Choji.
Grabbing one of his last 3 cigarette sticks and a disposable pink lighter, Shikamaru went to follow where Choji had left Naruto.
Pulling him off the wall, Shikamaru lit a cigarette and watch as Naruto's wounds started to heal before their eyes.
"Amazing, this is truly a marvel from the wastelands" said Shikamaru as he was at a loss for words as to what the implications mean for their new guest.
"So it's true" came the voice of the woman as she peaked from behind the door to see Naruto healing before her eyes.
"Ino, what are you doing here, get back to the other room" said Shikamaru, "But he's able to heal himself, like my son, maybe-" said Ino as Choji got up and stood in front of her.
"Shikamaru asked you to go back to the room, please do as he says" said Choji as Ino backed away and left the 2 men alone as they discuss what they plan to do next with Naruto.
Later
Waking up back alone in the dark, Naruto found himself this time strapped to a chair as his head was still fuzzy from the last beating before Choji slamming his head into the wall.
"Rise and shine, sunshine" said Choji, "Where-what" asked Naruto as he still felt disoriented.
"Tell me, and I need you to be honest with me, are you man, or mutant" asked Shikamaru as he stood behind Naruto.
"I'm… a man, who are you guys" asked Naruto, "We'll ask the questions, starting with who are you, and how the hell are you able to survive a near death experience and recover like it was nothing" asked Choji.
"I don't know" said Naruto, "Lies, I do think you know" Shikamaru said in an accusing tone.
"I swear, ever since my dad died, I discovered I can't die, and I don't know why" said Naruto, "And who was your father" asked Shikamaru.
"I don't even know his name, he died when I was really young, really weak to survive the wastes" said Naruto.
Approaching Naruto with a meat cleaver in his hand, Shikamaru slammed the hatchet into his leg as Naruto screamed in pain.
"Don't be giving me this bullshit, whatever it is keeping you from dying, needs to not only be known, but shared, cause I refuse to die in this blistering zit that we walk on. Now think, real hard this time" said Shikamaru.
"I'm telling you the truth" hissed Naruto as Shikamaru was starting to get annoyed by the lack of answers he was getting from Naruto.
"Alright tough guy, you want to play that game, that's fine, just know that you can't die, and my enforcer there has a lot of toys and inventive ways to make your stay here less enjoyable, so last chance, tell the truth" said Shikamaru as he leaned his head close to Naruto.
Turning his head, Naruto took this as his chance to spit in Shikamaru's face, before the man had return the gesture.
"Choji! He's all yours" said Shikamaru, "With pleasure sir" said Choji as he pulled out a meat mallet and went to town on Naruto's head until he felt tired, before dropping the mallet onto the ground.
It wouldn't be much later till Naruto came to once more, this time as with Ino standing in front of him holding the meat cleaver.
Seeing him awake, Ino covered his mouth before pressing her index finger towards her lips.
Using the meat cleaver to cut him lose, she had lead Naruto out the room until they reached a safe point.
"Please we don't have a lot of time stranger, but I need your help" said Ino, "Ok, you saved my life, I guess it's fair I save yours" said Naruto.
"It's not my life whom I need you to save, at least not yet, but I do need you to save a life" said Ino as she showed Naruto the picture she had held with her this whole time.
It was a picture of her along with that of young boy with red hair and black rimmed eye lids.
"This is my son, he's just like you, indestructible, unkillable, but he never ages" said Ino as this surprised Naruto.
"If what you said is true, why isn't he here with you, with… them" Naruto said hesitantly, "We were both part of this bad place, a brothel where anyone may come and choose to sate their vices, and I mean any vices, I usually did everything to protect him from letting anyone put their hands on him, which upset the man who ran the place, so he decided enough was enough and instead chose to sell me at a bargain and claim that I spent my days huffing fumes" said Ino.
"Please it's been 5 full moons since I last saw my son, and I can't bare to be without him any longer, I would come with you, but that place is to dangerous and I would be spotted before getting a chance to even see my boy, please I'm asking you stranger save my son" said Ino.
"Alright, tell me where I need to go, who am I looking for, and if necessary the bunny I need to kill" said Naruto.
"The place you're looking for is called Pasadena Springs, which is but south of here, my sons name is called Gaara, he and I share the same heart shaped brand mark on his left chest, and the man you need to worry about is a man called Vicar Aphrodite, please be safe and quick" said Ino as she handed Naruto the meat cleaver Choji had dropped at his feet.
"Just lead me out the dark" said Naruto as Ino lead them out their hiding spot as he began to pay off his newest debt, unaware that he was a short ways away from Yang, but also under the scoped gaze of Ruby as she was watching him escape his recent cell.
"What the hell" Ruby said out loud as she was certain she saw him die and knew his body was dragged away for whatever reason shortly after saving Yang.
"I guess I should ask sister dearest about the man she's been hanging with, don't you think Zwei" said Ruby as she turned to see her puppy dog eating his share from the can of dog food.
