Hey guys! Holy crap its been over a YEAR since I updated this story. I feel I owe you all an apology, as many have asked me if I am going to continue it. Long story short, new relationship, and got my career rolling and didn't have much time for this. But I spent that time not only coming up with ideas, reviewing how i wanted future events to unfold, and working out some plot points!

I wish I could give you guys an idea how often i will be updating the story, but i really cant give you guys a scheduled time period. But it wont be longer than a month(i hope) between chapters. I would in an idea world like to get 1 or 2 chapters out each month as i have more free time now though!

So here is the new Chapter, it is not as long as usual, but I didn't want you guys waiting any longer! I am so excited to continue this story!

Gohana sat against the side of her house, having just spent the last half hour explaining to Videl, Erasa, and Sharpner just about everything. She was really glad after her little break down earlier she was allowed to just talk. Just being able to be with her own thoughts and not have to answer anything specific really did help. And she did have to admit, she felt better having told them.

She had started all the way from Raditz, and how that is when they figured out her father was an alien. She told them just how terrified she was, but the part that followed seemed to help her out telling them all about Piccolo and the training that he put her through. Following it up with Vegita arriving on Earth with Nappa, she couldn't help but shiver at the memory of how scared she was. She did find it slightly funny thinking back on it, how scared of the same man she spars with and has yet to lose to since her fight with Cell.

They seemed interested in her story about Namek, particularly Erasa. But even then she still had to leave a lot of stuff out. She told them the important parts, Vegeta helping them survive until her dad showed up, meeting her friend Dende, Frieza's horror. And even how that was when they first discovered the Super Saiyan form. The only part that Gohana had a hard time telling them was about the Cell games. She didn't break down this time, but she did have to stop a couple of times. But she knew she was home, if anything Krillin or her siblings would come out and comfort her if needed. And Lime as well. Everyone was inside, helping with lunch. And having been relatively normal the last several years, she very quickly glossed over anything since the Cell Games.

"Just...that is so much to take in all at once." Videl said staring at her in slight disbelief. Even though she believed every second, it was still an amazing tale to be told.

"How on Earth do people not know about all of this?" Sharpner asked.

"I am guessing you mean about aliens and ki?" Gohana asked, recieveing a nod.

"Well to be honest the world technically does know about Saiyan's. It was all over the new's. That alien invasion news piece from years ago when we were kids. That was a Saiyan invasion. But my dad and I and our friend stopped Vegita and..."

"Wait, Vegita?! He's the one from Namek you said, and your sparring partner as well? He tried to destroy the planet!?" Videl looked shocked at this.

"Well technically he was here for the Dragon balls actually. But in a way, yes he did try to to destroy Earth during the fight. Luckily Dad stopped him with his Kamehameha wave."

"You mentioned Dragon Balls before. What exactly are they anyway?" Erasa asked, Videl and Sharpner both also curious about the answer, both now looking intently at Gohana for an answer.

"Oh, I can show you. One sec." Gohana said as she got up and hurried into the house.

The three of them sat there, none of them too sure what to even say having heard all of this news. Not only did one of them almost die today, but another turned out to be some super powered being. They all saw it, but apparently she isn't even the only one like her? But that would mean that they could do it as well.

"So how you all taking this?" a voice brought them out of their daze.

Looking up they all saw the same small stature man from earlier that Lime had somehow signaled with her energy.

"To be honest its really too much to take in. My entire view on my life just seemed to shift, again." Videl said with a hint of excitement mixed with worry.

"Yeah, I don't blame you. I mean I've known her father Goku since we were kids, I've actually been through all this with her and more. And still sometimes it does seem like a lot." He stopped with smile. "But it's not all bad! I even meet my wife because of all these crazy situations. And I couldn't be happier."

"So is all of this really true?" Sharpner asked him.

"Oh yeah, every word. And to be honest Gohana still hasn't even told you all the smaller details of all of it. What you all just got was the general idea of it all."

"So are you also a Saiyan?" Erasa asked.

"Nope, you're looking at a one hundred percent Earth grown Human!" Krillin exclaimed with pride, bumping his fist softly against his chest a few times with pride.

"So that means we can also learn all of this stuff?" Videl asked.

Krillin looked over at Videl, he knew exactly who she was and who her father was. And he couldn't help but find it a little funny the daughter of the man who tried to shame them all was wanting to learn the very thing her father bashes.

"Yes, you could actually." Gohana said having returned carrying an orb. "I mean heck, Lime knows how to do all this and she is actually one of the strongest fighters on the planet now after training only about five or so years."

Sitting down, Gohana could tell the idea of possibly learning all of this excited not only Videl, but also Sharpner. The look on their faces said it all. Videl looked like a kid having just been told she owned all the candy in a candy store.

"Hey Gohana, what is that?" Erasa spoke up, taking Videl and Sharpner out of their own minds.

"This," Gohana started and held it out, "is a Dragon Ball."

The three of them just stared at the object, not really sure what to think about it. It just looked like a ball with some stars in it. Erasa seemed to be more into it, Gohana just assuming because of how the light was caught on the ball. She always did think it looked really beautiful herself.

"So what exactly does it do?" Videl asked confused and looked up.

"There are seven of these. And if you bring together all seven, you can make a wish by summoning Shenron. Well two wishes actually." She corrected herself, having not used the Dragon Balls since right after the Cell games, and almost forgetting it was upgraded to two wishes from the original one.

"What? What type of wishes?"

Gohana couldn't help but giggle a little bit at a sudden thought, and the ultimate example. "Well Krillen here has been brought back to life with them. So that isn't out of the question, if that answers the question better."

All three of them just looked over at Krillen in shock as he rubbed the back of his head nervously.

"Well, technically that would be twice now actually. Hahaha." he laughed light heartedly.

"You can bring people back from the dead? How is that possible!" Videl asked confused, getting a weird look from Gohana.

"I'm a half alien and can change my hair color at will, yet your more thrown off by bringing people back from the dead? Isn't that in old stories and folk tales and all that? It shouldn't be too foreign of a concept to believe." Gohana causally said.

"Well, I mean i guess you do have a point there. But look at it form our point of view. We have all lead pretty normal lives. Well, about as normal as someone with a famous family and friend I guess. So to use everything still applies to regular things. I can see why to you it seems like a normal thing to you though based on what you have told us." Sharpner stated his mind, Erasa and Videl subtly nodding in agreement.

"I guess you have a point. To me my normal is the way I always have lived with training, studying, fighting. It just seems normal to me. Even though I know it isn't the norm, it is my normal." Gohana said taking a few moments to think about what she was telling them from an outsiders prospective.

"So, what happens next?" Gohana ask, not even sure what she herself was after.

"What do you mean, next?" Videl asked confused by the question.

"Well, it's clear that you guy's are not scared of me, but how does this effect our friendship? I mean, does it change it? Sorry, I just never really had normal friends. my friends my whole life have been my extended family. But they are like me, in one way or another. I've never really had normal friends."

"Well for starters, is it too much to ask to be taught by you." Videl asked a little sheepishly, and it was obvious she was trying to hide her excitement.

Videl couldn't let an opportunity like this pass up! She always strived to be the very best that she was able to be, and always become stronger. Even stronger than her father who she always saw as the strongest person, or at least recognized officially. Until Gohana showed up at school. And now she could possibly learn to use what they all called 'ki', and could fly. It would help her in every way, wouldn't it?

Gohana did expect something like this the moment she told them about all of this. Though she didn't expect it to happen so fast. She was a little lost for words, and looked over to Krillen for advice.

"Hey, don't look at me kiddo! You're the one they want to train with. That's your call."

Looking back at Videl, Gohana just thought for a second. She knew Shaprner was a fighter so turned towards him, and he seemed unable to hide his anticipation for the answer.

"I guess I expected this once I told you." Gohana laughed lightly.

"Kids, lunch is ready!" Chichi shouted around the house.

"Why don't we eat first. I still need a little time to gather all my thoughts. I'm still not even sure how to even begin training you to be honest." Gohana said stretching her arms up after standing up, now a happy look on her face at the prospect of food.

"Is all you ever think about food?" Videl asked teasingly.

"If you think she's bad, you should have seen her father!" Krillin joked.

Once inside the house, they all headed over to the dinning room where they found Raina and Goten already at the table, as Lime helped Chichi setting everything down. It wasn't as big as the table outside, but it was still big enough to sit everyone. Though most of the food was still in the kitchen as there wasn't any more room for more food on the table. And following Chichi was another figure they all knew, but put Videl and the others on edge.

"Piccolo! When did you get here?" Gohana said excited, having not seen or sensed him at the house.

"Hey kid. I'd say about fifteen minutes after your little break down. I sensed Lime's signal to Krillin, figured I would show up as well." He explained with his usual smile towards his younger pupil as he leaned against the wall, arms crossed as usual.

"He's the one actually that told us what was happening before you got here sweety." Chichi said with a smile. She couldn't sense energies like the others, but she always had an uncanny ability to sense when Gohana was in danger.

"Yeah, Mr. Piccolo told us you were under a lot of stress, and we were worried about you." Raina said as the rest of them sat down.

"May I ask, what exactly happened?" Chichi inquired as she sat down as well, having decided to not bother them until they had come in.

"It was my fault Mrs. Son." Erasa started. "We were sky diving, well trying to. But my chute didn't deploy, or my backup. So Gohana quickly saved me. After that, she had to start explaining for Videl and Sharpner. And she looked like she was having a mental breakdown.

"Yes, that doesn't surprise me as she is always been afraid of losing someone close to her, ever since she was...younger." Chichi stated back, not wanting to directly infer her dad passing, not sure how she would react just not. Though she had a feeling she would have been alright at the moment. But she didn't lie either. Gohana always worried about losing people, that's how she even caved in and let her go to Namek when she was younger, and train for the Cell Games. And even more importantly, it was her fear of losing anyone that was her deciding factor in giving in and letting her train again after the Cell Games.

"Alright everyone, dig in." Chichi said.

The humans started first, as usual. Krilling, Lime and Chichi were the first to start grabbing food for their plates, and the others just followed suit. They had already know to get food first before the Saiyan's started eating, but in this case they didn't know if that would still apply to them. Once they had grabbed what they wanted, the others started devouring them.

While Gohana was still eating pretty fast to them, Chichi could still tell that she was eating a bit slower than usual. Even slower than Raina, who was usually the slowest eating Saiyan of both her's and Bulma's family. She wanted to help a little bit, but she really didn't even know where to start. Whatever she did to try and help her daughter would have depended on how much she had told them. But she had no idea how much she had even told them, how much detail, and she felt lost. She could sense Gohana still had some worry, and mentally she was still distracted and drained.

"So may I ask, how much did she tell you?" Chichi asked in a slightly lower tone, knowing full well Gohana could hear her, but wanting to at least attempt to be private.

The three of them looked at one another, still really not even sure where to begin. They were all still processing it all in the first place and now had to answer what they were told. Gohana could sense this as she watched them all stuttering, unsure of even what to say. She didn't know if they were trying to not hurt her feelings, or bring something up, or just couldn't figure out what to say. Trying to make it as easy as she could on everyone, she changed into her super state as she kept eating as if nothing happened.

Somehow, Chichi got the message about this. This was ultimately what she was after knowing, if she had told them about her lineage. And looking at her jet black haired daughter now golden blond, she knew she explained at least she was a Saiyan.

"And may I ask, does this bother you three?" Chichi asked getting straight to the point.

"Mom!" Gohana nearly spat out her food at the suddenness of her question.

"I don't see why it would. Were already so numb to being treated differently because of Videl's family. But Videl is a great person, regardless who her father is. And Gohana," Erasa stated and looked back at Gohana, who currently had her mouth full of ramen noodled, "So she's part alien, Who cares? Shes a genuinely caring person. Besides, she's more human than many actual humans I know!"

Gohana just looked over in slight shock. Videl and Sharpner both also nodded their heads in agreement. Gohana had already heard them tell her it didn't matter to them, but to hear it put like that really helped put her at ease. There was still a part of her that was worried they would try leaving, but they all seemed rather comfortable at the table, talking about this.

'Maybe, I can have normal friends as well.' Gohana thought with a smile.

The remainder of their lunch had been pretty uneventful, in fact not many of them talked much to one another. They instead all focused on the delicious food in front of them. It had not been that they didn't have questions, in fact they had plenty to ask Gohana! But they wanted to enjoy the peacefulness of the moment after the rather hectic and stressful the earlier part of the day had gone.

Gohana even knew they would have far more questions to ask them, but she had to figure out how to train them. Lime was easy, she had no martial arts experience in the same way that Videl or Sharpner did. She started with the bare basics for Lime, but they were not beginners. Still it was getting late in the day anyway and she wouldn't even be starting their training anyway. But they had all planned to head back home later tonight, and she had to at least give them something. After she had finished, Gohana had excused herself from the table and quickly ran out of the house, flying off fast into the distance.

"Where on earth is she going?" Videl asked in confusion at the suddenness of it.

"If I had to guess, I would say to talk with Vegita." Krillin guessed, sensing she was headed towards Capsule Corp.

"Her sparing partner?" Erasa asked, trying her best to make sure that she had everyone straight. It had been a lot to take in today.

"Yeah! You should see them sparring! They are almost too fast for me to see!" Raina said with excitment.

"Something tells me they wouldn't be able to see most of it Raina." Lime said matter of factly.

"And what's that supposed to mean?" Videl reflexively got defensive, but then looked like she was apologetic.

Lime knew she was like this, and to her this just all became a reality for her. so her old habits would take a while to break. Though she couldn't help but answer though as she no longer had any reason to keep these things from her now that Gohana would also be teaching them.

"Videl, I can see bullet traveling as if they are going in slow motion. But whenever I watch Gohana and Vegita spar, I can barely even keep up with them visually. Let alone physically keep up. They are just that fast. That's why you wouldn't be able to see them, yet." Lime explained to her a little bit better.

"So, Gohana is going to start training the two of you now, huh?" Piccolo said from across the room. "Hmph, this should be interesting." He smiled, recalling when Gohana started training Lime.

"Oh don't mind him kids. He seems rather stoic and hard, but he does care." Chichi waved him off as the others seemed a little put off by how aggressive Piccolo's voice is.

The chit chat at the table continued for a little bit longer as they finished eating. It was still early enough that the sun was still up, but it was getting a little bit late. Gohana still had yet to return, but Videl and the others had to leave soon. They just stood outside looking off in the distance since were told Gohana was headed back this way. They still had no idea how they knew that. They didn't have any time either to really ask anything as Krillin and Lime had flown off home. Piccolo was playing with Raina and Goten as he was doing a little bit of sparring practice with them both. Lime had been very right though. Short of them staying in a spot for any period of time, they coudln't see them, or they only saw their torsos, as their limbs were moving too fast.

"How much longer do we have to wait?" Sharpner complained.

"Hey it's a long ways away. She's going only about an hour away from home anyway. At least by normal means." Erasa snapped at him.

"How do you know where she's even going?" Videl asked curiously.

"Oh, well she's explained a little bit to me already. Not much, mostly major points. But she did tell me her sparing partner and his family live close to school." She didn't say anything else other than that though."

It wasn't much longer for them to wait as soon without much warning they suddenly heard a loud sonic boom as Gohana was now in front of them, plus some lighting around her.

"Sorry that took so long guys." she apologized as she landed and let her energy calm down and no longer visible.

Reaching into her pocket, she took out two capsules, handing one to each Sharpner and Videl.

"These are for you. Go ahead and pop them open." she said with a smile.

Hitting the button on the top, they both tossed it away not even sure what to expect, or the size of whatever is inside. They felt a little funny throwing them so far away when it just looked like a simple case, not too much larger than a suit case. Walking up to them, they opened their boxes and noticed the contents inside looked rather simple. just some wrist guards, some shorts and shirts, and even some socks. But beyond that there was nothing else in there.

"What are these?" Videl asked.

"Whoa, what the hell!?" Sharpner blurted out as he tried lifting something.

Looking over, Videl saw Sharpner holding up a shirt with a lot of effort. This threw her off so badly, as she knew first hand just how strong Sharpner was. But he was struggling to handle a shirt? Looking back to her own, she tried to lift up a shirt, and upon even gripping it, she could tell something was off.

"What the heck Gohana, what the hell are these things?"

"They're your new under cloths. Sharpner, just put it over whatever your wearing, or just under a shirt. Videl you can just wear it over your sports bra. The socks and the wrist guards as well. Though the shorts you wont really need just yet." Gohana just simply smiled as she explained.

"You mean that we are supposed to wear these?" Sharpner said questioningly.

Without answering, Gohana just grabbed the bottom of her shirt and lifted it off over her head, revealing she was also wearing the same thing, lifting her wrist up as well with a wrist guard as well.

"Yes, i do expect you to wear them. Though during sparring other people, and Videl when your off fighting crime, you can take them off. I don't want it throwing off your technique of put you in any danger." Putting he shirt back on. "Though i don't expect you to start wearing them at all times until tomorrow."

"What type of training is this? I've never heard of wearing weighted cloths like this before."

"Its a basis from Master Roshi's training actually. Oh and I almost forgot. That watch that is inside the crates. You will need those." Gohana said, causing both of them too look back into the crate. "It will work just the same that mine does. except mine holds my Saiyako outfit. Tomorrow when you wake up, i want you to just put on the shirt, the socks, and the wrist guards. Then the watch and press the red button. It will make the weighted cloths capsulize within the watch. Then whenever you hit the botton again it will materialize where they were, even under your cloths."

"Wait, but what about...?" Videl said with a blush.

"Don't worry Videl, they both actually have a specific type of weave within them. it will cling to your body, and add weight. But for you, and also Lime, it wont pull down and hurt." She explained, knowing what she was referring to, having Lime said the exact same thing to her and Bulma explaining to them. Though thanks to her Saiyan genetics, she didn't have to worry about that, even in her gravity chamber.

"I'm not even going to ask how that is possible." Videl said.

Putting everything back in the crates, they re capsulized it and put them in their pockets so they could head on out. They brought out the air speeder from Videls Capsule case, and were about to get in.

"Oh, i know tomorrow we are still off, but Shaprner, Videl! I wan't you back here super early at seven!" Gohana said with a smile.

"But that only gives us an hour or so to sleep with Videls prototype air speeder! It still takes about four hours to get here!"

"Don't worry then, just be ready to go at seven. Raina and I will pick you up then. Takes us maybe half an hour to get there at the speed Raina can go."

"So can I ask for a heads up on what we are going to be learning tomorrow? I mean running? Climbing? There's plenty of places around here we could do that. I'm supposed to work my arms tomorrow if I did train." Shaprner asked, about to enter the air craft.

"And I would be doing technique practice. But what about doing strength training? Is that what we are doing to do." Videl added.

"Oh, no nothing like that!" Gohana said excitedly.

"Then what are we going to do tomorrow?"

"I'm going to teach you guys to use your Ki!" Gohana said with a smile.
