wow so just deciding to write the chapter without worrying about how long to make it really helped me out writting it faster! and i like how it came out. so i tjink ill stick to juat writting the chapter, length be damned. enjoy!

Videl carefully crept through the hall, trying to make sure that no one saw her. So far so good, she hadn't been detected. Or at least as far as she knew.

Moving farther down, Videl quickly came to a stop. There was broken glass all over the floor, broken windows all along the hallway. Videl just smirks triumphantly

'Phh, they think this would stop me?"

Hovering slightly over the ground, Videl quickly flew over all the glass, returning to the ground and continued running.

'Well may have slowed old me down, but not the new me.'

Videl quickly and quietly checked rooms she came to. She was still getting the hang of feeling for ki specifically. Or at least normal people. She was starting to be able to sense some energies she didnt recognize whenever she tried. But it was never the same, usually one or two, sometimes three. She hadn't yet learnes feeling the differences between ki either, Gohana's and Lime's felt the exact same to her unless Gohana was powered up. She could feel the strength difference.

Videl quickly came to a halt when she felt and heard it. A fist slamming against the wall, possibly in frustration. She could feel a spike in ki as well! Gohana told her people's ki will general rise when exerting themselves, or if on high alert.

Quickly reaching the door, annoyed that it didnt have any window. She quickly looked around the corner and only saw the end of the hallway. Good, no one else was out here.

Taking a deep breath, Videl closed her eyes and focused. She reached her senses out, trying to feel the signatures in the room. At first all she felt was Gohana's, most likely on her way to the city. But soon she could feel a lot in the next room. Shoot, how many were bad guys and hostages? Videl really needed to learn to tell them apart. She could feel twenty, she thought.

'Shoot, I totally forgot to ask how many hostages! Darn it, it could be just one hostage, or ten, of fifteen. Shoot I dont know what im getting into! I cant risk them getting hurt, especially if they can use ki.'

Videl would normally not think too much, but just the last week alone she had encountered two would be thigs who could use basic ki blasts. Pathetically weak even compared to her own, but still. It seemed it was more wide spread than everyone had hoped. Here's hoping the police could figure something out soon!

With a sigh, Videl's focus shifted and she raised her ki up. Making sure it didnt manifest physically, she pushed it as high as she could, then back down, and repeated it a few times. She hoped that no one in the room could sense ki.

'Man, I know it takes practice but how does Gohana raise hers so drastically in an instant?'

Waiting a few seconds, she didnt feel any shift, good that must mean no one felt her. She could feel Gohana getting close, noticing she was coming faster. Good.

A few screams and a gun shot erupted in the other room, and without even thinking Videl burst into the room. The door slamming caused everyone to quickly turn around.

Videl could quickly tell more than half the people were hostages, only seven thugs. Videl quickly moved as fast as she could behind a thick shelving display the moment she saw a gun aimed in her direction.

She wasn't too sure just how fast she moved but judging from their reaction and very delayed shot.

"Where the hell did she go!"

Videl extended her fingers into a gun shape, and formed a ki ball at her finger. Grabbing her Orange star bagde off her shirt she quickly threw it at a wall with a lot of force, using her ki to quickly strengthen her body.

They heard something hit the wall and all four with guns quickly turned and shot where the noise had been. They had heard rumors in the underground that Videl could do some new tricks but were not really sure what they were.

Quickly peering out and noticing her chance, Vidle leaned out and took aim, hitting one of them square in the shoulder and sending him flying. Hitting his head on the floor he was quickly out cold.

The three remaining ones quickly aimed towards where they just saw whatever light just shot at them and opened fire but hit nothing. Granted the room was a bit dark as the lights were off, but they were sure she was there. Only she suddenly wasnt.

They didnt even have time to react as Videl quickly threw one of the thugs without a gun as hard as she could at them, hitting one of them dead on.

Videl quickly slowed down as her burst of ki was hard to do and she would need a few moments to focus enough to move at that speed again. She was back to normal, well her new normal thanks to her new raw speed being still way higher.

With two of them down, she only had two more with guns to take out. The other three would be easy to deal with. She was able to quickly make another ki blast and shoot it at one of them. She didnt need this to be all that powerful, mainly just a distraction from them and she hoped it worked.

Videl barely had any time to react as a ki blast shot through the darkness towars her. Videl quickly tilter her entire body, the ki blast grazing her cheek.

'Fuck! That wasn't a normal ki blast! What was that?'

Videl didnt care anymore and quickly surged her ki, her aura spiking and lighting the room up. Quickly surging towards the two with guns, she had to take them out now! She felt confident she could take a direct shot from whatever that ki blast was, but still not a bullet! And none of the hostages could take either.

Moving as fast as she could in a burst of speed, Videl looked more like a blur as she suddenly appeared in front of the two. Grabbing the guns, Videl quickly yanked as hard as she could, inadvertently breaking the wrists of each of the men holding the gun. They were both on the floor screaming in pain.

Turning around, Videl managed to dodge the ki blasts shot at her. Quickly hiding back behind something, Videl stopped her aura and the room was bathed back in dark.

The only lights that lite the room now were two orange blasts at the end of the remaining two that coukd use ki, the final thug making a run for it.

"Come on out girly! We know you can use this shit too! Let's not beat around the bush, and see who's stronger!"

"Tough talk for two on one!" Videl snapped.

Hoping they couldn't sense ki, she powered up without her aura, and quickly sprinted to a new position.

'Good, they still think I'm over there.' Videl thought, noticing they were still making their way to where she just left.

Looking over, she noticed one of the hostages staring right at her, like she wanted to scream to her. Videl quickly put her finger over her lips to tell her to stay quiet, which luckily she got. Videl had to think of something, she had to take them out. They couldn't sense ki, and that was something she could use to her advantage. But why was their ki blast orange?

Videl needed to move quick, they weren't expecting her to be behind them. Quickly making a ki ball, Videl shot it as hard as she could at one of their heads, but was surprised when an orange beam shot through it in midair.

"Damn it she must be able to move super fast!"

They both turned towards where Videl was and the second one shot right back at her. Videl was able to dodge it this time since she was expecting it this time and repeated her earlier tactic of getting to a new spot.

"Why are we wasting our time, lets just off these hostages and get out! We got what we were hoping to do!" One of them said.

"So what! She's here and we can off her right here and right now!"

'They're after me as well?'

Videl had to end this quick. They were not above killing the hostages and she couldn't let that happen. Shooting a quick ki blast at a wall with enough force to damage it, both of them turned and shot another ki blast, only causing more damage and smoke.

Videl quickly appeared behind one of them and grabbed him by the collar, and slamming him hard into the floor, trying to follow it up with punching him hard to knock him out. Videl barely had any time to react as a ki blast went over her shoulder, clearly missing her.

Videl's eyes widened as she realized it wasn't meant to hit her, she saw the ki blast headed straight towards the hostages! Even if she could get there in time, which she could powered up, she still needed time to power up first! Time she didnt have! But Videl still tried to quickly get to them reguardless.

The blast exploded in a giant cloud of smoke and Videl's heart sank as she watched. The thug just chuckled to himself and readied another blast right at Videl's back.

"Take this you fucking bitch! Dodonpa!" as a short narrow ki blast speed towards Videl.

Videl barely had any time to turn, but she felt the ki blast coming to her. She had enough time to turn, but not get out of the way as it speed right towards her upper back. She couldn't even power up in time either to keep herself safe from it.

Gohana suddenly appeared, having grabbed the Dodonpa and throwing it back directly at him as it hit him square in the shoulder as he screamed out in pain as the ki beam went through his shoulder. Gohana thrust her hand out creating an air pressure blast, causing the thug to be send flying backwards into the pillar behind him. She was instantly on him as she held him up by the collar of his shirt, the hole in his shoulder smoking. Gohana was glarring at him, as a low growling noise escaped her uncovered face, her eyes glowing.

"Saiyako!" some of the hostages noticed her and felt a renewed amount of hope. They were safe from the ki blast earlier

The thug looked down at Gohana as if he was looking at his worse nightmare, he was beyond terrified. He kept trying to pry her hand off of him but Gohana, growling louder, instantly shifted to grabbing his neck. Her eyes suddenly widened in rage and she quickly turned. She shot a blast that pulverized the other thugs hand right before he shot a ki blast towards Videl. Quickly slamming him into her knee, knocking him out, Gohana appeard over the one on the ground with a ki blast aimed at him.

Between the pain shooting through his body from his now basically destroyed hand, and Saiyako aiming a ki blast, of which he knew what ki could do, his body had enough and he past out.

Stopping the ki blast, Gohana took a deep breath, amd calmed herself down. Turning to the hostages, she went over to them as Videl was still a little bit in shock, but she soon followed.

"Saiako and I took care of everything. Hostages are safe, send everyone in." Videl spoke through her wrist communicator.

Kneeling down to everyone, Gohana helped everyone get up that needed. Everyone was in handcuffs, but for some reason no one had their hands behind them.

"Saiyako, thank God you got here! You saved us, you saved Videl!" One of the women cried to her.

"It's okay, Im just glad you're all okay. Is anyone hurt?" Gohana smiled and asked, her more peaceful demeanor, and casually started to break the handcuffs off everyone as if it was just paper.

"No, they surprisingly didnt hurt us." one of them said as Gohana broke his cuffs off of him.

"You're so young!" one of them said in shock.

Gohana nearly had a panick attack! Did she forget to even transform? Reaching up she felt the material that continued from her suit and covered her face was still bunched up around her neck.

'Oh crap, I was so angry I didnt put my mask on!' Gohana nearly started panicking but did noticed her blond hair infront of her.

"Im probably older than you think." Gohana causually tried avoiding anything else as she continued breaking the cuffs off of everyone as the police soon started pouring in.

Gohana and Videl were busy talking with some of the more senior officers after the comotion had ended. Gohana never even bothered pulling her mask up. They were in an area where the media couldn't get so Gohana didnt feel the need to do so.

"Alright, thank you. Both of you. I'll report back to HQ and let them know. But, what do we do about all these criminals using this stuff?" he asked.

Gohana thougt hard for a moment, maybe she really should train them. She could over the last week tell that many of them were worried. And even with both her and Videl there, they couldn't always be there as there had already been a few altercations they couldn't get to.

"I...have something in mind." Gohana said to try and ease him.

"Well whatever you think, we trust you Saiyako. Thank you."

Gohana nodded back and turned to Videl.

"We need to get going. Besides dont you have school?" She asked.

"Huh, oh yeah, I do." Videl answered, for a moment forgetting her cover.

The officer tipped his hat and went to a few others to help update them a bit from what Saiyako and Videl had said.

"Lets get going! Maybe we can get there and not be late." Videl said and quickly flew up as fast as she could, Gohana easily catching up.

When they were high enough, Gohana powered down and hit the button to return to her jeans and hoodie.

"By the way what are you going to do with your hair?" Gohana finally asked her.

"What about my hair?" Videl looked at her really confused and reached back, feeling it as normally.

Gohana slowed down a little bit as Videl did so as well, he rhand still in her hair, as she was lookign at it.

"Okay, now try that on the other side." Goaha pointed to her left.

"Gohana what the heck is wrong with you today? Earlier you were more aggressive than normal am now...now you.. What happened to my hair!?" Videl screamed having finally felt a large chunk of her hair not there.

"A ki blast must have gotten it. My guess is that one that scraped your cheek maybe?" Gohana referencing the band aid she had on, which now that Gohana was alone with her, she thought looked rather cute.

"But, but my hair!" Videl repeated.

Gohana was a little confused about why Videl was making a big deal over it, but she suddenly remembered something Erasa had said shortly after they first met. Videl didnt care for much girly things, except her hair.

"Hey it will be alright!" Gohana tried consoling her.

"Hey, I know why don't we ask Erasa to help a bit." Gohana tried, pulling out her phone.

Gohana and Sharpner sat in their seats as they waited for class to start. Gohana was just glad she was able to calm Videl down and Erasa just told her to leave it all up to her. She was glad Erasa was there to help.

"Hey, you in there today?" Sharpenr asked as he kept waving his hand in front of her.

"Oh, shoot sorry Sharpner whats up?" She asked.

"Man you really are spaced out today. Been trying to ask if you could help me out with some flight advice."

"Oh, yeah of course! So I take it you practiced while you were out on your sports trip?"

"Yeah, luckily I had my own room. My roommate last minute couldn't come so I got in a lot of practice. I cam hover now at will." And he demonstrated by hocering just a few inches from his seat, making it clear to Gohana he wasnt just standing.

"Nice! I guess you want some help with the moving around?"

"Yeah, i tried it a little bit. I kinda was able to do it a little bit but was harder than I thought it would be." he said returning to his seat.

"Haha, wait until you try moving fast, that's when it really gets tricky.".

The door suddenly opened and the teacher stopped her lesson as everyone also looked over. Erasa walked in with Videl behind her, with now less hair.

Videls hair was now a lot shorter. The ki blast had removed a large chunk and Erasa had cut the rest of her hair to match the length. She 'did what she could with what she had tobwork with.' Videl's hair was now mid neck length, and the top of her hair was now a shorter spiked bangs, and a slight wild look to it. It was clear Videl was a little embarrassed by the new style and all the new looks. But Videl wasnt the only one blushing, as Gohana was mesmerized by her new look. Sharpner waving his hand in front of her face brought her out again.

"Man you sure are spacy today." he teased Gohana.

Videl spent the rest of the day a little lost in her own thoughts. A part of it was her hair, she was always very fond of her hair, as it typically looked so much like her mothers. And was why she always kept it that way even as a fighter. But now, it was a bit impromptu, and very short. But also earleir this morning. And even most of the week. Nearly every day before school they have to stop somthing, and in all incidents at least one of them can use ki. And all of them Gohana has becoming increasingly aggressively protective of her. It was obvious to her as she was used to how she was before.

She remembered that Gohana was the hyper protective type of people she cared about, and she could more than easily back it up.So it wasnt that it was too out of her nature

"So Videl, you okay with your new haircut?" Sharpner asked.

Videl finished the bite of her sandwich and reached up, playing with the ends of the hair near her neck.

"I'll get used to it." Videl casually answered.

"Well I think it suits you! Especially when fighting." Erasa tried cheering her up, her own handywork as well.

Gohana looked at Videl and really thought her haircut really worked well on her. She was able to hold back a bit of a blush and just continued to eat.

"Well, in a way shorter hair is useful in a fight, less to get grabed." Lime tried cheering Videl up.

Erasa was now the one with a weird look on her face. She looked at Sharpner, straight hair down to his chest. Lime, a high pony tail and down to her upper back. Gohana, probably more hair than all of them combined, in a low ponytail down past her shoulder blades

"But, you three all have long hair." Erasa asked confused.

"Boxing doesnt allow grabbing hair. Both rules, and the gloves make it hard to do it anyway." Sharpner answered back.

"And Gohana and I are not nornal humans anyway, so kinda a moot point for us."

"Gohana, doesnt your long hair get in the way?" Erasa asked. "Especially when you go super?"

"Huh, oh no not really. It's not like you dont get used to it. Besides I typically always have my hair tied back when i train anyway, so even at 2 it's still pretty managable. Just the wildness up top and a crazy hairtie. Regular Super Saiyan is fine with my hair down thoug, doesnt spike neay as much."

"Well you do look kinda ridiculous at Super Saiyan 2 with your hair not tied back." Lime teased her, getting a rise out of Gohana.

"And its exactly because of you pointing that out that out I had to start tieing it back! Goten and Trunks wouldn't leave me alone about it!" Gohana annoyingly reminded Lime, Lime just laughing.

"Why do you think I pointed it out?" Lime innocently toyed back.

Gohana got a bit flustered, so thats whyi

Lime pointed it out last year? She just went back to her food and kept eating.

"So Gohana, what do you think?" Videl asked shyly everyone else here having seen her with short hair before already.

Gohana was surprised Videl was asking her that, and she really tried hiding her face from blushing. Covering her face so Sharpner Erasa, and especially Videl couslnt see her red face.

"I...think it suits you, looks cute." Gohana blused harder but hid it behind her bowl of soup.

Videl hid her own slight blush at the cute part, and was more easily able to hide it.

"Well guys, I gotta get to boxing practice. Were sharing the gym today with the bodybuilding club." Sharpner collected his lunch and stood up.

"Oh, I'll come with you." Erasa excitedly got up, having always enjoyed watching.

"You two have fun now." Lime teased them, more specifically Erasa, who waved her off in response.

Gohana kept eating her food, having gotten in a short light training session before school. Short and light being almost an hour under 600 times gravity. Still she was very hungry, and her mom had packed her a bit extra as she had requested.

"So Videl, what do you have rest of the day?" Lime asked.

"Oh, honestly not sure. I still have my...where did Sharpener and Erasa go?" She asked, having been too far in her own thoughts she didnt notice they left.

"Oh they went to Sharpners boxing session. They're training in the weight room today."

"What, oh shoot I forgot I said I would join him today." Videl quickly started grabbing her stuff and quickly started heading off.

"I'll see you both in class." she said as she ran off.

Lime waved her off and then suspiciously looked over to the still blushing Gohana. Gohana was just staring back at Lime having no clue what she was thinking.

"Soooo, crushing on Videl huh?" Lime finally spoke and smirked.

Gohana was so thrown off she accidentally dropped her soup all over herself. Gohana quickly started trying to wipe away extra liquid and food off of her in a flurry, glad she had let it cool off before she even started eating.

"Well damn based on that reaction, I'd say I hit the head of the nail dead center." Lime teased Gohana as she tried cleaning up the mess she technically caused.

Gohana still couldn't stop blushing and started rambling incoherently, trying to deflect it. This only made Lime just laugh more at herself, and at Gohana.

"Calm down Gohana, you're only making it more obvious."

Gohana finally did calm down, and was blushing hard.

"How did you know? Is it that obvious?" She sheepishly asked.

"Uhh, well for one you haven't been able to look at Videl all day without blushing. Well it's been several days since i noticed, but today especially."

Gohana blushed a little bit more.

"And honestly, this is Krillin all over again, but just way more intense from what I can tell. I'm sure its obvious Videl doesnt know, but do you plan on telling her?"

"Well, you see.. " Gohana blushed for a bit different reason.

"Its kinda more, and a Saiyan thing so a bit more than a crush."

"Okay, so who knows?" Lime asked, helping Gohana start clear, knowing she wouldn't eat anymore.

"Just my mom. And Grampa. Well and Vegeta, so im sure,"

"Wait, Vegeta! Why the hell would you tell Vegeta?" Lime cut off Gohana at that.

"Well, basically its called Saiyan bonding. Vegeta told me about it so of course he knows. I wouldn't be surprised if Bulma knows from him as well. He explained it like falling in love but far more potent."

"Well, I guess I can't relate to that then, not being Saiyan and all. Do you think you'll tell her?"

Gohana blushed a bit and hid her face behind her hair again. In truth, she was concidering it, at the very least to just be honest with Videl. Sure she may cause things to be awkward for a while. She was fairly certian at this point Videl wouldn't stop being friends with her over it, so the fear of loosing her wasn't there anymore. But still, it was so embarassing in a way. What would Videl say?

"I'm guessing you're not sure yet based on your silence?" Lime spoke up.

"Well, I'm thinking just...maybe eventually." Gohana answered.

Placing a hand on her shoulder, Lime smiled and gave her a thumbs up.

"Well you can count on me to help just like last time!"

Gohana blushed even harder at that, as she was the one who flat out announced to everyone that Gohana was crushing on Krillin years ago because Gohana was too nervous to do it.

"Dont you fucking dare!" Gohana swat Limes hand, causing Lime to just laugh, glad she could still tease Gohana, dispite the massive strength gap.

Erasa just watched as everyone went about with their training. Though she was more so focused on Sharpner and less so Videl. She watched as the both of them were more so training just the both of them. It made sense even to her, even before Gohanas training they would usually be training together as not many could keep up with them. It was almost a little friendly rivalry betweent them. And even though she didn't understand fitness and fighting like they did, sheld still tell the they had both drastically improved in a short time.

"So Videl, what was some of the training you've been doing Gohana." Sharpner asked as he rakced the bench press he just finished a set on.

"Well to be honest because of the danger im now in, more training that she does."

"So more combat and combative ki training? I guess you're way ahead of me now since you need it for your safety." Sharpenr sakd as he just started changing the weights Videl asked for.

"Yeah, sorry about that, but you're learning because you want to inprove. Same here but also i really do need it."

"Hey, dont worry! honestly im glad shes making sure youre safe." he said as he got ready to spot Videl.

Videl did her set, really focusing hard but still not using ki. She hadn't really had a good traditional workout in a while. Neither had Sharpner! They had stuck to what Gohana had given them. Videl racked the weight and just sat up, catching her breath as she could feel her cheat and her arms screaming at her.

"Still, if Lime could do it, so could you honestly. How is your floating going?" she asked, knowing he had been struggling to do it well.

"I can now float at will! I tried moving around recently and I sorta got it. It seems kinda different though, I kept tripping over air."

Videl laughed and started adding more weight to the bar.

"Yeah, you'll get used to it. Honestly going fast has been the hardest part for me."

"Yeah Gohana said something similar this morning actually." he said as he put the same weight on Videl did on her side.

"Just make sure i dont kill myself this set Sharpy." Videl said and got under the bar.

Sharpner had not paid much attention to how much they were putting on the bar, and when he looked he was shocked to find almost five hundred pounds on the bar. Videl seemed to have no problem getting it out.

Sharpenr watched as Videl banged out five reps, extremely nervous the entire time but insanelt surprised she even could handle the weight.

"Fucking hell Videl hkw did you do that?" Sharpenr asked.

"Oh, Gohana and I have slent some time in 10 times gravity so I got really used to being nearly half a ton."

It was at that point they realized that literally everyone was now staring at them. Videl was now even more self conscious.

"Um, new training program everyone." Videl stretched the truth, not exacy lying.

Luckily for her due to her reputatiln already, no one really thought too much of it, though everyone else was still staring. This caused Videl to let out a sigh of relief.

"Man, I could do close to three fifty before training with Goahan. You think I could do that?"

Videl thought for a moment. she knew Sharpner could raise his ki without it flaring, and raising it did strengthen someone.

"I'd say if you raise your ki, you should. You're already far stronger even without the intense training ive been getting."

Taking a deep breath, Sharpner raised his ki, glad he could keep it hidden. Videl even felt the sharp increase as well. Standing up, Videl traded places with Sharpner. Powering up herself incase she needed to, knowing she could deadlift fife hundred even before Gohanas training, she watched Sharpner manage to get nine reps. Though she was ready to grab the weight on the last one.

Sitting up and catching his breath, Sharpner just stared at the weight he just managed to move. just a few months ago he couldn't even hold onto four hundred, amd now he was repping five hundred. Still he did need to rakse his ki to do sl, but that didnt matter to him. He was so excited he accidentally sirged his ki in a triumphant shout which caused a quick gust to happen in the room. Luckily, no body thought it was them, they assumed it was due to the open window. Except Erasa, she was abke to put it together.

"Hey Videl, you think I could join in on more of the training you and Gohana do? You didn't raise your ki when you did yours!"

"Well, sure I dont mind. But I think you'll need to ask Gohana.

--

Gohana and Videl were flying out after school. they were just barely past the final bell when Videl got a call that they needed help. Gohana was already in her Saiyako outfit, and made sure to pull the mask up this time.

"So do you think they will know about ki as well?" Videl asked.

"It's possible. Its happened every day now, and it seems like its about to come out in the news. I don't know what else the police can do to stop it." Gohana answered.

"Yeah, but I guess I could help with that when it happens. I'm already used to the attention."

"Thanks." Gohana smiled.

"So Gohana, lately when we are stopping"

Videl got cut off with the sound of gun shots. They got there a bit faster than either of them realized.

"Ask me afterwards, sound good?" Gohana said and started fallig towards the ground befkre waiting for a response, Videl following.

Some of the cops quickly noticed Saiyako and Videl landing and went over to them quickly.

"Thank god you're both here. I dont know what but they are demanding for you both to show up. They've...already killed several people." he said with his face low.

Gohana quickly became angry. She could sense there were several people inside, all with slightly above average ki.

"Please tell me they were not innocent bistanders." Videl asked, with the officer hanging his head even lower.

"Videl, lets go." Gohana didnt even wait and vanished, Videl able to see her slightly though.

"Videl before you go, be careful. We dont know if they can use those energy things, but they have military grade weapons."

This did worry Videl a little bit but she just nodded and went after Gohana.

Videl saw Gohana standing next to a door, and it seemed like she was listening in on them. Quickly running up to her, she was about to ask whats wrong before Gohana held up a finger in a shish motion. Videl quickly got the message, guessing she was listening in. Her hearing was a lot better after all.

Videl couldn't hear them, but she could sense a few people inside. Noticing Gohana standing up normally.

"It feels like there are still two people trapped inside. I'll get in, take them out and you get to the people being held up."

"Gohana, they have more firepower than usual. They didnt say what other than it being military grade."

"Okay, that won't be a problem for me." Gohana said as if she had just been told they woukd have foam dart guns.

"All the more reason. I'll take them out, get to the ones being held up. Got it!"

Videl could tell Gohana was not messing around. She knew better than to question Gohana now and just nodded.

Gohana threw the door open and quickly found the two hostages left, and several heavily armed men, all nearly twice her size. But she more so moticed the weapons they had. Especially the high caliber sniper rifle that had just been shot right at her.

Easily catching the bullet to the shock of everyone, even Videl being surprised, Gohana quickly took him out fast, assuming that was the most dangerous weapon here.

Seeing her que, Videl quickly made her to the two people watching on terrified. She quickly saw the three that didnt make it and nearly lost her footing when she saw them, but she was able to get there without.

She got to them and she could see the horror in their eyes when they both noticed her. Luckily they couldn't talk to loudly so they shouldn't be spotte. Videl glancesaw that Gohana was almost done taking everyone out.

"Can you both move?" She asked, getting a nod from them.

Videl motioned for them both to get up, glancing over and getting a thumbs up from Gohana.

Videl helped them both up as it was now safe. Gohana was walking over to them as well to help in any way that she could. Videl was busy trying to calm them both down as well. Luckily for her, they felt safer with both her and Saiyako there.

Videl saw the lady she was helping up look suddenly terrified, and she looked back at Videl and quickly pushed her backwards. Videl and Gohana were both surprised by the suddenness of this until they heard the deafening gunshot erupt. Gohana heard it after it had already wized passed where Vidles head just was. having not been on guard, causing her to stand there frozen at what had almost just happened. The bullet missed Videl and impacted the wall behind them, as Gohana turned around saw the man with the sniper rilfe from earlier struggling to aim it at them.

Another crack from the rifle hit Gohana square in her shoulder, though the bullet just collapsed in on itself as her aura was seaping out.

Gohana was suddenly in front of him as she grabbed his shirt and flung him hard up against the ceiling. He hit it hard and gravity brought him back down until Gohana grabbed him in mid air and slammed him face first into the wall. He was now pinned high up the wall, with Gohanas foot against his back holding him in place. She had a hold of both of his hands pilled back, as he screamed in pain.

Videl saw this, and even nnoticedGohana's ki. She hadnt sensed this before, but she could clearly tell it wasnt the nornal ki. This wasnt normal for Gohana, this was more of this hyper protective side of her shes seen all week, but she hadnt seen it this bad! Getting up and rushing across the room, Videl had to stop this.

"You..." Gohana nearly growled at him as she slowly started squeezing his hands in hers.

"You almost killed her." Gohana started cruahing his bones now, and the man she wa sholding could hear his hand and wrist bones slowly breaking as he screamed in extreme pain.

"Goha...Saiyako stop!" Vidle screamed at her.

Gohana looked over to Vid, Videl almost tensing as she saw Gohana's eyes slightly glowing, but soon was just their typical Super Saiyan green.

Gohana more coherent now, saw what she was doing and quickly let him down to the ground.

'Oh no, it's getting worse.' she though as she looked at her hands in worry.

Gohana remained silent almost the entire time the officers were getting info on what happened. She couldn't stand what her rage was doing and she knew she had to get a handle on it. So far she was glad it was contained to not going total berserk and blowing everything up. She spent the entire time just looking at Videl as she did all the talking. Though she had left out the part about Gohana nearly torturing someone for almost killing her. When they could finally leave, Saiyako wasted no time and just vanished. Videl could still sense where she was though, she had stopped not too far from her.

Videl landed on the roof of one of the larger skyscrapers and saw Gohana sitting on the edge. she wasnt in her street cloths, but she was back in her base form. Videl walked over and joined next to her.The old her would have probably had extreme vertigo from this high, but she was used to being much higher now. But that wasn't the important part right now.

"Gohana?" Videl said and placed her hand on her shoulder.

Videl was surpised when Gohana quickly held onto her hand but didn't look towards her. She could somehow sense she was scared.

"Im sorry you had to see that." She appologized.

"You mean protecting me back there?"

"No, he missed and he couldnt get a angle on you. But still...I..."

"Gohana, it's okay!" Videl tried to comfort her.

It was true Gohana was becoming more aggresive towards keeping her safe. But that just meant Gohana cared for her, right? She was afraid of losing those close to her and she woukd snap, she knew all this. But now she's seeing it. Why was Gohana so worried about how she's acting.

Videl did have a lot of time to react when Gohana suddenly embraced her in a hug. Videl was a bit surprised, and blushing a bit herself. She just returned the hig as best as she could, given it was more an awkward hug from the side. Videl rubbed Gohana's shoulder to try to comfort her.

'Tell her how you feel.' Videl started thinking to hereself.

No, she would be too blunt and it wouldn't sound right or Gohana would just think she meant as a friend. This was ready a qeird moment and she didnt want to make it worse for Gohana.

"It will be alright." Videl managed to get out, Gohana gently tightening her hug.

"I don't want to lose you." She weakly said

'Because I Love you!' thinking to herself.

Videl didnt think too much of Gohana words at the moment, but she did blush a little bit. And thinking about it, high up on a building, seeing the flrrest that was out of the city, it was really peaceful up here.

"You wont lose me, Im not going anywhere." Videl scloted closer to Gohana so try and comfort her.

'Because I Love you.' she thought.

"Videl?" Gohana weakly said.

"Hmm, whats up?

"I...I..." she started, but was now very glad Videl couldn't see her face as she chickened out.

"Very glad you're alright!"

Videl deep down was hoping for something a little different in that moment but she was crazy thinking Gohana would feel the same way as her. Still she was happy in this moement.

"And I'm glad you're alright." Videl gently ruffled Goahana's hair smiling.
