Two days later, Hiccup wakes up from unconscious to see Toothless licking him excited to see him awake after two days.
Toothless jumps around excited to see his friend awake.
Hiccup feels around his face to see his helmet gone and says "I gave it to Astrid."
He gets out of bed to see his leg in a splint to hold it still.
He grabs the crutches to walk to the door and opens it to see dragons everywhere on roofs.
He walks out of his house.
Villagers see him awake and comments "it's Hiccup! He's awake!"
Hiccup comments "I'm dead."
Stoick pats him on his back "no, but you killed a giant dragon and is worthy to be welcome home like a viking."
Hiccup gulps "about that. I may have to leave Berk because my betrothed may kill me for sure."
Astrid punches his shoulder and scoffs "that was for taking Stormfly."
She punches his shoulder again "that was for to the nest without telling me."
Hiccup flinches "are you done?"
Astrid punches his shoulder one more time "that was for scaring me."
Hiccup sighs "sorry I scared you, milady."
Astrid grabs his cheeks and kisses his lips deeply.
After the kiss, she comments "apology accepted. Now are you ready to get married?"
Hiccup ask "married? You want to marry all of this" guesting to himself.
Astrid grins "well yes. You did just kill a giant dragon and end the dragon raids."
Hiccup comments "let's wait until my leg heals and I'm off crutches."
Astrid grins and kisses his lips again.
"Hey!"
Everyone turned to see Snotlout scowling.
Snotlout scowls "I was disown after someone accused me of spying on the girls bathing springs! Now I demand that acknowledged me!"
Stoick ignore his nephew and says "Hiccup? Do you want me to pay for your bride?"
Hiccup shakes his head "I would like to pay some for her hand in marriage after I get off this crutches."
Stoick nods his head "that would be a month. You broke your leg."
They dispersed and go about their business.
Snotlout scowls "I challenge Astrid for the position of heir and when I beat you, you better get use to being married to me!"
Hiccup laughs "Snotlout. That is the most stupid thing you could do. If you can't beat me in a duel, there's no way you can't beat Astrid in a duel."
Toothless moved villagers out of the way and warblers to go flying.
Snotlout scowls "that's Ryder' dragon. Where's Ryder?! He got me disowned for lying!"
Hiccup laughs with Astrid.
Astrid decides to humor Snotlout by pulling out Ryder' helmet and put it on Hiccup.
Snotlout gasped "Hiccup was Ryder?!"
Hiccup grins "in the flesh. You really couldn't put it together on who I really was? Astrid figured it out as soon as I called my dragon's name and how much I wanted revenge on you and the twins for bullying me!"
