XXX DAYS SINCE INFECTION

It's a miracle Rex isn't dead yet he never had the heart to kill anyone but since most of them are blades and rest are practically braindead he just got used to it didn't make it

better not at all. It's even more of a miracle his friends were all alive sure Zeke lost the other eye, Morag was now handicaped, Tora...killed,..his own father, and Nia along with the

rest of [REDACTED] were the cure to all of this they just had to wait a little longer hope still shined brightly Rex thought. That is until Rex remembered why the infection happened

in the first placed, like any mass infection it happened suddenly without warning there were reports but Rex just sent some blades to check it out since he was dealing with other

important things at the time like [REDACTED] so when he heard those blades were gone he...they came from Morytha those monsters who were once people once they've

infected a blade it can spread to people and so on and so forth of course we new how to deal with them destroy there core and use fire thus making them invaluable, Rex hasn't

seen Pyra in a while he knows she's alive but as for the other fire blades he'd rather not think about it

Rex made it to the house were everyone stayed in it look so decrepit but he couldn't delay he had to set up the last of these beacon-relay things so that massive cure wave can

well cure all of Alrest and make sure this never happens again so he finds some good footing and gets to work. After some hassle and some close calls with some zombies

it's all set up now all he has to do is wait and guard- *snap* "who's there!" Rex shouted "if your some bandit stop this whole ordeal will be over soon but we need this too-"

Rex stopped talking as he froze in fear the figure walked out of the shadows to reveal Elektra battered, beaten, missing parts of her body...infected "no nonono they said you

were safe that were anywhere else but here! unless" Rex had no time to think as the zombified Elektra rush toward him at lighting speed .

Rex didn't no what to do he already had to destroy some of his blades but not Elektra it almost here he just needs to wait a bit longer screw losing an eye or an arm he's not

going to-*THUD* Rex looked back to see the beacon and Elektra in front of him

"Elektra it's me don't you remember your driver"

I don't know how things will turn out but I'll do my best

"IT'S REX MY NAME IS REX!"

*sob* Rex

"You remember Vandham right you were so scared of him but he cared for you like you were the daughter he never had"

hey vandam it's been awhile I still think about you ya know so does Rex I hope we can live up to your expectations

Rex walks towards Electra and hugs her

Electra stabs Rex through the chest and as Rex coughs blood "i love you electra"

The cure wave activates curing all the blades that were infected including Electra who soon sees her former driver dead "no no rex...REX why did I REX PLEASE WAKE UP PLEASE

WAKE UP REX RE-" she returns to her core

"REX!" Electra screamed as she woke up startling everyone including Rex so he went to her as fast as he could "Electra is something wrong what happened" as soon as Electra

saw Rex she literally bolted towards wailing all the while "woah it's okay shhhhh it's okay it was just a dream"
