"Yuzu...Mom..." Yuya woke up in his room wearing green and white pajamas seeing that his mom and one of his childhood best friends were watching over them.

After eating a meal, Yoko left Yuya and Yuzu to talk alone. They had talked about Mieru and her getting one turn killed by a mysterious ninja like duelist. They then talked about how Futoshi had been beaten by the same kid who beat Ayu by using Synchro. They deduced that he could also use all summoning methods like Reiji.

"Fusion...Synchro...Xyz...! Yuto! Where is he?!" Yuya said forgetting about the boy.

"Yuto...he's in the guess room. We didn't want to tell you and freak you out as soon as you woke up. When I got to the park you were passed out and so was Yuto and that other boy. We brought them too. Yuto and the other boy are in the guest rooms." Yuzu explained which Yuya was alittle freaked out now knowing that two people that look like him are in his house. She didn't mention the fact that her bracelet didn't warp then away like the last two times.

"Yuzu! Yuya!" Yoko yelled as the two teens rushed into the guest room where she was.

"I thank you for your hospitality ma'm but please let me leave." Yuto pled to the woman but she wasn't having that for an answer. He was wearing a black shirt and blue pajama pants.

"No sir. You have been asleep for a long time and when you were found you were bruised and beat up. And the way I see it you aren't completely healed." Yoko said Eyed the bandages around Yuto's head and stomach.

"I'll be fi-... Yuya? Yuzu?" Yuto said noticing the two teens standing in the doorway.

"Yuto! Are you OK?" Yuya asked in concern.

"I'll be fine. What happen during the duel..." Yuto said not remembering all that happend.

"Yeah I don't know..." Yuya admitted.

"This happend because of duel?!" Yuzu and Yoko questioned the two boys.

"You put my son in a coma?!" Yoko exaggerated with eyes full of rage for the Xyz duelist who backed away shaking his head.

"Nono! It wasn't hi-" Yuya said before being interrupted.

"Hellooo! Did I somehow get teleported to a top's house? And did someone change me?! Is there a bathroom here?" Yugo said yelling in the halls until he reached the doorway.

"YOU!" Yuya and Yuto yelled remembering that he was the one they were dueling.

"You're the one who almost killed me and Yuya!" Yuto said in anger to the puzzled Synchro duelist.

"Wha-" Yugo said confused before getting slapped in the face by Yuzu's fan knocking him to the ground.

"Owwww. Wait. Rin! RIN!" Yugo said getting up cheerfully charging at Yuzu which resulted in him getting slapped again.

Eventually Yuya got in the middle of them stopping the cycle. "Yugo, right? This isn't your Rin person. This is Yuzu. YUZU. Not Rin. OK?" Yuya clarified.

"Oh wait. Rin has green hair. But your faces. There so alike..." Yugo said before getting punched in the gut by Yuto.

"We tried giving you mercy but you went insane and tried killing Yuya with that dragon of yours!" Yuto revealed which not only shocked the two woman but also shocked Yugo.

"Wait. Your the guy who took Rin! I'm gonna kick your ass!" Yugo said in rage getting heady to punch Yuto but Yoko jumped in the middle.

"Enough! Neither of you seem like the type of young men who would do such horrible things. So let's just all sit down and discuss all that had happend. After all, I nursed you two back to health and you are in my house!" Yoko said to the boys with an intimidating stare.

"Y-Yes m'am." Both boys said.

The four entered the living room where Yuto and Yugo sat on the couch while Yuzu and Yoko stood infront of them ready to interrogate. Yuya was standing a bit off to the side with his normal clothes on minus the jacket with his deck in his hand which he was staring at.

"I have met Yuto before. He was the one who dueled Sawatari and was mistaken for Yuya." Yuzu explained.

"That is correct. I'm from heartland in the Xyz dimension. I game here with a friend, Shun. But we've been separated ever since he was taken by Reiji Akaba forced to duel in the Miami Championship as an LDS Student. He...also was the one who was attacking LDS fusion students." Yuto explained.

"There are other dimensions?! And your from one?!" Yoko said in shock while Yuya knew this and Yuzu vaguely knew this.

"That's why he was dueling those LDS duelist that one time..." Yuya realized.

"Then why did Masumi say he was an LDS student since the beginning?" Yuzu asked.

"That's beyond me. Probably one of Akaba's tricks." Yuto said as Yuya looked down.

"So, I went to find the Academia spy Sora. I led him to the park to duel. I decided to give him Mercy but then..." Yuto said realizing that this is the part where Yuya got involved.

Yuya sighed before saying "Yeah, I joined the duel trying to defend Sora against Yuto. But the duel ended with no result. Sora ended up getting teleported back to Academia and Yuto explained everything to me. That's when I found out Sora was a spy for Academia." Yuya said as Yuzu gasped.

"Who's Academia?" Yoko asked.

"They are from the Fusion Dimension. They are evil and used fusion summoning to destroy my home. And they...they turned people into cards..." Yuto said as Yuya, Yuzu, and Yoko looked in shock.

"Cards?!" Yuzu said in horror.

"How?! Is something like that possible?!" Yoko asked.

"He's not lying. During my dimension hopping I landed in a strange place and I saw these people in red and yellow uniforms beating other people in duels and then turning them into cards. With smiles..." Yugo explained.

"Something like this, from fusion?" Yuzu said realizing how she had learned fusion from Sora, an Academia Spy, to get stronger.

"Who are you?" Yoko asked the boy in turquoise pajama pants and a white shirt.

"I am Yugo."

"Fusion. So you are from academia!" Yuzu said getting about her fan and getting ready to slap him before he screamed.

"I'M YUGO! NOT FUSION! YUUUGO! Please don't hit me again?" Yugo yelled then whimpered as she put the fan away.

"I at first thought he was the pawn of fusion from the Synchro dimension that I heard from a Academia student that Shun and I interrogated. I thought he was an Academic ally and he thought I kidnapped his girlfriend so we dueled." Yuto explained.

"Actually that was the second time. We dueled in Heartland too when I first got there but I had to retreat seeing all of Yuto's allies arrive." Yugo admitted.

"Wait, how did you travel dimensions?" Yuzu asked the boys.

"Shun and I used tech from Academia duel disks." Yuto said.

"Well, My dragon teleports me around sometimes while I'm on my D-Wheel. That's what we used in the Synchro Dimension where I'm from to do riding duels." Yugo explained which confused everyone in the room.

"Well that's interesting..." Yuzu said not knowing if she should take what Yugo said seriously. But after all, now that she knew that there were other dimensions and scary duelist from an evil school turning people into cards, anything was possible.

"Wait! Where's my bike?!" Yugo said in rage getting up.

"Oh that bike? Gogenzaka went back for it after helping us get you guys in here but he said it disappeared. But he did find your deck. It should've been in your night stand if you happend to look." Yuzu explained.

"Someone took my D-Wheel! It's all your fault!" Yugo said pointing at Yuto.

"Me?! You attacked me and if Yuya didn't protect me from that one attack then who knows what would have happend to me!"

"What?!" Yuzu said in anger getting her fan onto again.

"Listen! My dragon teleports me randomly to weird locations and after summoning Clear Wing I don't remember anything. But I'm pretty sure I won since I'm the only one not in bandages." Yugo said proudly not realizing the bandage wrapped around his head.

"You're wrong. I won." Yuya said as Yugo looked in disbelief.

"I lost?! How?!" Yugo yelled not believing the boy.

"I remember now. After Yuto took a hit ment for me... I summoned a Pendulum Xyz Dragon... Odd Eyes Rebellion Dragon. I don't know where it came from but it won me the duel." Yuya explained revealing the card from his deck which he took off his nightstand before leaving his room.

"What a monster..." Yuto said in awe seeing the resemblance of Dark Rebellion in the monster.

"I also have another monster called Odd Eyes Absolute Dragon which is a normal Xyz monster now..." Yuto also revealed holding up the blue dragon.

"Yuya..." Yuzu muttered not only seeing that he now knows two extra deck methods but also has two more extra deck monsters and has become so much stronger in the process.

"On the card it says you can only activate the effect by using an Xyz monster treated with level...how'd you do that?" Yuto asked while Yuya showed him his two newest magicians. He also showed the quick play spell Xyz Performance that appeared in his deck as well.

"And by your description I'm pretty sure I summoned Crystal Wing. Which is something I can barely do oftenly." Yugo admitted.

"I also have an Pendulum Xyz monster too." Yuto said revealing Darn Anthelion. "Wait. Are these Pendulums?!" Yuto said revealing several pendulum cards in his deck that he didn't have before.

"No way? You created them somehow. Like me..." Yuya assumed but Yuto disagreed.

"No. I remember when you saved me the first time during the duel and when you helped me up, my energy and yours mixed...if that makes sense."

"That's would explain how I could Xyz summon the next turn..."

"And how I could summon a Pendulum Xyz monster and now have Pendulums." Yuto finsined.

"Well that explains Odd Eyes Absolute... but what about Rebellion Dragon..." Yuya asked.

"I don't know...what was it like summoning it?"

"It was like...like...anger. That's all I felt. I remember using Dark Rebellion too." Yuya recalled.

"Oh! I remember Yugo summoned that weird tuner monster. Speedroid Demonic Magnet and used that insane spell Supreme Winds." Yuto recalled.

"Never heard of them." Yugo said which confused the others.

"It's like some external force is influencing our decks..." Yuto said.

"I have another question. Since Yuya and I are from here or Standard, Yugo and Rin are from Synchro, and Yuto and Ruri are from Xyz, isn't there probably an evil version of you guys and me from Fusion?" Yuzu asked.

"Sayaka did say the one who kidnapped Ruri had a face identical to mine..." Yuto said.

"And when I barely saw the guy who kidnapped my Rin, his face looked like mine before he vanished." Yugo also said.

"So that means there is an evil fusion 'counterpart' to us." Yuya said looking at Yugo and Yuto.

"OK boys enough sad talk. I've been kinda lost since the talk about different dimensions and you kids seem like they know what they are talking about. And as long your in this house, your safe. So I'll grab some lunch for you guys. After all, the Miami championship Junior Youth finished early today so they can finish the Youth division to see the top 16." Yoko explained.

(Ok that didn't happen in Arc-V but I'm having it happen here because I don't want to skip over important stuff that happens in this chapter and the next just for Yuya to watch Kachidoki beat Yaiba but that needs to happen so Yuya can see in person what Kachidoki's dueling is like. And some other stuff is going to happen at the end of the next chapter which will change who duels that one Xyz guy from LDS who Serena killed. But that is also getting pushed back until after his duel in 2 chapter with a certain someone. So I'm gonna say the last duel that happend was Mieru vs Tsukikage which remains the same as the original.)

While Yugo and Yuto ate like they haven't in days, which they haven't, Yuya and Yuzu went into Yuya's room to talk.

"Yuya...are you ok?" Yuzu asks her best friend in concern.

"No...I'm just...comfused. These two random people come into my life who like me and have powers like me! The fact that I have weird powers in general! One of our friends was an evil spy! The summoning method you and I learned is used for evil purposes! I defended a person who turns people into cards against someone who's home was destroyed all because I was tricked. I got involved in a duel with my life on the line. I somehow know Xyz! I have a Pendulum Xyz monster which I can't even look at because it reminds me of the anger I had! Ive got anger I didn't know I had in me! I dueled someone who went berserk and summoned a dragon that almost killed Yuto and then summoned an even more powerful dragon that almost killed me! Yuto risked his life for me because I couldn't defend myself! And the worst part is the one who is responsible for me getting knocked into a two day sleep is sitting down eating food in my own home! And-!" Yuya was grabbing his head yelling as tears began to fall before being hugged by the pink haired girl. "Yuzu...what are you..."

"Yuya...it's ok...everything is going to be ok. We will be ok." Yuzu said which resulted in Yuya embracing her. "I know you've had it rough. And this is the last thing you need to worry about especially with the Miami Championship."

"I...just want to be normal. ...I don't want to be involved in a war...I don't want to have weird powers. I want to have a normal life with normal friends and two parents!" Yuya said as the tears began to increase.

"Oh Yuya...I know how you feel..." Yuzu reminded him thinking of her family.

"Oh my god Yuzu...I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to-" Yuya said apologizing for reminding her of her biological parents she never knew. Yuzu had been dropped off in a basket as an infant with nothing but an oversized bracelet and a blanket on her dad's doorstep.

"Yuya. I know how you feel. I only have a single parent. I too was tricked by Sora. I was the one who trained under Sora and gave you the fusion card. I don't know how to say it but, I have powers too. My bracelet has teleported Yuto away twice when ever you showed up. I also have look alikes, Ruri and Rin. And they have been kidnapped so maybe I will be hunted too..." Yuzu said her fears as she to started to cry.

"Yuzu! I'm so sorry for ranting. I was being selfish. I will protect you. I'll protect you with my life! I swear...you mean everything to me! No one will take you away from me!" Yuya said to her embracing her in the hug as she began to blush.

"Yuya...do you mean that?" Yuzu said pulling away a little bit having her face look up at his causing him to blush too.

"I do...Yuzu..." Yuya said back. There faces got closer together and then it happend. They kissed. It wasn't a long kiss. But it was a sweet first kiss. A kiss that showed them both how much they ment to each other no more words need to be spoken. As they pulled away. They heard a noice coming from the door.

It was Yugo and Yuto. Yuto smiled seeing the two lovebirds and Yugo had his mouth dropped. "Whaaaat! You two k-!" Yugo was stopped by Yuto who covered his mouth being dragged into the next room. Yuto knew the two of them probably needed some space. This reminded him of the time him and Ruri had their first kiss on a park bench in Heartland after she rested her head on his shoulder faking being tired. Good times. And that's why he would risk coming to a new dimension for the sake of Ruri. He would save her no matter what.

On the other hand, Yugo had never confessed his feelings for Rin. She was always so bossy towards him which really ticked him off sometimes. But his love for her was so broad anyone in the world could notice it. Besides Rin of course. He grew up with her. Shared the same dream as her. Built a D-Wheel with her. Bought an apartment with her. His whole life revolved around Rin. And without her, he is lost. Beneath that big grin and goofy/semi aggressive attitude, he is alone. So he would give anything to save her. Anything.

After Yuto dragged him into the room he shut the door and stood up against it.

"Hey! I need to talk to Yuya!" Yugo shouted.

"It can wait." Yuto said calmly.

"C'mon man! I know I beat you up but cut me some slack! That wasn't me! I'm not a monster like you all think I am! You gotta believe me!" Yugo yelled. But it wasn't an angry yell. It was a defeated yell.

"I do." Yuto replied calmly.

"You what?"

"I believe you. I do now anyway. I remember the duel now and I remember going berserk myself as well. But Yuya snapped me out of it." Yuto explained making Yugo feel better.

"Why didn't I snap out then if you could?" Yugo asked.

"I think maybe Yuya related more to me than he did to you. He... reminded me of my intentions, therefor I was able to grasp my self. And I'm pretty sure we were like that because of our dragons..." Yuto said.

"It's almost like our dragons connected with our anger and were reacting to each other..." Yugo said as the two kept talking. Despite their differences in personality, they kind of connected with each other with their missing love ones and past experiences with Yuto having to deal with the heartland invasion and Yugo having to deal with being born into the commons.

Meanwhile...

"I'm so sorry Yuya! I didn't mean to! Oh my god I can't believe I just did that..." Yuzu said whispering that last part to her self stepping away from the boy.

"Yuzu...don't be sorry." Yuya said smiling.

"What?" Yuzu said inwardly happy.

"You've always been there for me...and you've always been kind to me. You always stayed by my side. You always supported me." Yuya said walking closer to Yuzu. "And I...couldn't live without you, Yuzu."

"Yuya you don't have to say that. I know you just feel bad for me-" Yuzu said as he placed his hand on her cheek and kissed her this time. A tear shed down her eye before she closed her eyes and kissed back grasping his hand.

"I love you, Yuzu." Yuya said to the girl.

"I love you too, Yuya." Yuzu said back to the boy as she was so happy her crush finally returned her feelings. They began to giggle and laugh, holding each other. Little did they know, Yoko had her back against the wall smiling to herself.

"About time. My boy's a romancer. Just like his father." Yoko said smiling before walking away.

Around dinner time the four teens and Yoko sat at the table. Yuya and Yuzu sitting across from each other blushing. Yuto sitting next to Yuya. Yoko sitting next to Yuzu. And Yugo sitting on the end. He knew Yuya and Yuzu probably didn't feel comfortable around him yet.

"This pizza is so good!" Yugo said devouring it making Yuzu chuckle a bit.

"Thank you very much ma'm" Yuto said referring to Yoko.

"Oh please you boys are to kind. Just call me Yoko. No need to be formal." Yoko said smiling. Everything was good.

After dinner Yuya sat in hide room while Yuzu helped Yoko clean up. "Hello, Yuya." Yugo said at the door before Yuya gave him the look telling him it was ok to come in.

"Hey Yugo." Yuya said. He remembered the duel a lot clearer now and realized the whole thing wasn't his fault.

"I'm so sorry for what happend. Whatever took ahold of me, it was channeling my anger for letting Rin be taken and it fueled my power. I'm so sorry." Yugo apologozed to the pendulum user.

"It wasn't your fault. I should've tried snapping you out of it harder before letting my own rage get the best of me." Yuya admitted.

"Though I don't remember the duel, you must be one hell of a duelist if you beat me. Especially with my "power up"" Yugo said laughing.

"Well I guess we'll have to have another one soon." Yuya said laughing.

"Friends?" Yugo said offering his hand.

"Friends." Yuya said grasping his hand.

"Yuto don't leave yet!" Yuzu yelled alarming the two boys resulting in them sliding down the railing seeing that Yuzu was infront of the door blocking it.

"I have to find Shun. I'm truly grateful for this experience but I have to get back to finding information to save Ruri." Yuto told the girl.

"We can help!" Yuya said running over to his look alike.

"I don't want you guys involved in a battle that doesn't concern you." Yuto said to them both who didn't listen.

"We can't just watch someone else struggle!" Yuya yelled back.

"I want in too! They took my Rin and I'm getting her back." Yugo said with determination.

"I admire that. But you can take care of yourselves, you don't need me and I don't need you guys." Yuto says.

"Then you leave me no choice! Yuto! I challenge you to Duel me!" Yuya says which surprises Yuto and everyone else.

"What are the conditions?" Yuto asked.

"If I win, you stay and we help you. If I lose, you are free to walk and we won't ever bother you about this again and stay of your way." Yuya says.

"Hmph. Ok I accept."

"Bring it Yuto! I'll win and make you smile!" Yuya says as the two locked down in a stare.

A/N: Holy Crap my hands hurt af! There may be mistakes grammar wise. I was originally going to make this one chapter since I already have the duel minus dialogue but it would have been over 10k words to I'm splitting it into Scale 02 and 03. So Yuya and Yuzu are a thing. This makes stuff that happened in the future much more meaningful and dramatic for Yuya. Yuya and Yuzu embrace each other in their sadness and kiss which is what I always wanted minus the sadness since I personally think Yuya and Yuzu is one of the best couples next to Yusei and Aki, in my opinion. And Yuzu not teleporting the boys away from each other will be explained. Not yet. Theorize if you want I don't really care. The only spoiler I'm giving to keep our guys excited is Yuto and Yugo will probably participate in the Miami Championship. But I don't know. It's not like there is going to be a winner since it's gonna get interrupted. Now comments...
