"Yuzu! Please wake up, Yuzu!"
The pink haired girl slowly opened her eyes in response to the cries. She saw Yuya holding her as she layer on the ground.
"Yuya..." Yuzu uttered.
"Yuzu!" Yuya said in happiness as he pulled her in for a long hug. After the hug broke, Yuya helped the girl up and they both walked over to Yugo, Gongenzaka, and a weak Yuto.
"YUZU!" Gongenzaka yelled as tears comically shot out of his eyes before pulling her and Yuya into a huge hug.
"Gong...we can't breathe..." Yuya uttered.
"Sorry...I'm happy you are ok. After that bright light, I thought you were taken away." Gongenzaka said.
"Well now we are all together now." Yuto said.
"Yeah, I thought we would never find you guys the way things were going." Yugo added on.
"Thanks, Dennis. Without you, we might have not found Yuzu and Yuto." Yuya said.
"No problem. That's what friends are for." Dennis said. On the outside, he was fine. But on the inside, he was extremely confused. 'What happend?! I know Yuri was sent back to Academia via Force Return Protocol. He was going to win that duel too! What in the world is going on...'
"Anyways, we should probably regroup back with the other participants." Yuto said.
"That's a great idea! I'll go try to find the some other participants as well. It's probably a good idea if I branch off from you guys." Dennis said.
"Why is that? We should stick together." Yugo responded.
"The way I see it, three of you are pretty injured. That means we might be held back a bit. I'm an entertainment duelist so I will be able to move through the field pretty quickly. As their friends, I'm sure you two will want to stick with the injured." Dennis explained.
"Hey! Don't treat me like a liability!" Yugo shouted.
"No Yugo, he does have a point. Dennis, please be safe. If you encounter the Obelisk Force, please don't try to duel them alone." Yuya pleaded.
"Don't worry about me! I'll be fine!" Dennis said before running off. As they waved to him, Yuto looked at him with a bit of suspicion.
"Anyways, we should probably get moving. Can you walk, Yuzu? Yuto?" Yuya asked.
"I'm ok." Yuto said through his pain.
"I can walk. I actually don't even feel that bad anymore. After fainting...I actually feel pretty good." Yuzu responded.
"Well that's a relief." Yuya said.
"Let's get going-" Gongenzaka was about to say before the sound of three duel disks activated.
"What?!" Yugo said as the teens turned around to see 4 Obelisk Force soldiers standing behind them.
"You guys...you guys stand back! I, the man Gongenzaka will hold them off while you escape!" Gongenzaka said stepping in front of his friends.
"I'm dueling too!" Yuya said stepping up as well.
"Let us take care of them." A female voice said as 4 teens jumped down from the icy mountain and landed infront of the 5 teens.
"Masumi!" Yuzu exclaimed.
"Hokuto...!" Yuto said.
"Yaiba!" Gongenzaka said.
"Roy!" Yugo said surprised.
"What are you 4 doing here?" Yuya asked.
"Akaba Reiji asked us to help you guys. Let us take care of these guys." Masumi said.
"Thanks you guys. See you soon!" Yuzu said as the 5 ran off.
Volcano Area
The 5 duelist continued to run in a straight path that was once a street until they got to a big opening. As they stepped out, they saw 2 duels taking place.
"Look up there! That's Michio and Teppei!" Yuya said.
"Is that the girl that looks like Yuzu from Fusion too?" Yugo asked surprised that the girl was actually fighting the Obelisk Force.
"Yeah, that's Serena! And that's the Ninja that helped me out earlier too. And isn't that..." Yuzu began to say.
"That's Shun!" Yuto said.
"Wait..." Yuya said as he noticed that Sora was dueling another ninja and he had just defeated him. "SORA!"
Sora didn't even look at the group as he walked over to the duelist.
"Don't do it, Sora!" Yuzu pleaded now seeing her former mentor.
Sora ignored his students words and hit a button on his duel disk which caused a bright light to envelop the ninja. When the bright light faded, a card was where the duelist once was. At the same time, Michio and Teppei were also carded.
Yuya's eyes widened as he saw Shun, Serena, and Tsukikage struggling while his former friend pick up the card before starting to walk away. His heart began beating quickly as his eyes began glowing red. Suddenly, something in his mind snapped as he began to scream in rage. "RAAAAAHHH!"
"Yuya!" Yuzu said in concern.
Before anyone could make it to Yuya. He ran and jumped over the lake of lava and landed right next to Sora.
"SORA!"
"Oh, it's you." Sora said.
"Sora...! How dare you!" Yuya shouted which didn't faze Sora at all.
"Yuya! Calm down! Remember our promise! Don't lose yourself!" Yuzu shouted causing Yuya to flinch.
'I won't lose control! I'll make Sora see what he is doing is wrong!' Yuya thought to himself as his hair and eyes slowly turned back to normal.
"Sora. Duel me." Yuya said as he stared at his former friend.
"Fine. I don't like having a losing record against you anyways." Sora said as the two of them began to walk away.
"You guys stay here! I'll go help them out!" Gongenzaka said before running over to a bridge that lead to the other duelists.
"What about us?" Yugo said. "I wanted to duel those Academia guys."
"That can be arranged." A voice coming from behind them said.
"Who's there!" Yuto shouted as the three turned around.
They saw three figures walking towards them. One was a man with a long black jacket that also had turquoise hair. The second was a teen with black spiky hair and a obelisk blue jacket. The last was another teen with a dark blue sleeveless jacket along with a black shirt underneath.
"You guys are from Academia, aren't you?!" Yuzu shouted.
"Correct, Yuzu Hiragi." The one with the sleeveless jacket said. "My name is Johan. Since Yuri was sent back to Academia and is currently unconscious, I was sent to capture you."
"That will never happen!" Yugo shouted protectively stepping in front of the girl.
"You won't be interfering, because I, Manjoume was sent here to defeat you." The Obelisk Blue said.
"You guys aren't taking us on together?" Yuzu asked.
"We aren't like those weak Obelisk Force." Johan said.
"...I know who you are..." Yuto said looking at the man.
"I would assume anyone from Xyz would know me." The man said.
"You are the Hell Kaiser! You carded so many of my friends and comrades! I'm going to duel you and make you pay!" Yuto shouted with faintly glowing eyes.
"Then let's get going." Kaiser said leading Yuto to where they would duel as Yuto followed.
"Yuto...be careful." Yuzu said to the Xyz remnant who nodded back.
"You sure you want to take this guy on, Yuzu?" Yugo asked. He was more than happy to take both on himself.
"Yeah, I am not going to be a damsel in distress! I may have lost to Yuri...but I swear I won't lose again!" Yuzu said with confidence.
"Alright then. Good luck." Yugo said as he and Manjoume walked to the right while Johan and her walked to the left.

"My turn! I summon the Union monster, X-Head Cannon!" Manjoume shouted as the blue war machine appeared.

"Union?" Yugo said.
"Next I activate the Continuous Spell Frontline Base! Now once per turn, I can special summon a level 4 or lower Union monster. So I summon Y-Dragon Head!" Manjoume shouted as the red mechanical dragon appeared.

"Next I set one card facedown. Turn end." Manjoume concluded.
"Let's go! My turn, draw! Alright! With the Scale 1 Speedroid Marble Machine and the Scale 8 Speedroid Domino Butterfly, I set the Pendulum Scale!" Yugo shouted as the two Speedroid rose in the blue columns.

"With this, I can simultaneously summon monsters with levels 2 through 7! Swing Pendulum of Speed! Draw an arc across the wind and soar through the field! Pendulum Summon! From my hand, Speedroid Passenglider!" Yugo shouted as a large blue plain like monster appeared on his field.

"So this is Pendulum Summoning. Even if you can use such a method, it doesn't matter!" Manjoume shouted.
"We'll see about that, Battle! Speedroid Passenglider attack X-Head Cannon!" Yugo commanded his monster as it charged through the union monster causing a minor shockwave that made Manjoume flinch.

"Continuous Trap Activate! Call of the Living Dead! Revive, X-Head Cannon!" Manjoume shouted as the monster reappeared.
"Damn, I set one card face down, turn end." Yugo said as his monster returned to his side.
"My turn! I activate the spell card Pot of Greed! I draw 2 cards! It's time to show you the true power of Union monsters! I summon the Union monster, Z-Metal Tank!" Manjoume yelled as a yellow tank appeared.

"And now, since I have X-Head Cannon, Y-Dragon Head, and Z-Metal Tank on my field, I can banish them in order summon a Fusion Monster from my extra deck! Combine my monsters!" Manjoume shouted as the three monsters flew up in the air.
"What?!" Yugo yelled.
"Combination Fusion! Come forth! Level 8! XYZ- Dragon Cannon!" Manjoume shouted as the combined form of the three monsters appeared.

"Dragon Cannon's effect! By discarding a card, I can destroy your Passenglider!" Manjoume shouted as the monster shot a blast from it's arm cannons that destroyed the Pendulum Monster.
"Damn it..." Yugo said.
"I'm now done! I activate the spell card Silent Doom! I can summon a normal monster in my graveyard and it can't attack so I'll summon the Union monster, V-Tiger Jet!" Manjoume shouted as his tiger like her appeared.

"Frontline Base's effect! I special the Union monster, W-Wing Catapult!" Manjoume yelled as another blue machine monster appeared.

"Next, I combine V-Tiger Jet and W-Wing Catapult! Combination Fusion! Come forth! Level 6! VW-Tiger Catapult!" Manjoume yelled as the two monsters flew into the air and combined.

"Another one...?" Yugo said. 'Even though he had enough fire power to wipe me out, my Mirror Force will destroy both of his monsters and then next turn I'll-' Yugo's thought was interrupted by Manjoume.
"Let's go! I now combine VW-Tiger Catapult with XYZ-Dragon Cannon!" Manjoume shouted as the two monsters flew into the air. "Combination Fusion! Come forth! Level 8! VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon!" A new monster appeared which was a combination of the two monsters.

"What? You could have finished me off!" Yugo shouted.
"Hehehe...you really think I'm a fool! I know you are planning something with that face down! Dragon Catapult Cannon's effect! Once per turn, I can target a card on your field and banish it! I banish your facedown!" Manjoume shouted as his monster shot a blast destroying the facedown which revealed to be mirror force.
"Mirror Force, eh? Good thing I'm such a smart duelist." Manjoume complimented his self.
"That means..."
"Battle! VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon, Direct Attack! V to Z Ultimate Destruction!" Manjoume shouted as his monster the monster's cannons and the dragon head shot a blue blast that hit Yugo causing him to be sent flying through the air.

"Gah!" Yugo shouted as he hit the ground hard.
"Heh, just a little bit more and you'll be two dimensional! That means you'll be a card."
"I-I know that! Don't treat me like an idiot!" Yugo retorted.
"Hehehe. My turn is over." Manjoume laughed.
"My turn! I'll shut you up with this! With the already set pendulum scale, I Pendulum Summon! From my extra deck, Speedroid Passenglider!" Yugo shouted as the blue plane reappeared.
"What's that weak monster going to do?" Manjoume taunted.
"Just watch. I activate the Spell Card Pendulum Synchro! I can now conduct a Synchro Summon using monsters on my field and in my pendulum zone! I'll use my tuner Domino Butterfly from my pendulum zone! I tune my level 2 Domino Butterfly with my level 5 Passenglider! Spread those wondrous and beautiful wings and strike down our enemies at light speed! Synchro Summon! Come forth! Level 7! Clear Wing Synchro Dragon!" Yugo shouted as his ace dragon flew through the air before descending to his side.

"Heh." Yugo let out a small laugh as he smirked.
"What?!"
"I activate Clear Wing's effect! When a level 5 or higher monster activates a card effect, it's negated and destroyed while a Clear Wing gains that monster's ATK! Dichroic Mirror!"

"No way..." Manjoume said.
"I told you my dragon wasn't weak!" Yugo shouted.
"What ever. I have plenty more tricks up my sleeve. I set one card. Turn end." Manjoume said.

"My turn! Let's go! Clear Wing Synchro Dragon, Direct Attack! Whirlwind Helldive Slasher!" Yugo shouted as his monster became surrounded by green energy as it flew through the air.
"Continuous Trap Activate! Direct Border! This card prevents any monster with 1000 or higher ATK from attacking directly! So your dragon won't be attacking me!" Manjoume countered as the Synchro Dragon returned to Yugo's side.
"Grr, I set one card face down. Turn End." Yugo said.
"My turn, draw!" Chazz said looking at his card. "I set one card. Turn end."
"My turn! Since I can't do anything, Turn end." Yugo said.
"My turn. I...am forced to end my turn as well." Manjoume concluded.
"My turn! I reset the Pendulum Scale with the Scale 6 Speedroid Hexasaucer!" Yugo shouted.

Smash through our enemies and soar through the battle field at the speed of light! Synchro Summon! Come Forth! Level 7! Clear Wing Fast Dragon!" Yugo yelled as his Synchro Pendulum monster flew through the air before flying beside the Synchro Dragon and Yugo.

"Stop stalling god dammit! My turn! With the already set scale, Pendulum Summon! From the extra deck, Speedroid Passenglider once more!" Yugo shouted.

"I activate the Trap Card Ojama Magnet! I special summon Ojama Yellow from my hand in ATK mode and the attack is redirected to it instead. Also, I take no damage." Manjoume said.

"Ojama...? No matter! Take it out Three-Eyed Dice!" Yugo shouted as his monster went through the small yellow monster.
"Just as I planned! Trap Activate! Ojamable! Since a face up Ojama was destroyed, I can return the destroyed monster to my deck. Then I can draw 2 cards and discard 1." Manjoume said as he drew and discarded.
"So that's what you were going for." Yugo said.
"I'm not done! The card that was sent to the graveyard was the spell Ojamagic! When sent to the graveyard, I can add my Ojama Trio to my hand!" Manjoume said as 3 cards popped out of his deck.
"More of those monsters, eh?" Yugo asked.
"Hurry up and end your turn!" Manjoume I patiently yelled.
"Fine. Turn end." Yugo concluded.
"My turn! It's time for my counter attack! I activate the spell card Magic Mallet! By shuffling this card and any amount of cards in my hand to my deck, I can draw that same amount! I return Magic Mallet and 4 out of my 5 cards in my hand in order 5 cards!" Manjoume shouted as he know had 6 cards in his hand.
"Damn, now he's got a fresh hand." Yugo said.
"Next I activate the spell card Level Down! I can reveal a LV monster in my hand and reduce it's level by two. I reveal Armed Dragon LV5!" Manjome said revealing the LV monster.
"A LV monster...what is that?" Yugo asked.
"Watch and find out! I summon the now level 3 Armed Dragon LV5!" Manjoume said as a red and dark brown dragon with multiple silver spikes on it's body appeared.

"Next I equip my dragon with the Equip Spell Dragon's Veil!" Manjoume shouted as a red aura surrounded the dragon.
'When he attacks, I'll use Fast Dragon's effect to change his monster's ATK to 0 and then he'll take some serious damage!' Yugo thought. "Due to the effect of Passenglider, you can't attack any other Speedroid monster on my field besides this one."
"Battle! Armed Dragon LV5, Attack Passenglider!" Manjoume shouted as his dragon flew towards the monster.
"Clear Wing Fast Dragon's effect-"
"It won't work! Dragon's Veil makes my monster immune to being targeted by your card effects!" Manjoume countered.
"What?!" Yugo exclaimed.
The dragon punched the plane causing an explosion that made Yugo flinch.

"Next I activate the Quick Play Spell Cyclone! I destroy your Hexasaucer in your Pendulum Zone! I set two cards face down. Turn end. At this moment, the effect of LV5 activates! Since it destroyed a monster this turn, I can release it and special summon Armed Dragon LV7!" Manjoume shouted as the evolved form of the previous dragon appeared.

"It's stronger than my dragons!" Yugo said with a worried tone.
"Also, during the end phase of the turn where Dragon's Veil was sent to the graveyard, I can equip it to a new dragon on my field, like LV7!" Manjoume explained as the red aura enveloped his dragon.
"My turn!" Yugo shouted as he drew. "I don't need to weaken your dragon to beat it! I summon Speedroid Beigomax!" Yugo said.

"Next is Makendama's effect! By banishing a Beigomax, I can deal you 500 points of damage! But then I activate Clear Wing Synchro Dragon's effect! Makendama's effect is negated and it is also destroyed and Clear Wing gains's it's ATK! Dichroic Mirror!" Yugo shouted.

"Trap Activate! Level Soul! By releasing a monster and banishing another LV monster, I can special summon a LV monster listed in the text of the banished monster from my deck! Since I banished Armed Dragon LV 5, I special summon another copy of LV7 from my deck in defense mode!" Manjoume countered.

"Then destroy that dragon!" Yugo shouted as the dragon surrounded by green energy smashed through the dragon causing a explosion.
"Since I still can't attack directly, I end my turn." Yugo concluded.
"My turn! I activate the spell card Pot of Greed! I draw 2 cards!" Manjoume shouted as he drew. "Trap Activate! Level Modulation! You get to draw 2 cards. But in exchange, I get to summon a LV monster with it's effects negated from my graveyard! Come back, Armed Dragon LV7!"
"That dragon again..." Yugo said.
"Don't worry, it won't be staying for long! By releasing LV7, I can summon Armed Dragon LV10!" Manjoume shouted as a more bigger and spikier version appeared.

"Armed Dragon's effect! By discarding a card in my hand, all monsters on your field are destroyed!" Manjoume shouted.
"I won't let you! Clear Wing Synchro Dragon's effect! Dichroic Mirror!"
"That won't work! Dragon's Veil's effect in the graveyard! By banishing it along with LV7, one dragon type on my field is unaffected by card effects and you can't activate effects in response to it's effect!" Manjoume countered.
"What?!" Yugo shouted as both of his dragons were destroyed. "When Clear Wing Fast Dragon is destroyed, I can place it in the Pendulum Zone!"

"My turn! I gotta say, because I drew through your card effect, my hand is even better now! With the set pendulum scale, I can simultaneously summon monsters with levels 2 and 3! Pendulum Summon! From my hand, Speedroid Red Eyed Dice! Speedroid Taketonborg! Speedroid Ohajakid!" Yugo shouted as his three Speedroid appeared.

"What?! You are Synchro summoning a monster from the Pendulum Zone...!" Manjoume said in awe.
"That's right! I tune the level 1 Red Eyed Dice with the level 3 Taketonborg and the level 3 Ohajakid! White dragon with shinning wings! Smash through our enemies and soar through the battle field at the speed of light! Scale Synchro Summon! Come Forth! Level 7! Clear Wing Fast Dragon!" Yugo shouted as his monster returned to the field.

"Battle! Clear Wing Fast Dragon, attack Armed Dragon LV10! Rapid Skydrop Charge!" The dragon flew up towards the sky as it's wings began to glow light blue. Dragon dove down and towards the monster while surrounding itself with light blue energy as it flew through the air. The dragon slammed into the monster causing a large explosion that knocked Manjoume to the ground.

"Take that! I set one card, Turn end." Yugo said with a confident expression.
"My turn! I activate the spell card Level Draw! I banish a LV monster in my graveyard and I draw cards for every 3 levels it had! I banish Armed Dragon LV10 and I draw 3 cards!" Manjoume shouted as he drew. "Next, I activate another Pot of Greed! I draw 2!"
"How many time are you going to draw..." Yugo said annoyed.
"Next, I set one card facedown. Then, I activate the spell card Hurricane! I return all spell and trap cards on our fields to our hands!" Manjoume shouted.
"Damn it!" Yugo said as his reverse card and his pendulum card returned to his hand while Manjoume's Continous spell and trap along with his own facedown returned to his hand.
"Next the effect of the Trap Card Treasure Map in my hand activates! Since this card was returned to my hand while face down on my field, I can discard it and I draw 2 cards! Next, I activate the spell card Graceful Charity! I draw 3 and discard two!" Manjoume said as he sent his spell and trap that me just had on the field to the grave.
"Why would you get rid of those cards?" Yugo asked.
"Because I have all I need to win right here in my hand! I activate the spell card Enchanting Fitting Room! I pay 800 life points..."

"My turn! But before I do anything, I must thank you, Yuzu." Johan said to the girl who was taken by surprise.

Johan laughed.

Yuzu said looking at the ground as tears began to appear in her eyes. As a single tear dropped to the ground, Yuzu's bracelet began glowing dimly which turned into a bright light that consumed Yuzu.
Yuzu opened her eyes and saw that she was in a white void. She looked behind her and saw a yellow spirit of a older teen girl.
"Yuzu, I'm so proud of you and what you have become. Since the bracelet is broken, I don't know how much more I can do to keep the dragons from uniting. But I can give you this power. So please...don't give up and don't stop fighting. You must save your counterparts and keep the dragons from becoming one. Good luck." The voice said as a pink aura flowed from the spirit into herself. Before she could say anything, everything went blank...
Yuzu looked up with clear eyes at her opponent while her deck, graveyard, and extra deck glowed pink. She couldn't remember exactly what just happened, but her confidence was now greater than ever.
"What is this?" Johan asked.
"You'll see! My turn! I activate the spell card Monster Reincarnation! I discard a card to add a monster back to my hand!" Yuzu shouted as the card that returned to her hand glowed pink as two other cards in her hand began to change form causing her to look in astonishment before smiling.
"Not giving up yet? It will be your demise!" Johan sneered but Yuzu just smirked.
"It's time for me to debut my new power! With the Scale 2 Tempo the Melodious Diva and Scale 9 Metronome the Melodious Diva, I set the Pendulum Zone!" Yuzu shouted as a two monsters rose in the blue columns. The lower scale monster was a pink haired female with a white dress and she carried a sheet of music while the higher scale was a blonde short haired female with a turquoise skirt and black leggings and she carried a metronome with her.

Her ace monster now had a red gem in the right side of her chest and had a blue gem on the left side.

Come back, Opera the Melodious Diva!" Yuzu shouted as the diva appeared which was the card she had just discarded.

She had a long dress that was purple towards the top and dark blue towards the bottom. She had multiple pink flowers on her dress and two large pink flowers in her shoulder blades.

Suddenly, Soprano, Bloom Diva, and Schubert appeared behind the Xyz monster while Prodigy Mozart flew behind her as well. She turned around and began conducting the 5 Melodious monsters. A large red sound wave was produced from the harmony of the singers which caused the dragon to weaken.

"But you no longer have that dragon on your field!" Yuzu responded causing Johan to grit his teeth.
"And you'll pay for that!" Johan shouted.
"We'll see. Turn end." Yuzu said with restored confidence.
"MY TURN! I guess I really did underestimate you...so I will no longer hold back! I activate my own Monster Reincarnation! I discard a card and I add one monster back to my hand! And guess which monster I added back!" Johan shouted.
"Uh oh..." Yuzu gulped.
"Since there are 7 Advanced Gem Beasts in my graveyard, I can summon back Rainbow Dark Dragon once more!" Johan shouted as the large dragon reappeared with a ferocious roar.
"That dragon won't defeat me!" Yuzu shouted.
"You are right~. This dragon won't be the one that will defeat you!" Johan yelled before laughing like a mad man.
"What..." Yuzu said confused at her opponent's outburst. Were all of Academia's duelists psychos like Yuri was.
"By releasing a DARK level 10 Ultimate Gem God on my field, I can special summon a new monster directly from my extra deck!" Johan shouted as his extra deck slot opened up and a card popped out. With a mad grin, Johan grabbed the card and slammed it on his duel disk. The previous black dragon turned into a dark fog that began expanding.
"What is going on...?!" Yuzu uttered in fear.
"Ultimate Dark Gem God, evolve through the pits of darkness and destroy everything in your path! TRANSFORMATION SUMMON! Come forth! Level 10! Rainbow Dark Overdragon!" Johan shouted as an even bigger dragon appeared out of the dark fog. The new dragon appeared. Besides height, the new dragon still was pitch black with a serpent like body and had gems on it's neck along with very large wings. But this dragon had dark purple armor near it's chest and on it's large wings. The new dragon also had a large dark blue crystal in the middle of it's body.
Also, instead of having red eyes, the dragons Eyes were pitch black.

"What is that thing?!" Yuzu shouted.
"It's the weapon that I will use to end you! You should be honored to be in the presence of such a creature." Johan said with a grin.
Yuzu looked at the dragon with sorrowful eyes. She didn't know why, but she knew that the dragon in front of her was not well. "Your monster...it's in pain..."
"Shut up! You know nothing! Rainbow Dark Overdragon's effect! By banishing one Gem Beast in my graveyard, all monsters on your field have their ATKs halved and their effects negated! Color Drain!" Johan shouted as the crystal in the middle of the dragon's body began glowing. The crystal absorbed all the color out of the monster's leaving them severely weakened.

"My monsters..." Yuzu said horrified as both of her monsters dropped to the ground on their knees.
"HAHAHA! BATTLE! Rainbow Dark Overdragon, Attack Bloom Lorin and end this duel! CORRUPTED RAINBOW IMPACT!" Johan shouted pointing at the Xyz monster as the dragon fired a rainbow and black mixed color blast.
"Is this the end...NO! I activate Metronome's Pendulum Effect! Once per turn, when a Melodious monster is attacked, I gain life points equal to half of my monsters original ATK!" Yuzu shouted as her monster released a green healing wave from her metronome that healed Yuzu.
YUZU: 700-2000 LP
"I activate the effect of Melodious Backup Singing in my graveyard! By banishing it along with a Melodious Fusion monster with the highest ATK in my grave which is Schubert, I half any damage I'm about to take!" Yuzu shouted as her Fusion apeared I front of her in spirit.
The blast hit the monster and the spirit causing a huge explosion that sent Yuzu flying in the air before she hit the ground very hard.
YUZU: 2000-575 LP
"Damn you and your persistence...turn end." Johan concluded.
"I'm...not...giving up...I can...still...win..." Yuzu said barely managing to stay on her feet.
"You must truly like suffering since you haven't given up yet." Johan said.
"Yuya...give me strength..." Yuzu said as her hand hovered over her deck. "My...turn...DRAW!"
"Make your last turn before I end you." Johan said.
"I activate the spell card Concert of Angels! By releasing one level 8 or higher fairy-type monster..." Yuzu shouted as the weakened Mozart dissolved into yellow particles. "...I can special summon two fairy-types in my graveyard with their effects negated that have less ATK than the released monster's original ATK! So come forth, Bloom Diva and Bloom Lorin!"

"Next, I Pendulum Summon! Back on the stage for an encore, Prodigy Mozart the Melodious Maestra!" Yuzu shouted as her ace monster returned.

Yuzu looked at her 3 ace cards and smiled. Each of these cards represented a different part of her. Prodigy Mozart was her trying to keep up with her friends forcing her to evolve even further. Bloom Diva represented her will to become stronger to protect her friends and You Show. Bloom Lorin represented her no longer being a little girl that was a damsel in distress. She was stronger and ready to take on what was ahead of her.
"So what? With your extra deck monsters having their effects negated, they are useless against my dragon!" Johan sneered.
"Thought they might not be able to do anything, Mozart can still use her effect! I use it again to special summon Soprano once more! Then, Beats' Pendulum effect! I special summon Opera again!" Yuzu shouted as the two monsters appeared once more.

"5 monsters...all in ATK mode?! Hah! That mistake will cost you!" Johan shouted.
"Is that what you think?" Yuzu asked with full confidence.
"What?!" Johan shouted.
"Watch this! I activate the other effect of Concert of Angels! I can banish that card in my graveyard and the fairy-type with the highest level in my field gains 400 ATK for every fairy-type on the field! There are a total of 5...SO PRODIGY MOZART GAINS 2000 ATK!" Yuzu shouted at the top of her lungs as the energy from all the monsters flowed into Prodigy Mozart.

"N-No...this can't be happening..." Johan uttered as he stepped back.
"Battle! Prodigy Mozart, slay that dragon! ANGELIC GRACEFUL WAVE!" Yuzu shouted as a much more powerful wave of music was launched at the dragon causing a huge explosion.
JOHAN: 4300-3700 LP
"It's time for the Climax! I attack you directly with the rest of my monsters! CONCERT OF ANGELS!" Yuzu shouted as her 4 remaining monsters sang in unison creating a powerful wave of energy that hit Johan causing a huge explosion.
"GAHHH!" Johan shouted as he flew through the air before landing hard and tumbling backwards.

"Damn you...I'll be back-!" Johan began to say before being teleported back to Academia.
"Yuya...I did it..." Yuzu said. She began to lose her balance but Yugo, who had just finished his duel, ran over and managed to keep her from falling.
"Yuzu, you won! I knew you could do it!" Yugo said.
"Thanks, where is Yuya and the others?" Yuzu asked.
"The others just finished the duel against the Obelisk Force. At the end of my duel, I saw them running towards Yuya and Sora." Yugo explained.
"We have to go with them!" Yuzu said.
"I know you want to see Yuya...but we need to go to Yuto first." Yugo explained.
"Why is that?" Yuzu asked. Yuto was most likely the strongest out of the 4, so surely he would win.
"I just have a very bad feeling." Yugo said gripping his chest.
Yuzu looked at the Synchro duelist and nodded. "You are right. If something happens to Yuya, he's got Gongenzaka and the others as back up while Yuto doesn't. So let's get going quickly."
Yugo nodded and the two then proceeded to run off towards there friend. As they ran, Yuzu began to think to herself. 'I really hope Yugo's bad feeling wasn't reality. There's no way Yuto could lose...could he?'
Hey everyone! I'm going to save comments for the next chapter since they should be posted back to back. I'm sorry it's been a while. Since Corona restrictions have been lifted, I've gotten to go on a vacation and I got to a baseball tournament finally! Don't worry, these aren't the reasons I haven't uploaded a new chapter. First of all, I haven't uploaded because I have actually been writing 4 duels. I've been trying to work each of them in but it ended up being 20k so I decided to split up the duels into 2 each chapter. Also, YUZU IS STILL IN STANDARD! I wanted her to stay because there was no reason for her to be sent away since she already knows Yugo so the whole mystery part where she is sent to Synchro along with a person who murdered her friend (Yuto) who looks like her crush (Yuya) doesn't apply since Yugo never killed Yuto, and they all end up becoming friends. BUT DON'T WORRY! When the Lancers go to Synchro, something similar that happened in the anime will happen with Yuzu and Yugo meaning they will be sent to a similar place.
For the duels, I tried to let Yugo pendulum summon more since he got to Pendulum Summon like once so far. I hope you guys liked Manjoume's dueling. At first, I was going to just give Yuzu just pendulum but then I got the idea for Yuzu Xyz summoning and it kinda happened. Don't worry, she'll learn Ritual and Synchro later on.
