After watching the match from inside the stadium, Sora was running through the tunnels while on his own personal mission.
'Yuzu, where the hell are you?!' Sora thought to himself as he ran.
At that moment, he received an incoming transmission on his duel disk.
The boy quickly stopped before somewhat panicking. It was Yuri. Though Sora was a good liar from his spy experience, Yuri was quite perceptive.
Sora took a deep breathe and answered the call. A visual of Yuri appeared who was apparently on the run.
"Hey partner~!" Yuri greeted.
"Yuri, what happened?" Sora asked.
"Oh, it's nothing much. My doppelgängers spotted me and now we are in a bit of a chase."
"I can reroute to your location if you need backup."
"That won't be necessary. I'm having quite a lot of fun at the moment. And defeating them both will bequite satisfying. How is your assignment going?"
"I-I'm close to the drop site. I'll be the first to greet Captain Barrett's squad at the rendezvous point."
"Perfect. I'll meet you there soon after I deal with these two. Until then, Partner~." Yuri waved before the transition ended.
'Thankfully he is preoccupied. He shouldn't suspect anything for now.' Sora thought as he began running once more.
With Shun and Yuzu
After the match, Yuzu and Shun were being escorted by four officers through the tunnels.
"Where the hell did Yugo and Yuto go?!" Shun angrily questioned.
"I'm not sure...but I don't have a good feeling about those two running off..." Yuzu uttered as she touched her bracelet.
"It doesn't make any sense...was Yuto really just trying to escape capture?" Shun questioned.
"I don't think Yuto would have left Masumi and Gongenzaka to be captured unless he had a really good reason." Yuzu told her teammate.
"You're right..." Shun said before turning to their escorts. "Hey! We've been walking for a lot longer than usual. Where the hell are you taking us?!"
"That's none of your concern." One of the guards answered.
"You bastards!I won't let you take us away! Yuzu, get behind me!" Shun shouted as the girl backed away.
"With no duel disks, how will you defend yourselves?" An officer questioned with a smirk.
"How naive. If you know what's good for you, you'll fall in line." Another officer added.
"Or don't and we'll get to have some fun with you." The last officer grinned as the four activated their duel disks.
"Shit..." Shun gritted his teeth.
"Kurosaki...what are we going to do?" Yuzu nervously questioned.
"Hey! What do you guys think you are doing?!I'll have to teach you all a lesson for messing with my student!" A familiar voice shouted, causing Yuzu and Shun to gasp.
"It can't be..." Shun uttered.
"S-Sora?!" Yuzu shouted in shock as the blue haired boy stepped into view with a lollipop in his mouth.
"I've finally found you...Yuzu." Sora smiled at the girl before turning to the officers. "I'll only warn you once, get the hell out of my way!"

Cut to the Standard, Xyz and Synchro counterparts together on a grassy hill, gazing at the starry night sky. Yuzu and Ruri rest their heads on Yuya and Yuto's shoulders respectively, who in turn drape an arm around them. Rin does the same with Yugo, who blushes redder than Yuya's hair. It is a touching scene…
You're Looking For!
… the screen falls to reveal the Fusion Counterparts falling into darkness. Yuri grins wickedly as his eyes are whited out by a violet glow. Behind him is the shadow of an older boy, face obscured with a monstruous, inhuman smile on his face. Above him, Serena holds out her hand, desperately trying to reach her former friend. The gem on her bracelet shines like a star, cutting through the miasma that surrounds them. Behind her is the golden spirit of an older girl, trying to reach out to the figure behind Yuri as tears flow. The older teens vanish as the Fusion Counterparts' silhouettes turn to black and a large, sinister pair of draconic eyes open wide behind them.
I'll Challenge All My Limits
Crow, Kiryu, the Black Rose Witch, and Jack race in a line on the highway and call forth their dragons; Black-Feather, Infernity Void, Black Rose, and Red Daemon's.
Knowing This Could Be My Only Chance Now
Yuzu and Serena stand together striking Fusion and Pendulum summoning poses respectively. On the right side of the screen behind Yuzu is Bloom Diva, Bloom Lorin, and Prodigy Mozart. On the left side of the screen behind Serena was Cat Dancer, Panther Dancer and Lio Dancer.
To Overcome This Fate That's Come Over Me
On his D-Wheel, Yuya extends his arm outwards as Enlightenment Paladin begins to glow and evolves into a blue and golden warrior with a large sword. The swordsman hovers over Yuya with Odd Eyes Rebellion on it's right and Odd Eyes Wing on it's left.
The Ending Of This Story
Yuri stands in a dark tunnel with a monstrous grin with Starve Venom and Greedy Venom behind him. To his sides are Ruri and Rin with soulless eyes. Behind the girls are Independent Nightingale and Crystal Bell respectively.
I Will Hold It Close As I Wonder So Aimlessly
Yuto and Yugo closely race next to each other on the highway as Dark Rebellion and Clear Wing flew through the sky. Yuto slaps a card on his duel disk causing Dark Rebellion to be consumed by flames and evolve into Dark Rebellion Apocalypse. Yugo throws a card on his duel disk and reaches his hand out to the sky as Clear Wing shined and evolved into Crystal Wing. The two dragons fly at each other full force as and smash their heads against each other as Yuto and Yugo yell with glowing indigo and cyan eyes.
Into This New World
The scene changes to Yuya standing beneath a blue landscape. A pendulum swings above him, draw arcs of light across the sky. Yusho's face is shown over the center of the arcs, smiling down at his son with pride.

Yuya reaches his hand out as the image of his father fades. He is shown to have a look of surprise on his face...

…which quickly turns into a triumphant smile!
(Instrumental)
The screen flashes to Reiji with D/D/D Hell Armageddon on his field sternly standing in front of the laughing Hell Kaiser with the roaring Cyber End Dragon. The scene changes to a worn out Serena and Yuzu kneeling in front of the soulless Rin and Ruri, with the silhouette of Parasite Fusioner behind them. The scene shifts again to Yuya, Yuto, Yugo, and Yuri standing across from each other with glowing eyes and spiked up hair as their dragons roared. The four dragons crash against each other causing a bright light to engulf the screen. The song ends with a shot of the Lancers on the highway in the Synchro Dimension looking up at the screen with the three Yu-boys in the center, each sharing a look of determination.
With Yuzu, Shun, and Sora
"Is that...a child?" One of the officers questioned as he curiously looked at the boy.
"Surrender now...or this "child" is going to kick your ass!" Sora glared at the officers with a determined look.
"You really think you can beat all of us on your own? How laughable!" An officer shouted.
"Sora, you-"
"Don't worry, Yuzu. I'll definitely protect you!" Sora told the girl.
"Let's put your confidence to the test, child!" An officer shouted as the four stepped forward.
"Let's get this over with!" Sora shouted.
"DUEL!"

"Let's get this over with, shall we? My turn!" Sora confidently shouted as he drew. "From my hand, I activate the Spell Card, Fusion!"
"Grr...Fusion..." Shun grunted.
"I fuse Furnimal Octo and Edge Imp Tomahawk in my hand! Demonic claws, become one with the devil apostle and show us your new powerful form! Fusion summon! Come forth! Level 8! Sea devil that steal freedom and pulls everything into the darkest depths of the sea! Death-Toy Piton Kraken!" Sora chanted as a purple plushy kraken with demonic red eyes appeared. The stuffed kraken had sharp blades attached to it's arms.

I now end my turn." The first officer concluded with a smirk. "At this moment, Goyou Squad Strike deals you 100 damage!"
A yellow blast shot out of the card and hit Sora.

"We'll see if you can keep up the confident expression after the next few turns. My turn! I summon Jutte Lord! And through it's effects, I summon the tuner monster, Jutte Knight!" The second officer shouted.

"We each have a monster on our field with 2600 DEF! There's no way you can break through all of our monsters!" The fourth officer yelled.
"Let's see how true that statement is. My turn!" Sora shouted as he drew. "From my hand, I summon Furnimal Mouse!" Sora exclaimed as a small blue mouse appeared.

Sora yelled as a cyan colored demonic plushy tiger with red eyes glowing from it's mouth appeared. The tiger had a giant pair of scissors attached to it's torso.

"That monster...!" Shun uttered as he remembered Sora using that monster to defeat him.

The monster's scissors stretched outwards and sliced through the four cards.
"No way...he destroyed all of our cards...!" The first officer uttered in disbelief.
"Next, I activate the Spell Card, Fusion Recovery! I add back Fusion and Edge Imp Scissors! Next, I activate the Spell Card, Fusion! I fuse Death-Toy Piton Kraken and Edge Imp Scissors! Demonic claws! Become one with the devil of the sea and show off your terrifying new power! Fusion Summon! Come forth! Level 8! Wild ghost-cave beast that bares fangs at all! Death-Toy Sabre Tiger!" Sora shouted as a demonic indigo plushy tiger appeared. The tiger had red blades protruding out of it's mouth and body and glowing red eyes in it's mouth.

"Go, Sabre Tiger! Direct attack!" Sora shouted as the indigo tiger charged the second officer, knocking him to the ground.
OFFICER2: 4000-0 LP
"Go Piton Kraken! Direct attack!" Sora exclaimed as his kraken swung it's arm forward and struck the officer with it's blade, sending him flying backwards.
OFFICER 3: 4000-0 LP
"You have no more attacks left! And during my next turn, I'll-"
"I wouldn't speak so soon if I were you...because Piton Kraken can attack twice per battle!" Sora grinned, causing the officer to fall to the ground in shock.
"Please...show mercy..." The fourth officer pleaded.
"Sorry...but I can't let anyone get in the way of me protecting Yuzu!" Sora shouted.
"Sora...!" Yuzu uttered.
"Lets end this! Piton Kraken, direct attack!" Sora bit down on his lollipop as the kraken swung it's blade at the man, sending him flying backwards.
"GAAAAAH!"

"Well that was easy..." Sora smirked as he got a new lollipop out of his pocket and put it in his mouth.
"How did you find us...?" Yuzu asked in a worried tone.
"I saw you get taking away after your duel. I had to get to you before the invasion began." Sora explained.
"The invasion...?" Shun questioned.
"We don't have much time.We need to goright now. During your duel, I managed to grab these." Sora said as he grabbed their duel disks from his jacket.
"Our duel disks?" Yuzu said in a surprised tone.
"We can't protect ourselves without them. Now let's get going-"
"You bastard...you really think we'll trust you just like that?!" Shun shouted in an enraged tone.
"We don't have timeto argue, Kurosaki! Academia will be here soon!" Sora yelled.
"How do we know you aren't just going to lead us straight to Academia?!" Shun questioned.
"Please, Yuzu! You have to trust me! You have to believe in me like Yuya does!" Sora shouted at his pupil.
"Y-Yuya?!" Yuzu repeated in confusion.
"After the first round, Yuya confront me and we dueled! He helped me understand my feelings. Being with you guys back in Standard really did change me!" Sora shouted.
"He's lying just like before! He will say whatever he needs to in order to capture you!" Shun argued.
"You have to believe in me, Yuzu!" Sora yelled at the girl.
"He's an Academia spy! Always has been and always will be! You can't trust him, Yuzu!" Shun told his teammate.
"I-I...don't know what to believe anymore..." Yuzu shook her head as she backed away from the two.
"Yuzu..." Sora uttered in sadness.
"Yuzu, just stay behind me. I'll deal with this fusion scum!" Shun shouted as he placed his deck into his duel disk before activating it.
"Damn it..." Sora grunted as he activated his own duel disk.
Meanwhile, with Gongenzaka and Masumi
Gongenzaka and Masumi were being taken away by four Security officers to the underground facility.
"Where the hell did those two run off?" Masumi whispered to her comrade.
"I'm not sure...both of them looked horrified...almost as if they sensed something..." Gongenzaka quietly spoke.
"Well at least Yuto didn't get dragged down here like us..." Masumi sighed.
"Don't worry, brats. We'll arrive to your new home soon enough." The first officer chuckled.
"Damn it..." Gongenzaka grunted.
"Release my comrades at once." A stern voice spoke.
"W-Who the hell is there?!" The second officer shouted in confusion.
Out of the shadows, a blue ninja stepped out into view.
"Tsukikage?!" Masumi shouted in shock.
"How the hell did you escape the underground?!" The third officer questioned.
"That's none of your concern. Now, release them or face the consequences." Tsukikage demanded.
"Hah! Like hell we would be afraid of a boy dressed like a ninja!" The fourth officer laughed.
"...Fine." Tsukikage spoke before activating his duel disk.
"You really want to duel us? Your funeral!" The first officer shouted as the four activated their duel disks.

"Continuous Trap, Barrier Ninjitsu - Technique of Gathering Shadows activate! While I control a Ninja monster, I can pay half of my life points to end the Battle Phase!" Tsukikage shouted as he was hit by a blast of wind.

"I'm aware of your monster's effect that will steal my monster upon it's destruction. I won't let that happen!" Tsukikage shouted.

Tsukikage shouted as two new Pendulum monsters appeared in the blue columns. The lower scale monster was a ninja that had a green scarf while the higher scale monster was a ninja that had a purple scarf.

"Reiji assigned us the duty of rescuing our comrades that are underground. The invasion will begin soon and we can't fight back if the majority of us are locked underground." Tsukikage explained.
"I-Invasion?! You mean Academia is coming?!" Masumi gasped.

"I can still win! Battle! Wheel Saw Lio, attack Raid Raptors - Estranger Falcon!" Sora commanded as his Fusion leaped forward.
"Quick Play Spell, Rank Up Magic Devotion Force! When my opponent declares an attack, I can rank up an Xyz monster on my field 1 rank higher!" Shun shouted as his red armored falcon turned into purple energy that flew into the overlay network. "Prideful falcon, spread your wings dyed in the blood of heroes! Advance through the path of revolution! Rank Up Xyz Change! Come forth! Rank 6! Raid Raptors - Revolution Falcon!" Shun shouted as a new mechanized falcon appeared that had pitch black armor and blood red eyes.

"Blaze Falcon's effect activates! By using an overlay unit, all special summoned monsters on your field are destroyed and you take 500 damage!" Shun shouted as multiple small red cannons detached from the falcon.

Sora grunted leaping upwards and pulling himself onto the platform above him. He then began to jump from platform to platform in search of an Action Card.
"Do it, Blaze Falcon!" Shun commanded as the cannons fired multiple cyan colored lasers at the tiger. At that moment, Sora leaped for an Action Card.
The lasers blasted through the Fusion, causing a powerful explosion.
"Action Spell, Acceleration! The effect damage is reduced to 0!" Sora shouted.
"Tch...Battle! Blaze Falcon, Direct Attack! Raptor's Break of Thunderclap!" Shun commanded as the falcon flew through the air at incredibly high speeds.
"Trap Activate! Death-Toy Vengeance! I can target a Death-Toy monster in my graveyard that was sent there this turn and monsters with equal or less ATK on your field can't attack or activate their effects this turn! I target Mad Chimera! So since your falcon's ATKs doesn't surpass 2800, you can't do anything!" Sora countered with a smirk.
"Damn you...I end my turn." Shun concluded.
"During the End Phase of the turn Death-Toy Vengeance was activated, I can special summon the targeted monster! Revive, Death-Toy Scissor Tiger!"

"My turn! I activate the Spell Card, Fusion Recovery! I add Fusion and Edge Imp Scissors back to my hand. Next, I activate the Spell Card, Fusion! I fuse Furnimal Bear and Edge Imp Scissors in my hand! Claws of the demon! Fangs of the beast! Become one and reveal a new form and power! Fusion Summon! Come forth! Level 6! Horrifying beast that shreds everything! Death-Toy Scissors Bear!" Sora shouted as his ace Fusion monster appeared which was a demonic pink plushy bear with scissors attached to it's stomach. It's also had a pair of glowing red eyes in it's mouth.

"In that case, Scissors Bear! Scissors Tiger! Attack Raid Raptors - Revolution Falcon!" Sora commanded as both of his monsters jumped forward and smashed into the falcon, causing a powerful shockwave that sent Shun to his knee.

"I set a card facedown, turn end!" Sora concluded.
"Sora regained the lead in life points..." Yuzu commented.
"I absolutely won't lose to you again! I'll crush you right now! MY TURN! I activate the Spell Card, Rank Up Magic Skip Force! I rank up Revolution Falcon 2 ranks higher!" Shun shouted as his black falcon turned into dark energy that flew back into the overlay network.
"Eh?!" Sora gasped.
"Dauntless falcon! Swirl up a raging inferno and become the flash of light that sears the land to ash! Rank Up Xyz Change! Soar! Rank 8! Raid Raptors - Satellite Cannon Falcon!"
A huge mechanized falcon with white and red armor appeared. The falcon had multiple green orbs along with energy cannons protruding from it's armor.

"Satellite Cannon Falcon's effect activates! By using an overlay unit, a monster on my opponent's field loses 800 ATK! Also, this effect can be used up to the amount of Raid Raptor monsters in my graveyard!" Shun exclaimed as his falcon absorbed an overlay unit.

"Do it, Satellite Cannon Falcon-!"
"Counter Trap, Death-Toy Wall activate! By banishing Death-Toy monsters in my graveyard, I can target an equal number of Death-Toy monsters on my field and they are unaffected by card effects until the end of the turn!I banish Cruel Whale and Chain Sheep in my graveyard to make Scissors Bear and Scissors Tiger unaffected by card effects!" Sora shouted as the two spirits of the fallen Death-Toys appeared in front of Sora's monsters.
"Tch...Satellite Cannon is still strong enough to take out one of your monsters! Battle! Satellite Cannon Falcon, attack Scissors Tiger! Eternal Avenge!" Shun commanded as the falcon fired a powerful green blast that obliterated the fusion monster. The force of the attack knocked Sora to the ground.

"...Sora..." Yuzu uttered as she couldn't help but be concerned for the boy.
"You won't get away so easily next time. I set a card facedown, turn end." Shun concluded.
"Tch...I didn't want to do this...but you are really pissing me off. My turn, draw! I activate the Spell Card, Pot of Greed! I draw two cards! Next, I activate the Spell Card, Fusion! I fuse Death-Toy Scissors Bear and two copies of Edge Imp DT Modoki that are treated as Death-Toy monsters!"
"This monster...!" Shun grunted.
"Unusual plaything possessed by demons! Destroy and root out the plebeians who dare rebel against you! FUSION SUMMON! Come forth and appear! Level 8! Chimeric fusion of all toys! Death-Toy Mad Chimera!" Sora yelled as the three-headed demonic fusion of weapons and plushies appeared on his field.

"Battle! Death-Toy Mad Chimera, attack him Satellite Cannon Falcon! Quick Play Spell, Death-Toy Blade Sharpening! When a Death-Toy that was Fusion Summoned this turn attacks a monster, it gains 1000 ATK until my next Standby Phase!" Sora shouted as his monster powered up.

"What?!" Yuzu gasped.
"Go, Ultimate Chimeric Impact!" Sora commanded as his monster opened it's mouth and shot a large missile at the falcon.
"Damn it...!" Shun grunted as he leaped upwards onto a platform and grabbed an Action Card. "Action Spell, Half Out! The damage is cut in half!"

"Now they both have 1000 life points..." Yuzu uttered.
"Raid Raptors - Tag Out's effect activates in the graveyard! By banishing this card in my graveyard when a Raid Raptors Xyz monster is destroyed, I can special summon a Raid Raptors Xyz monster from my graveyard whose rank is lower with it's effects negated! Come, Raid Raptors - Blaze Falcon!" Shun shouted as his monster returned.

"Grr...!" Shun grunted from the shockwave.
"You're as good as always, Kurosaki. I end my turn." Sora concluded.
"You really thought you could win so easily? I will crush you for everything you have done!" Shun shouted at the boy.
"That's not fair! I just want to protect Yuzu-"
"I don't care! You made your choice long ago and there's no going back. Now, you will die by my hand! My turn! Quick Play Spell, Rank Up Magic Death Double Force activate!" Shun shouted as his facedown flipped open.
"Eh?!" Sora gasped.
"This card allows me to special summon a Raid Raptors Xyz monster from my graveyard that was destroyed by battle! Revive, Raid Raptors - Blaze Falcon!"

"Next, I rank up the summoned monster into a Raid Raptors Xyz monster that is double it's rank!" Shun shouted as Blaze Falcon turned into dark energy that flew into the overlay network.
"No way!" Sora shouted in disbelief.
"Falcon of ultimate creation! Fly to victorious heights with the wills of your countless comrades! Rank Up Xyz Change! Come forth! Rank 10! Raid Raptors - Ultimate Falcon!" Shun chanted. The sky went dark and lightning crackled as the large mechanized falcon appeared. It had dark blue and golden armor with golden blade-like wings protruding from it's body. The falcon had a red Raid Raptors mark in the center of it's armor and two red orbs on the sides of it's armor. The new monster roared as it flew through the sky beside Shun.

"Ultimate Falcon's effect activates! Once per turn, by using an overlay unit...all cards on your field have their effects negated until the end of the turn and all monsters on your field lose 1000 ATK! Go, Light of Revolution!" Shun yelled as his as monster shined brightly, causing it's light to envelop Susano-O and Sacred Katana.

"BATTLE! Ultimate Falcon, attack Satellite Cannon Falcon! END THIS DUEL! FINAL GLORIOUS BRIGHT!" Shun commanded as the falcon flew high in the sky. A sphere of purple and black energy formed in front of the golden falcon. The falcon roared as it launched the sphere at the stolen monster.
"...I activate the effect of Edge Imp Spike Shield in my hand! By discarding this card, I can reduce an instance of damage to 0!" Sora countered as the stolen monster was obliterated.
"You won't survive for much longer...I set a card facedown, turn end. At this moment, Ultimate Falcon's effect activates! If my opponent controls a monster during the End Phase, all monsters on my opponent's field lose 1000 ATK!" Shun explained as a wave of light weakened the fusion.
Mad Chimera (2800/2000)-(1800/2000)
"Kurosaki...I don't blame you for not trusting me. And I don't blame you either, Yuzu." Sora said, causing the girl to look at him. "Back in Standard, I truly did feel like I was apart of a family. I'd give anything to get back to that. I'm sorry that I was so blinded by Academia's goals that I couldn't see the truth. But now I finally understand what Yuya was telling me back then. That's why...I will protect you, Yuzu! I won't let Academia take my family away from me!"
"Sora...!" Yuzu uttered.
"Don't trust his words so easily! Don't you remember what happened with Dennis?! He lied and manipulated my sister in order to capture her! You are letting that fusion scum do the same thing to you!" Shun shouted.
"..." Yuzu really wanted to believe Sora, but everything Shun said was right.
"...Kurosaki, I really didn't want to do this...but you left me no choice! MY TURN!" Sora shouted as he violently drew his card. At that moment, Blade Sharpening's effect ended, causing Mad Chimera to weaken.

"I activate the Spell Card, Death-Toy Rebranding! By releasing a Death-Toy Fusion monster, I can special summon Edge Imp and Furnimal monsters up to the amount of Fusion materials the released monster had! I release Death-Toy Mad Chimera to special summon Furnimal Owl, Furnimal Bear, and Edge Imp Scissors!" Sora shouted as the three monsters returned.

Coalesce in the darkness of the abyss and slaughter those that oppose you! FUSION SUMMON! Show yourself! Level 10! Demonic ruler that terrifies all! Dangerous Death-Toy Nightmary!" Sora roared as his terrifying monster appeared. It was a large possessed doll-like monster with long golden hair and a white outfit. The monster's skin was green and it's face looked horrifying.

"What an abomination...!" Shun grunted.
"This is Sora's true power...!" Yuzu gasped as she looked at the humongous monster.
"Nightmary gains 300 ATK for every Furnimal and Death-Toy monster in my graveyard! The total number is 13...so Nightmary gains 3900 ATK!" Sora shouted as the spirits of all of his monsters were absorbed into the fiend.
Nightmary (2000/3000)-(5900/3000)
"5-5900 ATK?!" Yuzu gasped.
"Grr...!" Shun gritted his teeth in anger.
"I'm sorry, Kurosaki...but this is the end! BATTLE! Nightmary, attack Raid Raptors - Ultimate Falcon! The spirits flew in front of the fusion and combined into a shinning orb of dark energy. The orb fired a black and purple blast of dark energy at the falcon.
"KUROSAKI!" Yuzu cried.
"No...I won't fail to protect Yuzu like I failed to protect my sister! Quick Play Spell, Rank Up Magic Evasive Force! The attack is negated and I rank up Ultimate Falcon 1 rank higher!" Shun countered as his shinning falcon turned into dark energy that flew into the overlay network.
"W-What?!" Sora shouted in shock.
"A Rank 11 Xyz monster?!" Yuzu gasped in disbelief.
"Falcon with unstoppable power! Become the ultimate weapon of destruction that overthrows the darkness and brings forth order! RANK UP XYZ CHANGE! Come forth! Rank 11! Raid Raptors - Imperial Impact Falcon!"

"...Unbelievable..." Yuzu uttered in awe.
"I...still have a chance!" Sora shouted as he leaped upwards onto a platform.
"Grr...!" Shun grunted as he did the same.
The two used their incredible speed and agility to jump from platform to platform in search of an Action Card until they both locked eyes on the same card on a high platform.
"It's mine!" Sora shouted as he leaped upwards.
"I won't let you!" Shun yelled as he jumped up.
The two extended there arms outwards...and Sora was the one to grab the card.
As Sora landed back on the ground, he looked at the card he picked up and grinned. It was the Action Spell, Wonder Chance which would allow his monster to attack an additional time.
"With this...I will win! Action Spell-" Sora began to yell before glancing at Yuzu, who had a horrified look on her face.
"Sora...!" Yuzu uttered as she saw Sora's hesitation. But sadly for Sora, his hesitation gave Shun enough time to grab an Action Card.
"Action Spell, Action Crush! During this turn, all Action Cards in your hand are destroyed!" Shun shouted as Sora's Action Card bursted.
"...It can't be..." Sora said as he fell to his knees. "I...end my turn..."
"This is...THE END! My...TURN!" Shun angrily shouted.
"Kurosaki..." Yuzu softly said in a worried tone.
"BATTLE! Imperial Impact Falcon, attack Dangerous Death-Toy Nightmary!"
"Eh?! But you're monster's ATK-"
"Imperial Impact Falcon's effect activates! By using an overlay unit when this card attacks, I can banish a Raid Raptors Xyz monster in my graveyard and this card gains it's ATK! I banish the 3500 ATK Raid Raptors - Ultimate Falcon!"

Imperial Impact Falcon (3600/2400)-(7100/2400)
"FINAL ORDER BARRAGE!" Shun exclaimed as the falcon fired a swarm of red lasers from it's armor at the fusion.
"I banish Edge Imp Spike Shield to reduce the damage I would take to 0!" Sora exclaimed as his monster was blasted to pieces, sending him flying backwards.
"You survived..." Shun muttered.
"I...am not done...!" Sora uttered as he got off the ground.
"IT'S NOT OVER! Imperial Impact Falcon's effect activates! If this card was summoned using a Raid Raptors Xyz monster as material, when this card destroys a monster by battle, I can banish a Raid Raptors Xyz monster in my graveyard and you take damage equal to half of it's ATK! I banish the 3000 ATK Satellite Cannon Falcon! Meaning, you will take 1500 damage!" Shun explained as a powerful red orb of energy formed in front of the falcon.
"N-No...it can't be...!" Sora gasped in disbelief.
"...stop it..." Yuzu softly uttered.
"YOU WILL PAY FOR YOUR SINS!" Shun roared.
"Stop it!" Yuzu spoke as she began to run forward.
"GO, IMPERIAL IMPACT FALCON-"
"STOP IT, KUROSAKI!" Yuzu screamed as she ran past Shun and stood in front of Sora with her arms extended outwards.
"Yuzu?! Get the hell out of the way!" Shun growled.
"I wasn't sure at first...but I can tell now that Sora isn't lying anymore! He has changed!" Yuzu shouted, shocking the two boys.
"Yuzu...!" Sora smiled.
"He's lied to you once already! Are you really going to fall for it again?!" Shun snapped at the girl.
Yuzu looked back at Sora and smiled before turning back to Shun.
"After everything Sora did, Yuya still wanted to save him...and I believe in Yuya's judgement. That's why...I believe in Sora!" Yuzu exclaimed.
"I refuse to believe in that Fusion scum!" Shun growled.
"I understand that you can't trust him...so trust me. As your comrade...teammate...and friend...I'm asking you to trust my judgement. Please, Kurosaki." Yuzu pleaded the Xyz user.
Shun looked at the girl for a moment before closing his eyes and gritting his teeth.
"You...better be right about this." Shun grunted as he took his deck out of his duel disk, causing his falcon to burst into particles.
"Thank you..." Sora uttered as he did the same.
DUEL CANCELLED
"If you dare step out of line even for second, I'll gladly be the one to end your life. I won't even give you the mercy of being carded. Remember that if the thought of betraying us comes across your mind." Shun coldly told the blue haired boy.
"I know I need to earn your trust...so that's exactly what I'll do." Sora told the Xyz user.
"Fine. Let's get going." Shun said.
"Kurosaki, Yuzu, follow me." Sora spoke as he ran off.
"Right. Let's go!" Yuzu shouted.
In the Underground Facility
The Lancers had been forced to do work in the underground facility ever since they were eliminated from the tournament.
Sawatari and Roy carried a large piece of metal while Hokuto and Yaiba swept the floors.
"I wonder whose going to be down here next..." Hokuto said as he swept.
"Hopefully it's that Kiryu guy so I can challenge him again...!" Sawatari gritted his teeth in anger as he and Roy set the piece of metal on a conveyor belt.
"I just hope Masumi is doing ok..." Yaiba uttered.
"Is it just me or did Tsukikage disappear?" Roy questioned.
"Did that bastard really leave us behind?!" Sawatari growled.
"Maybe he escaped to get reinforcements." Hokuto told the group.
"That better be the case...or I'll-!"
"Kusanagi Sword Slash!"
"Radiant Diamond Slash!"
Both Gem-Knight Master Dia and Superheavy Koujin Susano-O used their blades to slash through entrance of the facility, causing a powerful explosion that sent the officers flying backwards.
A small smoke bomb was then thrown in front of the guards. The bomb exploded, causing dark smoke to fill the area.
"What the hell?!" One of the officers shouted in shock.
Tsukikage jumped through the smoke with his duel disk activated and Twilight Ninja Shogun - Getsuga beside him.
"Go, Shogun Slash!"
The ninja's blade collided with several guards, sending them into a wall.
Gongenzaka, Masumi, and Tsukikage then ran out of the smoke and to their friends.
"Tsukikage!" Roy shouted.
"Masumi!" Hokuto and Yaiba yelled.
"Gongenzaka!" Sawatari shouted.
"Here, take these!" Tsukikage shouted as he threw the four their duel disks.
"About time you showed back up." Sawatari said as he put his duel disk on his arm.
"Apologies for the wait. But we must hurry." Tsukikage said.
"Academia will be here soon and we have to be ready to defend the city." Masumi said.
"So we will have to fight Academia and the Security? Sounds fun." Roy smirked.
"Unfortunately, we have to split up once more. Roy, Hokuto, Yaiba, Gongenzaka, you will go confront the forces of Academia. Sawatari, Masumi, you will come with me to assist finding and protecting Yuzu and Serena from Academia." Tsukikage explained.
"Got it. We'll take out the trash while you go save our friends." Hokuto nodded.
"I, the man Gongenzaka, trust you guys to protect Yuzu." Gongenzaka nodded.
"You can count on us!" Sawatari grinned.
"Let's go!" Yaiba shouted as his group ran off.
"Right. Let's go find Yuzu!" Masumi shouted as Tsukikage lead his group away.
With Team United Hope
The three nervously sat in silence, awaiting to be summoned for their duel.
"Where the hell were Yuto and Yugo going?" Crow questioned.
"I don't know...but I have an uneasy feeling about the future..." Serena told the group as she touched her bracelet.
"I have a similar feeling..." Yuya said as he looked as his ace dragon on the bottom of his deck.
"...Are you guys ready for the duel?" Crow asked. He himself did not know if he was ready to face his ex-teammate. But, in order to shed light on Kiryu's dark path, he had to defeat him.
"Of course..." Serena answered as she looked through her deck, getting ready for the duel. The girl winced as she thought about how she was outclassed by the Black Rose Witch in their previous duel. She wasn't going to let that happen again.
"Ready as I'll ever be..." Yuya spoke as he held two of his cards in his hands. He looked at Odd Eyes Rebellion Dragon and Odd Eyes Wing Dragon as sweat formed on his forehead. When he rescued Yugo from Sergey, he had to use the power of his dragons to escape. He was worried that he would have to use that power again to win this duel. Nevertheless, he was determined to win with his own dueling.
The three turned there heads to the door as it opened, revealing Sam to be in the doorway.
"Yuya, it's time." The boy said.
Yuya looked at Serena who gave him a nod of reassurance. He then looked at Crow who smirked and gave him a thumbs up.
Yuya then glanced at his Odd Eyes Pendulum Dragon with a determined look in his eyes.
"Alright. Let's do this!"
