Ch 9 Welcome to Camp Half-Blood

Bermuda Triangle, Sea of Monsters, Oceanic Base

"Well, it seems that Chaldea has followed me through the Dimensional Plane." A blonde man in a white suit drinking wine on a silver throne, sensing the sudden change in power in Olympus. He smiles, remembering the faces of their angry faces in the last Anomaly.

Foreigner of London walks to the center, where three Servants were gathered. One with red hair, a Greek helmet with armor, and a mechanical spider body, another was a blonde man wearing a brown vest with mechanized wings, and a blue-haired man with a red scarf and visors over his eyes.

"Alright, seems like the Chaldeans have followed me to this World sooner than expected." Foreigner of London smirks at the Servants present in the room.

"What do we do? Master and his followers are out at sea searching for survivors of the raid attempt." The blonde-haired man stated, touching his false wings. "My wings still need tweaking after that battle."

The red-haired Servant laughs, "Ha, they're nothing. The Bermuda Alliance was set to fail with normal Servants and only a few Divine Spirits on their side. Don't get me started with that so-called Grand Rider," She stated, moving her mechanical legs. "I believe this Chaldea will fail too-"

"Don't get over yourself, Berserker of Lydia." Lancer of Elysian warns the Berserker of her tendency to overlook things. "Remember, Chaldea has famous Heroes on their side. Possibly Heracles too,"

The blonde man places his hand on his hip, curious about how to counter that beast. "So how do we counter the greatest Greek Hero? The Demi-Gods that follow our master stand no chance against him," He stated.

Foreigner of London chuckled, walking to the window of their base. "Oh, I got something well prepared for that brute," He stated as the doors next to him opened, revealing a cloaked man. "But it's too early for that confrontation, for now, Archer of Crete take a small army of monsters and head to the mainland."

"Why? We have no business there." Archer stated, crossing his arms.

Foreigner of London turned around, smiling wickedly at him. "Oh I know, but I want to see what the Chaldean master's strength is now currently. I believe that with them entering this World has left them vulnerable and easy to take out." He explains.

Archer of Crete nodded, understanding what his request was. "I see, well I can test their strength and devise a plan to take care of them later." The blonde man spread his wings, ready to take to the skies. "Oh, is there something else you want me to do Foreigner, or should I say, Dorian Grey?" He asked.

"Just make sure that you get back here alive, there's still a pesky Ruler from the Alliance hiding in one of the islands outside of the Sea of Monsters." Dorian Grey ordered, "Also, be sure to give the package to the Spy at the Camp. Master already sent a message to her and ready to receive."

The Foreigner hands Archer a bottle of green poison and a syringe. "Careful, this is very potent poison. The effects will begin as soon as it's injected, curtesy of our...ally." Dorian smirks.

The Archer nods before taking the skies. "Now, for other matters…" The Foreigner looks up to see a certain Machine God fueling their base with her Authority over Fire.

Long Island, New York, Camp Half-blood, Half-blood Hill, June 10, 2007

"Master, get up." A familiar voice spoke to the master of Chaldea. "We successfully arrived at our destination,"

Ritsuka groans, next to him was a violet-haired girl with a black hood covering her face. "T-Thanks Ana,"

Though he's been Rayshifting for many years, it's been a while since he felt the side effects. "W-Well, it's been a while since I felt nauseous after a Rayshift." He chuckled,

"Speak for yourself, Ritsuka." The black-haired man looks at Sion, holding her forehead. "I never Rayshift before, how did you get over it?" Sion asked the director of Chaldea.

Ritsuka ponders, remembering the last time he had felt the side effects and what he did to recover from it. "Let's see, the Doctor packed some ginger ale for me and Mashu when we head out to the Singularities." He replied to the Alchemist from the Atlas Institute.

Sion nodded, looking around the campsite. From the looks of it, it was still night, and the campers are most likely to be asleep. "Well asking for ginger ale at this time would be a no-no," The Alchemist commented.

"Considering that it's the middle of the night here, the campers might not take lightly for disturbing them." Nemo sighs, sitting on the ground regaining his strength.

A tanned man with brown hair and a horse's tail approach the nauseous girl. "I shall look for ginger for an herbal tea for you, Miss Sion." The Servant offered the violet-haired Alchemist.

Sion smiles at the Archer Servant offering his Sage wisdom. "Thank you, Chiron. That's much appreciated." The Alchemist thanked him.

Ritsuka turns to the group of Chaldean Servants that accompany him. "Alright, roll call," He ordered his Servants, unsure who went with him.

"Archer, Chiron, at your service." Chiron the famous Centaur Sage responsible for trained famous Greek Heroes and his master's trainer.

"Rider, Achillies, at the ready master." A green spiked-haired man with orange eyes smirks at his master.

"Rider, Odysseus, ready for your command." The black armored Rider greeted his master.

"Lancer, Medusa; but you know what to call me master," Ana replied, looking up at the black-haired Magus.

Ritsuka nodded, "I do, Ana." He smiles. Suddenly Minerva flutters down, perching on the wooden railings, looking at the group. "Hello, Minerva. I see you tagged along."

"Indeed, though I'm not in any Servant Class I can still assist in your mission," Minerva responds to the master of Chaldea.

"It'll be weird to the Demi-Gods here to hear an owl speak unless there are talking animals here then I suggest you keep to the down low." Achilles smirks, leaning on the wooden railings on the porch.

Minerva processed what the Rider Servant said. She nodded, obliging to his request, "Indeed, I shall quote 'keep to the down low'." With a few tweaks, the Terminal deactivate her speak box and now can make mechanized hoots.

Ritsuka smiles, turning to someone who's not a Servant on the roster. "Sion, how's Captain? Is he able to walk yet since we're on Earth?" He asked the Alchemist from the Wandering Sea.

Sion grabs her Servant and places him over her back. "Nemo is taking it easy for now Ritsuka. But he's here momentarily."

"I wouldn't expect him to respond after taking that hit from Zeus." Ritsuka sighs, looking at the Rider unconscious on Sion's back. "I just hope whatever Poseidon sent us here to heal Nemo will help."

"Don't worry master, I can tell this place is blooming with Magical Energy." Ritsuka looks up to see the Archer duo coming down from the sky. "Mainly I can sense my Father's presence in these parts," Orion stated.

Artemis floats down just above their master while holding the Grand Archer in her arms. "Servant Archer, Artemis, and Orion here to help master!" The Moon Goddess greeted, excited to be called upon to another adventure. "Isn't that right Darling?"

Orion lifts his little arms, "Yippie," He cried sarcastically, feeling his lover's arms strangling him.

"Saber, the Dioscuri." Both Castor and Pollux responded, leaning on the wooden pillar.

Castor looks around the camp, sensing others like them all around them. "Hmmm, so this is Camp Half-Blood, a camp for Demi-Gods alike." He clicked his tongue, seeing what the Olympians said was true. He then senses something familiar within one of the cabins around the site, "To think a version of us exists in a place like this. Tch, they even feel more Human than our Proper Human History Counterparts."

"Lord Brother, that's no way to speak the safe heaven that the Gods gave us." Pollux scolds her brother for speaking in such a tone like that. However, she does sense what he was feeling but kept it to herself.

Ritsuka was intrigued that Demi-Gods were able to live side by side with Humans in the Modern Era. "I still can get over that this Camp was built for Demi-Gods while the Modern Era continues as it is like in our Dimension." He said, awestruck by the Magical Energy he was sensing.

Chiron nodded to his master's words, "Indeed master, truly the Multiverse is filled with mysteries." The Sage stated before sensing someone approaching him from the back.

"Oh, you've arrived earlier than expected." A voice familiar and yet older spoke from behind.

Everyone turned around to see a familiar Centaur with a beard, a black shirt, and a blue jacket. Though his appearance was slightly different, they all can tell this Centaur is an older version of this World's Chiron.

Chiron walks over to his Centaur version of himself, both seeing the uncanny resemblance to each other. "Well, this is shocking. To think I would be standing with my younger self when the Gods still lived in Greece." The older Chiron stated,

"I as well, I didn't expect that a version of me in the Modern Era still walks upon the Earth." The Chaldean Chiron commented, taking a good look at his Counterpart. He still has his Centaur body but was wearing a Modern shirt and jacket. "In all honesty, I thought I was still in the sky as a constellation."

"I do have questions, many of them regarding your…party." The Centaur looks at the group and instantly recognized at least two of the Heroes from old. Mainly Achilles and Castor, "But speaking about it here isn't wise, the Campers will be up soon." Chiron motions to the entrance of his Cabin.

"Come, we'll talk more within the Cabin." Everyone turns to the door of the Camp Director's Cabin, and they all move out of the way for Chiron to lead the way.

Inside the Cabin, they heard some snoring in one of the rooms. The Greek Servants can sense that the snoring is from a Divine Spirit,

Ritsuka and Sion sat in front of Chiron, who was taking in the large group. "Forgive the small space, but this is the best possible way to speak with everyone in private." Chiron apologizes to the Chaldeans.

"It's quite alright, Chiron." The Archer Chiron spoke for everyone in the room. "Now, shall we start talking?"

"Indeed, I have been informed by Poseidon of your situation. On the behalf of all Greeks, I'm sorry for what happened to your friend." Chiron looks over to the unconscious Nemo. "Know that I'll do my best to heal her-"

"Him, he's a boy." Sion corrected the Activity Director.

Chiron nodded, "I see, but I do need to apologize once more. The Camp Director is unable to properly greet you," The Centaur sighs, turning to the wall where the snoring was getting louder. "But I'm sure you can hear him through the walls. I'm sure you heard of his name in your World."

"Might I ask, who this director is? For a proper greeting later," Odysseus asked the Sage of Greece.

Chiron sighs, obliging to his request. "Dionysus, the Greek God of Wine."

Castor scoffs, hearing that the Divine Spirit won't even show his face. "If he's the director of this Camp then he should take his job seriously." The Saber stated,

Pollux agreed with her Brother, their master is a person who deserves respect.

Ritsuka waved his hand, "It's fine, though I'm surprised to hear that a reverse God such as Dionysus is stuck being a Camp Director." He commented on the God of Wine being in a place for children.

"I'm curious, why would an Olympian God be placed as director of the camp while you teac-er Chiron is the obvious choice." Achilles asked his other teacher from this World.

"Simple, Zeus placed Dionysus in charge of the camp as a punishment for chasing after an off-limits Nymph," Chiron informed the Chaldeans of why the God is in charge of the camp.

Ritsuka sighs, knowing that Zeus would do that in any World. "Well, that's Zeus for you."

"Now for other matters, Mr. Fujimaru as you're aware Poseidon has informed us about your arrival," Chiron stated, looking now serious about this. "The problem is that, even if you've been granted access to the camp by a God. The Campers aren't too keen of a regular Human let alone two being here."

"We understand, and we're no stranger to that kind of treatment." Sion smiles confidently.

"That being said since you're not regular Humans so it might not pose a problem," Chiron stated, causing a confused glance from the two Humans. "As long as you don't reveal that you're not Demi-Gods, I believe you'll be alright."

Ritsuka looks at Sion sharing the same question. They look back at the Centaur, "So, what do you suggest calling us then, if not Demi-Gods?" He asked the Living Hero.

Chiron thought for a moment, looking at the two. He then remembers that Poseidon did say that they're some kind of Sages. "I believe calling you Sages would be fine. Poseidon did tell us you were knowledgeable with our History."

"Sages do sound similar to Mages," Sion commented, not minding the undercover title.

Ritsuka agreed with the title that the Living Chiron gave them, "Sounds good to me, but what about the others. As you are aware, some of them do have Divine auras that the Demi-Gods will detect easily,"

"Master's right," Orion stood on Artemis's shoulder, "Unlike Miss Sion and master, we're Divine Spirits, not your regular Heroic Spirits."

Chiron sighs, also receiving the knowledge of what the Servants really are. "Yes, I'm aware. In fact, I already recognized two of you from the moment we met. Minus myself," He looks at his former students, actually glad to meet their faces again. "Achilles, the Demi-God son of Thetis, and Castor, the Demi-God son of Zeus."

Achilles chuckled, seeing that even he can't hide his identity from his master from either World. "Can't say I'm surprised, teacher. You are one of the wise Sages of all of Greece."

"It's great to see you too, Achilles."

Castor scoffs, crossing his arms. "Seems you've mistaken me for my Proper Human History Counterpart. Plus you missed my Sister, Pollux, Chiron." The other half of the Dioscuri stated, motioning to the blonde girl next to him.

Pollux inclined her head, being polite to the Centaur. "I'm Pollux, a Servant that shares the same Spirit Origins as my brother." She introduced herself to the Sage. "You see, Lord Chiron, both my brother and I are from a Lostbelt. A time that diverges from its proper course of History, in short-"

"We're a Divinity before the Gigantomachia that join the Pantheon with Father's Klironomia running through our veins," Castor informed the Centaur of who they are. "We only inherit our Proper Human History selves' memories of your Castor and Pollux, but we're the same either way."

"I see, Poseidon did inform me of Lostbelts too before you came." Chiron smiles, finding this fascinating. "A World that's been pruned away for diverging too far from History. A fascinating subject to study given the time."

Archer Chiron nodded, "Indeed, for now, can we ask for lodging? I want to try to heal our injured in a specific place due to his Origins."

Chiron nodded, "Of course, just remember you are Sages. I recommend that you all minor Gods for the time being," The Living Hero stated, "We don't want a panic,"

"Of course," Ritsuka nodded which everyone agreed upon. They all watched as Chiron trotted over to the side, heading to the door.

"If you would all follow me, I set up a campsite for you all near the place Poseidon asked me to build," Chiron informed the Chaldeans, leading them all out of the Cabin.

The group followed the Centaur, the sun was already rising, and chatter can be heard within the Cabins.

"It seems that the Demi-Gods are waking," Ana motions to the light within the Cabins, "Should we be wary?" The Lancer asked the others.

Odysseus looks over at the Cabins, seeing some Campers leaving their homes. "I wouldn't be worried about them, as long they see us with Chiron then and play our parts then it'll be alright." The Rider stated.

Ana nodded, walking closely with the groups. "If you insist, Rider."

Chiron and his Chaldean Counterpart walk beside Ritsuka discussing many things as they made their way to the Campsite. "Mr. Fujimaru, I don't mean to pry but I do have many more questions about your World and my other self. Such as why is it he has a Humanoid body instead of a…well a Centaur's."

Ritsuka smiles, "Well, C-sorry, Archer is the one who should ask."

"Yes, and I don't mind at all. I have many reasons why I chose a Humanoid form instead of a Centaur's." Archer Chiron explains, "Mainly to hide my identity as Chiron the Greek Sage who trains Heroes and to better socialize with Humans of the Modern Era."

Chiron nodded, "Interesting, it seems you and I are alike. I too disguised myself as a Human, a cripple one to throw off suspicion. I go by Mr. Brunner when I posed as a teacher in New York to watch over a Demi-God." He explains, sharing the common thing between the two Chirons.

The Centaur sighs, coming across a Cabin where the walls were a rough grey color with pieces of seashells and coral dawn over it. The windows were overlooking the sea near a beach.

"Is something wrong, Chiron?" Ritsuka asked, seeing the sad look on his face.

"It's nothing, just thinking what Percy would think of having siblings joining the camp," Chiron stated, he looks at the Magus seeing the confused expression. "Ah, sorry I forgot to mention that Poseidon did inform me of your Captain and…Orion as well. To be frank here, many will think ill of having not only one but two of Poseidon's children here."

Sion moves forward, curious why's that. "Care to explain? To me, it seems that every God in the Greek Pantheon has children here, including Zeus and Hades." The Alchemist stated.

Chiron looks around before informing the Chaldeans. "You see, Zeus, Hades, and Poseidon are known as the big three. Their Demi-God Children are said to be more powerful than the rest, that is until they decided to stop having them."

"How come? Knowing Father, he's always looking for some woman to…ahem." Artemis cleared her throat, not wanting to say something that could anger someone here.

"Yes, during World War II their Demi-God Children fought each other which became carnage, and become too involved in Human Events." Chiron explained to the Chaldeans, "Soon after a Prophecy was told from the Oracle of Delphi that one of their Children will cause the downfall or saving of Olympus as such-"

"They stop having children,"

Chiron nodded to Sion's answer, indicating she was right. "Yes, but you can see how that went. You see, as of right now the Son of Poseidon, Perseus Jackson or Percy is attending our Camp and will be coming back soon." He explains.

Ritsuka and the only conscious son of the Ocean God nodded, "I see now, so Poseidon's son is like the chosen one, heh every World has one I suppose." The Magus chuckled, seeing the relation between each Dimension they visited.

"Ehhhh, Percy isn't the only child of the Big Three, I know one of them," Chiron admits to the Chaldean master. "There's Thalia Grace where I never got a chance to meet her," He points to the largest tree off to the entrance where a Bounded Field surrounds the camp.

"This field around the camp is produced by that tree which is Thalia Grace after Zeus saved her life by turning her into that tree." The Centaur stated, "That tree, protects this Camp from monsters who will harm the Campers."

"I see, my condolences." Ritsuka places his hand over his heart for the loss of a Camper.

Soon, they reached a Cabin that was near the waterbed and near the Poseidon Cabin. "This is where you'll be staying until you're finished with your mission." Chiron showed the Cabin to the Chaldeans,

It was large enough to fit the entire group, a simple couch with some beds. There's a porch where it oversees the sea, and some weapons adorn the walls. "This was built last minute since I was just informed of your arrival, I made sure that no one knows you're staying here. Only the Staff and I know, but you can roam around the Camp as you pleased."

Archer Chiron smiles, turning to thank his Counterpart on Chaldea's behalf. "Thank you, it's perfect for my master."

"Heh, never I thought I could call someone my master." Chiron chuckled, finding this to be humorous.

Ritsuka and Sion turns to Chiron and nodded, "Thank you for your help,"

Chiron nodded, trotting to the exit. "I will speak with the other staff members about what story should we give your group, but until then Breakfast will be served around eight am. If you're hungry then I suggest you join us." The Centaur stated, "By then we'll have things sorted out. Come to the director's Cabin before then."

"I'll also send someone to bring you guy's some Medical Supplies for your Captain." With that, the Living Hero left the Chaldeans to their Cabin where they can set up their temporary base.
