Ch 12 First Strike

Outside Camp Half-Blood

A blond man hid among the trees, watching the Demi-Gods below be oblivious to their situation. "To think these are the future Heroes and Children of the once powerful Olympians." The Servant said to himself,

It has been a few days since he was dispatched from the Bermuda Triangle. He met up with his master receiving other orders on his behalf. His orders were simple and yet risky, to which he obliged.

Upon arriving on the mainland, he dispatched Monsters he came with to deal with the two threats that could possibly ruin everything. Once that was done, he left for the Camp.

A few hours in, the Demi-God Campers are already into the new activities. Archer of Crete still remained hidden in the canopy, observing their activities.

Archer of Crete spots a certain black-haired Demi-God near the Pegasi stables. She disposes of a special syringe in the waste container, indicating that she has fulfilled her duty his master tasked her. "Well, seems like she's all set." He commented, waiting for the signal.

He watched the young Demi-God looking around the area before flashing a light. Archer smiles before spreading his wings and taking off into the air, a few yards away he landed in front of a small army of Monsters. "Alright everyone, it's time to rouse some tension in the Camp." He held out his hands in the direction of Camp Half-Blood.

"Now, head to the Camp! Ensure that you distract them from our true motives!" The blonde Archer commands the army of Monsters,

The Demonic Beasts roar, charging towards the Camp filled with unexpecting Demi-Gods and visitors from another World.

Inside Camp Half, Ritsuka walked with the Living Chiron and the Dioscuri down the dirt path to the training grounds. "I have to say, I've never seen the Campers quickly accept an Outsider this quick." The Centaur started hearing many of the young Demi-Gods speaking about them.

"Your fight with Clarisse must've been an impact on them," Chiron commented,

"I'm well versed in proving myself to others who are a bit stubborn to see what I can do." Ritsuka chuckles, commenting on what the Centaur said.

Pollux nodded, listening to the conversation. "Yes, master has many enemies but was quickly turned allies after the entire ordeal." The Lostbelt Servant added.

"Tch, if you ask me then master has the audacity of charming any enemy he comes across." Castor scoffs, hearing a commotion from the distance.

A loud screaming of girls near the shore, "What in the name of the Gods is going on?" The Living Chiron heard the screams of the Demi-Goddesses.

"Saber, let's check it out." Ritsuka looks at the Twin Sabers, requesting their assistance.

The Dioscuri nodded, obliging the master of Chaldea.

"Then follow me, I can tell those screams were coming from the shore." The Living Chiron ushers the three Chaldeans to follow him.

They nodded and followed the Famous Sage of Greece, the four reached the shore where a huge gathering of Demi-Goddesses was.

Once they arrived, their faces went blank. "Eh?"

"What a cute little guy!"

"Oh, you're the size of a teddy bear!"

"It's so freaking cute!"

"A teddy bear? He is a teddy bear, a talking moving adorable teddy bear!"

"I want something like you! You're so fluffy and soft!"

A certain Teddy Bear was at the center of the Demi-Goddesses' attention. "Awe shucks, stop with the compliments." Orion blushed and waved his little paw at the Daughters of the Olympians. "Seriously…don't."

"SO CUTE!" They all squeals at the Grand Servant's cute face.

The Living Chiron was so confused with the scene, "I-I heard of Orion before but…I never thought of him as a playboy." The Centaur commented on the scene before him.

"Oh, you don't know the half of it," Ritsuka sighs, hearing the girls gushing over the hidden Grand Servant.

Castor was chuckling, already knowing where this situation was heading. "That fool…does he ever learn?" He chuckles darkly. "If he continues his way, Divine retribution will await."

"Lord Brother, we should-"

"Sister, it's too late to act now." Castor interrupts his Sister, sensing a Goddess nearby.

Back with the girls gathering, Orion was still coddled by them. One of the girls grabs Orion, snuggling with him. "I sure wish I had a charming stuff animal like you who can talk," She squeals.

"Me too, hey do you have a name?"

Orion chuckles, rubbing his nose. "I-It's Archer, little lady." He winks at her.

The Demi-Goddess squeals, "How adorable!" She grabs hold of Orion and twirls him around and holds him in the air. "You can call me that whatever you want."

"No, call us whatever you want, Archer!" The other girls squealed.

"Yes! Of cour-" Suddenly an arrow rushed forward from a distance. The arrow landed in Orion's neck, propelling him to the tree behind the group.

"GAK!" Soon more arrows flew by, all impaling Orion stuck on the tree.

Everybody gasps, seeing the brutal state of the Grand Archer was in.

"Um…" The girls only gaped at the Archer as stuffing fell from the wounds.

A cheerful humming broke the silence as a white-haired Goddess skips over to the Bear.

"Mmm-mmm," Artemis grabs Orion's head and forcefully pulls him out through the arrows. "Darling, what do you think you are doing?" She asked, turning to the flabbergasted crowd of Demi-Goddesses.

"Surely you didn't think I wasn't watching you? Let's head back to our demonstration, Darling." Artemis hums, swinging Orion as she skips. "I need the motivation to keep me going!"

"You're a renowned person, I'm no-GAH!" Orion screams in pain as more stuffing emerges when the Moon Goddess squeezes him. "i-I'm sorry…"

Everyone was speechless, not expecting something like that incident to happen.

Chiron's mouth hung open; never thought he'd see the day the Moon Goddess would brutally injure someone. "W-What j-"

"Try not to think about it too much, Chiron." Ritsuka sighs, hearing the Moon Goddess skipping away blissfully.

Castor laughs hard, holding his stomach at what happened. Pollux was scolding him for laughing at the Grand Servant's misfortune.

The Living Chiron cleared his throat, taking a moment to move past the scene. "Uh…yes, of course." The Centaur shook his head, "Anyways, how is your ally? Is he doing all right?" He asked the master of Chaldea and his Servants.

"Yes, he's doing fine. The Leyline near the Lake Cabin you provided for us is working well with Captain's Spirit Origins." Ritsuka commented on Nemo's recovery to the Greek Sage. "It'll be some time before he could be a hundred percent."

"I figured as much; Poseidon's Son has the ability to heal himself when near the water." The Living Chiron explains, "I figured that goes for your Captain,"

Ritsuka nodded, looking at the now disbursing Demi-Gods. "If you don't mind, Chiron. I'm going to check up with my Servants." The Magus said.

Chiron nodded, "I understand, until then Mr. Fujimaru." With that, the Centaur went about with his rounds leaving the Chaldean master.

The Magus turns to Castor, calming down from Orion's misfortune, and Pollux who scolded him. "Saber?"

"Of course, master." Pollux obliges her master before her.

"If I must," Castor groans, following the Magus to the first stop of the Camp.

Both master and Servants pair made their way to the Amphitheater where the Chaldean Chiron was with a bunch of Campers.

They stood near the entrance, watching as the Archer instructed the Campers in hand-to-hand combat. "Now, focus on your opponent's movements. Watch their hands and their feet. Be aware of your own movements as well." Chiron instructed the Demi-Gods.

Each Camper carefully watches their opponent's hands and feet. They started off slow before going on to the advanced stages of the seminar,

"HA!" A Camper punches his opponent, causing him to stumble back.

"W-Woah!" The other Camper fell to the ground, looking up at the one who punched him. "Dang it, I thought I read your movements right."

The Camper laughs, crossing his arms. "Yeah right, better luck next time." He gave a smug expression to the Demi-God on the ground.

Ritsuka approaches from the back, helping the young boy up. "There, better?" He asked, standing beside him.

"Y-Yes, thank you, Mr. Fujimaru." The Camper appreciated the Magus's help there.

"No problem, so any troubles with Archer's regiment?" Ritsuka asked, wanting to know how their Chiron is treating them.

Both Campers looked at the black-haired man, answering his question. "Mr. Archer's special training is similar to Chiron's. He had us do some warm-ups before the start of Archery." He explains to the Magus.

"Hand-to-hand combat is really fun, it's like the karate class I've taken before I came to Camp." The other Demi-God stated, liking this Special training. He looks at the Chaldean master, curious about something. "Say, did Mr. Archer teach you hand-to-hand combat too?"

The Camper before nodded, "Was that fighting style back when you fought Clarisse the same thing we're going to learn?" Once he said that everyone who was gathered in the amphitheater turned to Ritsuka.

Ritsuka chuckles, hearing the Camper's question. "Well I did learn a few things from Archer, but-"

"My master had some other teachers before me."' Chiron steps forward, hearing the commotion. "I simply added my regiment to his, to be frank, he is well beyond anything I can teach him." He smiles at his student/master.

"Woah!" The younger Demi-Gods were impressed by Ritsuka's abilities, hoping to be like him.

The Camper sighs, "I hope I can be strong as you." He looks down at the ground, seeing how far he has to go before he can reach Ritsuka's level.

The Magus looks around the group, "So if you want to be like me, then train so you can be stronger." Ritsuka smiles, advising the young Demi-Gods.

Chiron chuckles before looking at his master. "Indeed, wise words, my master."

"Archer, how are you doing?" Ritsuka asked the Centaur Servant,

The Archer smiles, turning to the young Campers. "I'm doing just fine, master." Chiron stated, "Teaching young Demi-Gods reminds me of the old days,"

Ritsuka nodded, happy to see that his Servant was reliving what he used to do when he was alive. "That's good to hear, Archer. I'm happy you're doing something you like."

"Your kind words are too much, master." Chiron chuckles, appreciating his master's words. "Rider and Archer are to enjoy their time teaching the young Demi-Gods."

One Demi-God interrupts the two's conversation. "I was at Archer's archery demonstration; her skills remind me of Hunters of Artemis." A female Demi-God spoke.

Ritsuka blinks, hearing a group named after the Olympian Goddess of the Moon. "So there's a group of Hunters dedicated to Artemis…" He chuckles, wondering how their Artemis would react to the group.

"If you're curious about where the others are, I can tell you Archer is at the Archery Field and Rider is at the Amphitheater," Chiron informed his master of what the others are doing.

"Thank you, Archer." Ritsuka looks at the Demi-Gods around him, smiling at them. "Keep up the good work everyone, Archer is an excellent teacher." He stated to the young Heroes.

"Hai!"

Ritsuka made their way back to the Dioscuri waiting at the entrance of the Amphitheater. "I really don't get why you should concern yourself with the false Demi-Gods," Castor growls, "We have an important mission here, and yet you're wasting time spending time with them."

"Castor, no matter what we can't solve this Anomaly with the little information we have," Ritsuka explains to the Lostbelt Servant. "I know you hate being here with this World's version of yourself, but please bear it a little. Or should I remind you what happened in my bachelor pa-"

Castor growls, remembering his drunken state during his master's bachelor party. "Shut up, I don't need to be reminded of that time, Human!" He blushed, still can't believe that he let his guard down and showed his soft side.

Pollux giggled, remembering when Peperoncino brought her Twin brother back to their room. "I remember that day-" The Lostbelt Servant pushes her master to the ground, "Brother!"

Castor materialized his discus, blocking metallic projectiles hurling aimed at his master. "Tch, get master between us!" The Saber shouted.

"Hai," Pollux grabs hold of Ritsuka's home, putting him behind Castor and in front of her. "Stay in between us master," She ordered him, protecting their anchor.

"Right," Ritsuka looks around his area, searching for where the first attack came from. "I can't see where the attack come from," Soon screams of young Demi-Gods radiate in the camp,

"HA!" Castor defends another attack, bouncing off his discus. They landed on the grass, allowing the three to see what they are, "Feathers? We've been defending ourselves from feathers!?"

Pollux looks at the Feathers, seeing the sun shimmering in the sunlight. "Lord Brother, the feathers are metallic feathers!" The Lostbelt Servant informed the group. "Not any normal metal, it's Theos Klironomia. But it's different from what Father gave us,"

"They were thrown like projectiles," Ritsuka commented, "It's an Archer Servant."

"Tch, that's just great." Castor clicked his tongue at the Class advantage the enemy has.

Loud explosions echoed throughout the Camp, and shouting and screaming came after it. "The Camp is under attack!" Ritsuka exclaims, "But how? I thought the Bounded Field around the Camp was protecting this place!?"

"Forget that master; when the next attack happens, take that chance to run," Castor said; he knows he can't track and defend their master at the same time.

"What about you two?" Ritsuka asked the Lostbelt Servants,

Pollux smiles, assuring the master of Humanity that they were going to be fine. "Don't worry, master, once we've dealt with the enemy, we'll meet up with you." She said to him, "Go and help the Demi-Gods if they need it."

Ritsuka nodded, looking up in the air, watching for the next attack. A glimmer appeared in the sky, and soon three more feather projectiles were sent hurling straight for the Dioscuri and him,

"Sister, now!" Castor leaps in the air as Pollux followed behind. Ritsuka quickly ran back to the small forest, leaving the Sabers to deal with the enemy.

"SEI!" The two held their weapons at the incoming metallic Feathers with their Theos Klironomia-powered slash.

In the air at a safe distance from the Lostbelt Servants, observing the two. "Well, that's unfortunate. The master of Chaldea has escaped," The Archer of Crete commented, taking notes on his experience. "He seems to be heading to the Mess Hall, well I guess I should follow-"

"Oh no you don't!" The blonde Servant's eyes widen, seeing Castor appearing before him. "I won't let you harm that Human!" Castor shouted, spinning her discus and slashing at the Anomaly Servant.

"Heh," Archer used his metallic wings to defend himself from the Lostbelt Servant's attack. "You're a Lostbelt Servant? Powerful, I give you that." He smirks

Castor slowly falls to the ground. "What do you-" Caster ready himself as the Archer start spinning around, spreading his Feathers everywhere. The Lostbelt Servant used his discus to defend himself from the attack.

Archer smiles down at the Lostbelt Servant falling back to his Sister. "After all, we Servants of the Anomaly have procured our own powerful version of Theos Klironomia." He grins at the other half of the Dioscuri.

Pollux ran up to her Brother, seeing his attack failed as planned. "Lord Brother, what happened?" She asked.

Castor growls, glaring at his Sister. "That damn enemy has Theos Klironomia that is stronger than us!" He informed the blonde Servant,

Running through the Campgrounds, Ritsuka heard shouting from the Campers from them defending themselves from the enemies. He looks up, seeing a few younger Campers trying to defend themselves.

"W-What is this!? The Chimera's body is made of metal!" A young Boy from the Ares's Cabin exclaims, trying to impale it with his Spear.

"Don't worry, I'll help!" A young Athena Girl said, trying to slash through the skin. However, her blade broke when she put strength into the attack. "W-Wha-" Her eyes widened at how durable the Monster was.

The metallic Chimera raised its paws at the two Children, ready to kill them.

"AAAAHHHHHH!"

"Get down!" Ritsuka took out a couple of gems in his hand. He aims his hand at the Chimera, "Schießen!" He shot a barrage of gems at the metallic Chimera, only having little effect on it.

The Chimera roared, now its attention was on the master of Humanity.

"Not even the Outsider's Magic is effective on this thing." The young Athena Cabin member frowns at how powerful the Demonic Beast was.

The Ares Cabin member noticed that the metallic monster rushed towards the Magus. "He's going to die, even if he was able to keep up with Clarisse." He sighs before hearing him shouting at them.

"You two, get out of here!" Ritsuka shouted, holding his Command Seals.

The Chimera ran faster; however, he wasn't quick enough for Ritsuka to call for backup. "Ana! Come!"

From out of the blue, Ana appeared and used Harpe to slash clean through the metallic Chimera.

The Chimera's pursuit decreased as his body began to split in half.

The two Demi-Gods were in awe at how easily Ana was able to kill the metallic Chimera. "S-She just killed that Chimera with one slash." The Athena Cabin member was at a loss for words.

Ana looks at the Children of the Olympians, seeing they are unharmed. "Are you two all right?" The Lancer asked them.

"U-Uh yeah," The Athena Cabin member responded to the Servant's question. 'She just appeared out of nowhere!' She then looks at the Scythe in her hands and senses it's something important.

"Thank you for saving us," The Ares Cabin member thanked the Divine Spirit before him.

Ritsuka approached the three, "Do you two have somewhere to go?" He asked, wanting these Campers to be safe.

The young Boy stood up, not wanting to run away. "We won't run when Camp Half-blood is under attack!" He exclaims, showing his God Lineage. "I won't sit back and let Monsters run amok in the Camp!"

"The question is how the Monsters were able to get past Thalia's Barrier?" The young Demi-Goddess asked the one-million-dollar question.

"I'm not sure, but that's something to figure out later," Ritsuka said, hearing more fighting in the distance. "Ana, can you tell me what was going on in your end?" He asked his Servant.

Ana looks at his master, answering his question. "Currently Demonic Beasts are infiltrating the Camp. Chiron, Argus, Archer (Chiron), and Dionysus are at the Big House the older Campers and some defensive machines are on the defense of the Camp, and Rider (Odysseus) is taking command of a small army of the Campers including the Hunters near the entrance and the Tree."

"As for our Cabin, Archer (Artemis & Orion) is defending it when the first strike happened. I was there too until you ask me," Ana explains about the happenings in the Camp. "Rider (Achilles) is off helping the non-combatants scattered in the Camp." The Divine Spirit continued,

"Wait, what about the twins? The one who was by your side always?" The young Demi-Goddess asked.

Ritsuka looks at the Child of Athena, "They're dealing with the main enemy," He looks at where the shouting was the loudest. He then looks at the Children before them, "Let's get to Chiron and Mr. D, we can find out what's going on."

"Very well, I'll protect you three when we reach the Big House." Ana offered her service to her master and the Children.

"Then what are we waiting for? Let's go!" The group started to make their way to the Big House.
