Fruit Appearance: This fruit takes an odd form of that of an hour glass with moving visuals as the 'sand' is dripping down from one end to the other as if time is flowing for it.

Effects: This fruit allows the user to have limited control over time in a specific radius around the user which allows the user to control and manipulate the time in the radius of 30 feet around the user.
The user can rewind time for a maximum of 10 seconds but nothing beyond that which is greatly used to heal wounds or restore limbs to even resurrect the dead(within that time frame.
The user can pause time for a maximum of 30 seconds which freezes time in that specific radius which has the capacity to stop people and attacks in mid air regardless of what they are, even lightning, if the user attacks while time is frozen, the would enact a force unmeasurable by current mathematical equations to how FAST the attack would be in paused in, so strong that it could rip matter to shreds due to the force.
The user can even increase one's own time to achieve speeds much faster then they could be possible, both personal speed and reactionary speed to the point the user dna push themselves into the future by a few seconds capable of delivering a near impossible attack that the targets cannot dodge without foresight.
Though this doesn't even have to affect organic objects as the user push time through inorganic objects as well and unlike organic targets, the user doesn't have a specific timeframe for inorganic targets as such the user can pause time on a crumbling island indefinitely, push time back to revert said crumbling island to a much younger state before the destruction to even push time forward and cause the destruction of said island much quicker.
This fruit also can affect the age of anyone within the radius capable of increasing the physical body age of organic or push their ages back to infancy, with in organic, the user can restore its atomic structure to a much tighter degree to even causing it to crumble and break due to the increased time to undo its structure.
