Hey guys. I can see y'all want more of "Ice Devil's Angel," which makes me happy to hear. However, to get back into the groove of things, I've been given a golden opportunity by none other than the famous GraLu author, LadySVI, to take on her story "Bride of the Ice God," which originally belongs to the author writer4everr.
The reason Lady-san abandoned it was because her idea of where it should've gone didn't match with the plot of what writer4everr had and decided to pass it on to me to publish. So, that's what I'll be doing for the next couple of months for you guys while I try to re-establish my ideas and outline with "Ice Devil's Angel."
Anyway! Hope everyone is doing well!
Disclaimer: I do not own Fairy Tail or any of its character. I do not own this plot. This plot belongs to writer4everr.

Lucy - Present
"So what exactly do I have to wear to this party? I want to look nice," Lucy informed Gray with a child-like attitude.
He gave her a suggestive smirk. "You could always go naked."
Lucy scowled and threw a kimono at him. "Oh, shut up." They were getting ready for Cana's party and right now, she was driving herself half-insane deciding what to wear.
Gray grinned and leaned down to brush his lips teasingly over her own. "But I was being serious."
Rolling her eyes, Lucy moved away from him. "You're a horrible liar. Has anybody ever told you that?"
He shook his head and rummaged through the closet trying to help her. Her mouth quirked upwards as she realized how funny it was that an Ice God was helping her decide what to wear.
He tossed her one. "Wear this. White always works," he suggested with a shrug.
"Huh." She examined the pure white kimono. "So I'm taking a page out of the Gray Fulllbuster Fashion Handbook now?"
Gray threw a glare at her. "You asked me for help, remember? Don't start insulting me."
Lucy saluted him with a goofy grin. "Yes, sir!"
A smile played on his lips, and he lifted her by the waist to kiss her once more, but with more tenderness this time, and she just about melted into his touch.
"Lucy! Gray!" Erza's loud voice echoed outside the door to their bedroom. "Time to go!" she hollered.
Lucy was about to hop down and answer her call but Gray held her in place. "Ignore her," he murmured, moving his lips to the base of her neck.
"B-But, we have to go, it's Cana's birthday," she reminded him, though really, who the heck cared? Cana would have so many birthdays in the future. Right now, she just wanted to stay here.
"Yeah?" he whispered. "What's five minutes? She'll go away."
"I wouldn't be too sure about that, Fullbuster." Erza's voice came to the side, and Lucy immediately shoved Gray's body away in surprise.
"Erza!" they both growled out in synchronization.
"Ooh," Erza blushed, eyes going wide realizing what exactly they'd been up to. "My apologies." She cleared her throat and turned serious. "Now, stop making out in your closet and get your butts out! We have a party to go to!" she ordered.
Gray stood up to adjust his kimono. "Dammit, Erza," he grumbled out.
Erza narrowed her eyes as her owl hooted. "Come, we don't want to let Cana down."
Gray muttered something unintelligible while Lucy just sighed. "Let's go."
Lucy gave Gray a side eye, and he matched her look. They really needed to get some locks on their damn door.
Lisanna - Present
Her hand traced over her slightly curved stomach. Over and over, Lisanna's fingers lingered over that little area of skin. It was so smooth, so still and in just a few months it would be kicking from the inside. In just a few months, she would give birth to a little child. In just a few months, she would be ruined forever.
The handmaiden's teeth clenched painfully tight together. Why couldn't she be a damned mortal and have nine whole months instead of the measly five months that immortals had to give birth to a baby.
She felt a hand grace her shoulder softly. Her body shook with the cold wind whipping around her shoulders. "Yes?" She called out softly to whoever was behind her. She expected it to be Erza or Cana but a different voice put her off guard.
"Lisanna, please stop hurting yourself with all this. You should be happy." Mika's bright voice came from behind.
She jerked upwards and stood up hastily to curtsy.
"Milady! Forgive me! I'll get straight to work-"
Mika shook her gently by the shoulders before putting a hand on Lisanna's back in comfort. Her face was stern. "Lisanna, please calm down. Do you really expect me to be on your back about work when you're pregnant?" she demanded. "This baby is important, and you need to be in tip top shape, darling!"
The tears started to come out at the corner of Lisanna's eyes, but she sniffled hard, trying to hold back the droplets of saltwater. "T-thank you Lady Mika, I'm just s-scared of all the talk, the rumors, the gossip." She kept on blubbering, trying to hold herself together but failing miserably.
The Goddess of Agriculture pulled her closer. "I know, darling, I know. But the only thing you can do is to throw up your middle finger at them and go live a happy life with Natsu. Forget them," she whispered fiercely.
Lisanna gave her a teary smile. "That sounds nice." She was hesitant venturing into the idea of a fairytale ending because could she really have that.
Mika smiled warmly. "Lisanna, no matter what, we're not going to just let you be ruined. You have your sister, Natsu, Gray, Erza, Cana... You have people willing to stand by you. You can't ever forget that. Do you understand me?"
She nodded silently. "Yes Lady Mika."
Mika beamed. "Good, darling. Now, I want you to take yourself to Cana's party and enjoy yourself. Not too much though!" She warned. "No drinking and absolutely no endangering that little kicker!"
Lisanna had to let out a little laugh at that and nodded over and over. "I will. I will take care of my baby," she whispered firmly. And she really meant that. She would take care of this life growing inside of her.
For Natsu.
For herself.
Cana - Present
"Happppyyyy birrrthdaaaayy dearrrrr Canaaaaa. Happy birrrrrrthdaaaayyyy to youuuuuuuuu!" The screechy, out of tune notes was music to the Wine Goddess's ears.
Having all your friends around you and knowing that you will never die or get old... You will always live forever with your friends and have an infinite amount of memories. Not that she's bragging or anything, but she would never change this for anything.
They were all situated in one of Gray's ballrooms gathered around one table that was weighed down with a cake and presents. Gray, Lucy, Erza, Levy, Lisanna, Natsu were all there.
Natsu stretched out the last note in a falsetto and planted a big kiss on her forehead much to her mock disgust. Levy laughed before helping her shove him away.
"Make a wish!" Levy cheered happily.
Cana smiled. A huge circular cake was presented in front of her with 244 candles spaced evenly across the frosted surface.
Natsu let out a low whistle. "Wow, Cana. Next year, we should start calling you Grandma." He snickered playfully and hit her on the arm.
Gray rolled his eyes. "Except, you're substantially older than the rest of us. Remember?" he questioned dryly. "Or are you too old you can't remember a thing?" he smirked.
"Yeah!" Cana stuck her tongue out at the Fire God.
Natsu glared at the Ice God.
The Wine Goddess then inhaled a large amount of air and exhaled it with a huge gust effectively killing out all 244 buds of light.
Lucy let out a cheerful shout: "Happy birthday!"
Everybody murmured their congratulations and placed their gifts near the cake.
Erza shoved her gift in Cana's face. "Open mine first!" she barked out.
Cana laughed. "Chill, Erza."
The War Goddess's expression darkened, Cana couldn't help but gulp as she quickly took the heavy gift. She unwrapped it eagerly and lifted the lid off the box and gasped as she was gifted vintage wine from all over the world.
Usually Erza gave bone-crushing hugs, but Cana beat her to it this time. "I love it! Thanks, Erza!"
"Here's mine," Levy said, gently placing her gift in Cana's hands.
She opened it to find four beautiful, boujee crystal goblets for any kind of beverage.
Cana's eyes gleamed. "These are amazing, Levy."
The Goddess of Knowledge blushed. "Glad you like it."
"Oh shoot, I'll be right back everyone," Lucy said. "I left your present in my room. I'll go grab it real quick."
She got a quick nod from Gray and fled the room in a rush.
"In the meantime, here's mine," Natsu said proudly. He handed her a small gift bag, weighing barely anything.
Cana raised a brow. "O-kay..." She opened it to find gift cards to all her favorite restaurants around Fiore - the ones with especially good booze. She grinned, wrapping an arm around Natsu's shoulders. "Not bad, Fire God."
"Hehe," he grinned. "I know. Can you beat that, Gray? Hmm?"
Gray wordlessly handed Cana a note. She raised a delicate eyebrow at him, as she opened it.
It's in your hut. You've been complaining how your cauldron is cracking, so I got you a new one. Hope you like it.
"You did not..." She said, aghast.
The Ice God gave her a crooked smile.
"Wait, what did he get you?" Natsu demanded. "Is it better than mine?"
Cana rolled her eyes. "I like everyone's gifts equally."
"Um, here's mine," Lisanna said shyly.
"Thanks, Lisanna," Cana smiled. She unwrapped the paper to see a beautifully knitted scarf in different shades of purple. "Did...you knit this yourself?"
Lisanna nodded with a smile.
"It's beautiful!"
Lucy came back in with a bright smile holding an elaborately wrapped gift. She handed it to Cana with cheeks tinged pink. "I hope you like it," she offered shyly.
Cana took it with a laugh. "I bet I will."
Lucy retreated back to her spot next to Gray and eased down onto the couch. She gave him a short kiss on the cheek and looked away with a grin on her face.
Cana snorted. "Really you guys? Let's keep it PG here."
Gray's eyes held a mixture of amusement and confusion, but he nodded and grinned. "I'll try to," he promised.
Cana scoffed. "Yeah, right. Anyway..." Clapping her hands together gleefully, she proceeded to tear away at the elaborate wrapping and soon held a small box in her hands. Opening it carefully, she was surprised to see a intricate hairpin nestled safely in the box.
Lucy smiled. "What do you think? I made it myself, well, Gray had to help me out, but I made it more or less with these two hands." She let out a high laugh and put up her hands to emphasize her point.
Gray glanced at her strangely but just shrugged and grabbed another sip of wine.
Cana took it out gingerly and placed it in her thick, dark strands and admired her reflection in the glass table. "I love it. I really do love it," she replied softly.
The blonde beamed and moved forward and embraced her in a friendly hug. She let go and then Lucy's eyes brightened as she remembered something. "Gray! Can you hand me my satchel?"
The Ice Gods eyes were narrowed, looking at her intently.
Lucy cocked her head to the side. "Hello? Earth to Gray?" she waved a hand in front of his face and his eyes refocused.
Gray wordlessly tossed her satchel.
"Thanks Gray!" she chirped and dug around in it pulling out a matching hairpin. "Look, now we-"
"-Lucy," Gray interrupted in an icy tone.
The blonde glanced over. "Mm?" she asked curiously.
Gray stood up slowly, his fist clenched tightly together, his knuckles white. Cana noticed this and tilted her head to the side. "Gray? Something wrong?" Her voice sounded uncertain as she studied his expression. His body language was rigid, as if...in front of an enemy? She noted Erza was quite tense as well, her owl's feathers bristling.
Lucy rose in concern and stood next to him, her hands placed on his shoulders. "Gray, you're scaring meā¦are you okay?" she repeated with an edge to her tone. It sounded like anxiety mixed with fear.
Everybody was quiet, tension in the air, waiting for something to happen. Natsu shifted to the side uneasily and watched his best friend for any sign.
The raven-haired man lifted up his head, eyes as cold as steel as he viewed the blonde before him. She flinched backwards as the intensity of his gaze hit her. "G-Gray?" her voice shook out.
"Don't. You. Dare." He gritted out through his teeth.
Shock washed through Cana as his loud words resounded throughout the room. She moved forward to pull Lucy towards her, but Gray grabbed her by the wrist, holding her frozen in one spot.
It happened way too fast for anyone to react. A snake molded of ice shot out of his kimono sleeve, its fangs sharpened and aimed to kill. Lucy's eyes widened in horror as she tried desperately to wriggle out of his grasp but to no avail. The fangs sank deep into her shoulder, relishing in the thick, red liquid that now spilled out.
Natsu's mouth opened, his eyes frantically looking at Cana. Looking for an answer behind Gray's actions, Cana could only stand there, chills going down her spine at the cold, detached way Gray had struck Lucy down.
Lucy's chocolate eyes were frozen open as she let out a strangled gasp. "Ah!" Her eyes fluttered close as blood gushed forth from the wound, staining the pure white kimono.
Gray's eyes remained expressionless as he watched her fall to the ground, blood trickling down her mouth. Lucy choked out one word that seemed to resound throughout the entire room.
"Why?"
Hope this brings back some hope to some fans who thought this was gone forever. Sorry if it wasn't as good as Lady-san's own personal style to it, but I'll just get this out for you guys.
Have a nice day :)
