45. The End, for now

Hey, guys.

For the last seven years I've been writing this story. Seven years that took up a lot of creative space in my head. And, unfortunately, being locked into a single project by guilt of promise for that long, especially when you want to be able to write as much as I do, can lead to a lot of stress and frustration.

I was frustrated every time that I said I would improve my upload schedule, I was frustrated every time I said I would rewrite and give you all a better story, because I kinda knew I wouldn't. While this is "my" story, it isn't mine. Ultimately I can never publish this and, as much as I loved writing about Kelly and his adventures and as much as I want to keep enjoying that, I need to work on my own projects and my own worlds and my own creations so that I can do fun stuff like this.

So goodbye for now. I say for now because who knows what sort of things can happen, but I don't see myself coming back to this for a while. But, if I somehow do come back to this and you're still on the site, just keep the notification on.
