The Cursed Guitar (Jun's Arc)
Chapter 53: Jun! Why does Brane want her!?
(Takes place during Summer Break!)
Jun is walking down the street eating ice cream. She walks down an alley way and a bright glow catches her eye. "Huh?" She enters the alley and sees a guitar on the ground. "Who would leave a perfectly good guitar here?" Jun grabs it. Its color scheme is purple and black with some red. "I wonder if it belongs to anyone."
"That would belong to me." A man says. Wearing a white coat. "My name is Dr. Victor Membrane."
"You play in a band?" Jun asked him. She gives the guitar to him.
"Solo act, back in high school. Come. I shall show you my work." Brane takes Jun to see Dealers!
"Mr King! This young girl here has found the Guitar we been searching for." Brane kneels to King.
"Excellent work." Mr King nods.
"My name is Jun Suzuki."
"Hello Jun, would you like to join the Dealers?" Mr King looks at Jun with interest.
"Hmmmm. Nah. I rather enjoy my summer break with a good month of doing nothing and relaxing." Jun starts to walk to the door. Jun leaves.
"What shall we do with her?" Asked Heartless.
"I know what I have to do. Leave it to me." Brane says.
"Go." Mr King nods. Brane takes his guitar and walks out of Mr King's office.
"What a strange bunch of people. I think I'm going to get another ice cream." Jun gets her phone out. A girl with blue hair is walking by.
A dark scaly figure in black screeches and charges at Jun! "Hey! Look out!" The girl protects Jun and takes out her katana and slices the creature in half! The figure turns to fog! A few more start coming! People walking the down the street start to run, screaming! Jun runs off to hide inside a cafe nearby. The blue haired handles the dark figures, cutting and slicing them in half in quick succession! Her eyes are glowing too!
Brane is watching from a rooftop of a building. He smirks and strums his guitar! Four of the dark figures evolve! They get taller and armored! They also carry heavy swords! "Kill her!" Brane orders them!
"With pleasure." One growls out and swings at the blue haired girl. Jun watches. The girl blocks the heavy hit. She staggers from the impact! Another slams the ground and the blue haired girl goes flying and loses her katana.
"Ngnnn!" She groans and is slightly hurt. The remaining two who haven't attacked yet walk up the the fallen girl.
"Time to die." One says and he and his comrade raise their swords up high!
"Yuki!" A man calls out and has two blade like guns and fires blast after blast at the two Dark Figure super soldiers! They die! The other two hesitate to attack!
"Perci!" Yuki calls out his name.
He looks at the two remaining soldiers. They swing at him but he's too fast! He blast one of them to death! He then changes his gun blades into daggers! He slices off the figure's hands! "GROOOOOGH!" He screeches in pain! Percival change one of his daggers into a gun and shoots the head of the last figure!
"Grrrr! I'll have you Jun Suzuki…soon." Brane vanishes into darkness. Percival helps Yuki up.
"I had it under control." Yuki tells him.
"Heh. Didn't look like it." Percival chuckles.
"And don't call me by my name when on a mission. Call me Hanzo." Yuki elbows Percival a little. Jun walks out and walks to the two.
"Thank you! Thank you for protecting me." Jun bows.
"Heh. No problem. Just doing our jobs." Percival winks at Yuki.
"My name is Jun Suzuki." Jun introduces herself to the two.
"Percival. Percival Nights." The dark blue haired man introduces himself to Jun.
"Yuki. Yuki Hanzōmon." Yuki introduced herself to Jun.
"You two are fighters or something?" Jun asked.
"Ty Ko Ky agents." Percival answers. Jun gets a text message from Azusa.
"Well! I gotta go! Thank you for saving me! Bye!" Jun heads to Azusa's house to hangout for the day. Yuki and Percival return to the Ty Ko Ky agency and tell their leader, Queen Tia about what had happened.
Jun arrives at Azusa's house and Ui is there with her too. "Great! We're all here! I'll go make us some drinks and get snacks!" Ui smiles.
"Yui-Senpai couldn't come?" Jun asked Azusa.
"She's doing band practice with the others for a bit, I think she and the others will come later." Azusa tells Jun.
"Ah ok. Well we better leave snacks for them!" Jun giggles. She turns on the TV and news is on about what happened earlier.
"Whoa. What are those things?" Azusa gasped, seeing the four dark figures super soldiers.
"I don't know. I was almost attacked! But these two saved me! That's them on screen right now." Jun points at Yuki and Percival. "Yuki and Percival are their names. They told me they work for Ty Ko Ky." Ui serves Jun and Azusa their drinks.
"Ty Ko Ky agency? I heard about them. They protect the city and work all over the Country and sometimes outside the country. I heard you got to pass an exam to get in, and must be in high school." Ui says and sits at the table and drinks her soda.
DING DONG!
"Oh! That must be sis and the others." Ui goes to answer the door. She looks through the peephole and sees a big scary man….it's Brane! "Huh? There's a strange man at the door."
"Don't answer it!" Jun warns Ui.
"Mom did tell Yui and I to never answer the door to strangers." Ui said. DING DONG!
"I seen him before. He's a doctor. And kinda gave me bad vibes.
Jun suddenly screams and gets vision of her, Azusa and Ui getting tortured!
"JUN!" Ui and Azusa cry out and run to her. She's gone unconscious. Brane kicks the door open! Ui and Azusa take Jun to Azusa's room and the three hide! Ui texts Yui about what is going on. Uh oh! She left her phone on the kitchen counter. Brane hears it going off. Yui is texting her. Brane grabs the phone and crushes it!
"Jun Suzuki! Why won't you join the Dealers!? We won't bite. Hahaha." Brane flips the couch over and breaks pictures from the walls.
"Dealers? Those guys are evil…if I remember correctly." Azusa says.
"That name sounds familiar." Ui ponders on it. Brane kicks down Azusa's room door! Ui, Jun and Azusa are hiding in the closet. Brane flips Azusa's bed over and throws her tv to the floor. Azusa has her phone and is about to call the authorities…
DING DING! Her messages go off! Yui texted her!
Brane heard it. He opens the closet door. Ui and Azusa scream! Brane throws the two to the floor and snatches Jun up! Azusa grabs her baseball bat that she had under her bed.
"Yes. You'll be perfect for my experiments." Brane looks at Jun throughly and smirks.
WHACK! Azusa hits Brane in the back. He didn't feel a thing! He turns around to look at Ui. Ui gasps! "It did nothing to him?" Azusa gets grabbed by the throat!
"You're perfect as well. How about you be my kitty~?" Brane smirks and chuckles more. Ui gets onto Brane and starts to choke him!
"Go! I'll stall him!" Ui shouts and Brane gags for air! Ui has a coat hanger around Brane's throat as she's on his back! Azusa gets Jun and runs!
Brane summons his Cursed Guitar! Ui gasps upon seeing it! "The legend is true?" Brane gets Ui off and slams her to the floor! Brane walks out off Azusa's room and sees Azusa slowly make her way out of the house with an unconscious Jun.
"I love it when they play hard to get. Hahaha." Brane chuckles again and strums his guitar. A dark sound wave hits Azusa and Jun! The two fly out of the house and onto the grass! Clouds start forming and cover the sun. Wind begins to pick up too! Brane grabs Jun.
"Time to go." Brane says and Ui hits the back of Brane's head with a frying pan! CLANG! Brane drops Jun and he wasn't hurt by Ui's action. Ui gasps and backs away. Azusa gets back up and her back as a long cut from the Dark Sound Wave.
"Jun…." Azusa groans and sees Jun as on the ground near Brane.
"Let me show you what I can really do." Brane smiles and starts to play a guitar solo! People from the street start to walk to Azusa's house to see Brane play! They love him! They cheer him!…. They….are brainwashed by him! The cries of 12 whistle, clap and cheer as Brane rocks out a sick guitar solo with his Demonic Artifact!
"He's better than sis!" Ui gasps!
A dark force field surrounded the people, and Azusa's house and front yard. "He's controlling them! Ui! We have to stop Brane's guitar playing!" Azusa tells Ui. Brane keeps going and does not notice Azusa and Ui moving. This is Brane's flaw. He gets TOO excited when playing his guitar….his weakness. He can play for HOURS too!
Jun wakes up and her Ui and Azusa get hot tea….they pour it into a bucket and nod. They take it and are going to dump it on Brane! The crowd of 12 clap tighter as Brane is REALLY going at it! Nobody can stop him…except a hot bucket of tea! The twelve people are soon forced to sleep….
"One! Two! Three!" The three girls throws the hot tea at Brane's back! He screams as it burns him! He drops the guitar! Azusa takes it and slams it into Brane's face! He staggers back! He roars in pain and anger!
Yuki and Percival sense the danger and rush to help! "Let's go!"
"Right behind you!" Percival says and he and Yuki tap into Ty Ko Ky!
Brane glares at Ui, Azusa and Jun! He's ANGRY! "How dare you interrupt me…." Brane cracks his neck and his knuckles.
"You're no doctor….you're an insane man!" Jun shouts.
"Actually I am a doctor….but you're right. I am inane!" Brane laughs! Brane then punches Ui! Ui hits the ground hard and is knocked out. Her right eye is swollen!
"Ui!" Azusa cries. Jun goes to punch and kick Brane. They do nothing to him. He grabs Jun and throws her. She hits the house wall on the outside. She groans and slowly gets up.
"I believe that guitar is mine." Brane sticks his hand out. "Give it back. NOW!"
Azusa is unsure what to do…
"Fine then my future pet…we'll do this the hard way." Brane chuckles and those twelve people wake up and their eyes glow a demonic purple and red. They are like zombies! They groan as they slowly walk to Azusa, Ui and Jun. Ui stirs and sees the mind controlled people.
"Oh no…what's going on with them?" Ui asked.
"He's controlling them…" Jun says and coughs.
"Be a good girl and return what you have stolen from me…" Brane walks to Azusa. His right arm turns into a black glass metal like shard! Azusa gasps! She still holds onto the guitar!
"No! I won't!" Azusa closes her eyes! Brane yells and is about to slash Azusa!
Yuki and Percival arrive! They take down the people and knock them out! Brane turns to the two behind him. "You're done here! Dr. Victor Membrane junior." Percival says his name.
"I'll make sure to have you three AND get back my guitar!" Brane shouts and cloaks himself in darkness and retreats! Percival and Yuki check on Ui and Jun. Azusa is also checked on. Yuki sees her hurt back and places her palm to it and heals Azusa's wound.
"All better." Yuki smiles. Percival heals Ui's black eye.
Yuki then takes the guitar. "I'll take this back to headquarters. It will be examined there. You three should come with us. And explain what happened.
"Right. I think that's a good idea." Jun agrees. Azusa gets her phone and texts Yui and the others. They'll come too, and get informed about what has happened. The five start to walk to Ty Ko Ky headquarters.
"You should smile more. You look cuter that way." Percival smirks.
"Hmph." Yuki looks away and blushes a bit. The twelve people are free from Brane's mind control and continue their normal lives.
