We're still inside the zoo. After the whole fiasco with the woman and the beast situation earlier, Puri begs us to let her cook the lion cause she said it'll be a waste to let it rot like that. I genuinely can't fathom how she can think of food after watching her meal trying to fuck a woman earlier but I guess we're an entirely different breed, literally.

"Ah…" Empress grabs my arm and pushes it away from Puri's face. "Are you sure? She is not going to wipe it herself, you know?" I climb back down into my post, that is Empress's lap. "I thought it would help all of us if I cleaned her face."
"You have your Explorer, right?" I guess so. I'm just not used to having a right hand in this situation. I usually am alone.
"Explorer, can you wipe Puri's face clean using a wet towel?"
"Affirmative."
"Hmm? HHHMMMPPPPHHHH!" That's not cleaning, Explorer. That's waterboarding. "HHHMMMPPPPHH!" When you clean someone's face, your hands usually move around but Explorer's hands don't. It just stayed still on her face, pressing the wet towel against it.
"That sounds better." In this regard, Empress and Alpha are similar. They're sadistic women. "Now where should we go?" That's a good question. I'm pretty sure the next animal would also get eaten by Puri so maybe I should pick a big one.
"Hey now, that's quite rude isn't it, Empress?" Alpha? What are you planning now? "Your lovely sweetheart here has shown you his world so why don't you return the favor and show him yours?" Her world? What does Alpha mean by that?

"...fine." If you don't want to then there's no need, Empress. I can take the lead on this outing. "..." Empress's rigging turns around and moves southeast. Man… I want a rigging too. Moving around like this is so convenient. You can just hover above stuff so the river or lake isn't an obstacle. Hell, I'm pretty sure this rigging could climb buildings.
The journey to reach the aquarium building is rather calm. We pass some animals here and there but they're your average zoo animal like elephants, deers, and hippos. Alpha did feed one of the hippos a watermelon and just like you see on the internet, it crushed the watermelon with ease.
"Hmm… What if I put nails in the watermelon?"
"Please don't."
"Aw come on~~ It'll be funny." We have different definitions of what 'funny' is, Alpha.

We continue our journey and soon enough we reach the massive aquarium building. When I say massive, I mean Massive. Does every aquarium in a zoo always have to be painted by the color light blue? I know it's the color and the sea and all but can one of them be different and be colored, I don't know, orange?
"The door isn't big enough for–" *Crash* "Nevermind…" It wasn't big enough for the rigging. Not until Empress pushed her way through and made the door bigger. One more point to the idea that having a rigging like Empress's is very convenient.
The very first room we entered was a big hall with a whale bone hanging from the roof. On the plaque it says blue whale but it must have been a baby or a teenager cause it's not as big as I thought it was. Either that or I overestimate the true size of an adult blue whale.
"Where do you want to go?" Empress asked me as her rigging stopped in front of a large boardmap.
"Boo~~ Empress is a coward~~" Alpha really likes to gaslight people, huh. "This is your speciality, right? How about you take your love here and show him around? Try and impress him." Is this what diplomats do on a daily basis? That must be annoying.
"Hmm… Sigh… Alright." Empress moves her rigging to go deeper into the building. Unlike the hall, the inside isn't as well lit. Mostly because the light is coming from inside the tanks to give it this sorta underwater vibes. At least the plaques that explain what fish is inside the tank are well lit up. "That's a fish. This is a fish. Those are fish."
"..." Well… She is not wrong. The tanks that she pointed at indeed contained fish. Different kinds but still fish nonetheless.
"Empress… Seriously… Oh my…" Please help me, Alpha. I really need assistance in this trying time. "Darling, please look at the fish while I talk with Empress." Alpha encircles me with her tentacle and pulls me away from the rigging. She places me in front of a massive mixed tube tank that's filled with all sorts of sea animals like mantaray, clownfish, crabs, corals, and I even see some big worms popping out of the sands occasionally. "So Empress, hear me out."
"..." And Alpha's lecture begins. Truth be told, I would like to hear what Alpha has to say but after the first 5 minutes, I got bored and stopped listening. I thought Alpha was going to say outlandish bullshit but nope, her lecture is surprisingly normal. "... Yawn~~" How can I feel sleepy when my real self is asleep? "GUH…" Whatever, let's watch the fish.
I turned around and was completely mesmerized by the sight in front of me. The colorful fishes and corals are something to behold. The amount of times I've seen a sight similar in beauty to this can be counted in one hand. We as humans never really get a chance to experience the beauty of the ocean from this point of view. We always look down from the surface and although we could still see the charm from above, it couldn't compare when you're seeing it from below.
"Wooahh…" I press my hands against the glass and bring my face closer. Behind this glass is a rainbow of color if the color is alive and swims all across the scene. They go up, turn around, slide to the left, twirl in place, and all sorts of movement so you never get tired even if you've been observing the same fish. "Aaahh…" This makes me wish that I could visit a coral reef and observe these fishes in their natural habitat. I know that's nothing more than wishful thinking in the current condition but hey, there's nothing wrong with having wishful thinking, right? If a baby can have it, so can I.

"... Ah!" As I was following one of the fish inside the tank, it moved to the far left and then I saw Empress's face. Has she been watching me this entire time? Standing so close next to me and yet I didn't even notice her? This woman's stealth skill is amazing. "Have Alpha stopped talking?"
"Yes." Okay…? Why is her eyes so fixated on my face? Is there something on my face? "Come." Like before, Empress extends her hand at me, inviting me to return back to my seat.
"Gladly." And like before, I happily took Empress's hand and got onto her rigging and sat on her lap. "So, where are we going?"
"Below." Below? What does she mean by that? Underground? Is there a fish that swims between the dirt? I never heard of one before but I'm not exactly a biologist so there may be one for all I know. Empress makes her rigging move again. This time, the path it took is consistently north. "You can tell me to stop if there's something that catches your attention."
"We can visit them later. Right now, I'm more interested in what you want to show me, Empress." I can visit a zoo in real life to see the fishes that we pass through. I can't do that with Empress though so I want to maximize our time together as much as possible. "I'm more interested in you."
"Igo's score is two and Empress is zero." What the hell is a sports commentator doing back there? Can you kill her, Empress? As if we were thinking the same thing, Empress throws her rigging's tail toward the wall which causes Alpha to crash through the wall with it. "GUGH! Okay! That was unnecessary!"

"Stop that." Empress's rigging rock with her will which caused Alpha to lose concentration and stop her tentacles in their tracks. "He's mine. Lay off." Empress put her left arm around my chest and pulled me in even closer than I already am. Am I sick or is her body getting warmer? Is it her body that is changing or is it mine that is adapting to hers? Either way, I feel weirdly calm and safe in her arms even though she is technically my enemy.
"He is the one who started it!" No, I didn't! "GUH! You're lucky she is here to stop me."
"Bwweee~~~" While we're in the middle of debacle, Empress's rigging has keep moving North and we finally arrive at bunch of escalators. All of them go downward. So this is what Empress means by 'below', huh… I don't know if they have these.
*Crash*
"Ugh…" As usual, Empress's rigging is far too big for the normal path so it makes its own. "Mmh…" Unlike the halls above, the halls below are pretty well lit and also unlike above, the tanks are much smaller and the viewing glass are thicker as well.
"This is the deep sea section." Alright, that explains everything.
"Woah…" Even if the thick glass could make the tanks look hazy, the fact that they have deep sea fish should be enough to warrant an applause or four. I can only imagine how annoying it is to recreate the environment from deep down under.
"If you want to take a close look then just say so."
"Really? Then can we get over there!" I point at one of the tanks since I see one of the most famous fish from deep down, the Anglerfish. Empress fulfilled her words to me and moved her rigging closer to the tank that I pointed at. "Thank you!" Empress moves her rigging close enough so that I can place my hand on the glass.
"Here~~"
"Huh?" Alpha's tentacle slither in next to me while holding a button. "What's this?" I will press it but I would like to know what it will do.
"It's to feed the fish inside the tank."
"Eh? Sure, I guess." *Bop* I nonchalantly press the button. I wonder why Alpha even bothered doing this? Wouldn't it not just drop feeding pellets into the tank? "Huh?" My initial imagination was wrong as the light inside the tank dimed down until it's completely dark.
"Ah shit… You can't see if it's like that, huh…" *Snap* Alpha snaps her fingers and the glass suddenly glows green and I can see the anglerfish clearly through the glass. Ah! It's night vision!
"Thanks Alpha! You're the best!" I continued watching the content of the tank with the anglerfish and several small fishes swimming around the tank too. So that's its food!
"I know~~" The anglerfish's horn grows erect and the end of it starts glowing. So this is their famous hunting strategy and it's clearly effective as the small fishes swim closer toward the predator. "Why are you looking at me like that, Empress?" The small fishes keep swimming closer and closer until.
*Chomp*
The anglerfish manages to catch several of the fishes inside its mouth. The light inside the tank slowly grew brighter until it returned to normal and the green tint disappeared from the viewing glass.
"Are you done?" Ah! Empress must be bored!
"Aah… yes…" Out of nowhere, Alpha knocks on Empress's head. "Alpha! What are you doing?!" That was unprompted! Empress hasn't done anything to you.
"It's okay, darling~~ It's for your own good~~" Huh? What does she mean by that? How could knocking on Empress's head be helpful to me?
"Sorry." Eh? Why is Empress apologizing? "If you want to wait here then we can stay."
"No! No! We can go!" Besides, I'm done with this fish anyway. "Let's move toward that tank over there." The rigging moves once again toward where I was pointing at. Is this what it feels to have a rigging? It's nice.
"A Humboldt squid." Yep! Compared to normal squid, this thing is massive so the fact that they can get one down here is an accomplishment especially when they live far below the surface. You need a big tank for the squid to swim in while also simulating the pressure so the squid is comfortable and does not explode. "It's alone, huh…"
"Is there something wrong with that, Empress?"
"They usually hunt in a pack." Is that so? I have no way to know whether that was real or not. Is this dream world connected to the internet?
"The guy must be lonely." Probably. I'm no squid. If anything, Alpha is the closest we got here to a squid. "Are you sympathizing with it, Empress?" Eh? Is Empress lonely? Ah… It must be from being at the top, right? Yeah, I've heard of that before. How lonely it is being on the top.

"It's okay, Empress." I grab a hold of Empress's hand lovingly and smile right at her face. "I'm here for you." I'll do everything I can to be on her good side. If she can be dependant on me then that'll be one more reason for her to not destroy humanity.
"..." Ah… Empress's hug around me got tighter. "Here's the button." Empress's hand slid in front of me and on her palm was the button that was on Alpha's tentacle earlier. Did she take it from Alpha?
"Thanks!" I gladly pushed the button and like earlier, several small fishes got dropped down into the tank. The squid instantly moves toward the fishes and uses its tentacles to grab the fishes. Of course the fishes tried to run away but it was useless. The squid brings its tentacles closer to its mouth and eats the fish. "Is that how a normal squid hunts?"
"No, the normal squid you're thinking of isn't that big so they can't attack big fish like that." You know what? Fair. It's my fault for asking such an ambiguous question anyway.
"Igo, mock her! I don't want this to become a habit of hers." You're her friend, you do it! You just want to make her hate me! "Knock her head hard to fix it like how you fix an old tv." "Mmmh…" I look inside the tank to see if I can see the cookie cutter shark anywhere. There's a red goop on the bottom of the tank. I assume that was the cookie cutter shark before it got crushed by the submarine.

Water was flowing down from the upper floor since the submarine took several tanks along with it as it was blown away by Empress. A lot of the fishes were flopping on the floor like crazy, searching for a body of water deep enough for its body. Sorry buddy, I don't think it's wise to put you in the same tank as the deep sea fish. "Where do you want to go?"
Considering the situation around me, probably not here. "Is there any orca tank or something?" Considering that orca is a big animal, they probably got their own building or something.

"Ah!" Empress stopped her rigging right beside the pool and the orcas were clear to me. The black and white whales were swimming around the pool happily. They're so cool! Their skins look so smooth and rubbery. I want to touch them!
"You look like you want to touch it?" Empress with her mind reading ability see through me. Empress moves her rigging over the guard rail and toward the middle of the pool. "Touch them."
"Thanks Empress." I push my hand toward the surface of the pool and one of the orcas instantly presses its head against my palm. "Ah~~" This feels magical. I'm petting the orca as if they were a dog. How many people in the world can say they have done that?
"Hey, why don't you give them some food as a reward?" Alpha shows me the feeding button.
"Sure!" Why wouldn't I? What's the worst that could happen? *Bop* "..." What popped into the pool was a great white shark. "Are you sure that's their food?"
"Hmm… Alright then, let me help you with that." With what? Alpha's tentacle hover over the pool and excrete a red substance into the pool. The substance has similar consistency as a slime and it immediately mixes with the water. It mixes so well that the water's hue doesn't change at all. What did change was the orcas' behavior. "Good~~ Good~~" The orcas were swimming around the shark aggressively. They were brushing their bodies against the shark's, slamming against it, cornered it so the shark hit the wall, and they even ram it head on.
"Ugh…" The orcas finally have enough of rough housing and straight up going for the kill as they open their powerful jaws and bite the shark's body. The shark tried to fight back by using its own mouth but the orcas' intelligence was far too much for it to handle alone. Every Time the shark tries to bite on the orcas, the other orca gets behind the shark, bites the shark tail and pulls it back while also taking a chunk out of the shark's fin. "Mmh…" Blood starts dying the water red as the shark loses more and more of its blood from the attacks. Chunks after chunks were taken away from the shark by the orcas with their relentless attack. "Uuuhh…" Eventually, the shark stops swimming as it loses all of its fins and most of its muscles from the orcas. It sank to the bottom of the pool and lay there as the orcas kept tearing it apart. "Is it dead?"
"If it's not, it will be." Thank you, Empress. "You can't even see it." Yeah, the blood kinda makes it hard for me to see what's actually happening. For all I know, the shark might be nothing more than a pile of bones. "Are you entertained by looking at the color red?"
"No… Not exactly." As much as I hate seeing the great white shark getting its ass handed to it, a little part of me actually likes it. This must be Alpha's bad influence. "Are there any dolphins around here?" The orcas might be horrible to the shark but the dolphin can't be that bad too, right? They're too small to disturb a great white shark.
"The pool next to us has some bottlenose dolphins." As Alpha was saying that, 2 dolphins jump out of the water on the pool right next to us. "See?"
"Okay. Empress, please." Empress's rigging moves away from the orcas pool toward the dolphins pool. The dolphin pool has an island on one of its sides. Probably to let the visitors interact with the dolphins. "Is there anything I need to know, Alpha?"
"The bottlenose dolphins are known to get horny off of humans."

Like she said, one of the dolphins jumped into Alpha's embrace and pushed her to the ground with its weight.
