Nejire's POV:

I am so excited! Tomorrow is Tama-Kun's birthday, and I have the best gift, EVER! He'll love it for sure!

He's done so much for me. Even though he may not know it, he's changed me in more ways than one, and none of them are negative.

Which is why I decided to make a picture album! It's an album filled with Tama-Kun's favourite pictures of him and me, mostly me, with a few blank pages so then he can add to it.

Smart, ey?

I'll call it…Nejireism! A cute name for a cute book, right? Moving on, I still need to think about how to give it to him.

It's not a good idea to give it to him straight up, he'll get shy and decline it immediately. Oh! Idea~

~~The Next Day~~

I looked down at the blue box with a note attached to it. Re-reading the note, I grinned and stuffed it into Tama-Kun's locker. He won't say no. I just know it!

Well, not like he has a choice.

When I spotted Tama-Kun approaching, walking with his head down, I sped around the nearest wall and peeked over the corner.

I stood in anticipation as he opened his locker and noticed the nicely-wrapped gift and pink paper. I waited at least 5 minutes before seeing a content smile stretch across Tama-Kun's face. He tucked the present into his bag and left.

After he was out of sight, I let out a breath I didn't even know I was holding.

Remembering the cute smile that crossed his face, I couldn't hold back a smile of my own. I skipped to class, in high spirits thanks to Tama-Kun. I hadn't even talked to him yet!

The effect he had on me was so clearly a big one.

To Tama-Kun,

I made you a present for your birthday! You can't refuse it. If you do, then I'll be really sad because I spent hours on this! Just for you. Because you're special, to me and to everyone else. I refuse to let you say you aren't, because if you weren't special, then why would I love you? Why would you be such an important person to me? I love you Tama-Kun, and I hope this day ends up as your one of your favourite memories. Our wedding day will, of course, be the first! Happy birthday, love.
