A/N Oml- I haven't updated in so long. I'm so sorry. Here's another AU for people who like them! If you're wondering how on Earth this is an AU, this is a modern-day setting. Meaning no quirks.

It was a pleasant afternoon when Tamaki and Nejire were walking down the street hand in hand.

The wind gently shook the leaves on the trees and the bright sun shone through the few clouds hanging around in the sky. All in all, a perfect day for a date.

"D-Did you want to stop here?" Tamaki asked, stuttering slightly.

"Yeah, this seemed like a nice place. I just hope it isn't another one of those maid cafes that Mirio-Kun, Takuya-Kun, and Bakugo-San go to..." Nejire sighed.

"W-Wait...Bakugo as in the angry blonde in class 1-A?" Tamaki questioned, raising his eyebrows a bit.

"Yep! That one. The angry mean one that screams at everyone. And don't worry! It surprised me too when I first heard of it." Nejire said as the pair walked into the cosy café.

"Welcome." A young man greeted them at the door. "Please take a seat and a waiter or waitress will be with you shortly."

"Thank you, sir." The two said, taking one of the window seats.

"Do you think anyone from Shiketsu High knows about this place?" Nejire asked, breaking the silence between them.

"I hope not...B-But they might." Tamaki replied quietly.

"Sorry for the wait! I'm Yukina and I'll be serving you this afternoon. Would you like to hear our specials?" Yukina questioned them.

Without any hesitation, they both responded in the affirmative.

"Okay, today's specials are; Chamomile tea- certainly quite refreshing- the cake of the day, which is a Philadelphia Style Oreo cheesecake topped with white chocolate shavings, and last but not least, the healthy-yet-delicious Apple Pie parfait!" Yukina listed.

The two of them thought for a moment before deciding.

"I'll have the rose tea and cheesecake, please." Nejire intreated.

"A-And I'll have a m-macchiato and cheesecake, p-please." Tamaki requested shyly.

"Good choices and they won't be long." Yukina smiled at them before walking off, notepad in hand.

"I-I think we should tell the others about this place. Y-You know, make it class 3-A's official hang-out place or s-something?" Tamaki suggested.

"I agree full-heartedly! This place is really nice and cosy, not to mention affordable as well. I mean, both of our orders combined were 1150 yen! (A/N £8.49, $11.02 USD and $14.54 CAD)" She agreed with him, linking her hands with his on instinct.

Their relationship had started off awkwardly, with Tamaki stammering and blushing, tripping on every word. But over the weeks, they had become more comfortable with each other.

They started holding hands in public, flirting as well (mostly from Nejire's side). Tamaki's stutter was reduced to 1 or 2 in each sentence.

"Here's your order, hope you guys enjoy it." A voice said.

"Thank you!" They thanked, before realising that this voice wasn't the same bubbly tone as Yukina's. It was a calmer and more soothing one.

Like...

"Jiro-Chan?!" Nejire asked in astonishment. "What are you doing here?"

"It's a favour for Mina. She wanted to get a discount from me working here. Can't believe I agreed...Sometimes I wish I had superpowers or something." She muttered the last part before bowing and walking off.

"That's sweet." Nejire commented as she took a sip of her tea. "Wow, this is really good!"

"The coffee's nice as well, but not as nice as you." Tamaki stated and immediately blushed, wondering where on Earth he got the confidence from. Nejire gave him a kiss on the cheek in return.

A/N This was barely like an AU, apart from when Jiro said she wanted superpowers, but here's some fluff for you :3

P.S. I really wanted to add Jiro, she's my favourite girl character in BNHA apart from Momo and Nejire. I'm sorry :(
