WWE Monday Night RAW was across the pond in Birmingham, England, at the Birmingham LG Arena. WWE RAW opens up with a look back at last week, where Team Punk vs. Team Foley was made for Survivor Series. RAW opening video happens next, followed by a video hyping the ongoing situation involving AJ Lee, Vickie Guerrero, Brad Maddox, and Dolph Ziggler, blaming John Cena and coming to Cena's defense, Chairman of WWE, Mr. McMahon, WWE Champion Vincent McMahon, his sister Maryse, who is General Manager, his brother Miz, his sister-in-law Natalya and Randy Orton.
JR joins Michael Cole; welcomes the fans to RAW as Rey Mysterio makes his way out. Sin Cara and R-Truth wait in the ring. The WWE United States Champion Antonio Cesaro, followed by his partners Darren Young and Titus O'Neil. There was nonstop action until Mysterio's nails the 619, and Truth wins Cesaro.
John and Cicely see what is still to come on RAW; Brad Maddox and Dolph Ziggler will speak as RAW goes to commercials. When RAW returns from break, they see last week's in-ring segment with Vickie Guerrero, Vince McMahon, WWE Champion Vincent McMahon, Miz, Natalya, and Randy Orton. Vince McMahon announced the new General Manager, and Maryse walked to the entranceway. Next, Michael Cole informs the fans at home Ziggler has more evidence tonight. Finally, we go to the ring; out comes Dolph Ziggler as the boo rain down from the raft.
Ziggler says, "He's proud of himself," which shows us recaps of the AJ and Cena situation. Ziggler's interrupted by Maryse's music, and out she comes with Randy Orton, Natalya, Miz, and Vince McMahon to a big pop. They head to the ring and then enter the ring.
Maryse says, "I will not have you disrespect my family." Ziggler argues with Maryse and then shows everyone hotel security footage of AJ wearing a robe and walking down the hotel hallway. She knocks on a hotel room door, someone opens it, and she walks in.
Maryse says, "Doesn't show my brother opening the door." The video continues to play and shows Cena walking down the hallway with Miz, Natalya, and Randy. John knocks on the hotel room door, the door reveals Vince McMahon, and he lets them into his hotel room.
"Your burst Ziggler," Maryse said.
Ziggler throws a fit in the ring and yells Cena is a womanizer and Vince is protecting him.
"Cena is not a womanizer, Ziggler; that would be you, seeing that you are dating someone and fraternizing with AJ Lee, too," Vince said.
"Ziggler, you are no good conniving snake," Maryse said, dropping the mic and exiting the ring with Vince and Natalya as Orton and Miz attacked him. They laid Ziggler and then stood tall over him as the fans cheered. Orton and Miz leave the ring and join Vince, Maryse, and Natalya, and they walk up the aisle and then the ramp as Ziggler recovers the ring. Then, RAW goes back to commercials.
When RAW returns from the break and Paul Heyman backstage tries to recruit Wade Barrett to join Team Punk, but Barrett refuses and then reconsiders and tells Heyman he owes him.
Back to the ring for single action Cody Rhodes with Daniel Sandow. Daniel Bryan with Kane, and there was nonstop action throughout the match involving Sandow attacks from behind and taking Kane out; as the action continues in the ring, Cody Rhodes with a Disaster Kick to Bryan. Cody brings Bryan back in the ring, hits Cross Rhodes, and covers him for the win. After the match, Cody Rhodes says, "Sandow could beat Kane just as east as he beat Bryan. Kane looks on from the ring and pulls Sandow into the ring by his hair. Sandow quickly retreats to the floor, but Kane chases him up the ramp as RAW returns to commercials.
When Raw returns from the break and Kane is beating Sandow. The action continues, including Bryan chasing Rhodes into the ring, where the referee ejects both of them from the ringside. Kane beats Sandow and then hits a chokeslam for the easy win over Sandow.
RAW goes back to commercials again. When RAW returns from the break and Michael Cole is in the ring, he brings out a suspended WWE referee Brad Maddox. Maddox gets booed as he comes out and heads to the ring.
Maddox enters the ring, and Michael Cole asks what he told the board of inquiry.
Maddox replied, "I told the board of inquiry that General Manager is fraternizing with a superstar, but I never mention John Cena because I know the superstar is not Cena."
"So, John Cena is falsely being accusation by Dolph Ziggler?"
"Yes…"
Ziggler came out to the stage, headed to the ring, entered the ring, grabbed a mic, and said, "Why are you lying, Maddox?"
Maddox said, "I am not lying, Ziggler. John Cena is not mingling with AJ Lee. There are only two men who can be mingling with AJ Lee one is you, and the other is one is someone in upper management, and I am not talking about Mr. McMahon or WWE Champion Vincent McMahon either."
Cicely and John looked at each other and said," that scumbag, Paul, must be the other guy."
"Well, maybe you are talking about Randy Orton or Miz."
Maddox said, "Not talking about them either."
Vince McMahon's music hits, and out he comes to a big pop. Vince stopped on the stage and said, "It's one thing to be famous, and it's one thing to have a death wish."
Vince thinks Maddox is telling true about who is fraternizing with AJ Lee, but the guy in upper management will be reprimanded when I find out who he is.
The WWE Universe cheered, and Vince said, "As for you, Ziggler, you're already booked in a handicap match later tonight. But if I find out that you and the guy in upper management are in cahoots, there will be repercussions for the both of you."
Vince's music hits, and Sheamus embraces Vince before heading to the ring as RAW returns to commercials. When RAW returns from the break and comes out, Sheamus' opponent Ryback head to the ring and enters the ring. World Heavyweight Champion Big Show comes out for commentary, and there is back-and-forth action while Big Show argues with Michael Cole on commentary. The action continued until Big Show got involved, causing a disqualification.
Dolph Ziggler is pacing backstage, looking worried about his handicap match, when Vickie Guerrero appears and says, "You bought this all on yourself."
Dolph looked at her and said, "You're not so innocent, Vickie."
"All I did was show evidence that you give me, Dolph. And you're the one who called Cena a womanizer, not me."
A vignette video of a new superstar is shown to the fans; Michael Cole and Jim Ross are shown sitting at the announce table, talking about what happened earlier with Dolph Ziggler, Maryse, Vince McMahon, Natalya, Miz, and Randy Orton. That Ziggler is booked in a handicap match against Miz and Randy Orton in the main event.
Back to the ring for Divas tag action. WWE Divas Champion Eve Torres, and her partner Aksana, are out next as RAW goes back to commercials.
When her partner first follows RAW from the break-out, Layla. Kaitlyn is already waiting in the ring. Aksana and Layla start things off, and the nonstop action begins. Layla goes for the quick pin, but Aksana kicks out. Aksana worked Layla over before tagging in Eve, who finally came in and choked Layla in the corner. Eve drops an elbow and keeps Layla on the mat until Layla fights back, tags in Kaitlyn, and nails Eve. Aksana comes back in, but Kayla stops her. Eve with a neckbreaker on Layla, Kaitlyn grabs Eve from behind, hits an inverted DDT on Eve, and covers her for the win. RAW goes back to commercials. When RAW returns from the break-out, WWE Intercontinental Champion Kofi Kingston, followed by his opponent Alberto Del Rio as Ricardo Rodriguez, does the entrance. The bell sounded, and there was lots of back-and-forth action to start the match until Kofi hit the Boom Drop and called for Trouble in Paradise. Del Rio ducks it and goes for the armbreaker, but Kofi hits SOS for a two-count. Del Rio looks to put o Kofi away, but Randy Orton's music hits and distracts him. Kofi takes advantage and rolls Del Rio up for the win; Randy comes through the crowd after the match and lays Del Rio out with an RKO.
Michael Cole and Jim Ross go over what happened with Brad Maddox and how Maddox reveals that John Cena is not involved with AJ Lee but points the finger at Ziggler and someone in upper management the last name is not McMahon. Then, back to the ring to tag action with lots of back-and-forth action; the end finally comes when Primo turns around, and Ryder hits the Rough Ryder for the win. Then, RAW goes back to commercials. Finally, when RAW returned from the break and Brodus Clay vs. Wade Barrett, which had nonstop action, the end came when Barrett hit a back heel kick and followed up with the Souvenir elbow for the win.
RAW goes back to commercials and then returns from the break, and for another single, Heath Slater vs. Jey Uso, there was lots of back-and-forth action; the end finally came when Jey goes up to the top but leaps off and is hit by Slater's boot, who nails the Smash hit for the win.
Michael said, "Coming up next is the main event Dolph Ziggler vs. The Miz and Randy Orton in a handicap match."
RAW goes back to commercials. When RAW returns from the break and outcome, Randy Orton and Miz, with Natalya, make their way to the ring and enter the ring as RAW returns to commercials. When RAW returns from the break Dolph Ziggler come out to round a boo from the rafts; as he makes his way to the ring, Ziggler enters the ring as the fans boo him. Ziggler starts with Miz with lots of back-and-forth action until he gets the upperhand; Miz comes right back with a back elbow, traps Ziggler in the corner, and tags in Orton, who comes and stomps away at Ziggler while he is trapped in the corner. The referee backs Orton away, and Miz takes the opportunity to choke Ziggler while the referee is distracted by Orton. The referee turned around, and Miz held up his hands to say I didn't touch him. Orton tags Miz back in and the double team Ziggler with a double-back elbow.
Miz worked over Ziggler until he clotheslined him, then tagged Orton back in and poise ready to attack, and when Ziggler got to his feet, Orton connected with the RKO and covered him for the win. After the match, Natalya comes into the ring and raises the hands of her brother and husband. RAW goes off the air with Natalya, Randy, and Miz standing over Ziggler.
