Naruto and Tai were walking towards Tai's family apartment, while carrying Yaamon and Koromon as they did.
"How the heck did we end up back on Earth?" Naruto said, as he looked around.
"I'm gonna assume the black hole monkey boy made after we kicked his ass sent us here" Yaamon said.
"So, does that mean he could be here too?" Koromon asked in worry.
"I don't hear bad singing and people screaming from the pain of his singing, so I'm gonna say no" Naruto said with a smirk, as he and Tai walked up the stairs to his apartment floor.
"I still can't believe we are back, and it's still the same day we left" Tai said, as they had looked at their phones, and had seen it was indeed the same day they had left the human world.
"I'm sure that if Izzy was here, he'd say something along the lines of time must move faster in the Digital World" Naruto said with a shrug.
"Well, let's get inside and see if we're actually home" Tai said, as he was kinda shell shocked with all of this.
"But if your parents see you, what'll they think, since you're technically supposed to be at camp?" Naruto asked.
"They aren't home during the day. Plus, it's better than going to your place, where we know your mom will grill us with questions" Tai said with a shudder
Naruto nodded at this, as he too gave a shudder. "Touche" he said in agreement.
"Ok, here we are," Tai said, as he approached a door with a sign that said Kamiya on it and opened it.
"Wait, I think we're forgetting something. Your sister is sick and staying here, right?" Naruto asked.
"Yea. I think mom said a friend of hers is staying with her, while they are at work, but I forget who" Tai said as he entered the apartment.
Naruto froze at this, as he remembered something. "Tai, wait!" he yelled, as he tried to grab Tai's shoulder.
"It's my house. Relax, we're not in danger -" Tai was saying, as he walked into the apartment, and as he reached a corner, what looked like a blur slammed into Tai's gut, knocking the wind out of him.
"Suffer for your crimes, home invader!" a young girl's voice yelled out, causing Tai to look down. The young girl had short red hair that reached her neck, and when she looked up at him with a scowl, he saw she had blue eyes.
"It's an attacker!" Koromon yelled in a panic, as he jumped out of Tai's arms
"Oh, relax Koromon. It's just some brat -" Tai was yelling, before the girl grabbed him by his arm and in a quick maneuver, she was behind Tai, holding his arm in a hold where one wrong move would break his arm.
"I got your brat, right here, you piece of trash!" the girl yelled, as she put her foot on Tai's back.
"Himawari, stop. He lives here, that's Kari's big brother" Naruto said with a sigh.
"Hold on big bro, I'm busy with -" Himawari was saying, before she blinked as what Naruto said registered, and she turned her head and looked at Naruto, who came round the corner. "Hiya big bro!" she said with a bright smile.
"Hey sis. Been having a good summer? Not caused too much trouble, I hope" Naruto asked with a chuckle.
"Nope, just hanging out with Kari and helping Kaa san at the restaurant" Himawari said with a smile, as Naruto patted her on the head.
"Hello?! Can I get free of the psycho pre teen here?!" Tai yelled out in a panic, as he was still in Himawari's hold.
"Oh, sorry. Tai, right?" Himawari asked, as she let Tai go who jumped to his feet.
"What kind of 10 year old are you?!" Tai yelled in a panic, as he rubbed his shoulder
"One of a kind, that's what" Himawari said with a grin, as she threw a few punches.
"Yea, my little sister is from the same crazy tree as my mom," Naruto said with a chuckle.
"And hit every branch on the way down apparently" Yaamon said with a grin from Naruto's arms
"Hey bro, what's with the toy?" Himawari asked, as she looked at Yaamon curiously.
"I'm not a toy! I'm Narutos friend!" Yaamon yelled at her.
"Ah! It's alive! Get me a broom!" Himawari yelled, as she grabbed a broom and spun it like a bo staff before she pointed it at Yaamon
"Himawari, it's a friend of Koromon" a female voice said, getting their attention and when they all looked, they saw a girl about Himawari and TK's age, wearing a white shirt with short brown hair. This was Kari, Tai's younger sister, who was carrying Koromon in her arms.
"Oh…. sorry about that" Himawari said, as she put down the broom.
"Wait, you know koromon?" Tai asked Kari curiously, surprised that Kari knew his partner Digimon.
"Uh huh, I sure do," Kari said with a nod, as she held Koromon.
"Ok big bro, why are you and the crybaby here back from camp so soon? Do I have to call Kaa San?" Himawari asked curiously.
"No! I mean, no its fine sis. Me, Tai and our friends here will explain, while I make you all some food" Naruto said, as he put down Yaamon on the table, before he went into the kitchen.
"Oh! I want watermelon" Himawari said with a smile.
"It's your lucky day, there's one in the fridge. I'll get cutting" Naruto said, as he opened the fridge and took out the watermelon.
"Ok crybaby, let's hear it while big bro is working" Himawari said, as she sat down at the table.
"Definitely like Naruto's mom. She has her glare down to a T" Tai thought to himself, before he sat down at the table and Kari sat down, with Koromon jumping onto the table.
(One explanation later)
Everyone was sitting at the table with a plate of watermelon slices on the table, which Yaamon and Koromon were eating happily.
"Wow, this beats any fruit I have had back in the digital world!" Yaamon said happily.
"I'll say!" Koromon said with a smile, as he swallowed his food.
"Uh, they do know they only have to eat the red part, and not the whole thing, right?" Kari asked with a raised eyebrow.
"They are still learning, heh," Tai said with a chuckle, as Yaamon started to spit seeds out like a machine gun, before laughing madly.
"So to summarize, you and your friends have been in a digital world, where you lot have been fighting a bunch of monsters with your Digimon, so you can come home?" Himawari asked with a raised eyebrow
"In a nutshell, pretty much, yeah" Naruto said with a nod.
Himawari looked at them for a moment, before she smiled brightly. "Cool!" she said with excitement in her voice, as she jumped in the air.
"She deals with this kind of thing easily, doesn't she?" Tai asked Naruto curiously.
"Yea. My little sis is adaptable like that" Naruto said with a chuckle.
"Hey, how do you become a Digidestined? Is there a test or something?" Himawari asked Yaamon with a smile.
"No idea. I just woke up, knowing to wait for Naruto" Yaamon said, before he went back to his watermelon.
"Plus, you need one of these," Naruto said, as he held up his digivice.
Himawari blinked at this, as she pouted and grumbled, before she looked to the side.
"Sorry squirt," Naruto said, as he patted her on the head.
"So, if you two are back here, does that mean you won? And if so, where are the others?" Kari asked.
"No idea. We kinda came back by accident, after a battle with an Elvis impersonating monkey" Naruto said.
"……how high are you right now? Cause I'm real, big bro" Himawari said, as she waved her hand in front of Naruto's face.
"Look, I'm sure we can figure this out. We just need some time to think" Tai said, as he sat down in the living room, and grabbed the TV remote to turn it on.
When it turned on, it showed what looked like a news report on the odd weather happening around the world. But what really stood out, was that in some footage of a snow covered city, there was a Frigimon standing on a rooftop.
"What the heck?" Naruto asked, surprised at seeing this.
"What is Frigimon doing in the human world?" Tai asked with wide eyes.
"You guys can see them too?" Himawari asked curiously.
"Wait, you have seen them before?" Tai asked.
"Yes. Me and Himawari have been seeing them on the news for a bit now, but nobody else could see them" Kari said as she nodded.
Before anyone could respond, the computer nearby turned on and on the screen was static, before an image of Izzy appeared, but it was cutting in and out.
"Izzy!" Naruto and Tai yelled, as they ran to the computer.
{"Tai! Naruto! zztt digi world! zztt total chaos! zztt don't return!"} Izzy yelled, with the bad connection cutting him off here and there, before it finally went off completely.
"Damn it, we were only gone an hour at least!" Naruto yelled, as he slammed his fist on the table.
"We need to find a way back!" Tai yelled, as he knew the others needed them.
"But he said don't return," Kari said with worry.
Before anyone could respond, they heard a crashing sound outside.
Naruto and Tai ran outside, and looked over the balcony, and saw what looked like Ogremon, who was standing on top of a crushed taxi with his club in his hand, while the driver of the taxi looked freaked out, as he looked around for what crushed his taxi.
"Ogremon? What's he doing here?" Tai asked with a surprised look on his face, as Koromon looked out at the city with him by his feet.
"I'm gonna guess that" Yaamon said, as he looked up in the sky at what looked like a giant portal
"You think that portal brought us here, along with these Digimon?" Naruto asked.
"No, I don't think so. I think Digimon are starting to make their way here, and they are flickering in and out between worlds" Tai said, as he noticed Ogremon was see through.
"Well, whatever this is, we need to deal with Ogremon before he heads back," Yaamon said, as he looked at Naruto.
Naruto nodded at this and held up his digivice, which glowed.
"Yaamon digivolve to…..Impmon!"
Impmon jumped over the balcony and landed in a treetop below, before he threw a fireball at Ogremon.
"That's so cool! Though him looking like a clown midget is kinda lame" Himawari said with a grin.
Naruto snorted at this, while Tai and Kari giggled.
"Tai, I should help Impmon!" Koromon yelled, as he jumped up and down.
Tai nodded at this, as he held up his digivice.
"Koromon digivolve to….Agumon!"
Agumon then jumped over the baloney and landed on a noodle cart, before he charged at Ogremon.
"Cool! He looks like a baby T-Rex!" Kari said with a grin.
"Let's go" Tai said to Naruto, who nodded as they both booked it to the stairs.
"Let's go with them," Himawari said with a smile.
"Don't forget your backpack" Kari said, reminding her best friend.
"I'm on it!" Himawari yelled, as she ran inside and into Kari's room and grabbed her backpack. Unseen to her, there was a digivice on one of the straps of her backpack and while she ran out, she didn't notice another digivice on Kari's bed.
(With Naruto and Tai)
Naruto, Tai and their Digimon partners were now outside, and Agumon fired his Pepper Breath at Ogremon, who dodged and swung his claw at Agumon, who jumped to the side to dodge, causing debris to go flying.
"I don't know what's going on here, but you're not welcome here, you living booger!" Naruto yelled, as he glared at Ogremon, who walked out of the crater he made.
Before Ogremon could respond, some flames hit him in the back of his head, causing him to turn to look at Impmon.
"Come on, let's see you take a swing at me!" Impmon yelled with a grin, as he made a come here gesture.
Ogremon jumped at Impmon, but as the dust cleared, Agumon was revealed to be below him.
"Pepper Breath!" Agumon yelled, as he fired his attack at the evil Digimon, which struck him and sent him into the air.
"Inferno Funnel!" Impmon yelled, as he threw a large fire ball at him.
This attack hit Ogremon too and sent him even higher into the air, which oddly enough he didn't fall. He just kept going towards the portal in the sky, which was glowing and sucking up debris along with Ogremon.
"He's going, he's going, aaaannnndddd he's outta here!" Impmon said with a grin, before him and Agumon started to float in the air towards the portal above the city.
"Agumon!" Tai yelled, as he looked up at his friend.
"Tai! I think this is our way back!" Agumon yelled, as he slowly started to disappear.
Impmon was swimming through the air, a smile on his face. "Come on Naruto, let's get back! We need to make sure the others are OK, right?" he asked with a grin as he too disappeared
Naruto nodded at this, as he held out his digivive along with Tai. But before they could do anything.
"Big bro!" Himawari yelled out, getting their attention.
"Himawari? What are you doing out here?" Naruto asked her.
"We wanted to see what was going on. Plus, Kari was worried" Himawari said, as she and Kari ran to them.
"You gotta go back, don't you?" Kari asked Tai with a few tears in her eyes.
"Yea. I'm sorry, but the others need us" Naruto said with a frown along with Tai, as he hugged Kari who hugged him back.
"Don't worry about it, big bro. You just give those evil Digimon a kick in the can for me. Oh, and make sure Sora is ok, mom worries about her" Himawari said with a nod at Naruto.
Naruto and Tai nodded at this, before they looked up at the portal and held up their digivices, which started to pull them towards the portal.
"Be careful!" Kari yelled up at Tai, before he started to disappear along with Naruto.
"Don't worry, big bro can help keep your bro out of trouble" Himawari said with a smile…..as she started to float off the ground, the digivice on her backpack pulling her up.
"Uh, Himawari, why are you rising up to the portal?" Kari asked her friend with a raised eyebrow.
"Ah! What the heck?!" Himawari yelled, as she started to float in the air, flailing her arms and legs about.
Kari's eyes widened, as she saw the digivive on Himawari's backpack. "Himawari, your backpack! Get rid of it!" she yelled in a panic for her friend.
Himawari looked over her shoulder at her backpack, and spotted the digivice, before she smiled brightly. "Looks like I'm one of them and this is a call to adventure!" she yelled, as she laughed as she was pulled towards the portal.
"Wait, you actually wanna go?" Kari asked in disbelief.
"I don't think I have a choice, bestie! Stay out of trouble!" Himawari yelled, as she disappeared like Tai and Naruto.
Kari crossed her arms and pouted at this. "What about me? Where's my digivice?" she said with a huff, as she turned around and walked back to her apartment.
(With Naruto and Tai)
Naruto, Tai, Agumon and Impmon were standing in the desert, where they had fought Etemon, only now the others weren't there.
"Looks like we're back, Agumon" Tai said with a smile.
"Yup. Now we just need to find the others, then find out who still needs to be defeated, so you all can go home" Agumon said with a smile.
"Yeah, hopefully the others didn't get too far," Naruto said with a nod of agreement.
"Uh, Naruto?" Impmon was saying, as he pulled on Naruto's shirt.
"I know you hate the desert, but just tough it out" Naruto said with a roll of his eyes, thinking his partner was gonna complain.
"So, this is what the Digital World looks like...it stinks! Is it all sand?!" Himawari said, as she looked around with wide eyes.
"Pretty much sis" Naruto said absently with a nod.
Naruto, Tai, Agumon and Impmon then blinked a few times, before looking over at Himawari, who had a happy smile on her face.
"Hiya!" Himawari said with a wave.
"WHAT?!?!" Naruto bellowed in shock, seeing his little sister here with them.
"How the heck did you get here?!" Impmon yelled, as he pointed at her.
Himawari smiled at this and turned around, showing them the digivice on her backpack
"Oh jeez" Tai said with a groan, as he slapped his forehead.
"Oh man, Mom's gonna kill me!" Naruto said in concern.
"Why?" Impmon asked with a tilt of his head
"Because we're in a place where anything could hurt her. And if that happens, Mum will skin me alive!" Naruto yelled, clutching his hair in his hands.
"Add the fact that she doesn't have a Digimon partner" Tai said with a frown.
"Not helping!" Naruto yelled at Tai, clearly not wanting to hear this.
"Hey, I spy a forest nearby! Onward!" Himawari yelled, as she took off running.
"Wait for me! Don't run!" Naruto yelled, as he took off after her, with Impmom close behind him.
"Wait for me!" Tai yelled as he ran after them, with Agumon following him.
(Later with Himawari)
Himawari was now in the forest and looking around in excitement.
"Wow, this is much better than the desert, huh big bro?" Himawari asked, before she looked behind her for Naruto, but saw he wasn't there. "Ah jeez, he must have fallen behind with Tai," she said with a groan.
As she looked around, unseen to her, a pair of pink eyes was watching her from a bush
"Ah well, if I stay in this area, I'm sure they will find me" Himawari said with a sigh, before she took off her backpack and rummaged through it, before she pulled out a meatloaf sandwich her mom had made her.
This caused the creature in the bushes to sniff at this, and the bush it was in to shake.
"Huh? Who's there? That better not be you playing a prank on me, big bro" Himawari asked, as she looked at the bush.
Suddenly, what looked like a dog came out of the bushes. It was mainly white, with red ears and a red tail, with red marks on each cheek. It was also wearing what looked like a tag around its neck, which had a symbol that looked like an m in the middle, with a diamond on top and three triangles underneath it.
"A puppy! Hiya mister puppy, do you want some of my sandwich?" Himawari asked with a happy smile, as she held out her sandwich.
"Um, actually I'm a girl," the dog creature said with a female voice, before she started to sniff at Himawari's sandwich.
"Ah! Talking doggy!" Himawari yelled in surprise.
"I'm a Digimon. Call me Labramon" the now named Labramon said with a smile at Himawari.
" Right right, I need to get used to that, anyway here, I have plenty. My kaa san made me several" Himawari said with a smile, as she handed the dog creature her sandwich
Labramon smiled at this, before she took the sandwiches and ate it with gusto.
"Slow down, try to savor it," Himawari said with a chuckle at the Digimon's excitement.
"Ah! That was great!" Labramon said, before she started to sniff again, this time sniffing Himawari curiously.
"Uh….what do I smell?" Himawari asked curiously at Labramon, who was sniffing at her belt, which was where she moved her digivive.
As Labramon sniffed the digivive, it started to glow as if reacting to her.
"Huh? What is this?" Himawari asked, while Labramon froze up and smiled.
"You're finally here!" Labramon yelled happily, before she tackled Himawari onto the ground, and started to lick her face.
"Ahahahahaha! That tickles!" Himawari laughed as Labramon licked her, while moving her face about.
"Sorry about that. I have just been waiting a long time for you!" Labramon said with a smile, as she backed up and let Himawari stand up.
"Wait, are you saying that you're my Digimon partner?" Himawari asked with wide eyes.
"Uh huh! Ever since I hatched in this forest, I have been having dreams about an old looking guy, telling me to wait for Himawari in this forest. Oh! And to keep this safe for you!" Labramon said, as she shook her head, so Himawari could see the tag she was wearing.
"Hey, my big bro and Tai have a tag like that. Are they important?" Himawari asked, as she took the tag and inspected it.
"Very, according to that old man in my dream," Labramon said with a nod.
Himawari nodded at this, as she put on the tag around her neck. "Ok Labramon, let's go find my big bro. Can you use your sense of smell to find another human?" she asked.
"Well, I haven't met any other humans Himawari, but I can try," Labramon said with a nod, before she started to sniff around.
Himawari smiled at this, as she followed her new partner Digimon.
(With Naruto)
Naruto, Tai and their Digimon partners were running through the forest.
"Himawari! Where are you?" Naruto yelled out, his hands around his mouth.
"Man, your sister is fast on her feet when she gets excited," Tai said, as he caught his breath.
"Do you smell anything, dino brain?" Impmon asked Agumon, who was sniffing around for a scent.
"I smell another Digimon, but the scent is not that strong" Agumon said as he sniffed around, before he paused and then ran off towards a nearby river.
"I hope that he found either Himawari or one of the others," Naruto said, as he, Impmon and Tai followed behind him.
They soon found Agumon near the river, near what looked like a knocked out Patamon who was sleeping near TKs crest and his digivice
"Patamon!" Tai yelled, as he and the others stood over to him and Agumon, as the lizard Digimon poked Patamon, who groaned as he woke up.
"Agumon? Impmon? Are you really there?" Patamon asked, as he slowly opened his eyes.
"Hey, how many fingers do you see, puffball?" Impmon asked, as he held up two fingers.
Patamon's eyebrow twitched at Impmom's insult, before he fired a Boom Bubble at Impmon, sending him flying into Naruto.
"Oi! Is this how you greet us, after we were gone?!" Impmom yelled out in annoyance.
"Are you doing OK Patamon? Where's TK?" Tai asked curiously.
"And what about the others?" Naruto asked, as he put Impmon down.
Patamon frowned at this, before he shook his head. "After you all disappeared, everyone started arguing about what to do, and they all split up to go try and find you guys" he said.
Naruto and Tai frowned at this, as they didn't expect that the team would pretty much fall apart with them gone.
"Why are you alone?" Agumon asked curiously.
Patamon frowned at this, before he started to explain.
(One explanation later)
"So to sum up, a few days ago you, TK, Matt and Gabumon arrived here, and after looking at the amusement park nearby, Matt left you here to take a boat across the lake, to go look for one of the others" Tai said.
"And then you met this DemiDevimon, and he told TK that Matt wasn't coming back, cause he was sick of taking care of TK. And when you attacked him for making TK sad, TK told you to apologize, or go away" Naruto said with a scowl.
Patamon frowned at this and nodded.
"Hey, don't worry. You were right" Impmon said, as he patted him on the head.
"Yeah. Some other Digimon might have been around, influencing TK's emotions or something" Agumon said with a nod.
"It's obvious that this DemiDevimon is a liar. I mean, for crying out loud, why would he believe this guy that Matt would ever say that?" Naruto said with an annoyed tone.
"Well, TK was getting worried about Matt, and he's probably just lashing out," Tai said with a sigh.
"Ok, let's go find TK. And then if we're lucky, we will find Himawari too" Naruto said, as he looked at Patamon.
"Who's that?" Patamon asked, as he flew into the air to lead them to the amusement park, while Tai grabbed TK's digivice and crest.
"She's my sister. We ended up back in our world, and when we came back, she had a digivice and was brought with us" Naruto said, as they followed Patamon.
"Are you gonna be overprotective like Matt now with DemiDevimon around?" Patamon asked him curiously.
"Ha! Please, if this DemiDevimon is all talk like you said, she will make him talk on her own" Naruto said with a laugh at this, as they all followed Patamon.
(With TK)
TK was in the amusement park with what looked like a small Digimon. It was blue, and had bat wings coming out of its head, with a skull in the middle and claws, and they were both getting off the ferris wheel. But TK was frowning, as he walked, as he was worried about Patamon.
"Come on kid, he made his choice in attacking me and wouldn't apologize" DemiDevimon said, as he flew next to TK.
"I know, but I still don't like how I reacted," TK said, as he frowned and sat on a bench.
DemiDevimon scowled at this for a moment, before he got an idea and put on a fake smile. "Tell you what kid, I'll go find you some food, then we can go find Patamon and make things right" he said, before he flew off.
TK nodded at this, as he continued to sit down on the bench, and after a few moments, Labramon walked out of a bush nearby, sniffing at the ground.
"Oh wow, a pink dog," TK said, blinking in surprise at this, causing Labramon to look up at Tk.
"Ah ha! I knew I had a human's scent! Hey Himawari! I found a human!" Labramon yelled, as she looked back at the bush.
"I'm coming! My backpack got caught in this bush!" Himawari yelled, before she suddenly went flying out of the bush, and crashed into TK, sending them both to the ground.
TK groaned, as he looked up and saw he was face to face with Himawari, which caused his face to go slightly red, as he looked into her eyes.
"Hiya! I'm Himawari Uzumaki. Are you one of the Digidestined too? What's your name?" Himawari asked with a smile, as she was instantly on her feet and offering her hand to TK.
"Um, I'm Takeru, but everyone calls me TK. Wait, Uzumaki? As in Naruto Uzumaki?" TK asked, as he grabbed Himawari's hand, allowing himself to be pulled to his feet.
"Yup, that's my big bro!" Himawari said with a bright smile.
"Oh yea, I remember him mentioning he had a little sister my age" TK said with a sheepish chuckle.
"Oh yeah. I have seen you in school! You're the kid who was getting picked on, before I pranked those bullies so bad, that they had to be sent home" Himawari said with a grin.
"Wait, that was you? Not even the teachers could figure out who did it" TK said with wide eyes.
"Yup. Now, where's your partner Digimon?" Himawari asked, as she looked around.
TK frowned at this, and looked at the ground.
"Um Himawari, I think that's a bad subject," Labramon said with a frown.
"Hmmm. Ok TK, let's hear it" Himawari said, wanting to know what happened.
TK nodded at this, figuring he could trust a fellow Digidestined.
(One explanation later)
TK had finished explaining the situation and Himawari was frowning, while Labramon was growling and her fur was standing on end.
"That DemiDevimon is a jerk! He has been trying to steal the crest I was guarding" Labramon yelled out.
"Why would he want this thing?" Himawari asked curiously, as she held up her crest.
"It lets our Digimon digivolve to a higher level" TK explained, while he frowned as this wasn't a good sign.
"Hey TK, I'm back with mushrooms!" DemiDevimon yelled, as he flew over, carrying a pouch of mushrooms.
Labramon took one look at the mushrooms, and growled even louder. "Retreating Bark!" she yelled, making a blast of sound fire from her mouth and slamming into DemiDevimon, sending him to the ground and dropping the mushrooms.
"Hey! What's the deal fido?!" DemiDevimon yelled, before Labramon pounced on him and pinned him to the ground, baring her teeth at him.
"What's wrong Labramon?" Himawari asked, as she and TK approached the mushrooms.
"Stay away from those! Those mushrooms DemiDevimon was bringing make you forget everything if you eat them!" Labramon yelled, as she growled at the pinned Digimon.
"Let me up, you mutt!" DemiDevimon yelled, as he flapped his wings.
"Hey, watch how you talk about my partner!" Himawari yelled, as she stomped over.
DemiDevimon paused at this, as he spotted Himawari's digivice. "Wait, there is another of you Digidestined brats?!" he yelled in a panic.
"Yup, and Labramon is my partner. So I would watch the insults, before I let her make you her chew toy" Himawari said with a grin.
"Himawari!" Naruto yelled out, getting their attention, as Naruto and the others ran over to them.
"Hey, there you are! Don't worry, me and Labramon dealt with the bad guy" Himawari said with a smile, as she gestured to Labramon and DemiDevimon.
Naruto and Tai looked at the dog Digimon, who looked at them and nodded at them, before going back to growling at DemiDevimon.
"Looks like it's official now" Tai said to Naruto, who groaned at the fact that Himawari now had a Digimon partner.
"TK!" Patamon yelled, as he flew to his friend who hugged him.
"Patamon! I'm sorry. DemiDevimon is a jerk, and I should have heard you out!" TK said, as he hugged his partner.
"Here squirt, you dropped these" Naruto said, as he handed TK his digivice and crest.
"Thanks sensei. I'm glad you and Tai are back" TK said with a smile, before his crest started to glow.
"Not good!" DemiDevimon yelled, before he slapped Labramon with his wing, before he flew up into the air. "Who the heck said that crest was yours?! Give it here, you little -"
"Oh no you don't!" Himawari yelled, as she reached into her backpack and pulled out what looked like a makeshift toy pistol.
"I'm supposed to be scared of a toy? Ahahahahaha!" DemiDevimon laughed, as he floated in the air.
"I got your toy! Eat spuds!!" Himawari yelled, before she fired her gun, which launched a potato at DemiDevimon at high speed, which he barely dodged.
"….your sister makes makeshift weapons?" Tai asked Naruto with a raised eyebrow.
"Like I said, crazy tree," Naruto said with a sigh.
"Oi! Watch the wings, you psycho!" DemiDevimon yelled, as he kept avoiding more fired potatoes, before he pulled out what looked like a giant syringe. "Demi Dart!" he yelled, as he threw it at Himawari.
Labramon growled at this before, she started to glow, along with Himawari's digivice
"NO!" DemiDevimon yelled in fear.
"Labramon digivolve to…. Dobermon!"
In Labramon's place, was a giant dog, that looked like a dobermann, that wore a spiked collar.
Doberman caught DemiDevimon's attack in her mouth and smashed it, while glaring at DemiDevimon.
"Uh heh…..fly away!" DemiDevimon yelled, before he flew off in a panic.
Dobermon scoffed at this, before she turned to Himawari. "Are you ok?" she asked.
"I'm alright. You look so cool!" Himawari yelled with a smile, before she hugged her digivolved partner.
"Himawari, what's that around your neck?" Naruto asked, pointing at her crest.
"Oh, Labramon had it, and she said that an old man told her to keep it safe, until she found me," Himawari said with a smile.
"…..Gennai needs to start telling us more than the bare minimum," Naruto said with an annoyed tone.
"That's not fair! We had to fight our way through bad guys to get out crests. And she got her champion form at the same time she got her partner!" Impmon yelled, as he crossed his arms and sat on the ground with a pout.
"Isn't it good that she can at least help us fight now?" Agumon asked curiously.
"Don't use logic on me, dino boy!" Impmon yelled in annoyance.
"Ok, now that we're all together, let's go find a boat and cross this lake, so we can find Matt and the others," Tai said to the group.
"Sounds good to me," Naruto said with a nod.
"Who made him leader? Why aren't you the leader?" Himawari asked Naruto.
"Cause he's lazy" Impmon said with a snicker.
"….I'm telling kaa san when we get home" Himawari said simply, as they all walked
Naruto groaned at this, making everyone laugh, as they made their way to the docks and some swan pedal boats.

DemiDevimon was in the forest, bowing to a portal, surrounded by bats and a humanoid figure was inside the portal, with the figure looking like a vampire.
"My Lord Myotismon, the crest of hope has started to glow" DemiDevimon whimpered out, as the bats flew around him.
Myotismon scowled at this information. "I am most displeased that you failed in getting his crest DemiDevimon. This better be the only thing that happened" he said.
"Um….well my lord, there is now a ninth Digidestined child, and she has the crest of miracle -" DemiDevimon was saying, before he was cut off.
"What?!" Myotismon yelled, as his bats flew and attacked DemiDevimon, making him scream in pain.
P.O.M and Kfbanime87 were both relaxing in their office, when the red suited jackass barged into the office
Oh, I can't wait! Quick, get me Cable's time traveling thing! Deadpool yelled out
