It was sunrise and Myotismon's minions were all reporting, as he rose from his coffin
"Do any of you have anything to report about the ninth child?" Myotismon asked, as he looked at all of his minions.
"I'm afraid not, master," Demidevimon said, as she bowed his head to him.
"And the older Digidestined?" Myotismon asked as he looked at his minions.
"Uh……" DemiDevimon said, as the Bakemon near him, who were covered in bandages, cowered a bit.
"Those morons tried a direct attack at a restaurant that two of them run, and got made fools of" a Phantomon said. It was holding a scythe over its shoulder, with a chain connected to it at the end with a metal ball and it wore a red cape that shadowed its face, allowing you to only see its glowing blue eyes.
"Hey, I wasn't even there! Don't blame me for their mistake!" DemiDevimon yelled out, as he flapped his wings in agitation.
"Of course a flock of Bakemon couldn't defeat them. You're just lucky to be alive, seeing as you obviously encountered the Renamon" Myotismon said, as he looked at the Bakemon, who all bowed in fear as he glared at them.
"Hey, SkullMeramon didn't do so well against that Terriermon either" DemiDevimon grumbled under his breath.
"It would seem that I will need to move my plans forward then" Myotismon said as he rubbed his chin, while he floated into the air.
"What's the plan, master?" Phantomon said as he raised his head.
"Get the word out that we are going to go with the backup plan to find the ninth child. All forces are to focus on capturing all humans and bringing them to the base that I choose" Myotismon said, as he looked at his henchmen.
"Yes master!" DemiDevimon said, as he bowed his head again.
Myotismon ignored this, as he looked around, taking notice of something. "Where is Gatomon?" he asked.
"I don't know sir, she hasn't been seen in a few days" DemiDevimon said, as he raised his head.
"Then find her, you fool! And don't come back until you do!" Myotismon said, as he floated up towards the exit out of his tomb.
"Right away sir!" DemiDevimon said, as he flew off, while the rest of the other Digimon scampered off to carry out their orders.
Myotismon flew up into the air and held out his hands, and as he did this, a thick fog started to cover the city.
(At the Kaimiya residence)
It was another normal day at the Kaimiya residence as Tai, Naruto and Himawari were all sitting in his room with their Digimon, while Kari was watching TV in the living room.
"So the old man didn't have any idea how to find Kari's Digimon at all?" Himawari asked the two older Digidestined, as they reported what Izzy had said Gennai had told them via email.
"He said all we could do was use Kari's Digivice to identify her Digimon," Naruto said, as he shook his head at this.
"Old coot could have at least said what her Digimon is" Himawari grumbled under her breath, as she crossed her arms.
"Preach," Labramon said, as she nodded her head in agreement.
"He also said that Myotismon has her tag and crest, and we will need to steal them from him, before we try fighting him" Tai said as he sighed, with his head hung.
"Oh. Well, that just makes things so much better! Keep piling on the good news googles, you're on a roll!" Himawari yelled as she groaned and slapped her forehead at this.
"Heh, your sister is growing on me" Impmon whispered to Naruto with a snicker, as he found it funny when she was insulating someone that wasn't him.
As this meeting was going on, unknown to the three Digidestined and their partners, Gatomon was watching the apartment from a building across from them. More specifically; she was watching Kari, who was on her stomach watching the TV, resting her head on her hands while her feet kicked about in the air.
"That girl. Why did she make me feel safe, when she picked me up? And she knows about Digimon, seeing as she is friends with one of the Digidestined. Could she be the ninth child that I'm tasked with finding?" she thought to herself, as she watched Kari as she got up and walked out to the apartment balcony, to look up at the night sky.
Gatomon then jumped over to the rooftop unseen, and stood above Kari. And now that she had a better look at her, she saw the Digivice on her hip, which made the tag around Gatomon's neck glow.
"A Digivice? So she is the ninth child, perfect" Gatomon thought with a grin as she jumped down from the rooftop, landing behind Kari.
She then started to approach her, her claws out. But she paused, as if something was telling her to stop.
"Why am I hesitating?" Gatomon thought to herself, as she had never hesitated to follow her master's orders, until now.
As gatomon was having this internal struggle, Kari turned around and stopped as she spotted Gatomon. "Oh! You're that kitty I saw being bullied before. Are you lost?" she asked, as she leaned down to look at Gatomon to get a closer look at her.
As she did this, suddenly her Digivice started to glow brightly, as if reacting to something.
The light then struck Gatomon and made her grab her head, causing her to have flashes of memories she had long since forgotten.
"Hey! What's going on out there?!" Tai yelled as he came out to the balcony, along with Naruto, Himawari and the Digimon, since they had heard all the commotion.
When Labramon spotted Gatomon, her fur instantly went on end. "Gatomon! Retrieving!" she yelled, as she fired her attack.
"Kari, get down!" Gatomon yelled as she pushed Kari aside, as she was in the line of fire, but this caused the cat Digimon to be hit and to slam into the wall.
"Ha, a direct hit!" Himawari yelled with a grin and a fist pump.
"Ha! Cats never beat dogs!" Labramon yelled, as she smiled along with her partner.
Before Naruto and Impmon promptly slapped them on the back of their heads.
"Oi! What the hell?!" Himawari yelled, as she held her head, as she looked at her older sibling with a scowl.
"Who are you hitting, clown boy?!" Labramon yelled at Impmon, clearly annoyed at the imp Digimon, ready to take a bite out of him.
"Back off, or I'm gonna have you fixed - oh god, she's rabid!" Impmon was saying while putting on a tough facade, before the dog Digimon chomped down on his hand hard, causing him to yell in pain.
"Gatomon saved Kari from getting hit by Labramon's attack" Tai said, as he stepped forward along with Agumon.
"Oh…..well, you didn't need to hit me," Himawari said with a pout.
"It was a love tap. Heck, you can even hit harder than that. So as mom says, woman up" Naruto said with a smile, as he patted his sister on the head.
"Since when do you quote mom?" Himawari asked with a raised eyebrow.
Gatomon groaned as Kari helped her up. "Are you ok, Kari?" she asked worriedly.
"Yea, I'm fine. But what about you, Gatomon right?" Kari asked, as she helped Gatomon to her feet.
"Kari, that's one of Myotismon's minions! Get away from her!" Tai yelled as he stepped forward.
"Not anymore. I have my memories back, thanks to Kari" Gatomon said, as she looked at Tai with a firm look.
"What are you talking about?" Impmon asked curiously.
"My Digivice went off when Gatomon approached me" Kari said, as she held up said Digivice, which shined a bit.
This got silence from everyone
"Wait, so Gatomon is Kari's Digimon?" Agumon asked, as he tilted his head curiously at this.
"Looks like it" Naruto said as he crossed his arms, as he knew the Digivice wouldn't have reacted unless it was the case.
"How do we know that we can trust her? Hell, she's pale boy's second in command, for crying out loud" Himawari asked as she gave Gatomon a dirty look, which showed that she didn't like this at all.
"I'm sure that Gatomon is willing to work hard to earn everyone's trust, right?" Kari said, before she looked at her partner.
"Yes. I'll do my best to prove myself. I'll protect her with my life" Gatomon said, as she bowed her head at this.
"Ok, ok, fine. Who taught you that anyway?" Tai said, as his sister gave him a begging face.
Naruto and Impmon quickly pointed at Himawari at this.
"I'm watching you, furball" Labramon said, as she looked at Gatomon.
"Just don't chase me up a tree, fido" Gatomon said, as she scoffed at this, making Labramon growl at her which made her lightly hiss back.
"Oh god, it's the worst case scenario" Naruto said, seeing that the two Digimon being a dog and a cat, that they would most likely start a fight.
Before Himawari could move to stop this, she noticed something above them on the roof and lightly glared. "Hey bro, you separate them. I have something to take care of" she said, as she walked towards a drain pipe and began climbing up it and onto the roof.
"Hey! She's your partner!" Naruto yelled up at his sister.
"Yea, don't pass the buck to us! I already have enough scars from your pet!" Impmon yelled up at the roof.
Labramon growled at this and approached Impmon.
But before anything else could happen, some yelling was heard up on the roof, as some blows were heard and suddenly, a hog tied DemiDevimon was thrown down onto the balcony.
"DemiDevimon?!" Tai and Agumon yelled together, surprised to see the evil Digimon.
"Looks like miss kitty had a stalker on her tail" Himawari said, as she climbed down from the roof.
"Myotismon must have sent him to bring me back to base" Gatomon said as she frowned at this.
"That's right, you traitor! I can't believe that you were the ninth Digidestined's Digimon the whole time! When the master finds out about this, he's gonna kill you!" DemiDevimon yelled, as he struggled to get out of the bindings he was in.
"Hence why me and Labramon are gonna have a nice long talk with you" Himawari said, as she smiled at DemiDevimon in a very unsettling way.
"I'm not scared of you, you brat! The master has a plan that will take care of all of you brats!" Demidevimon yelled out.
Himawari's smile got wider at this, along with Labramon.
"Oh jeez" Naruto said as he pinched his nose, realizing what his sister was most likely gonna do.
"What?" Tai asked with a cocked eyebrow.
"Let's just say that sis has ways to make people talk," Naruto said with a shrug.
"Well, if Myotismon has a plan, it would help if we know what it is," Tai said, as he rubbed his chin.
"I'm on it, goggles. All I need is a secluded room and a blender with several settings" Himawari said with a smile, as Labramon grabbed DemiDevimon by his feet and dragged him into the apartment, causing his head to hit everything they walked past.
Tai was silent at this, before he looked at Naruto. "Please tell me that she's kidding," he said.
"You wish. Oh, and get a tarp too" Naruto said with a sigh at this, as he followed his sister.
"Hey, wait for me. I want to see this!" Impmon yelled as he followed the youngest Uzumaki and her Digimon.
Kari and Gatomon both stood out on the balcony at this.
"Uh, should we go and watch too?" Gatomon asked curiously.
Kari shook her head at this. "Nah, let's go and watch some cartoons," she said with a grin.
"Okay" Gatomon said with a nod, as they walked into the apartment.
(Later in a storage room)
Later in a storage room, Demidevimon was tied to a chair and was sitting at a table, while Himawari and Labramon were sitting at the table, with a blender sitting on said table.
"First we start with the nice plump toes, then the skinny little chicken legs, then we fry up the nice bat wings," Himawari said with a smile, while Labramon dropped a tomato into the blender for emphasis.
"I don't know anything! I swear! I'm just another one of Myotismon's low level flunkies" DemiDevimon yelled out, as Himawari grabbed the bat Digimon by the ears and glared at him.
"Listen up love chunks, I want ya to spill your guts. So tell us everything" Himawari growled out.
"Everything..." Demidevimon wheezed
"Everything!" the duo growled at him.
"Everything...okay, okay. When I went to the primary village, I stole the snacks from every in training and rookie Digimon there. When Ettamon gave me a bill, I had a horde of Meramon burn down his village. When I was in Digimon nursery, I scrambled all the eggs!"
Himawari and Labramon both blinked at this, before they both looked at each other, surprised that DemiDevimon broke so easily. Too bad that he was telling them useless information.
"Not working like you planned, is it?" Impmon asked with a snicker, as he ate some popcorn from his seat in the corner.
"Zip it gremlin, or your next!" Himawari yelled at Impmon, while Labramon barked at him for emphasis.
"I knocked a Trainmon off its tracks and smashed him into a group of wild Gururumon and Cerbermon's! I kicked a Coralmon down the steps and blamed it on Patamon! When Myotismon wasn't watching I wiped my nose on his cape!"
Himawari and Labramon watched on with wide eyes, hearing the numerous things the little devil had done.
"But the worst thing I've done...I...fixed up a bunch of fake puke, stuffed it in a cauldron then flew over a nearby Digimon village and I made a noise like this...hurrah...hurrah...hurraaaagghghhhhhh!" Himawari couldn't help, but run her hand over her face at this. "Th-then I tossed the puke over the villagers...and th-this was horrible. All of the Digimon started throwing up all over each other! I never felt so bad in my entire life!"
……ok is it wrong that I'm actually starting to feel sorry for him now? Impmon asked as he started to snicker as this was really funny to him now
Himawari and Labramon looked at each other with blank looks for a few moments before….
"HIT PUREE!" Himawari shouted at her partner who hit the button on the blender
"NNNNOOOO! I'M TOO YOUNG!" Demidevimon screamed out, as they grabbed him and pulled him towards the blender ready to shove his claw into it
Suddenly, the light in the room turned on, as the door to the room opened, showing Naruto in the doorway.
"I'm in the middle of something here!" Himawari yelled, as she looked at her brother.
"Save it sis. We have a problem. There is a news report going on, talking about a swarm of a bunch of Digimon gathering up people and hauling them off" Naruto said, as he jerked a thumb over his shoulder at the TV.
"Say what?!" Himawari and Labramon yelled, surprised at this.
"Wow, the master got that plan going that quick?" DemiDevimon asked, blinking in surprise at this.
Before he shouted in pain, as he was hit several times by Himawari and Labramon, before he was thrown out of the storage room into the living room, where Tai, Kari and the Digimon were waiting and watching TV.
"Ow! Hey, that hurt you little psycho - gah!" DemiDevimon was yelling, before he was grabbed by Naruto and pulled up by his wings.
"Ok you little freak, you're gonna tell me where your master is keeping everyone" Naruto said, as he glared at the little devil.
"Or what?" DemiDevimon asked, as he looked at Naruto with a look of defiance.
Naruto raised an eyebrow at this, before he moved DemiDevimon towards a smiling Himawari and Labramon, who held up the blender and turned it on for emphasis.
"He's keeping them at the convention center which is our new base of operations!!!" DemiDevimon yelled in a panic.
"Are there any guards?" Himawari asked with a hard look and tone, as she moved the blender closer to him.
"A horde of Bakemon, a Phantomon and a DarkTyrannomon! He also has a Tuskmon, a Snimon and a bunch of Gazimon on standby!" Demidevimon yelled out.
"Thank you for your cooperation," Naruto said, as he nodded at this.
"So….does that mean I can go now?" DemiDevimon asked hopefully.
"Ha, you wish. Sis, you and Labramon throw him in the closet" Naruto said as he looked at his sister.
"I'm on it!" Himawari said with a grin.
"Break out the baby shark!" Labramon yelled, as she and Himawari both cackled loudly, as they both grabbed the devil Digimon and dragged him towards a broom closet, with the youngest Uzumaki getting out her phone and getting said song ready.
"Ok, we need a plan and we need it now," Tai said as he and Naruto looked at the TV, which showed footage of news reports of people being taken away by the Bakemon.
"If the convention center is the new base of operations for Myotismon, then we should try and sneak in and steal Kari's tag and crest, before we try and break everyone out" Naruto said, as he knew that if they were going to fight Myotismon, then Kari needed her crest pronto.
"Well, if we're going to take the fight to him, then we need to call the others, right?" Kari asked curiously, as she knew that they were stronger together as a team.
"Should we call your parents and Miss Mikoto too?" Tai asked Naruto curiously, as he knew having backup would help a lot.
Before Naruto could answer, they all heard some yelling on the TV and saw a report, as what looked like Kyubimon, Growlmon and Gargomon were attacking what looked like a bunch of Gizamon
"Looks like Myotismon sent some of his forces to keep them busy," Naruto said with a scowl.
"It also looks like one of the team got caught with civilians. Leave it to the cheerleader to get captured" Himawari said with a scoff, as the TV showed footage of more families being taken away by the Bakemon; one family of which was Mimi's.
Naruto frowned at this and stood up at this, obviously not happy with this.
Before anyone could respond to this, they all heard some banging on the front door and suddenly, the door burst open and what looked like a swarm of Bakemom flew into the apartment.
"Don't resist humans!" one of the Bakemon yelled out, as they flew at the teens.
"Pepper Breath!"
"Bada Boom!"
"Retrieving!"
"Lightning Paw!"
The attacks clashed with the ghosts and made them back off a bit, but they just kept coming.
"Agumon, let's go!" Tai yelled, as he opened the balcony door, as he held up his Digivice.
"You too Labramon!" Himawari yelled at her partner, as she too held up her Digivice.
"Agumon Digivolve to….Greymon!"
"Labramon Digivolve to….Dobermon!"
The two champion Digimon roared, as they burst out of the apartment and landed on the streets below with Tai, Kari and Gatomon on Greymon with Naruto, Himawari and Impmon on Dobermon.
"I hope that your parents have insurance," Naruto yelled at Tai.
"What's the plan?!" Tai yelled to Naruto, as he figured that Naruto might have an idea.
"Me and Himawari are going to the convention center to save Mimi -" Naruto was yelling, before being cut off.
"Sap!" Impmon and Himawari yelled together.
"And to help stage a breakout" Naruto growled out, as his eyebrow twitched at this.
"Ok. Me and Kari will contact Izzy and meet up with the others and stay put!" Tai yelled, as Greymon started to walk down the street, as people started to yell in a panic at seeing him.
"Tai! Kari!" a woman's voice was heard yelling in a panic, getting their attention.
"Mama!" Kari yelled at the woman, as she was swarmed by the Bakemon and taken away by them.
"Relax bestie, we have this!" Himawari yelled, as Dobermon took off down the street, towards the convention center.
(Sometime later at the convention center)
Later at the convention center, Naruto and Himawari and their Digimon were sneaking around the back of the convention center, looking for a back entrance.
"Any ideas for how to sneak in there?" Naruto whispered to his little sister.
"We could throw in a whole bunch of smoke bombs," Himawari said with a grin.
"Without being seen, sis" Naruto said as he sighed at this.
As the two humans talked, Labramon sniffed the air a bit, as she spotted what looked like two Bakemon standing near the bush they were hiding in. "Uh guys, something is off about those Bakemon" she whispered to them.
"I got them! Bada Boom!" Impmon yelled, as he threw some fire balls at the Bakemon.
"Ahhh!" one of the Bakemon yelled in an older female voice, as it ran around a bit.
"Impmon, you moron!" the other Bakemon yelled in a very familiar voice.
"Wait, how do you know my name?" Impmon asked with a tilt of his head.
The answer he got was the Bakemom in question starting to peck at his head.
"Gah! Ok, I get it! Cut the crap, Biyomon!" Impmon yelled, as he covered his head, recognizing this attack.
"Cut nothing! You almost hurt Sora's mom!" Biyomon yelled, as she continued to peck Impmon.
"Oh jeez, you roped that stick in the mud into this?" Himawari asked, as she looked at the other Bakemon, who lowered her hood showing she was an older woman with brown hair tied up in a bun.
"Still the little hellion, I see" the woman said, as she looked at Himawari.
"Heh. Hey Auntie Toshiko" Naruto said, as he waved at his aunt by marriage with a sheepish smile.
"What are you two doing here? You shouldn't be involved with this" Toshiko said, as she looked at her niece and nephew.
"Didn't you get the memo auntie? Us Uzumaki's are Digidestined draft picks" Himawari said with a smile, as she parted Labramon on the head.
"Wait, so your like Sora is with Biyomon?" Toshiko asked, as she looked at Naruto, deciding to ignore Himawari, as she was already getting a headache.
"Exactly. But why are you here, Auntie?" Naruto asked, as he helped Impmon to his feet.
"I am here to help Sora, by getting Biyomon to her, so she can help end this entire thing" Toshiko said firmly, as she looked at the convention center.
"Wait, you're actually ok with all of this?" Naruto asked, as he gestured to himself, Himawari and the Digimon.
"Yea. I figured that you would have a heart attack, seeing as this isn't something dull as dirt, like flower arrangement - mph!" Himawari was saying with a bored tone, before Naruto covered her mouth with his hand.
"It's not that I'm ok with this, but after talking to Biyomon, it's obvious this is important to both her world and ours. And I would have to be as stubborn as your mother thinks I am, to let the world suffer" Toshiko said firmly, as she gave Himawari a look of disapproval.
"Well, if Sora is here, then we need a change of plans. Sis, you're with auntie helping her find Sora, seeing as Biyomon isn't much protection without Sora with her" Naruto said, as he removed his hand from his sister's mouth.
"Hey, there is no way that I'm gonna team up with -" Himawari was saying, as she gave a look of annoyance before she was cut off.
"Sis, do it for Sora, your favorite cousin" Naruto said kindly, as he patted Himawari on the head.
"…..she's my only cousin, but fine. Well, come on Auntie buzzkill! Try not to get in the way!" Himawari said, as Biyomon passed her and Labramon some Bakemon disguises.
"What are you gonna do?" Toshiko asked Naruto, as she put her hood back up.
"We're looking for something that the big bad boss is holding, that's important to beating him and this might be our only chance to take it," Impmon said, making Toshiko jump in surprise.
"Don't worry about them, Auntie buzzkill. It's the enemy you have to worry about, as they have his girl locked up in here" Himawari said with a snicker.
"Get moving, you second coming of Goro Majima" Naruto said with a flat tone, as he pointed at the back door.
"I'll take that as a compliment, ya sap," Himawari said with an audible smile behind her Bakemon disguise, as she led her team through the back door.
Naruto waited for a few minutes, before he and Impmon followed them through the door.
(Later)
Naruto wore a sleeveless black long collar shirt, with matching black sweatpants, as he stealthy moved around the convention center. He and Impmon were keeping to the shadows, as they made their way up to the ceiling, to get a good birds eye view of Myotismon and his plans.
Once they reached the top Naruto knelt down, eyeing the hostages and saw Mimi sitting in a corner nearby, with two adults. The woman had short brown hair, while the man wore black glasses and had black hair.
Naruto sighed, relieved to see that she was safe.
"Hey lover boy, bad guy at 3:00!" Impmon whispered, pointing down to Myotismon hovering towards the gathered children, while holding out what looked like a tag, with what looked like a pink crest inside.
He began ushering out demands for the children to come forward, as his minions forced the children upwards, allowing the vampire lord to bring them before him, as he used the crest to try and identify.
"What's the deal?" Impmon asked with a raised eyebrow.
Naruto narrowed his eyes at this. "It looks like Myotismon is using Kari's tag and crest to try and identify who the ninth child is," Naruto said, surprising his partner.
"Makes sense. It will react to her, if it's with her" Impmon said as he nodded at this.
"Hey, ya over Dracula wannabe! Why don't you pick on someone your own size!" a child shouted, catching the duo's attention, as they looked down to see a little boy the same age as Kari, TK and Himawari standing between the children and Myotismon's minions. He wore a pair of square goggles on his head, a dark blue hoodie and brown shorts.
"The kid has moxie," Impmon said with a grin.
"That or he's just recklessly stupid" Naruto remarked.
"Ya mean just like you?" Impmon remarked with a smirk, causing Naruto to glare at him.
The boy charged in, as a Bakemon blocked his path, but was punched across the face by the child. He then charged towards Myotismon, the vampire's eyes flashed red, stopping the boy in his tracks, as he felt himself being lifted off the ground by the force of his eyes lifting up.
"Well now, we have a spirited one" Myotismon said, before he then looked at the tag and crest in his hand, and saw that it didn't react
"Let me and my parents go, you blood sucking loser!" the boy yelled, as tried to get loose, as he shook his arms and feet helplessly, as he hung in the air.
As he did this, he kicked the tag and crest out of Myotismon's hand.
"Quickly, get it!" Myotismon yelled at the Bakemon, who all quickly scampered to get the tag and crest.
"I got it" a Bakemon yelled out, as he tried to grab them, but they slipped through his grasp.
"No, I got it" another Bakemon yelled, as it dove for them.
"Palmon!" Mimi shouted to her partner, who was wearing a rain parka to disguise herself, who nodded, jumping into action.
"Poison Ivy!" Palmon yelled, as she threw her arms out and sent her vines at the tag and crest and grabbed the tag and crest just in time, and pulled it to her and Mimi.
"A Digidestined is here, and you didn't report that!?" Myotismon said, as he glared at Phantomon.
"Mimi, you are one of those monster tamers?" Mimi's father asked, surprised at this.
"Hand over that crest, before I pluck your petals child" Phantomon said, as he readied his scythe, as he glared at Palmon and Mimi.
As Phantomon went to confront Mimi and Palmon, Myotismon glared at the boy that had caused him to lose the tag and crest of the ninth child.
Seeing this, Naruto jumped down from the rafters, holding out his own Digivice.
"Let's go Impmon!" Naruto shouted out, falling downward.
"You got it!" Impmon yelled, as he jumped after Naruto.
"Impmon/Palmon Digivolve to...Wizardmon/Togemon!" The two Champions landed on the ground with their partners.
"Needle spray!" Togemon yelled, as she jumped and spun around, spraying needles at the Bakemon and Phantomon, making them all back off.
"Hands off the kid, sparkles! Magical Game!" Wizardmon yelled, as he aimed his staff at Myotismon and fired his attack.
"Tell me you didn't take that from the Twilight movies?" Naruto asked with a groan.
"Hey, your mom said to use that insult. Now save the kid!" Wizardmon yelled, as he flew at Myotismon, who dropped the kid and flew after Wizardmon
Naruto nodded at this, as he ran at the kid and grabbed him, then he ran over to some cover, as the fight started.
"Hey, you ok kid?" Naruto asked, as he looked at the kid he saved.
"You bet! That blood sucker didn't scare me!" the kid said with a smile at Naruto.
Naruto shook his head at this. "Nice attitude kid, thanks for the assist. You actually gave us a fighting chance" he said, as he patted the kid on the head.
"Wait, I did? Well, you're welcome, I guess" the kid said, as he rubbed the back of his head sheepishly.
"Davis!" a woman yelled, getting the boy's attention.
"Oh jeez" the boy, now identified as Davis, groaned out, as a woman ran over to him and Naruto.
"Oh, thank God your ok!" the mother yelled, as she hugged her son tightly, while kissing him all over his face.
"Yeah, he's fine now. Davis, right?" Naruto said as he looked at Davis with a smile.
"Yup, that's me!" Davis said as he smiled at Naruto through his mom's hug.
"I need you to help me again, by leading your mom and everyone else out of here, while me and my friends distract the monsters. Can you do that?" Naruto asked, as he jerked a thumb at Wizardmon, who was barely holding off Myotismon and Togemon, who was fighting Phantomon and the Bakemon.
"You bet I can, mister! Come on, everyone! Let's get out of here!" Davis yelled, as he yelled at everyone and ran over to the doors, before he kicked them open and ran outside.
Davis' mother and all the panicked civilians, who were taking cover, all quickly ran after Davis through the door.
Naruto smiled, as he watched Davis lead the civilians out of the battle area. "I definitely like that kid," he said, as his crest started to glow.
Wizardmon felt this and smiled, as he caught Myotismon's Crimson Lightning in his hand.
"You may be the Sin of Gluttony, but you're nothing as you are now" Myotismon said, as he glared at Wizardmon.
"Heh. I don't know what you're on about. But all I know is that you're due for a huge but kicking! Wizardmon digivolve to…….Baalmon!" Wizardmon yelled, as he digivolved again before he turned and threw Myotismon against a wall.
"Guiltish!" Baalmon yelled, as his amulets transformed into bullets and started to rapidly fire at the downed Myotismon, pinning him down to the ground.
"Master!" Phantomon yelled, as he flew at Baalmon, ready to attack him.
"Togemon digivolve to…..Lilymon! Flower Cannon!"
Phantomon quickly turned towards the freshly digivolved Lilymon, as he spun his scythe and cut through her attack. "I won't be beaten by some flower child" he growled out.
"Hey, only he can call me that!" Lilymon yelled, as she blocked Phantomon's path to Baalmon.
Baalmom nodded in gratitude at this, before he smirked down at Myotismon, who was now getting up from his attack. "Heh, not so tough now, are you sparkles? Maybe we don't need the ninth child to take care of you" he said with a smirk.
Myotismon glared at this, before he was suddenly gone. And just as soon as he was gone, he was in front of Baalmon with a charged up attack. "Grizzly Wing!" he yelled, as he fired his attack point blank at Baalmon.
"Gah!" Baalmon yelled, as he was sent flying into a wall, embedding himself inside it.
"Nightmare Wave!" Myotismon yelled, as he made a wave of darkness appear, which flew at Baalmon, but he dodged it by flying to the side.
But Myotismon just met him in mid flight, and started to pelt him with blood punches to the stomach and face.
"Baalmon!" Naruto yelled to his partner, seeing he was taking a beating.
"Lilymon, help him!" Mimi called out to her partner.
Lilymon turned to look at Baalmon, but before she could fly to his aid, Phantomon blocked her way with his scythe.
"Not so fast, my dear," Phantomon said with a condescending tone.
Baalmon fell to the ground at Myotismon's feet, beaten up, as the vampire lord slightly scowled at this pathetic display.
"Pathetic. You were once so feared, and look at you now. The great Sin of Gluttony, reduced to this" Myotismon said, as he placed his foot on Baalmon's head and ground it in a bit, making baalmon groan a bit, as the floor cracked beneath him.
"Oi! Let him go, damn it!" Naruto yelled as he stepped forward.
"He's the one who picked a fight that he couldn't win, boy. Though it's not surprising, as it was said he was the same way, before he sold his soul to gain power" Myotismon said, as he looked at Naruto.
"What are you on about?" Naruto asked, as he glared at the vampire lord.
"Oh? You mean your parents didn't tell you? How amusing, though I suppose I can understand why. It was their fault he was deleted and reborn, back when they were Digidestined" Myotismon said, as he looked down at Baalmon with a cruel smirk.
Baalmon's eyes widened, as this registered in his head.
"And then not only are you reborn as a Digidestined partner, you're reborn as the partner of the child of the one who caused your death. It would be funny if it wasn't so pathetic" Myotismon said, as he slightly chuckled.
As he said this, memories of Kushina being kind to Impmon since they met and all of the fear he felt seeing her, all rushed through his head, until finally he saw an image of a child Kushina refusing to take his hand, as Pidemon stabbed him from behind.
Suddenly, something snapped in Baalmon, as a massive burst of energy came off him sending Myotismon, Naruto, Mimi, Lilymon and Phantomon flying.
Naruto groaned, as he and Mimi landed on the ground.
"A-are you ok?" Mimi asked, as she crawled over to Naruto, as the burst of energy was still going off.
"Yea. Where is -" Naruto was asking, as he looked at where Baalmon was once standing and paused, as a new figure was standing there instead.
The new Digimon was a humanoid, wearing a biker's leather outfit, with a gun on each side of his hips, and what looked like a purple mask on his face.
Myotismon, who was floating in the air, spotted what looked like a glowing symbol on the new Digimon's chest. It was a rectangular shape, with what looked like two antlers in the middle.
"Master?" Phantomon asked, as he moved to join his master's side.
"Don't move! We don't know what will happen, now that the Sin of Gluttony Beelzemon has returned" Myotismon yelled, as he started to slightly sweat, as the now restored Beelzemon turned his glare to him.
