History: Wanda Maximoff was the second daughter of Magneto. After losing his first child, he and his wife fled. Shaken at her husband's powers, Magda fled at the first opportunity and found sanctuary on Wundagore Mountain in the small country of Transia.
After her mother died, Wanda and her twin brother Pietro were given to the Maximoff family, who were passing through the area. Raised in the country, Wanda and Pietro were happy until their powers started to develop. Found by Magneto, he saved them from the mob and offered them to join his Brotherhood (they were unaware of being his children at the time, but they did later learn the truth).
After time fighting the X-Men and the Avengers, the Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver left the Brotherhood and joined the Avengers. Wanda enjoyed the spotlight. She eventually found Agatha Harkness, a witch who trained her in magic.
During her stint in the Avengers, Wanda met and fell in love with the android Vision. The two eventually married and retired from super heroics to raise their two sons.
