Gus' Games N' Grub was a fun place for Lincoln to hang out, for this was one of the usual fun places that he loved to hang out at. Loona was with him in her human disguise and just relaxing in a bench on her phone as Lincoln was having fun. Not only that, but Clyde was with his own best friend and competing against him on the dance game here. The young adult had her usual blank look on her face as she was looking at her phone. Yes, she was completely obsessed with this thing.
Without showing it, Loona was happy to see her new friend happy and having fun, and no muggers coming in to try and rob him of his money this time.
Deep down, Loona was thinking if she can help teach Lincoln how to properly defend himself from dangers in the future. But, she probably know that his sisters can probably help him with that instead. Alas; she also thought about how funny Lincoln looked in his underwear earlier. Getting a text from Vortex, he was wondering where Loona was and asked her if she wanted to come to his place for some cider. "Sorry Tex," Loona texted him. "Love to, but i gotta watch Lincoln and his nerdy friend at the arcade."
Then she looked on at how the two kids were laughing and playing on the dance machine, and it was hard to tell who was winning this match as both boys were equally good at this kind of game. Gus, the owner and proprietor of this establishment, went up to Loona and said: "Hello."
The disguised hellhound looked up at Gus with a usual scowl and flatly said: "Get lost." before looking at her phone again.
"Oh, i'm sorry." said Gus with a frown. "I was just wondering if you would like anything to eat or drink."
"Nah, i'm fine." Loona said, but then she had a change of heart. "On second thought, just a mocha macchiato would fine." she added.
"Perfect! Coming right up." said Gus before going to fetch her the drink she requested.
"Whatever." Loona rolled her eyes at the response. It was just then she got a message back from Tex which said; "ooh, can I join in?"
Loona smiled and replied: "sure Tex. I just need to find a good spot to bring you to Earth without any humans seeing me open the portal."
the male hellhound typed down "cool" to her in reply. She got off the bench to be greeted by Gus with the drink she requested, and sat it on the table. "Mocha macchiato a la mode." Gus politely said. "Enjoy."
"Yeah yeah, whatever." said Loona before she got out the bench to make her... "phone call" with Tex behind the pizza joint with an umbrella so she wouldn't get wet from the pouring rain. She opened the book up to bring in her friend from Hell. The male hellhound was in his own human disguise, looking happy to see Loona as ever. He was then greeted by the feeling of rain drops over his muscular body. Then Loona shared the umbrella with him so he wouldn't be so wet.
"Hey Loon." said Tex
"Hey Tex." Loona blushed a little. "So Lincoln and his friend are having fun in there. Sorry about the rain."
"Nah, it's all good." Tex shrugged off. "Nothing a towel can help." They both went inside the pizza joint and looked at Lincoln and Clyde having fun with Lincoln winning the match between him and his best friend. Sweat was running down his cheeks and Clyde's face was the same.
"I need a drink." said Clyde. "Maybe Gus can give us some free root beer." he got off the dance pedestal.
"Hey Linc." said Tex, walking up from behind him.
"Oh. Hi Tex."
Clyde looked a little intimidated by the disguised male hellhound's muscular and intimidating appearance. Of course, no one would really blame Clyde if he was startled by a very strong and muscular guy like Vortex. "Loona told me you were hanging here." said Tex, "Thought I would join in on the fun."
"Sure, that sounds fun. The more the merrier."
"Hellyeah." Tex smiled. The friendly brute looked at Clyde. "W'sup. You must be Lincoln's best friend. Uhhhh.. Claude?"
"Clyde, Actually. And yes, me and Lincoln are best friends." said he as he and Lincoln side-hugged each other.
"Nice." Tex smirked. "Name's Vortex, but friends just call me Tex, Clyde." he reached out his beefy hand for a handshake and Clyde reached one hand to him and when the disguised hellhound grasped Clyde's hand, it felt a little rough, as this hand was ridiculously large like a bear paw. But Tex saw how accidentally rough he was being and tried to be more gentle in the handshake.
"So how do you get so strong?"
"Ah, i just exercise, eat right, always move, that sort of thing." Tex boasted.
"By the looks of you, Clyde," said Loona, "You can't even win a pillow fight."
Lincoln's own best friend looked offended. "I can too win a pillow fight!" he protested. "I have a gift of wiping out enemies in dodgeball."
Loona let out a small snicker from herself and crossed her arms. "You a dodgeball master?" she doubted.
"It's true." said Lincoln. "He gets really dangerous when pushed to the limits in dodgeball. Here! I have a video of it to prove my point." pulling out his cellphone, he showed the video of how much of a beast his own best friend was when in dodgeball. Clyde was looking quite ferocious like he was undergoing a werewolf transformation in himself, without the werewolf. Both Loona and Tex looked quite impressed with how strong Clyde was in his anger. Yet again, it is always the quiet ones and the nice ones that can be the most dangerous kind of humans.
Yes, Loona was rethinking about what she said and remarked to Lincoln's best friend, "Sorry for doubting you, dork." she ruffed his black curly hair.
"No, it's ok. Many people don't think i'm really strong. You're not the only one to think i was weak at first." Clyde smiled. "So how's Octavia by the way? Does she think about me?"
"She did say she thinks about you sometimes," said Lincoln. "She said she would never forget about you and your dads, buddy."
Those words made Clyde smile. "Good." he said. Yes, he was glad Octavia was still thinking about him, and hoped that she can hang out with him some more. It was fun that the Goetia princess stayed with him at his nice house for a couple of days.
"Oh yeah. the Princess thinks about you." Loona added. "But she's happy."
"Good."
"So whatcha doing?" asked tex.
"We were about to hit the Zombie Slayer 3 machine and bust some zombies." said Lincoln.
"Ooh, love busting zombie heads." Tex smiled. "Mind if i join ya guys?"
"Totally!" said Clyde
"cool." the three of the guys began playing with the fake guns attached to the machine as they were blasting many countless hordes of zombies together. The disguised female hellhound smiled as she was taking a few sips of her macchiato.
"Isn't Lincoln one of a kind?" said Gus to Loona
"Heh. You can say that again." Loona smirked. "Kid is cool admittedly. Don't tell him i said that though."
"Why not?" asked Gus, looking a little confused
"Because." Loona said. "I don't want to... expose my... friendlier side."
"Ah. Keeping it cool. I understand. I remember when i was a young adult and-"
"Just get fucking lost." Loona sounded annoyed. "I'm in no mood for hearing a backstory right now."
"Ok! Ok." Gus sounded spooked as he hurriedly went back to the kitchen.
Later on, Lincoln was in hell, and was talking to Loona about what kind of music she knows he should listen to next. "Well, if you like," said Loona, "I can suggest a band for you." said the female hellhound. "It's called-" before she could finish her sentence, Verosika came in the IMP part of the building with another beautiful next to her. She almost looked like her, and had a face similar to Verosika. Except that she had ram-like horns on her head with beautifully long black hair. Her attire consisted of a skintight, sleeveless leopard-skin unitard that went from her feet to around her breasts and it didn't have straps.
Her tail was part of her one-piece suit to match it. "Sorry to intrude." said Verosika. "But, my sister, Katie, wanted to meet you, sweetheart." she stated to the boy. Another beautiful girl wanted to meet Lincoln? Who would have thought that?
This second succubus walked up to him and sat next to him. "Hello." her voice sounded a little deeper than Verosika's but just as silky and sexy as the demon pop star. You are Lincoln, right?"
"Yes?" Lincoln blushed. "Why?"
"My sister told me a good deal about you."
"Wait... Katie Mayday?" Loona recognized. "One of the greatest rock vocalists in Hell?"
"The one and only, sweetie." the other succubus remarked proudly.
"I love your music." said the female hellhound. "Can i get your autograph?"
"Of course. Anything for my fans. But first, let me get a little more acquainted with your adorable, sweet human friend here."
"Sure." Loona smirked, slightly looking away.
Katie looked at Lincoln, and said: "My, you're even more adorable in person. So, my sister says you are quite the gentleman."
"I wouldn't say... gentleman." said Lincoln.
"Oh, you're just being modest." said Verosika. "Lincoln is a sweetheart, sis."
