Chapter 103
Holograms displayed each of the infinity stones as the Avengers sat around a table except for Tony, Steve, and Bruce who were pacing at the front trying to figure out what the plan would be for them to get the stones.
"Okay, so the "how" works. Now we gotta figure out the when and the where. Almost all of us has had an encounter with at least one of the six Infinity Stones." Steve said as he paced.
"Well I'd substitute the word encounter for damn well near been killed by one of the six Infinity Stones." Tony said, rubbing his chin in thought.
"I haven't, I don't even know what the hell you're all talking about." Scott said, shaking his head not understanding what was fully going on.
"Regardless, we only have enough Pym Particles for one round trip each, and these stones have been in a lot of different places throughout history." Bruce said thinking.
"Our history. So, not a lot of convenient spots to just drop in." Tony said as he looked up at the holograms.
"Which means we have to pick our targets." Clint said, leaning forward in his seat.
"Correct."
"Not an easy feature." Everleigh said softly crossing her arms not liking the idea.
Steve's eyes slid over to Thor. "Let's start with the Aether. Thor, what do you know?"
Thor remained silent in his chair with sunglasses covering his eyes.
Natasha blinked a few times. "Is he asleep?"
"No, I'm pretty sure he's dead." Rhodey said, shaking his head.
Everleigh let out a breath and got up out of her seat and smacked him hard on the shoulders causing him to snort as he woke up. Everleigh let out a breath. "Thor." She said looking at him knowing that he wasn't having an easy time during these last five years.
"Where to start? Umm... The Aether, first, is not a stone, someone called it a stone before. It's more of a... an angry sludge thing, so... someones gonna need to amend that. Here's an interesting story though, many years ago... My grandfather had to hide the stones from the Dark Elves…" He wiggled his fingers to imitate a ghost. "Wooooh, scary beings. So Leigh was with Jane when this happened. She stuck her hand inside a rock this one time... and then the Aether stuck itself inside her... And, she became very, very sick. So I had to take her to Asgard, which is where I'm from. And we had to try and fix her.I got to introduce her to my Mother... who's dead," Thor trailed off looking at Everleigh knowing that he needed help.
Tony pushed Thor back into his chair knowing that he needed to relax some. "Awesome. Eggs? Breakfast?"
"I'd like a Bloody Mary, thank you."
Everleigh let out a groan shaking her head knowing that everyone had their eyes on her for having the Aether inside of her and she lived thankfully to her magic.
A little time later they were sitting at the table eating their meals as Rocket paced on the table in front of everyone.
"Quill said he stole the Power Stone from Morag." Rocket explained to them.
Scott blinked a few times. "Is that a person?"
"Morag's a planet. Quill was a person."
"A planet? Like in outer space?"
"Oh, look. It's like a little puppy, all happy and everything. Do you wanna go to space? You wanna go to space, puppy? I'll get you to space."
Nebula shook her head as Natasha continued nibbling on her food and writing their plans down. "Thanos found the Soul Stone on Vormir."
"What is Vormir?" Natasha questioned.
"A dominion of death, at the very center of Celestial existence. It's where... Thanos murdered my sister."
Natasha looked up as an awkward silence fell upon the room. She wrote down everything that Nebula had said.
Scott took it upon himself to break the silence. "Not it."
Everleigh let out a breath, shaking her head lightly. Of course Scott would automatically say that in order to get out of whatever that needed to be done to get the Soul Stone. But honestly she didn't blame anyone. She was rather concerned about the whole thing.
ENDGAME
Everleigh leaned against the wall while Natasha, and Tony laid on the table surrounded by papers while Bruce laid down on the floor.
The time stone popped up onto the display.
Everleigh's brows furrowed knowing that the Stone that was up there now belonged to Steven Strange. Her heart ached knowing that he was gone. He truly had been helpful when she was in hiding before she had been reunited with Thor and Loki.
"That Time Stone guy…" Natasha said trailing off.
"Doctor Strange." Bruce supplied knowing that Natasha really didn't know who he was truly.
"Yeah, what kind of doctor was he?"
"Ear-nose-throat meets rabbit from a hat." Tony said as he rested his head on his arms.
"Nice place in the village, though."
"Yeah. Sullivan Street."
"Bleecker." Everleigh said as she crossed her arms.
"Wait, he lived in New York?" Natasha questioned looking at the three of them.
"No. He lived in Toronto. Were you even paying attention?" Tony questioned looking at Natasha.
"Guys, if you pick the right year, there are three stones in New York."
Bruce sat up from the floor. "Shut the front door."
ENDGAME
"All right. We have a plan. Six Stones, three teams. One shot." Steve said as he walked with the rest of the group towards the time machine wearing the Quantum suits. "Five years ago, we lost. All of us. We lost friends... We lost family... We lost a part of ourselves. Today, we have a chance to take it all back. You know your teams, you know your missions. Get the stones, get them back. One round trip each. No mistakes. No do-overs. Most of us are going somewhere we know. But it doesn't mean we should know what to expect. Be careful. Look out for each other. This is the fight of our lives. And we're gonna win."
Tony looked at Steve with slightly narrowed eyes.
"Whatever it takes. Good luck."
Rocket blinked a few times. "He's pretty good at that."
Scott looked at the racoon with a smile. "Right?"
"All right. You heard the man. Stroke those keys, jolly green." Tony said, ordering Bruce.
"Tractors engaged."
Rocket's eyes slid over to the Benatar that was being held by Clint. "You promise to bring that back in one piece, right?"
"Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay. I'll do my best." Clint said trying his best to not make it sound nonsaultant.
"As promises go, that was pretty lame."
Natasha smiled excitedly looking at everyone. "See you in a minute."
They all shrank down and entered the Quantum Realm before splitting up and going into different paths through history.
Everleigh swallowed the lump in her throat as she traveled with Bruce, Tony, Steve, and Scott. She could only hope that this plan would work out for them.

This is the end of Chapter 103. I hope that you guys enjoyed this chapter. I tried my best with trying to write this chapter out since it took me a bit of time to write this out. Please leave a review and let me know what you think. I'm going to try my best to keep up with my updates, but I'm also trying to finish up some icons so I can tell which story is which and kinda have some nice title cards for each story that I have written. I have some already made, but I really have to make the others of course. Reviews help me keep going when it comes to writing the stories. I will hopefully update next week with the latest chapter. Until next time.
