Before the first day of school, Jaune was already inside the Deputy Headmistress' office. It's ironic since it was the same thing when he came to Beacon. The only difference, this time, he was in trouble, while the first time was because his Sis Glyn wanted to speak to him about how dangerous things would be, how hard he would need to train, and how she would not show him any favors in any way.
Minerva looked at Jaune as he sat on a chair she had prepared. She no longer seemed as old as she was meant to be. She looked no more than twenty-five years old. She said, "Now, I want to know what avocado you gave me when we parted ways in Diagon Alley and how I look and feel young."
Jaune smiled and replied, "It's called the [Eternal Avocado of Life]. It's nothing dangerous. I thought every woman likes to be beautiful. The fruit gives you eternal youth but does not increase your life span. You'd need the [Golden Apple of Idunn] for that."
Minerva's eye twitched. She said, "How is it that you have things that don't exist even in the wizarding world? I've never heard of an avocado that would make one youthful or an apple that can give you lifespan."
Jaune then huffed. He said, "I also have blueberries that make you teleport to places you think of when you consume it. I already told you when we met that I'm not eleven. I'm seventeen, really eighteen, and from a world known as Remnant. I even showed you my Aura and gave you your own. Why is it that you are in denial?"
Minerva recoiled. She said, "I know that you gave me great proof, but even someone as powerful as Dumbledore has never heard of another world that is completely different from our world. Yes, I believe in similar things like a parallel world, but a completely different one? That's out of the question, at least until recently."
Jaune nodded. He said, "Good! Does that mean I don't have to attend Hogwarts and can be left alone to figure out how to get back home? Or how to try and age back to seventeen?"
Minerva said, "I'm sorry, but I cannot allow that. As much as I would like to give you your freedom in magic, I cannot. The Ministry of Magic detected you, and you've been registered as a magical. If they notice you aren't attending a magic school, you'd be in trouble, as would Dumbledore and I. I'm sorry."
Jaune waved and said, "Well, it doesn't matter. I don't want to head back home until I find a way to bring my body back to the right age. It's weird thinking that my girlfriends would be dating an eleven-year-old boy."
Minerva nodded. She said, "Indeed. That would be uncomfortable, not only for you but for them as well. People might talk and think of the worse. Your girlfriends would surely…Did you say girlfriends? As in plural? Many?"
Jaune took you his scroll and showed their pictures to Minerva. She even accidentally saw some rather very passionate snogging with him and Nora.
The scroll that Jaune owns has to be modified for it to work in the world he is currently in. When he first arrived, it didn't function at all. He had to place a spell matrix to make it work. Now, he no longer has to charge it since it would always be fully charged as long as he has magic.
Minerva shook her head at the photos she saw and said, "Back on topic. The reason you are here. As punishment for transfiguring young Malfoy into a ferret, although I find that impressive, you will be participating as a seeker in the Gryffindor Quidditch games."
Minerva reveled in the expression that Jaune made. He hated flying on brooms, and Minerva knew this when he went to try one in a shop in Diagon Alley. It was bad enough that he still had some trouble with his motion sickness, which only doesn't happen when using the spell [Winds of Wind]. He said, "No! You can't make me!"
Minerva had a bit of a sadistic smile. She said, "Oh, yes, I can. I'll be talking to Oliver Wood about you being the seeker. Now, if you cause the team to lose the watch in the yearly games of Quidditch, I will have to give you a much worse punishment."
Jaune's eye was twitching. He said, "Okay, but what happens if I win the games?"
Minerva replied, "For every match you win, I'll exempt you from my classes for a week."
Jaune smiled. Having a bit of free time was great! All he has to do is learn to ride a broom and win a game he knows nothing about. There was nothing to fret about; with a bit of reading, he would know all the rules of the games. All he had to worry about was flying a broom.
While Jaune was thinking, he heard Minerva say, "Another thing. Starting tomorrow, you'll be my teacher's assistant—one of the youngest in Hogwarts History. If you ignore that, you are technically seventeen. Now, I expect you to be early tomorrow as I'll be discussing what the lesson will be about."
Minerva added, "Ah! Before I forget, I noticed you now have a wand. I'm guessing Ollivander was able to craft you one?"
Jaune laughed out loud, "No! No, he did not. A hundred and twenty custom wands for me, and they all burst into flame. No, I ended up crafting my own."
Jaune showed his want to Minerva, and she noticed how different it was from every wand she had seen. The wand shaft was white, the handle was blue, and a gold ring was between it and the shaft on top of the handle. Lastly, the bottom had a symbol of two crescent moons. The wand was thirteen inches long, made of Uru, and had nine-tailed fox fur as the core. The fur came from him when he has [Beast Takeover] active.
Minerva said, "I've never seen a more beautiful wand before. And you've made it yourself?"
Jaune nodded, "I did. It was not that difficult. If you want, how about you commission one from me? I can get it to you by tomorrow morning."
Minerva thought briefly before saying, "Having a secondary wand is not a bad idea. How much would you want for it?"
Jaune used this as an opportunity, "How about you remove me from playing Quidditch? No? Okay, how about thirty Galleon?"
Minerva nodded and handed her Galleon to Jaune. To annoy her, he said, "Apple?" showing a glowing golden apple.
Minerva wanted to blast Jaune out of her office. She was never taking another produce from him ever again. Once was enough. Although, it gave her youth back, the only problem was she had to hide the changes to her person.
Jaune asked, "By the way, making me a seeker, is it really a punishment?"
Minerva replied, "Oh, yes, it is. However, I do believe that you'll be able to find a way to win the cup for me. I take winning the Quidditch match very seriously."
Before Jaune left the office of Minerva, she gave him the password to their common room since he was not there to be told by the prefect.
Arriving in the Gryffindor common room, Jaune was greeted by Harry, Hermione, and Ron. They wanted to know if everything was okay.
Ron said, "So, how did it go? Did Professor McGonagall give you detention, or worse, expel you?"
Jaune shook his head, "Nothing of the sort."
He started gagging and said, "She is making me join the Quidditch team as their seeker…"
Ron said, "Mate! That's great!"
Jaune said, "Not if you are me and have motion sickness! This is going to suck! But you know what? I'll show her! She did this since she knew I did not want to fly on a broom!"
Ron acknowledged that it was indeed a punishment, not a reward for Jaune. He said, "Do you at least know the game's rules? If not, I have just the pamphlet for you!"
The boy went to his trunk in the dormitory and returned with a pamphlet. He said, "These are the entire rules of the game."
Reading it, Jaune noticed one thing about it. Although it was a broomstick game, nothing in the rules said he had to ride a broom at all. This gave him an idea.
Harry said, "What's with the smile? It looked like you were scheming something."
Jaune replied, "Oh, nothing. Ron, are these the entire rules of the game?"
Ron nodded, "It is. There has been no revision for a long time. This one will surely be the latest since I'm subscribed to their newsletter and magazines."
Jaune smiled, saying, "Well, well, well! I wonder how funny her face would be when she finds out I found a loophole in the rules! This is going to be fun! Now, I just had to figure out how to hide the fact in practice. A simple illusion should do, but it might not last long. Minerva is quite smart for that."
Jaune then said, "Oh, right! Where are the dorms?"
Harry said, "You can follow me and Ron since you are in the same room as us, along with Neville."
Jaune raised an eyebrow, "We're sharing a room with Hermione?"
Hermione replied, "Don't be silly! I'll be in the girls' dorm."
Hermione went to bed a few minutes later, and Jaune and the boys headed to their room.
In the middle of the night, Jaune heard Ron snoring. This kept him from sleeping. Thus, he turned the room into four individual rooms. Now, he was finally going to get a good night's sleep. As soon as he was about to fall into a deep slumber, he remembered that Minerva had commissioned a wand from him.
Jaune was thinking about what kind of wand he would craft for Minerva. He already had something in mind about the color and length of the wand, but what materials to use? That's what he is contemplating. He didn't want to use Uru since he had a very scarce amount.
Looking through his [Gate of Babylon], Jaune remembered a staff he made with a unique metal called Jadetherium. After looking for a minute, he found the green staff and broke it into its base material.
Jaune was thinking of his Kitsune form for the wand's core just like his own wand. He took a fur from his tail, which was the tail that was for shapeshifting.
It didn't take long for Jaune to complete the wand.
[Verde-Shift: A wand made from a rare enchanting metal forged deep within the heart of mystical mountains radiates a mesmerizing jade hue. The wand's surface is smooth, with intricate patterns resembling swirling arcane symbols that seem to come alive when touched by magical energies. A wand crafted from Jadetherium is a testament to skilled craftsmanship and a conduit for potent magical abilities. Being made of Jadetherium, its nature enhances the wielder's spellcasting prowess. Its core is the fur from a nine-tailed fox's tail with shapeshifting power, thus making it an excellent wand for Transfiguration.]
With the and done, Jaune decided to head to bed. He was wondering if Minerva was going to like the wand he made for her.
