Chapter 118
Hiccups POV:
Darkness! That was the only thing I could see but for how long I have no idea but time seemed to just stand still for me as I seemed to just float in the darkness with the only thing to keep me entertained was my memories of what happened before I blacked out. I remember the battle I had with Akuhei, how he destroyed my kappa shell helmet and the weights of my shadow sickles, how in my final battle against him I unlocked the power of the dragons' claw and was able to use it to finally defeat him. The last thing I truly remember was how I used the dragons' claw to reclaim the magic within my golden prosthetic while using the spider pack to channel the power of the orochi to overload and destroy him. I kept going through these memories to pass the time and wondering if I'd finally bitten the dust and this was the in-between world before I pass onto the afterlife. It was then a bright light blinded me making me shut my eyes before I slowly opened them to find myself staring at a black marble ceiling. I slowly sat up and groaned at the pain in my joints as I rubbed my eyes using my real hand only to feel wrappings over my left eye which explained why the only thing I could see through it was darkness. I looked down at my body to see I was only wearing my pants while my upper torso was wrapped in gauze.
It was then I looked around at where I was to find myself resting in a large bed with red blankets, pillows and mattress covers with black marble framing against the back wall of a large room made of black marble. Against the corners of the walls were large black pillars made entirely from the same marble as the floor except for the red dragons wrapping around them with the pillars holding up the ceiling. Built into the ceiling of the room above the bed was a glass window shining light down on it warming both the bed and me. Along with this in rooms left side wall was a glass door that lead out to a balcony, against the right wall was another door but since it was closed I didn't know where it led and in the wall in front of the bed was another door that like the other door was closed so I didn't know where it led. I continued to look around the room hoping for some sort of clue as to where I am before my eyes landed on a marble side table next to the bed or to be more precise what was on top of the table and around it. There was a glass picture with a goblet next to it and sitting down in front of it was none other than the rings that formed my ice claws while sitting up against it was my spider pack with my flaming ox boots sitting in front of it all of which had returned to their original forms. I continued to look around at the room taking in the details before the sound of a door opening followed by someone saying.
"I see you have finally awoken Hiccup." I turned to see the fox walking in through the front door.
"What happened?"
"You defeated Akuhei but when you defeated him there was an explosion that knocked you back into the wall both knocking you unconscious."
"How long have I been out?"
"A week so plenty of time for me to tend to your wounds."
"Okay but what about my prosthetic arm and wings?"
"When you throw back in the explosion you had the prosthetic grasped in the dragons' claw which absorbed it into itself, what effects it has is something you shall need to find out for yourself and your wings vanished so they might have been destroyed with Akuhei." I looked down at this. "I'm sorry Hiccup." I shook my head.
"It's alright, I lived a long time without them and I live without them but for now could you tell where we are?"
"We are still in what was once Akuhei's palace in what used to be his bedroom as I felt it be the best place for you to rest while you recovered." I nodded as the memories of what Akuhei said about this place ran through my mind before I gave a small chuckle. "Is something amusing Hiccup?"
"Just the memory of something Akuhei told me about how he got this place." She hopped onto the bed and sat down in front of me.
"Mind if I hear what he said?"
I nodded before repeating the story Akuhei told me about how he used to be a mortal sorcerer who wanted to help his village but always screwed up and how he eventually turned his back on the gods. To be honest I didn't believe it since it was most likely a load of lies to try and persuade me into joining him but it would take more than that to convince me. When I finished I let out another chuckle and looked at the fox as I said.
"Can you believe he actually expected me to believe those lies of his?" I stopped smiling when I saw the fox staring at me.
"He wasn't lying, at least not completely." Hearing this confused me.
"What do you mean?"
"Hiccup, Akuhei wasn't lying about his past life in the village and of the mortal he used to be but was lying about what happened between him and the gods."
"You mean him and I really were the same?"
"At one point you were with your stories having very similar beginnings as the runts of the village leaders."
"Okay but if that part was the truth then what was he lying about?"
"Hiccup, when Akuhei asked the gods to help him harness the power of the orochi they did not turn him down and allowed him the ability to harness a small sliver of the power hoping he'd use it for good." She looked down in sadness.
"He didn't use it for good, did he?" She shook her head.
"He used it to destroy the village he was born in along with all those who lived there including his own family and he turned his back on the gods he once served." She looked back to me. "When the gods found out they tried to take the power back but he'd already sealed his lair away behind the same shields that prevented me from coming in when you first arrived."
"What happened after that?"
"He locked himself up away from the world, practicing the darkest of arts that no mortal dared to touch allowing it to corrupt and consume him until nothing of the mortal man he once was existed leaving only demon, determined to take this world and rebuild it in his own image." I could hear the sadness in her voice at the last part.
"You knew him before he turned his back on the gods, didn't you?" She sadly nodded. "I'm guessing you were more than just his friend." She once again nodded.
"We met when he'd first begun his journey and I joined him on his travels before we eventually fell in love." I saw tears began to form in her eyes. "We were going to be wed after the orochi was dealt with but then he changed, he became power hungry desiring more power then he could ever handle." She sniffled. "The man I fell in love with was gone and in his place was mad demon who wished for me to aid him in his quest for power but that was something I could not do and I fled from this very palace but not before he took my ability to take human form as punishment for turning my back on him." I looked down at the fox feeling sorry for her.
"I'm so sorry and for what it's worth I'm sure Akuhei loved you to his last breath before the demon took over."
"Thankyou Hiccup." She sat up. "Now I believe it best I catch you up on everything you've missed while you were unconscious."
"Could you start with what happened to his mystics and his other minions?"
"Of course, Hiccup."
Six hours later
It's been six hours since I'd come to and in that time I've learnt that a lot has happened in the time I've been out cold starting with what happened to Akuhei's mystics and minions. When their master was defeated the mystics fled the lair and vanished but the fox informed me the lands authorities would deal with them on their own while the minions turned to dust since Akuhei was the source of their power. Of course there was the exception of the ninja he enslaved who apparently tried to protect me when they thought the fox was a threat to my life. I was confused by this since without Akuhei I figured they'd pass on and what confused me even more was how I'd yet to see them again but I figure it's something to worry about later. Then there were the sword remains of Pirus and Ventus, both they along with my sickles and kappa shell had been returned to the Dragon forge to see if any could be repaired and returned to their former glory.
I was relieved that when they were snapped Pirus and Ventus were hurt but the spirits of the beasts within could not be destroyed so easily and await for their vessels to be repaired so that they could once again use their powers to help in the battle against evil. This knowledge brought a smile to my face but that smile had dropped at the next bit of news I was told after I asked about when my left eye would be healed. She told me that the blast damaged my eye far beyond repair meaning I'd be blind in my left eye for the rest of my life but I wasn't going to let it hold me back since as they say back on Berk, it's only fun if you get a scar out of it. She told me it was best I take it easy for at most another week before I would be free to travel again but she promised to keep me company during the time. Other than that the dragons' claw has been acting up a bit having strange bursts of energy which were always painful but the fox said she'd speak to the blacksmith about it.
Presently I was staring up at the ceiling wondering what I could do to pass the time since the fox who I now knew was kitsune had gone to the dragon forge at my request to check up on Pirus and Ventus. Call me a worry wart but I considered the spirits in those swords my allies and I didn't want them to die because of me sending them against Akuhei. I let out a sigh as I dropped my head back against the pillow knowing it would do me no good to continue worrying so I decided I might as well get some sleep. I took one last breath before I shut eyes and drifted off to sleep and embracing the darkness of slumber.
When I opened my eyes I found myself laying on grass and looking up at the clouds passing by above me and when I looked around I saw I was in the middle of another bamboo forest. I looked around hoping to figure out why I was here until I heard the sound of music echoing through the forest and by the sounds of things the instrument being played was a koto. I recognised the music of the instrument from the few times I've heard it on my travels and knew I needed to find out who's playing but also keep my guard up since there's no telling if this could be a trap. I slowly walked through the bamboo forest heading towards the place where the music was coming from but as I got closer I couldn't help but find the music incredibly relaxing. I eventually broke through the bamboo forest to find myself in another clearing with a large shrine in the centre of it. The thing that caught my attention was the woman sitting just outside the shrine kneeling down on the floor, playing the koto where the music was coming from. The woman was wearing a very expensive orange kimono, with golden edgings that had intricate patterns stitched on them a necklace of gold beads and a golden crown upon her head that had a golden sun in the centre on her forehead. The woman herself was drop dead gorgeous with her face seeming to glow, long black hair that was partly tied up to frame her beautiful face while the rest flowed down her back ending at the bottom of her shoulder blades. I stood there staring at her in awe with her never looking up from her koto as she said.
"I take it you enjoy the sound of my koto Hiccup Haddock." I shook my head to shake away the shock.
"I'm sorry for staring but yes the music is beautiful but if I may ask, who are you?" She smiled and continued playing.
"I am Amaterasu Ōmikami, this lands sun goddess." Hearing this I immediately dropped to my knees in a bow.
"It is an honour to be in your presence great goddess of the sun." She giggled.
"Please Hiccup, there's no need to bow in my presence after what you've done for the people of the lands and you have more than earned the right to refer to me simply as Amaterasu." I slowly stood up and looked up at her.
"Thank you Amaterasu and forgive me great goddess but why am I here?"
"For multiple reasons but my main reason is to thank you for your services to the people of these lands."
"I just did what I had." She shook her head.
"Hiccup you did so much more than that." She picked up the pace she was playing. "You brought an end to multiple yokai that have been the cause of much suffering and many deaths for years." She slowed her pace. "Along with this you ask for very little in return other than very little money, some food and shelter for the evening." She smiled. "Furthermore when you defeated the jorogumo you could've taken the treasures it had gathered for yourself but instead you gave it to the people of the village you stayed in to help them pay for the construction of a path that shall aid their home for generations." I nodded. "Your generosity towards them was one of the most admirable things I've seen in my time but the thing that impressed me the most is what you did for young Mizore."
"But I failed her," I looked down in sadness. "I couldn't save her." I looked up when I heard Amaterasu giggle.
"Hiccup, you have may have not been able to save her life but you did save her soul by showing her the light and making it realise how wrong her actions were." I saw a gentle smile grace her lips. "It is because of this she now enjoys her days in the afterlife with her mother where as if you had truly failed her she'd be suffering torment in the underworld as we speak."
"Is she truly happy?"
"You shall be free to ask her yourself as she shall be joining us later." She shook her head while smiling. "She really is a sweet girl." I nodded.
"She is or at least she was."
"Don't dwell on the past for too long Hiccup as it shall do you no good." I nodded.
"True but doesn't mean I should forget it since it's better look back and learn from it."
"Wise words Hiccup Haddock."
"Now could you tell me if there's any other reasons why I'm here." She nodded.
"I also brought you here to inform you of the consequences of releasing the power of the orochi within you spider satchel."
"The orochi's not going to reform and terrorise the world is it?" She giggled and shook her head.
"No, the effect it has will mainly be on your weapons that you had stored with the orb."
"What do you mean?"
"Hiccup, when you released the power and channelled it into Akuhei, slivers of that power was absorbed by your god made weapons and this can have dire consequences."
"Is there anything I can do?
"You can do nothing but the dragon forge can." I raised an eyebrow. "Simply give your weapons to the blacksmith and he shall do the rest, the same goes for the dragons' claw that has been having trouble adjusting to the magic of your original prosthetic." I nodded. "Should you have any concerns about this just speak with the blacksmith." I nodded.
"I understand." She smiled.
"Now onto the next reason, I have brought you here." She then for the first time stopped playing and looked up at me. "Hiccup Haddock, you have travelled through this land and suffered many hardships and in doing so you have helped many villages and their inhabitants who shall benefit from these deeds for generations to come and these deeds shall not go unrewarded." She then stood up hiding her hands in her kimono. "For your services to the land of the rising son and its inhabitants I bestow upon you these gifts." She brought her hands out to reveal a small orb of some kind. "In your final battle you lost your left eye and that is something we cannot repair and for that I cannot apologise enough but I can at least give you this replacement."
The orb slowly floated from her hand and into my hand allowing me the chance to examine it and see what it looked like only to find a glowing green orb that was about the size of my eye. I stared at the orb for a few seconds before it began to brightly glow and seem to pull itself towards my face despite me trying to hold it back but it was too strong and pushed itself into my left eye socket. When it did this I felt immense pain as it shoved itself into my eye socket before a massive surge of power shot through my body causing me to drop to the ground while squirming in pain. It was then just as quickly as the pain had come it vanished allowing me to stand up groaning in pain before I noticed I was able to see through it as if I never lost my left eye but it felt as if there was power pulsing through it and into my body.I looked up at Amaterasu hoping for an answer as to what was going on to which she answered.
"Hiccup the orb I gave you is a powerful artefact known as 'the eye of the dragon'." I nodded. "You shall find information on it within the library of Akuhei." She then looked thoughtful for a moment. "Well the part that survived your battle." I once again nodded.
"Alright but may I have a mirror to see what it looks like with me."
She nodded and pulled out a mirror from her sleeve before allowing it to float over to my face so I could see what it looked like with me. I looked into the mirror and gasped at the sight since in place of the small orb that pulled itself into the socket that was where my left eye used to be. What was there now was an eye with a slit pupil that was dark green almost black in colour,
outlined by light green, eye colour that looked as if it were made of green lava and what would be the whites looked to be made of green fire. (AN: Picture the eye of Sauron from lord of the rings in green.) This new eye looked very intimidating and I knew that I could not walk around with it showing to the world unless I wanted everyone to assume I was some sort of demon in disguise.I'm guessing Amaterasu noticed my worry since she gave a gentle cough gaining my attention as I looked up at her before she said.
"Hiccup I know you worry about how others may react to your new eye and your concerns are logical as many may see you as a demon for this and it is this that brings us to your next gift." She reached up her sleeve again and pulled out a leather strap with a strange piece on it. "This eyepatch is made from unbreakable leather and the tsuba of Akuhei's katana which I have infused with some of the magic from the eye of the dragon allowing you to connect the two meaning you shall be able to see through it along with other things which you shall have to find out for yourself." I nodded as the patch hovered towards me before it landed in my right hand.
"Thank you Amaterasu." She just nodded as I put the eyepatch on over my left eye and found I could still see just fine as if it were never covered before I turned to the mirror that was still floating in front of me. "Completely covered!" As I stared at my reflection I took note of how the tsuba looked like eight serpent heads wrapping around each other until Amaterasu said.
"You look very noble with it on Hiccup Haddock." I blushed hearing this. "I will not be presenting your next gift as that right belongs to an old friend of yours." She raised her left hand before a familiar face walked out.
"Mizore?" She giggled.
"It's nice to see you to Hiccup." I stared at her as she walked up but there was something different about her and that thing was she was wearing a smile that was so warm and gentle. "Hiccup I cannot thankyou enough for what you did for me, because of you I'm reunited with my mother and for the first time in so long I am truly happy." I smiled at her.
"I'm happy for you Mizore but I wish I could've saved you." She shook her head.
"Hiccup, my death was decided when I placed control of my life with Akuhei but you were able to save my soul and for that I shall be eternally grateful." I nodded. "For what you've done for me I bestow upon you this gift." Before I could react she quickly leaned in and kissed me full on the lips but with this kiss I felt power being pushed into my body that felt like ice water was pumped into my veins until she pulled away smiling as I stared at her before smiling .
"Not that I'm complaining but what was that for?" She giggled.
"That was to infuse your body with a bit of my remaining magic giving your immunity to the cold a boost."
"Giving my immunity to the cold a boost?"
"Before you could jump into the waters of a lake that's been frozen over and the water will feel lukewarm to your but now your body could be completely frozen and you would be able to break out as if you were merely covered in snow." I smiled knowing this would be helpful in the future especially on Berk when winter and devastating winter came around.
"Thank you Mizore, I'll always remember how we met and what you gifted me with." She smiled and bowed.
"Good bye Hiccup, with my power I within you I shall always be with you on your adventures." With that said she walked away back into the forest as I lowered my head and whispered.
"Good bye Mizore." I then looked back to Amaterasu. "Is that all Amaterasu?" She shook her head.
"No, I believe it's time to return something that Akuhei stole from you."
She raised her hands before a bright light shone down on me and when I looked up and smiled at the sight of my wings being lowered down towards me. As they got closer to me I closed my eyes and took a breath as I prepared for the pain that I knew was coming like when I first got my wings. It was only seconds later before I felt the burning pain as the bases of my wings pierced into my back once more and fused into my body. I dropped to my knees in pain and had to hold back my screams of pain as the wings slowly finished bonding to me before I let out a sigh of relief. I slowly got up and looked at my wings smiling as I bent them around a bit before pulling them back into my back and let out a happy sigh as I said.
"It's good to have my wings back where they belonged." Amaterasu smiled.
"I am happy you have them back Hiccup and out of the hands of he would abuse them." I nodded. "Now I believe there are two companions you made on your travels who wish to see you again."
I raised an eyebrow wandering who she was talking about until the familiar sound of a gong and shrine bell ringing came from behind her before the waniguchi and shōgorō ran from behind her and up to me as I smiled and kneeled down to greet them. They both ran up to me before I began patting them in greeting as Amaterasu giggled at the sight. I looked up at her to see her smiling down at us as she said.
"You certainly have a way with mystical beings Hiccup."
"No, I just treat them with kindness and they seem to latch onto me." She giggled.
"Well they aren't the only ones who have noticed your kind nature and wish to stay with you." I looked up at her with a raised eyebrow as she let out a gentle whistle before the sound of a gentle neigh caught my attention and out from behind the shrine walked one of the most amazing creatures I'd ever seen as it began walking towards me. "Hiccup through your adventures in this land and others you have proven yourself to be both honourable and pure of heart despite how much you have suffered in the past and for that you have earned the admiration and loyalty of this Kirin who wishes to join you on your island."
I would've replied but I was too bewildered by the creature I now knew to be a kirin which shocked me to my very core. The reason I was so shocked was kirin are said to be one of the rarest, most awesome and powerful creatures ever known in Japan, are often considered a god in their own right and considered to be the most powerful and sacred beast of all. I was having trouble accepting the fact that I was even seeing one and hearing that it actually wanted to join me on my island was just plain unbelievable for me. It was then the kirin brought me out of my thoughts when it reached me and let out a puff of air into my face bringing me out of my shock. It then began nuzzling me making me chuckle its head fur was tickling my chest before I gently pushed it away so I could get a better look at it. Its top body was covered in dark green dragon like scales while its underbelly had light yellow padded scales like that of a monstrous nightmare that also went down the back of its legs upper joints, the front and lower joints of its legs were covered in golden fur as were the sides of its neck, the main running down the back of its neck and down its back were a beautiful red as was the tip of its tail that resembled the tail of an ox, the top of its head which resembled a deer had the same green dragon scales with brown horns. All in all this kirin was one of the most beautiful creatures I had ever laid eyes on before I was brought out of my daze by the sound of Amaterasu saying.
"I take it you're impressed with this kirin." I turned to her. "I admit this kirin is beautiful and I'd love to have it along with the waniguchi and shōgorō join me on my island but I don't think I have the right habitat for them to call home." She smiled.
"That is where your next gift comes in." She reached into her left sleeve and pulled out a familiar item in the form of a light green crystal piece. "I believe you shall find this new addition to your island to be rather helpful in soothing your worries." It floated into my hand before I studied it and found a large lump at the back with a small point in the centre. "Hiccup on that new piece holds a great many treasures but they shall only be revealed when it has been risen from the sea." I nodded. "Now about Akuhei's fortress" I looked at her. "All ownership of it is given to you and if you worry about there being a lot of work to repair the damages, remove the traps and make it to your liking then don't worry as it shall turn back to what it was before Akuhei turned to the dark arts, I believe you shall find it much more appealing but you are free to alter it as you see fit." I nodded.
"I'm looking forward to seeing what it looks like when I get back."
"When you do get back, remember to first deliver the dragons' claw and your god made weapons to the dragons' forge to be adjusted to the new magic of the Orochi." I nodded.
"I won't forget but what about the orb that once held its power?"
"You are free to keep it as a trophy from your victory against Akuhei as the magic now has new containers." I smiled knowing it would make a fine addition to my trophy room.
"Thank you."
"Now I give you the blessing of the gods of this land as I send you back from whence you came."
She then held her hand up as a bright light shone from it blinding me before everything went black and then nothing. When I reopened my eye I was back in the bedroom except it had gone through some major changes. The blankets, pillows and mattress of the bed had been turned from red to white while the marble had gone from black to grey as had the room while the dragons that wrapped around the pillars went from red to gold. I looked around at the transformed room before I felt something jump onto my lap and looked to see the waniguchi climbing onto the bed and looking up at me along with the shōgorō looking up at me with the kirin staring at me from the end of the bed. It was then the door opened again before the fox walked in looking around before she turned to the bed where she noticed the kirin and tsukumogami. She stared at us for a few seconds before she smiled and said.
"I see in the time I've been gone you've been doing some redecorating and getting new pets."
"While I was napping I had a meeting with the goddess Amaterasu Ōmikami who was kind enough to give me some rewards for my services to the land and its inhabitants." She nodded.
"I take it the home make over and yokai currently with you are part of the reward." I nodded. "Well you can't say she's not generous."
"Agreed but she also told me some things that need to be taken care of immediately."
"And what would these things be."
"It's a long story but to begin with I'm going to need to pay a visit to the dragons forge."
"I'll take you in the morning since the blacksmith said he wanted to speak with you about the weapons he was given to repair." I nodded.
"For now you must get some more rest so your body can fully recover." I nodded. "In the meantime could you tell me what else you received from the goddess since I doubt that new eye patch is just covering an empty hole." I smiled before I told her what I was given.
Morning
Yesterday I told the fox of what I was given and I could tell she was shocked when I told her and wanted to know more about the eye of the dragon as did I. She told me when everything had settled down we'd go through the books in the library to see what we could find out about it. After that I simply lay resting in the bed since the fox wouldn't allow me to leave the bed feeling my body still needed time to recover from the stress of the battle despite the fact that I've been unconscious for so long. Now we were back in the dragons forge with the blacksmith examining the dragons' claw after I briefed him on what I was told by Amaterasu Ōmikami. The dragons' claw was resting on a stone table against the wall with my god made weapons that he'd also been studying. He ran a hand over the prosthetic while humming and nodding in thought as he felt the magic within it while me and the fox watched him work. He then gave a final nod before turning to us as he said.
"You were right to bring these to me Hiccup, the magic of the Orochi has been absorbed into these weapons and is clashing with their own magic." He then gestured to the dragons' claw. "The same goes for your original prosthetic and the dragons' claw."
"Is there anything you can do?" He nodded.
"It shall take time but when I am done your weapons shall be transformed by the power and their own powers enhanced." I nodded as he turned back to the table. "However I believe it best I take care of the dragons' claw first since as it originated from the forge it shall be the fastest thing to adjust and I believe you'll be needing it back." I looked down at the place where my right arm used to be and nodded as I turned back to him.
"What about Pirus and Ventus along with the kappa shell and my sickles?" He smiled at me.
"They have been repaired as the best I could with some modifications made to them allowing some new abilities." I was eager to ask for them so I could see how they had changed but the fox stepped in and said.
"No, Hiccup is still recovering from the battle and needs to rest so until I say so." I was ready to protest but the blacksmith looked to me and said.
"Sorry Hiccup but when she goes into mother hen mode it's best not to cross her." I was about to reply saying he was being ridiculous but the look of fear in his eyes made me think otherwise so I just asked.
"Any ideas on when I should get my prosthetic back?"
"Hard to say but if all goes well it should be done by this evening and tomorrow at the latest." I nodded as he smiled. "Hiccup, tending to your weapons will take time, time that might better used to enjoy the cities and towns this land has to offer." I smiled at this.
"It will be nice to take in a bit of the culture without worrying about a quest to reclaim what was taken from me." He smiled before he glanced at the fox who said.
"This shall have to wait till after you've fully healed and then you can travel to your hearts content."
"Hopefully it won't take too long since the longer I'm away from Berk the more worried my parents will be and the more worried they are the more Berk will suffer." They both looked at me confused before the blacksmith asked.
"Why is that?"
"Easy, when they're worried they get frustrated and when they get frustrated nobody wins since they need an outlet for their frustration which is often the people."
"Is it really that bad for the people?"
"Considering my parents become unbearable by even Viking standards yes."
"Then I shall do my best to hurry for the people of Berk but you cannot rush these things my friend as that would cause mistakes and with magic mistakes can be fatal." I nodded.
"Understood!" The fox then said.
"If that is all, it's back to bed with you Hiccup Haddock." I opened my mouth ready to reply but before I could the blacksmith held up his hand silencing me as he shook his head.
"Don't bother Hiccup, you'll be fighting a battle that no man has ever won." I sighed and nodded before allowing the fox to lead me out.
2 weeks later
It's been two weeks since I dropped my weapons and prosthetic with the blacksmith of the dragons' forge and in that time a lot has happened with me, my weapons and the yokai I was given. My prosthetic was completed that evening but it was two days after that I was allowed to use it since the fox didn't allow me to try using it until she approved of my condition since she was like a mother hen but I found the wait to be worth it though with what the results were. I could switch the forms of my arm between my golden prosthetic, that now had Japanese symbols for the gods underneath the other blessings, and the dragons' claw which I knew would be helpful since my original prosthetic sticks out less in public than the dragons' claw. It was then I decided I'd use my prosthetic for normal activities and normal fights while the dragons' claw would be brought out for the major battles that I often find myself pulled into. Along with this the dragons' claw had also gained some new abilities from my prosthetic like the ability to harness the power of the crystals like my prosthetic did with the crystals being pulled in when the spike on the shoulder lifted up like lid, along with this the knuckles could now grow sharp spikes like my prosthetic except these spikes were made of the blue crystals that formed the claws and finally like the prosthetic it could now be used to store my weapons. My prosthetic on the other hand had gained the abilities of the dragons claw to spray the different gasses, release the cutting threads and of course phase through things meaning I'd still be able to use these things in covert missions where the dragons' claw sticks out too much.
As for the weapons they'd all gone through some major changes in both form and power thanks to both the power of the orochi while Pirus and Ventus, my sickles and the kappa shell got boosts from the forge since according to the blacksmith Amaterasu imbued a bit of her own magic into the forge as they were being repaired. Pirus and Ventus were given the ability to turn into amulets that could then turn into their sword forms. Pirus' amulet is the size of my palm with a dragon curled around it made of gold and right in the middle of it is a red gemstone with a Golden Chain right behind the neck of the dragon while Ventus' amulet is the same size but has a silver phoenix with its wings spread out and holding emerald gemstone between them with a silver chain behind its neck allowing me to wear both around my neck.
The Kappa shell still looked the same except its colouring was now jade with silver in the cracks, along with this it also now had another blade with a new ability that was without a doubt going to come in handy when it comes to crossing valleys or cliffs. It goes like this the blades can shoot out with ropes attaching them to the shell with the blades imbedding themselves into the walls while the shell was held up over the valley or cliff. I could then hop onto the shell which would then act as a platform and pull itself over the valley with me on it and stop at some point giving me a good place to stand and fire projectiles at enemies or just enjoy the view. As for my sickles, they had gone through the biggest change of all since there was now only one sickle but it had the strength of two. When I first saw it the blade was black with a silver edgings and etchings, three light blue sapphires imbedded in the blade, silver engravings that resembled wrappings at the back of the sickle where the handle met it with three feather like blades behind it which like the blade so black with a silver edgings, and the handle had silver engravings that looked a bit like waving vines with the same blue sapphires in it, at the bottom was a dagger like blade with a large blue gem as the handle sharp curved blades as the guards abd the dagger was like the blade of the sickle and where the sickles handle met this dagger were silver metal wrapping in an x shape. When I pressed down on the large gem though the dagger popped out and revealed itself to be connected to a chain that could be pulled back into its place.
Then there were my god made weapons that had gone through major transformations and gained new abilities that would definitely be helpful in the future. My star swords new form had a golden handle with the cornerstone still at the end, the blade is now white with the two pieces of steel that looked like feathers above the handle being the guards, with green markings at the base of the blade showing the power of the Cronus stone. As for its new power I would say it's now able to show the true power of the star that the sword was forged from. All I have to do is raise the sword up in the air and it creates a bright light that when viewed by an opponent temporarily making them freeze up so it was like when a flightmare attacked so I was only gived enough time to strike.
My Eagle Shield still resembled an eagle but it now had a second form in which a second set of feathers came out from the edges as the head turned to that of a phoenix with the tips of the feathers turning orange so the size of its defences were widened. In this new form the shockwaves that shatter weapons and throw their wielders back was twice as powerful and now it would happen if I slammed my shield into someone. Along with this another power it had gained was the ability to form a large barrier when the bottom was stabbed into the ground. This barrier was like the one I used to stop rocks from crushing me and a child in El Dorado except this one could stop arrows and other projectiles launched at me and a large group of people.
My spirit bows transformation had made the middle of the bow metal with a decent grip in the centre that had three spikes on each side pointing in along with a silver skull of some sort of animal above it. This skull was the main source of my bows new ability since it could be lowered down above the grip before opening up the mouth allowing me to slide the arrows in and steadying my aim. Besides this the skull also allows me to fire two arrows together like before except now the arrows combined into one as did their powers. For example when I combined my fire and ice arrows they created fire so cold it burns or when an earth arrow was combined with a lightning arrow the earth in a small area becomes electrified shocking anyone standing in the affected area.
My crystal spears new form which looked a whole lot more fierce since the crystal end had split open in the centre and the crystals began to twist and turn becoming more pointed forming one mean looking head while the blade now had green crystal edging to it, the pole now had a grip in the centre while the rest had vine like crystals rapping around it so all in all it looked pretty vicious. It did also gain new abilities like how it can now shoot out giant crystal shards of crystal when I thrust the crystal end forward making sharp shards of crystal blast out like a barrage of small crystal arrows impaling the victims. Along with this if I stabbed the blade into the ground and drag it in the ground before I swing upward the ground splits open like an earthquake. It'll swallow any opponents in its path before closing up on them either crushing them or trapping them.
My Anubis Khopesh new form was rather impressive the blade being sharper than ever with the blade outer section becoming silver and the inside of the curve and base being black as night, engravings in the base and at the turning point there was a glowing orange gem, the guard being a curving wind pattern made of gold as was the handle that was wrapped in black leather and the pommel being a sharp point facing the same direction as the outer blade. Its new form allows me to increase the distance of its ability to turn the ground into quicksand so I'd be able to capture more enemies this way. Along with this the power it had to paralyse people when stabbed into their shadows had been increased since now all I have to do is stab the blade into a shadow of a building or a shadow of a plant and it can create Shadow like tentacles to reach my opponents and links them all together leaving them paralyzed. As an added bonus I could now conjure up black flames to engulf the blade that would destroy a person's armour and weapons on contact by making them rapidly age and turn to dust but I don't know what would happen if I used it on a person and I didn't want to find out.
My Scimitar Throwing knives now looked like a rainbow had been melted onto them with crescent moon shaped gems imbedded in the top of the handles. They also now have an ability I call lunar Mirage which is an ability allows me to throw his knives and make them create five astral images of themselves that could still cut into people. I call this ability lunar mirage because the images shine like moonlight giving them a ghostly glow and they start spinning like small saw blades. I figure this ability could mostly be used against giant monsters since all I have to do is just grab the knives, fling them and call out lunar Mirage.
My Hook now had glowing blue runes inscribed into it while the edges of it were a lot sharper than before meaning I could cut through things with it now. Along with this new look my hook also gained the ability to rapidly spin to the point where it was just a blur so I could use it to drill through wood like if I was in the hull of a ship. When I launch it into the water when it's spinning giant whirlpool forms to suck down enemy ships. Along with this ability, its ability to form sharp water blades increased making it possible for me to form blades of water that would remain on the hook so I could use it to cut into the hulls of ships. I knew with this ability I'd be able to do some damage using Wave Chomper to get up close to them.
My Lightning Axe was one of my weapons that had without a doubt changed the most in both appearance and power. Appearance wise my axe now had a metal end forming a bottom handle that had water shaped engravings at the top and bottom of the part that was pulled in, the blade was now a bit larger and had some of the most complex engravings I'd ever seen, to begin with the middle of the blade where the handle went through was a small hole with the metal covered handle going through it, surrounding this hole was a circle that was glowing blue with curls in it and on the part that was between it and the blades were engravings of what I believe to be the Midgard serpent with the body made of the same glowing blue crystal that was inside the circle. When it came to the power I was surprised to learn it now had a bit of power over ice when the blacksmith went onto explain that this type of magic had been dormant in my axe for a while before he asked me how I got it. When I finished telling him the story he said it was most likely that after my battle with the frost giants my prosthetic most likely absorbed a sliver of power from the axe of eternal winter and since my axe was freshly forged it was able to absorb that power but till now it lay dormant. With this magic unlocked my axe gained new powers which consisted of the ability to make large balls of ice that shocked anyone who touched them and when I slammed it down into the ground while thinking of ice everything in front of it was trapped in ice. I knew these abilities would come in handy for taking enemies down without killing them or injuring them too badly.
My lion gauntlets new form gave them each a mane that looked to be made of flames that were sticking out around the back with their eyes looking as if there was a burning fire within them. This gave them a more fierce look that would more than likely help me intimidate any opponent I was going up against with them. When I used them the manes rapidly spun like blades meaning if someone attacked me from the side they'd be cut by the manes of the lion. The other power that's been increased is its ability to turn metal into balls that can then be launched at opponents. Now it could turn other materials into balls to be launched like stones, wood, ice and sand which turns into glass. I had the feeling that this ability was going to come in handy in the future battles when I wanted to keep my distance in combat.
Of course these alterations took a lot of time but I found ways to pass the time since there was no shortage of things to do while I waited for my weapons to be returned to me. For starters I took the time explore the palace that now belonged to me and I was beyond impressed with what I found this palace contained. The throne room had gone through a colour change with the black marble becoming white with golden dragons wrapping around the pillars, impressive engravings into the top of the walls and the pits that once held flames now held water. Along with this, the pit full of spikes was now a garden of trees holding pink flowers that I now knew to be cherry blossoms and it was truly a beautiful thing to look at which is good because the balcony in what is now my bedroom looked out onto it. The other door lead to a bathroom with a large hot spring at the back that was surrounded by boulders except at the front where I was able to get in, the floors and walls were yellow marble and there was also a large mirror in front of a sink where I could scrub my body using a cloth that rested on the basin.
Along with these rooms there's also the rooms I'd mainly been using which consisted of the training room, the art gallery and the library for different reasons. The training room was one large circular shaped room made of stone with a dome shaped roof that had a hole in the roof allowing light in but despite it being one room there were three separate levels that were formed by catwalks that circled the room. To begin with when one first walks in they have to walk down a small flight of stairs onto an octagon shaped platform in the centre of the room surrounded by water with the cat walks surrounding it. The first cat walk at the bottom had large statues of warriors in different fighting stances holding up the second catwalk that simply had pillars with dragons curled around the tops looking down at the training area and the final catwalk had separate water channels leading to the edge forming waterfalls that fed the water surrounding the platform. I spent a lot of time trying out my weapons with their new powers in order to help me get the hang of them. Another room I've been often using is the art gallery which was a large white marble room with multiple pillars that had yellow dragons wrapping around them with the majority built into the wall while there were four going down the middle of the room. This room was also filled with truly magnificent pieces of art that made me spend some time in here after training to just enjoy a bit of peace along with the paintings on the walls and the sculptures on white marble pedestals.
Then there's the library which had been returned to its former glory as if me and Akuhei had never fought in it so now the tall shelves were restored with multiple scrolls, maps and books sitting on the shelves. The black marble table at the back was now white marble and the chair that was once dark wood with red cushions was now a lighter shade of wood with white material cushioning. I spent quite a bit of time going through different books that Akuhei had collected which were quite impressive since some of them were from lands I've been to and were said to no longer exist for one reason or another. The fact that I was now able to enjoy them was quite a treat but the main thing in the library that caught my attention were two old books that shined light on Akuhei's past and the eye of the dragon. The first book was a beaten up brown leather bound book that was originally resting on the desk next to a black inkstone, a black inkstick and a simple black brush. When I began reading this book I discovered it to be Akuhei's journal detailing his life from when he lived in the village he was born in and I had to say he was treated badly. I actually felt sorry for the guy but even those people who bullied him didn't deserve such a horrible fate. Learning about Akuhei was one of the things that made the journal interesting since it gave me a better understanding of how he became the demon that I'd gone up against. The next book was one that listed known magical artefacts that were thought lost to time with one of them being the eye of the dragon. From this single book I was able to learn a lot of its capabilities like how it could see through solid objects which I knew would come in handy for infiltration jobs and could connect its magic to different minerals but they were incredibly rare so my hopes of using this ability weren't too high. I just needed to figure out how to activate these abilities along with the others so I could use them in the future.
The other rooms in this palace were mostly just storage rooms full of old items such as spare furniture, old statues, old ceremonial items and other such items along with artefacts from different lands that went missing in most cases. As soon as I'm able to I intend to gather up these artefacts and return them to their proper homes since I know the people will be happy to have them back. There is also the armoury which was full of weapon wracks that had multiple weapons that were native to Japan and a few other places from around the world. Besides that there is also the treasury that was full of gold, bronze, silver, jewels, gold items, jewellery and various other treasures that I knew could do a lot of good for those who've suffered in these lands while some of the other things would make good additions to my vault. I had already used the majority of these treasures to help people in some of the villages I'd been to in the past since the fox was happy to take me there using her ability to transport me along with my spider pack that I used to carry the treasures. All the villagers were extremely happy with this though their leaders tried to turn me down I was a Viking and as such I was stubborn so I stuck around pestering them till they gave in. They weren't the only ones who were getting some of the treasures though as there was a large city only four miles from the mountain with a lot of people who were going through rough times and needed the money to help themselves and their families as many had children who needed the money for food and water. I didn't mind giving away this money to help others since these treasures were more than likely gained from stealing and destroying the lives of innocent people so it only felt right to use it to help rebuild lives.
I didn't do all this alone though since fox was more than happy to join me when I did these things and pretend to be my pet who was accompanying me. I didn't know it at first but she wasn't the only who was accompanying me which is something I learned when some crooks saw how I was giving out gold to those in need and tried to rob me in the forest when I was heading back to the palace. They surrounded me with their weapons at the ready demanding I give them all the valuables I had or they'd kill me and my fox but before I could even get ready to defend myself there were five puffs of smoke around me that cleared to reveal the ninja that served as Akuhei's guard. At first I assumed they were there to kill me themselves but instead they took down the bandits as if they were nothing before bowing to me and then disappearing in puffs of smoke. I was confused by this until the fox recommended I try calling for them when we got back to the palace after handing the bandits over to the proper authorities.
This lead to me trying to summon them in the throne room and succeeding which resulted in meeting them for the first time where we weren't going to battle. I tried questioning them they kept silent and only communicated using hand gestures showing they didn't speak and allowing me to find out that when I defeated Akuhei command of them went to me. I tried freeing them but the fox translated what they were saying that I'd freed their souls from Akuhei and in return they'd serve me till my dying day since in their new bodies formed from magic they couldn't pass on so easily. After this was discovered I accepted them knowing there wasn't anything I could do to stop them but worked out some things with them like what I called them, when to come and what they could do. They chose the names of the elements their clans represented since they hadn't used their true names in years, to summon them I'd just have to call their names and as for their jobs, they'd accompany me to big parties but remain in the shadows to watch out for trouble and also help me train with different weapons of this land and pure hand to hand. I spent hours in the training room with them learning different ninja fighting techniques they had to teach me and I had to say they were impressive and would no doubt be helpful when breaking into enemy bases. Other than that they'd mostly just be acting as added security for my island and helping me set up pranks on the twins and Snotout.
The ninja weren't the only living beings that I've been spending time with as there's also the waniguchi, shōgorō, kirin and the Koma inu who were now all named. The Kirin who was now named Nagareboshi which means shooting star since when he ran he looked like one, was nice to have around since he always has this calming presence around him and loved to run through the garden and bamboo forest and was always a truly beautiful thing to see. I figure on my island he'll serve as good company and help keep my animals, dragons and I calm when things get stressful. Then there's my waniguchi and shōgorō who'd been named Beruto~ūsu which means Bell tooth and Dōgame after a species of turtle I'd heard of in a story. They were pretty much playful with Beruto~ūsu acting like a dog and Dōgame happily running around banging his gong but I believe I could train them to be a guard dog and an alarm for my island. Finally there's the Koma Inu who I named Borudā o funsai which means crushing Boulder for the boy and Kakusareta hisui which means hidden Jade for the girl. They weren't much for playing which is understandable since they're guardian yokai and from one of the books in the library they're bonded to the palace meaning they can't leave it but I didn't mind since it's nice to know my palace was guarded while I'm away.
All of this brings us to where I am now and that is finally going home after so long knowing I was going to have a whole lot to deal with when I got back and I'm not just talking about the things I'm bringing with me in my spider pack. For this trip I was wearing a black kimono with Toothless on the back, my spider pack on my back, the kappa shell on my head, my ice claw rings on my fingers, my ox flame boots on, my shadow sickle sheathed at my side, Pirus and Ventus sheathed between my back and the spider pack while all of my god made weapons were stored in my prosthetic arm except my eagle shield which was on my left arm under the sleeves of the kimono. I'd made a portal door in a circular room that was used for the ceremony where Akuhei took off his own arm to make room for my prosthetic. I turned back to the fox and said.
"Well I have to say this adventure was not something I intended to go on but I have to say it's been an interesting experience when I wasn't fighting for my life or trying to regain what was taken from me that is."
"I'm glad you were able to complete your quest and then enjoy some quiet time Hiccup and you can't deny it was worth it."
"Yeah, I got some new weapons which can double as other items that'll come in handy in the future when it comes to travelling through new lands plus my god weapons got a few improvements that are definitely going to help me in future battles." She smiled. "Now I need to go home and face my most fierce and intimidating opponent." She cocked her head to the side. "My angry parents who are more than likely going to tie me to them so I can't go anywhere without them again."
"Perhaps it best you bring Nagareboshi with you to the meeting to use his presence in order to help calm them." I looked from her to Nagareboshi who was next to me with Beruto~ūsu and Dōgame before turning back to the fox. "I don't think he'd have any effect on them since when they get angry there is nothing that can calm them down and anything near them becomes something that can take their frustrations out on which is a fate I would not inflict on anyone including my enemies." She nodded.
"If that is the case then I wish you luck Hiccup." I nodded. "Till next we meet young Hiccup but I do help the next time it's just for a friendly visit." I smiled.
"As do I my dear fox, as do I." With that said she walked back and faded away as I turned to my Kirin and two tsukumogami. "Alright guys let's get you to your new home and me to my true home." They each just stared at me as I opened the portal door and sighed. "Let's go home." With that said we made our way through the door into the in between portal room before going through the one leading to my island as I muttered. "I am no doubt going to need a bath after greeting my dragons and animals."
Half an hour later
It's been half an hour since I got back from Japan and it's taken all this time to calm all of my animals and dragons who were beyond happy to see me back. My dragons and wolves nearly drowned me in their slobber from their licks of affection along with all their sniffing wondering where I'd gone. When I was finally able to calm them all down I was able to introduce them all to the new inhabitants who'd be joining us on the island as residents. They all welcomed the kirin and tsukumogami who were happy to meet my dragons and animals after I'd told them so much about them during our time together in Japan. I'd flown up to the top of the volcano with Toothless and inserted the new island section that rose up next to the Celtic fields and it looked to be a bamboo forest with a small mountain. I was looking forward to exploring it but before I could do anything like that I needed to face my parents who were no doubt wondering what happened with me. This brings us to now with me on Toothless wearing the items I got from Japan since there's no doubt my tribe was going to want to know what I brought back with me. I knew this was going to take a while but fortunately it was still afternoon so I'd be able to get back to my island by nightfall. We came to land in the town square which as expected was empty since it was lunch time so everyone was up at the great hall for lunch. I took a breath as I turned to Toothless and said.
"Well bud, I'd best get this over with since the longer I wait the worse things are going to be." He crooned before a voice behind me asked.
"Hiccup?" I turned around to see who it was only to find Gobber standing there slack jawed.
"Hey Gobber, how've you been?" Before I knew it he had me swept up in a bone crushing hug that actually knocked the kappa shell off my head.
"Lad you have no idea how happy I am to see you." He put me down.
"I missed you to." I kneeled down to pick up the shell and put it on my head before looking back at Gobber. "What are you doing here in the village instead of up in the great hall having lunch." He sighed and shook his head.
"I needed to get away from your parents lad."
"Is something wrong with them?" He gave me a look that screamed 'are you serious?'
"Lad they've been driving the village crazy since you disappeared." He shook his head. "Your fathers been running the town ragged while your mothers been using her staff to strike anyone who even whispers a complaint about your father." Hearing how they were now I knew things were going to be difficult for me.
"Maybe I should leave this till they've calmed down a bit." I turned to walk away but Gobber wrapped his arms around me, pulled my body against him and picked me up.
"Oh no you don't, you're going to take care of this now even if I have to drag you up there by those wings of yours." I sighed before activating my prosthetics phasing ability and went right through Gobber's body before coming out behind him
"Okay, let's get this over with." He just turned to me with his face paling to the point where his skin was going white as snow. "No Gobber I am not a ghost and I shall be happy to explain everything when we get to the great hall." I then noticed his pants. "Or I can explain to you while we get you some new pants to replace the ones you just wet." He nodded dumbly before I slowly lead him to his hut.
Fifteen minutes later
Gobbers pants were changed, he'd calmed down, he now knows how I was able to phase through him, knows I'm not a ghost and now we were standing outside the great hall doors with me ready to face my parents. I gave Gobber a single nod before we pushed the doors open to see everyone enjoying their meals but I took note of how they were all doing their best to keep clear of the table my parents were eating at which was at the far end of the hall. I used my eagle eye to get a better look and saw my father stabbing into his food as if he were angry at it while my mother just pushed hers around with her fork. I turned to Gobber and gave him a nod before we began making our way towards their table but I kept my head down so the kappa shell hid my face while I kept my hands intertwined and hiding in my sleeves so nobody recognised me. I knew nobody recognised me since people silenced their conversations to look at me and Gobber as we walked towards the table. As we got closer I'm guessing my parents noticed the silence as they turned to see what was going on just as me and Gobber reached them. My father looked from me to Gobber before sighing and shaking his head as he turned to me and said.
"Okay, listen if you're a foreign trader then wait till tonight to negotiate because I am in no mood to deal with any business during my lunch break and if you're looking for a map ask Gobber to take you to our library to get one." I smiled and saw Gobber open his mouth to reply but before he could I took off the kappa shell revealing my face and said.
"You know some fathers greet their sons returning from a long trip with a hug while telling them how good is to see them again." For a moment the great hall was so silent you could hear a pin drop right before my parents both yelled.
"HICCUP!" They both stood up throwing the benches over and before I could react my father had me in a hug that was so tight I was having trouble breathing and I could hear my ribs cracking.
"Easy there dad, I've did not come back from a long trip of fighting demons and monsters just so I could fight to breath." He put me down only for me to be pulled into another hug by my mother as my father said.
"Well excuse me for being happy to see my son after he disappears before my very eyes when he's still recovering from a near fatal attack." Before I could reply my mother pulled away and began examining my face before she asked.
"What happened to your eye?" I sighed and shook my head.
"I lost it in the final battle against Akuhei." My father then said.
"I take it he's dead now." I nodded.
"Oh, yeah I doubt he's coming back from what I did to him."
"Start talking son and start from when that fox took you from Gothi's hut."
"Alright but no interruptions and if anyone interrupts I'm going to gas them." Before my father could reply Tuffnut asked.
"You should see Gothi about that problem before you stink up the great hall." I turned around to face him only to see him at the front of a large crowd that formed behind me and my parents but I just shook my head and walked up to him.
"Not that kind of gas Tuffnut." I held up my prosthetic hand and pointed it under his head. "This kind of gas!" A small puff of near invisible gas puffed into his face right before he froze up and collapsed to the ground with Ruffnut laughing as I walked back to my parents who were staring at me but I just shrugged. "I don't want to be interrupted." I then turned back to the crowd. "Unless you want to end up like Tuffnut, save all your questions till the end." I saw his parents looking at him in concern as they stood him back up. "Don't worry, he's fine just paralyzed as if her were stung by a speed stinger." They nodded but still looked at him concerned as I begun the story of my adventures in Japan.
Nightfall
I was now resting in my bed with my hands behind my head while going over the events of what became a long day for me in that great hall. I spent four hours telling people what happened to me in Japan with them asking for details when I told them of the battles. It was during this time I had to gas five people just to get my point across that if they wanted to ask questions then they had to wait until I was finished telling them the story. When I finally finished telling them the story my parents nearly crushed me in a hug telling me how proud they were of me for all I'd done and my generosity with me giving away so much money to help the innocent. The Jorgensons told me I was an idiot for doing that and should've kept the money for myself but I just hit them both with some lime green gas that knocked them out. I then had to spend another two hours giving a demonstration of my new gears abilities and my improved god made weapons before I was finally able to just relax a bit. Some people wanted to see my new eye but until I knew what it could do I wasn't comfortable showing it to others since I might accidently end up hurting them. They understood this and agreed to leave me alone about it until I learnt to fully control the power of the eye. Along with this I had to deal with my parents doting over me, making sure I was alright and all but nailing it into my head that I was not to go on any more adventures for at least three months. I couldn't deny them this since I was going to be pretty busy helping my new creatures settle in, studying some books I got from Akuhei's library, learning new fighting methods from my ninja's, catching up with my dragons and animals, practicing with my weapons new forms, learning what the eye of the dragon can do and of course exploring my islands new piece since with everything that's gone on today I didn't get the chance. I let out a sigh while staring at the ceiling and said.
"These next couple of weeks are going to be very busy for me." With that said I closed my eyes and embraced the darkness that was sleep.
AN: And thus ends Hiccups first time in Japan meaning he can move onto the next adventure with his now upgraded weapons, new powers and ninja guards. Okay guys I know I'm late again but I've been preparing to go back to work next week so cut me some slack and I was a little disappointed at the fact that my last chapter only got THREE REVIEWS. Seriously guys are you mad because I was two days late or something because I worked hard on that chapter and this chapter. On a brighter note I've put together a new Pinterest page that has images of some of the weapons I'm using in this fic so if you're having trouble picturing them just go and see if you can find them there. The name of the page is 'Weapons from Hiccups Collections' so you might have a less difficult time picturing them, I hope it helps you guys out. Well till next time I hope you all have a pleasant day and REMEMBER TO REVIEW since one of the things that I enjoy is reading new reviews. Till next time have a nice day.
