Tori raced into the house, heart hammering as she stopped to lock the door. Looking out the peep hole, she tried to focus. 'Oh my GOD!' She thought.
"So..." Trina started.
"YEEIIII!" Tori let out, her body shaking.
"...where were you?" Trina finished asking, her voice so casual, it almost sounded like she didn't care.
"DON'T DO THAT!" Tori screamed.
"Someones nervous?" Trina asked. "So, how'd your meeting with Beck go?"
"How'd you know about that?" Tori asked.
"You're phone was off, so he called here looking for you." Trina said. "So, any details?"
"And why would I tell you?" The younger sister asked.
"Cause your freaked, and dying to tell someone." The older girl replied. "I could call Cat, maybe have her come over. I'll bet she'll be real discreet."
"I could tell Andre." Tori offered. "Or Stacy from Sherwood."
"Andre doesn't care, and Stacy hates gossip involving people she doesn't know." The older sister offered. "Now spill."
"Not yet..." Tori looked around. "Where are mom and dad?"
"They went out." Trina told her. "Not sure when they're coming back."
"So you're sure they're out?" Tori reiterated.
"Yea." Trina insisted. "If they'd come back, I'd have seen them enter. I mean, the front doors right there, and the french doors are… Unlocked. Just saying, in case your paranoia was complete enough to want to cover all means of entrance."
"Okay, but you may wanna sit down." Tori said. "oh, and I need to call Beck."
"Lock the back door." Trina instructed.
"I know what to do." Tori snapped, but she made her way over to the back doors and locked them. She hesitated, just a second, to see which of the many people spied on her was hiding in her yard. No one was obvious. "Maybe we should do this upstairs?"
"And leave my nice comfortable couch?" Trina whined. "Okay, but in my room."
"We'll talk here." Tori said.
"You don't like my room" Trina asked.
"Last time I went in there to tell you something, you made me clean." Tori complained. "Besides, not ready to be in a room with both a bed, and another girl."
"Now you owe me an explanation." Trina chirped, sounding excited. She shifted her seat, watching.
"Let me call Beck first." Tori said, pulling out her phone. Turning it on, she hesitated, then turned it off again.
"Something wrong?" Trina asked, almost vibrating.
"I… I just… I'm not ready for my phone to be on yet." The singer said.
"Okay, then talk." Trina gave her best interested look.
"Beck wanted a favor..." Toiri started.
"Jade's gonna hurt you, isn't she?" The older girl interrupted.
"Thanks, I needed to be reminded of that." Tori huffed.
"What. Did. You. Do." Trina said slowly, wanting to know more.
"You know how Beck and Jade are on yet another break?" Tori asked.
"Wait, could you come a little closer?" Trina asked. "I just noticed, for gossip your standing awfully far away. Are you maybe hiding something?"
"I'm not..." Tori edged a step closer. "Look, I kinda..." She sighed. "Okay, don't make anything of this, but I kinda smell."
Trina shot over to take a huge whiff of her sister. "Sweat, mixed, not just you own. At least two different body washes… My god, did my little sister, the baby of the family, have sex?"
"You wanna hear the story, or jump to conclusions?" Tori asked, glaring at her sister.
"Conclusion, you and Beck did the nasty, and now Jade wants to skin you alive." Trina guessed. "So, close?"
"You know what? Believe what you want." Tori turned and started walking towards the stairs. "I'm gonna take a shower and hide under my bed. Probably for the rest of my life.":
Trina hustled to get in front of her. "Wait, I'll be good." The older girl practically begged. "Tell me, how was Beck?"
Tori sighed. "I didn't sleep with Beck."
"Then how'd..." Trina started.
"Let me tell my story." Tori insisted. "So, Beck and Jade are broken up again, had a really bad fight. So I, like a fool, offered to help out, maybe help them get back together again."
"So what went wrong?" Trina asked. "Wait, you're getting there. Just, carry on."
"Long story short..." Tori tried.
"No, the long way sounds more fun." Trina said. "So, lets start by what Beck wanted?"
"He wanted his favorite shirt back." The singer said. "It seems that Jade took it, was holding it hostage. Beck was sure she'd cut it up after their fight. Told me it was a gift from his grandmother."
"So, like a fool, you agreed to sneak into the belly of the best, while presumably Beck kept her distracted, so he'd have his alibi?" The older girl shook her head. "Man, that boy is a real sneak. Why do I still wanna sleep with him?"
"TRINA!" Tori screeched. "Focus. Anyways, he wasn't gonna risk getting her wazzed again, so he agreed to stand lookout while I snuck in. Andre was asked to distract her."
"So?" Trina wondered.
"So, I'm in her home, in her room..." Tori was getting nervous, cause the worst was yet to come.
"Wait, how'd you get in?" Trina asked.
"Sinjin did Beck a favor, got us a spare key." Tori said. "It's not like her mother has a security system or anything. I was able to get in, get to her room, which is on the top floor, by the way. I thought it'd be in the basement, but no, she converted their attic." Trina coughed. "Okay, anyways, I'm there, looking for Beck's shirt, and I found..." her voice got shaky.
"Found what?" Trina demanded.
'Do I tell her?' Tori thought. 'How do you tell someone that the most feared goth at school is into princess cosplay. I must have found copies of every Disney prissiness outfits. Like, she has everyone, and their in her size. Cat didn't know anything about it, so she had to get them somewhere else. Maybe that collection of Disney movies, Disney princess, wasn't for Cat? Maybe those Disney princess dolls are hers too. And Trina, she's just waiting to tell everyone about that.' Tori coughed.
"Well?" The older girl asked.
"I found something embarrassing, and choose not to tell you right now." Tori said.
"But you're thinking that Jade knows, so you screwed Sinjin, and now..." Trina's face contorted. "No, that scent on you, it had a hint of vanilla, and while I could so see Beck wearing that..."
"It's Jade's scent." Tori blurted. "Jade's scent. She caught me, in her room, looking at her embarrassing secret, and I knew I was gonna die. I had no desire to be buried up in Shadow Creek park, so I got desperate… I, I..." her voice grew weak, soft. "I kissed her."
"Um, could you repeat that?" Trina asked. "Maybe louder?"
"I didn't know what to do, and needed to distract her." Tori said. "Maybe I thought, if she felt that was why I was in her room, she'd ignore the other things. Maybe I just wanted her to believe I didn't want Beck. Either way, it doesn't matter, cause she was there, ready to do horrible thing to me, and I kissed her. I reached out, put my hands on her face, pulled her closer as I moved in, and kissed her."
"Don't need the play by play." Trina said. "But wait, your scent..."
"We argued." Tori said, thinking back to their encounter.
"What the hell, Vega?" Jade yelled, pushing the overly friendly Latina back.
"Well, you and Beck seemed awfully broken up, so I figured, if this really is it…" Tori tried.
"That what? I'm stupid?" Jade asked. "You're here looking for something to blackmail me with. Maybe claim Beck for yourself."
"No, Jade, I want you." Tori insisted. "I really want you." Her hand reached for the goth.
"And you think I'll believe a kiss?" Jade asked. "Tori, we're both actresses. I know stage kisses exist. How can I believe that was a real kiss?"
"How much more do you need?" Tori asked, trying to drop her voice into something that sounded somewhat sexy.
"I doubt you could convince me." Jade said. "I mean, you've groped me, more then once, and now you got your kiss. Also, there's the matter of me notmmmffffmmm" The pale girl was moaning towards the end of the kiss, and Tori's hand slid up to hr chest.
"Like you said, I have groped you before." Tori whispered. "Mind if I do so again? Lets just see how far you're willing to let this go before you believe I'm interested in you."
"Wait." Trina cut in, disrupting her sisters memory. "You're freaked cause you made out with Jade?"
"Made out with, had sex with, something like that." Tori tried to blow the whole thing off.
"You slept with the Wicked Witch of the West?" Trina asked.
"Just a little." Tori tried, her voice growing small.
"And now your terrified she's gonna skin you alive because?" Trina hoped her sister would fill in the details.
"I kinda left while she was sleeping off the third time." Tori said. "And before you ask, we tried a lot of things before I pulled her on top of me and just let friction work it's magic."
"Third time?" Trina asked, but even she wasn't sure she was ready for where this conversation was going.
"Well, after the first worked, I had to do a second, just to prove I enjoyed it, and wasn't feeling things out of fear." Tori admitted.
"And the third time was proving the second wasn't a fluke, right?" Trina asked. "Wait, Jade went along with this?"
"By the third time, the seduction wasn't so much Bambi eyes as kissing her in the right places." Tori said. "And since she wound up doing most of the work, she needed the nap more then I did."
"So you got dressed, grabbed Beck's shirt, and ran?" Trina filled in. "I like how you fixed your hair on the way. Makes you look normal. But your covered in her scent, like a taste of her body wash."
Tori, meanwhile, was looking at the door. "I forgot Beck's shirt." She said softly. Then, louder, she said "Jammit, I forgot Beck's chizzing shirt."
Trina lost it. Her body rolled on the floor s she laughed at her sister. "Only you could seduce your worst enemy, and then forget what you went in to get."
"It's not funny." Tori whined.
"Kinda is." Trina insisted, pulling herself together.
"No, it's really not." David said, emerging from his hiding place down the hall towards his office.
"DAD?!" Trina screamed. "I thought, I mean, you didn't come in through the..." She pointed at the front door.
"Your mother and I came in through the garage." The father said. "Of course, you didn't notice, or maybe you'd have helped us bring in the groceries."
Holly had, by this time emerged from the hall. "Tori, darling, I don't have words..."
"Jade's gonna kill me." Tori moaned.
"She'll have to wait in line." Trina said, looking at their parents.
"Call her." David said. "Tori, you don't treat someone like that. I get it, you were scared for your life. Don't know why, but apparently you were. But I also know, that's not how you treat someone. So call her, ask her if she can come over for dinner some time. We'll discuss it then, in a mature, reasonable manner."
"Great, death by embarrassment." Trina almost managed to say under her breath.
"Young lady, your sister came to you looking for advice, support." Holly started. "Laughing at her pain isn't going to help anyone. And another..."
The doorbell interrupted the impending lecture. David walked over to glance out the peephole. "Looks like that conversations happening a bit sooner then you thought." He said, and opened the door.
Jade was standing there, looking even less cleaned up Tori. In her hands, she was clenching what looked to be a mans Flannel shirt. "Um, can I have a word with Tori, please?"
"It's a trap." Trina chimed in. "What? She's never this polite."
"Trina, be nice." Holly scolded her eldest.
"No, it's true." Jade offered. "I'm not usually this nice. It's just, I really need to talk to Tori about..."
"We know what you need to talk to her about." David said. "I just have a few questions. Please, sit down." Ge gestured towards the couch. Jade reluctantly stepped forward, her body resisting the idea of sitting with the Vegas. But somehow, she walked over there, and took a seat next to the patriarch.
"Jade, I need to know, what are your intentions?" David asked, keeping his voice calm and commanding.
"I honestly have no idea." The pale girl replied. "You mentioned..."
"We overheard our children discussing what happened." Holly said.
"Tori was freaked out, so naturally we were concerned." David clarified. "When we heard what had happened, we became even more concerned. So, are you all right?"
"I don't know." Jade said. "I.. I think I may have feelings for Tori. A crush, maybe more."
"You think?" Holly asked, a smirk on her face. "I would guess that either you really wanted to sleep with my daughter, or you had something going on."
"I really don't know." Jade said. "I should have wanted to rip her fingers out, one at a time, and shove them up her..." She stopped herself from going further. "But I don't. I wanted… I brought a peace offering." She held out the shirt. "I assume this is what you were after. It's Beck's favorite shirt. Kinda heavy for day to day wear here in Los Angeles, but great for a Canadian."
"So, lets talk." David said. "Tori understands, now, that no mater what, you don't treat someone like she did you."
"No, I get it." Jade cut in. "She was freaked. I was too. I really could have used that comforting hand that had convinced me to, um.."
"Never saw you as the type to get shy about what something called." Trina said.
"I just don't..." Jade sighed.
"There is a difference." Holly offered, moving to put a hand on her shoulder, an act of comfort.
"Yea, one's a guy..." Jade started. "But you didn't mean that, did you?"
"You made love to her, didn't you?" The mother asked.
"And just like that, the whole thing becomes a lot more complicated." David warned.
"No, it becomes simpler." Trina offered. "Think about it. Tori could have dome a whole lot of things, but she went in for the kiss. She wanted to kiss Jade before she died. They need to talk, but this isn't a problem, it a start."
"At the wedding, we pretend they discovered they liked each other a different way, okay?" David asked.
"One step at a time, dear." Holly told her husband. "Trina, you can go, maybe think about what you did while your doing extra laundry. As in your father and my laundry. For the next week."
"Thats not fair." The older girl groaned.
"Tori, the only friend you can have over for the next week is Jade, and only because you need to work a lot of chiz out." holly continued.
"You're moms the disciplinarian, huh?" Jade asked.
A wicked smile crossed Davids face. "Our safe word is Reagan."
"Didn't need to know that." Tori said.
"So, now what?" Jade asked.
"We talk?" Tori suggested.
"About what?" Jade queried.
"Maybe us?" Tori guessed.
"Maybe?" Jade agreed.
"Jade, give me your email." David said. "I'm gonna email you a list of the rules for dating my daughter."
"Amended, of course." Holly said, chuckling.
Trina started stomping up the stairs, hesitating only long enough to tell her sister something. "Tori, make sure you have the shirt this time."

Yet another one of my older Jori getting together stories that I found and edited. Kinda repetitive of me, the theme, but I liked at least one of the jokes in this one. Enjoy.
