Decided to get back in to writing Iain and Ruby, see how it goes.

I've noticed the numbers are a bit messed up,

The Secret Life Of Casualty.

Chapter.

30006 to control. " Ruby unhooked her walkie talkie from her belt as she began talking.

"Female prisoner. Had a fall. "

"Iain, we have a shout" Ruby told him, it was his first day back after Adam had attacked him.

Iain and Ruby drove to the prison and when they arrived, a female guard meet them at the gate to brief them.

"Female. Late 40's. "

Iain was putting on some gloves. "What happened?"

"She slipped in the shower. " The guard informed them.

By now, they'd reached the women's toilet.

"Alright, you lot back to your cells. " The guard said so Iain and Ruby could attend to their patient.

"Alright, lovely" Ruby smiled, as she knelt down to her patient. But the smile soon faded as she realised who it was. Lying on the floor, was Jessica. "Iain, it's Jessica"

Ruby and Iain looked at each other, they knew they needed to be proffesinal and do their jobs. "Let's just do this. "

Jessica groaned as Iain put an oxygen mask on her face while Ruby got the board, and together they slid it under her back, and putting a collar on her head, before lifting it on to the stretcher and began wheeling her out of the toilet. As they did, a guard attached a piece of metal to her wrist and the other piece to herself.

"It's the rules. "

"Let's get her in to the ambulance" said Iain.

"Adam, a word?" Zoe asked.

"What's up, Zoe?" Adam asked, when the two were in her office.

"As you are aware, Iain and Ruby are bringing a prisoner in. "

"Yep, " Adam nodded, he'd had contact with prisoners before.

"Adam, it's Jessica, "

"What happened?" He asked, concerned for his wife.

"The guards think she slipped in the shower. " Zoe replied.

Adam nodded as he left Zoe's office and headed down the ED stairs, just in time to see Iain and Ruby bringing her in.

"This is prisoner A. " Iain said, while in the ambulance, he and Ruby had been told not to refer to Jessica by her name, despite the fact she was in her old workplace.

Adam looked down at her, an oxygen mask was on her face, bruises were clear on her pale skin.

"Let's get her to RESUS" Adam said as Iain and Ruby started to wheel the stretcher.

Jessica was handcuffed to the stretcher and once she was moved to the bed, she was handcuffed to that as well.

"Can you remove the handcuiffs?" Adam requested.

The female shook her head. "She needs to be chained to the bed. "

"I need to treat my patient" Adam said.

"No, can do. " The guard replied.

"I can't treat my patient while she's chained to the bed. " Adam said. "I need to relocate her wrist. "

Having suffered a dislocated wrist before, Jessica knew how painful it could be.

The guard sighed, but unlocked the handcuffs.

"Thank you. " Adam sighed, taking Jessica's wrist out of the frac pac. "This is gonna hurt. " He warned, feeling bad he couldn't give her any pain relief.

Pulling it in to place, he didn't miss the scream that come from her mouth, as a tear slid down her cheek.

"All done" Adam told her. "I'll get you a sling "

"OK"

Adam left to get Jessica a sling and slinged her wrist up.

Iain and Ruby were on a break.

Iain handed Ruby her drink. "I bet she did it just to get out of prison. "

"Or maybe she did fall, " Said Iain.

This chapter was kind of inspired by the epsiode where
