A.N. — We're ending the month of August with a potent of what's to come in September. I'll be dipping into the dwindling list of those with no listed birth date often, and that means a lot of villains. Today draws from a familiar pool of them, though it's another origin story rather than a USJ rehash as all this guy did there was get his quirk erased.

243. Victor (USJ villain)

The first time he bared his teeth and raised his muzzle-tipped fingers in a threatening manner, Victor felt something click. Acquiescing to the constant jeers felt freeing after being told he was nothing but a villain in the making his entire life.

He'd tried, he really did, to ignore those who flinched away from him and not prove them right by acting as dangerous as they said he was. But that approach wasn't fun. By playing into others' negative expectations, Victor finally felt the balance of power shift. He'd enforce that control at gunpoint, if necessary, from now on.
