"Be sure to finish your homework for tomorrow." Alzack said as he spoke with his class as he went over his lessons. As he was speaking, Levy took a small sketch of Celestria's body from her personal journal and held it up to find a match with the heads of people. She wants to know who Celestria really is.
"Levy." Mirajane and caused her to snap out of her thoughts. "Could you please make sure Lucy gets her homework?" Since Lucy actually is Celestria, it causes some problems with her school work.
"Sure, Miss Strauss." Levy said. Class ended for now and everyone was on her way out. Levy tried giving Lucy a call, but her phone wasn't answering. "Where is that girl?" As she looked around for Lucy, she spotted Taylor and saw she was acting secretly. Levy kept herself hidden and saw Taylor pulled out a costume of Celestria and what looked like a whip. Levy couldn't believe what she was seeing and it was weird that Taylor was acting in secret.
"What are you doing?" Erza asked as she over to her.
"I was looking for Lucy, but I think I found something else." Levy said. "Come on." She grabbed Erza and hurried out of the school. Levy took Erza all the way down to a river and rested on a bench. She took out her journal and looked over all that was in it.
"Is that your journal that holds all the info you could gather on Celestria to find her identity?" Erza questioned.
"Yeah." Levy said. She reached for her phone and gave Lucy another call, but there was nothing. "Where is that girl? She disappears and doesn't answer her phone."
"Gray tells me that Natsu is the same. Those two really are meant for each other." Erza said. Levy pulled up the news on her phone and saw something on Celestria.
"Once again, Paris is saved thanks to our incredible superhero: Celestria." Celestria waved to the camera with her whip in her hand. It looked a little different than what Levy saw, but it didn't look different enough to convince Levy.
"It's got to be!" Levy said as she took a note and wrote a message for Lucy on her copy of the homework. "I think I know who Celestria is." Levy made sure no was around as she whispered to Erza. "Taylor!" Hearing that made Erza laugh as it sounded to silly.
"You can't be serious. Taylor is self-centered and a brat. How can she be Celestria?" Erza asked.
"I'm sure of it, and I'll get proof." Levy said. She's really convinced that Taylor is Celestria, but jumping the gun can be troubling.
...
Celestria
Celestria was moving as fast as she could. She found a safe place to hide and changed back to normal.
"Another day, another villain beat." Lucy said as she was on her way home.
"Whoever is doing this is really keeping us busy." Stella said.
"I'll say. I had to miss some of school because of this. Hopefully, Erza or Levy covered for me." Lucy said. She made her way home as her mother helped with some customers.
"Hi, Lucy. Levy came by earlier and left something in your room." Layla said.
"Thanks, Mom." Lucy said. She went up to her room and saw stuff from school there. She pulled it out, but she noticed a note that Levy left. "Call me as soon as you can. I think I know who Celestria is?!"
"Oh no! You think she figured you out?!" Stella said in horror.
"I doubt it. Levy tends to jump to conclusions." Lucy said. "I don't think this is anything to worry about." With all the excitement that went on today, Lucy gave off a yawn. "I'm exhausted. I really need a nap." That's exactly what Lucy did. She tried to focus on her homework and soon went to sleep...for hours.
...
The Highschool
School was starting up again. Levy kept trying to get a hold of Lucy, but she still wasn't answering. Levy wondered what was going on with her, but she spotted Taylor and decided to get the truth. Erza was with Levy and she wasn't as convinced as Levy was.
"Levy, there's no way that Taylor can be Celestria." Erza said.
"Maybe she is and the attitude is just an act." Levy said. "I just need you to distract her while I get a photo of her locker. Ready?"
"No!" Erza said as she really didn't want to do this, but Levy wasn't listening.
"Let's go." Levy said as she went through with her plan, but Erza signed in annoyance. Thinking she couldn't stop Levy, she went along with her crazy plan. Taylor opened up her locker and Levy was getting ready for her moment. Erza didn't like this, but she went through with it.
"Celestria!" Erza called and got Taylor's attention.
"What?" Taylor said. At least it worked.
"I was just thinking out loud. I wonder who Celestria really is." Erza said.
"Someone much cooler than you, obviously." Taylor mocked. With Taylor distracted, Levy aimed her phone at her opened locker and took a photo.
"Taylor, Levy's looking in your locker!" Samantha called and alerted Taylor.
"No I'm not." Levy said as she hid her phone, but Samantha took it and gave it to Taylor.
"Really?" Taylor mocked as she showed the evidence against her. Taylor was planning to make Levy miserable for this. Taylor brought this matter to the principle: Principle Macao Conbolt.
"This is stupid. All I did was take a lousy photo." Levy said.
"She was invading on my privacy." Taylor said as she tried to make it sound like a bigger deal. "Samantha!" Samantha stepped forward and held out a copy of the school rules.
"According to the school rules, thievery is strictly prohibited." Samantha said.
"Yes, I'm well aware of that." Macao said.
"All I did was take a lousy photo." Levy said.
"And nothing was stolen?" Macao said.
"No." Levy said.
"Except my dignity! It was an invasion of privacy!" Taylor said. "My locker is like my closet, and my closet holds secrets. I demand she be suspended!"
"Suspended?! That's just crazy!" Levy said.
"Miss Taylor, if Levy really didn't steal anything, I can't suspend her." Macao said. "I suppose I can give her detention for an hour."
"Detention?! Just for taking a photo?!" Levy said as she was getting furious. "She robbed me a piece of my privacy, my soul! I don't think my father would like hearing that it was treated with such disrespect." She held up her phone and was showing she was serious. She was playing with Macao's fear of the mayor, and it was working.
"Uh... Levy McGarden, you're suspended for a week." Macao said as he gave in to Taylor's demands.
"What?! That so isn't fair, and my bloggers will agree!" Levy said. Taylor threatened Macao some more with her father.
"Any word on a blog will add to your suspension." Macao said. Levy couldn't believe Taylor actually went that far over nothing.
"She, a superhero?! She's a super brat!" Levy said in frustration as she stormed out of there.
...
Black Wizard
Black Wizard could sense Levy's frustration, anger, and obsession to learn the truth. It was perfect for his next target.
"Wrongly punished when you just want to learn the truth... We deserve to learn the truth." Black Wizard said. He took an etherious and filled it with evil energy. "Flyaway, little etherious, and evillize her!" He said as it flew into the city.
...
Lucy
As for Lucy, she was still fast asleep at home. She and Stella were beginning to wake up after a good sleep.
"What time is it?" Stella asked.
"School starts..." Lucy said until she saw a look at the time. "An hour ago!"
...
Levy
Levy gathered her stuff and ran out of the school. She just missed Lucy as Lucy hurried to class. Levy ran a good distance before she found herself against a wall. She pulled out her journal. It was made to find facts of Celestria's true identity, but now she feels like her hero betrayed her. As she wallowed in misery, the etherious found it's way to her and went in her journal with her connecting to Black Wizard.
"Phantom Writer, I'm Black Wizard. You want to learn Celestria's true identity, as do I. I'll give you powers to do that as long as you bring me hers and Salamondra's miraculous."
"I will learn the truth." Levy said as she accepted the power.
...
Lucy
Lucy managed to make it to class. She snuck her way inside so Mira and Alzack wouldn't see her. She took her seat, but noticed that Levy wasn't there. She reached over to Erza and got her to mover to her side.
"Where's Levy?" Lucy asked.
"Suspended." Erza said.
"What?!" Lucy called in surprise.
"Lucy, if you're going to come in late, at least be quiet about it." Mirajane said.
"Sorry." Lucy said. "What happened?" She whispered to Erza.
"Taylor. She made such a fit about her taking a mere photo." Erza said. "Levy got this crazy idea that Taylor is Celestria."
"What?!" Lucy said as she disrupted class again. Natsu heard what Erza said as well.
"That's it, Miss Heartfilia. To the principle's office!" Alzack demanded. Lucy did what she was told as she got up and left class.
"Erza, what are you talking about?" Natsu asked her.
"Just what I said." Erza said. Natsu couldn't believe it. Natsu looked at Taylor with Taylor winking at him. He found it hard to believe she could be Celestria. As for Lucy, she went down to the principle's office.
"Mr. Conbolt." Lucy said as she knocked on his door. She opened it up, but she was surprised to see he was frozen. Then, she found some sort of recording on the computer. She pressed play and it was being shown to all the classrooms.
"What's up, all. Phantom Writer here." They all saw a lady wearing two-piece red dress with blue straps with a gold necklace and brown mask around her eyes.
"Levy?!" Lucy said as she was shocked to see her friend like that.
"I'm with Macao Conbolt here. I got sources that say what a bad principle he is." Phantom Writer said. She held up a brown book with a gold circle on the cover. "You were biased, unethical, and showed favoritism."
"Yes, and I regret it." Macao said.
"That's cold." Phantom Writer said as she wrote in her book. "Cold like ice!" She swiped in her book and they all saw Macao frozen. "As a reporter, I'll expose the truth. Coming up, Celestria's identity!" Everyone was a little scared and the teachers told them all to head straight home.
"This is bad! I need to transform!" Lucy said as she let Stella out.
"You're going to fight your best friend!" Stella said.
"No, I'm going to save my best friend!" Lucy said. "Stella, Twinkle!" Stella was pulled into the earrings and Lucy transformed into the real Celestria. As for Natsu, he ducked inside the bathroom to transform.
"If Levy thinks Taylor is Celestria, she'll be heading for her place." Natsu said.
"It must also mean you have a crush on Taylor." Igneel said. If that's true, Natsu will rethink his taste in girls.
"Igneel, Fire Up!" Igneel was pulled into the ring with Natsu becoming Salamondra.
...
Salamondra
Salamondra moved fast across the rooftops. He stopped just short of Paris' best hotel, owned by Taylor's family. Salamondra pulled out his staff and opened a small screen. He zoomed in and saw Taylor in the penthouse with her dressed as Celestria and twirling her whip around. He couldn't believe it.
"Don't tell me you believe that rumor about her being me." Celestria said as she next to him. "Who would think she's me? She's just a fan." He took a closer look and saw Taylor get caught in her toy whip.
"Of course. How silly." Salamondra said, but there was still one person who thought she was. While Taylor was trying to free herself, she noticed a series of letters appear in her room and formed Phantom Writer.
"Hello, Celestria!" Phantom Writer said. Taylor tried running for it. "Restrain and gag!" She wrote in the book and the words became reality. Rope appeared around Taylor and she ended up gagged. "Looks like my hunch was right." She wrote in her book again and started broadcasting to everyone. "Hey, everyone. Looks like our precious angel, isn't an angel at all. Celestria is none other than..." She took Taylor's mask and removed it. "...Taylor Allard!"
"Guess again!" Celestria said as she and Salamondra barged in.
"Who are you?" Phantom Writer questioned.
"Uh... Who do you think?" Celestria said.
"You should really double check your facts." Salamondra said.
"But I thought..." Phantom Writer said as she sees she made a big mistake. She erased what she wrote and broke the broadcast and freed Taylor.
"She's crazy!" Taylor said as she ran out of there.
"Levy, let us help you." Celestria said.
"Levy's been erased." Phantom Writer said. Celestria and Salamondra charged at her, but she jumped back and ran out the room.
"Get her!" Salamondra said as they chased after her.
"Everything she writes becomes real. Her book must be where the etherious is." Celestria said. They saw Phantom Writer run for the stairs. They chased after her, but she moved fast.
"She's locked all the doors!" Salamondra said as they saw locks were placed on all the doors.
"Not that one!" Celestria said as they saw one was left open. They readied themselves for anything. "Careful. This could be a trap."
"So, I am curious. Who are you under that mask?" Salamondra asked. She couldn't believe he would ask him that. She glared at him for that. "What? Who knows? We might know each other in real life."
"Doubtful, but we have more important things to worry about." Celestria said as they were about to enter. They jumped in and found themselves in the dining hall, but there was no sign of here.
"Where is she?" Salamondra questioned.
"She's got to be around here somewhere." Celestria said as they kept their eyes open for her. They looked around until Celestria heard something in the kitchen. "There!" She hurried for the kitchen and ran inside.
"Lock!" Phantom Writer said as she caused the door to lock with her and Celestria trapped inside.
"Hey!" Salamondra said as he banged the door. Knowing he couldn't get in, he looked for another way on the building schematics on his staff. "There! The service elevator!" Salamondra hurried to it to get inside. Celestria tried fighting off Phantom Writer as she threw pots and pans, but she was fast.
"Restrain!" Phantom Writer wrote and caused cuffs appear on the walls and latched on to Celestria. Celestria tried to break free, but she was pinned to the wall. Phantom Writer caused this to be broadcast again.
"Time to find out who Celestria is. How can we trust the girl if we don't know who she is?" Phantom Writer said to the audience. "We deserve to know." She reached for her mask and tried pulling it off, but it was like glued to Celestria's face. "Why isn't it coming off?"
"Because it's magic." Celestria said.
"Take her earrings." Black Wizard told Phantom Writer. "They're the source of her power." She reached for the earrings, but Salamondra's staff extended out and kept her away.
"Hands off my girl." Salamondra said.
"How cute. The noble dragon came to save his love star." Phantom Writer said.
"I am not his love star!" Celestria claimed.
"We'll come back to that later." Salamondra said. He got in the fight as he charged with his staff, but Phantom Writer kept out of his reach. Right when he smashed his staff against the sink, water spurt out and hit the camera that Phantom Writer wrote into existence. Celestria noticed that it disappeared. Salamondra tried attacking her again, but she disappeared.
"Salamondra, try splashing water on these cuffs." Celestria said. Salamondra thought that was weird, but he did it. He splashed some water and the cuffs disappeared.
"How did that happen?" Salamondra questioned.
"When water splashes against what she writes, it disappears." Celestria said.
"Yeah, like ink on paper." Salamondra said. Celestria splashed the lock and it disappeared as well.
"Come on. We still need to catch her." Celestria said with both of them hurrying after Phantom Writer.
...
Phantom Writer
Phantom Writer went to the roof of the hotel. She tried to figure out what her next move should be until she saw the door bust open with Celestria and Salamondra jumping out.
"You two really don't know when to quit." Phantom Writer said.
"As a writer, you should know the hero always triumphs in the end." Celestria said. "This part would be the climax. Open the Celestial Gate!" She opened the gate and an item came out: a kitchen pan. "A Virgo pan? We just came out of the kitchen."
"Now's your chance." Black Wizard said. "Now that she's used her powers, you just need to wait a few minutes. She'll be force to reveal her identity after that."
"You're luck's run out, Celestria." Phantom Writer claimed. Celestria looked around. She spotted the pool, Salamondra's ring, the book, and the pan.
"Of course! Salamondra, use your powers on the pool!" Celestria said. Salamondra went with it as he charged towards the pool.
"Dragon Fire!" Salamondra jumped in the pool and did some damage to it as water shot out of the pipes. Celestria moved towards the water and held the pan against the water to redirect it. The water shot towards Phantom Writer and it hit against her. She was pushed against the edge with her dropping the book and it got ruined. She couldn't write anything now. Celestria used her whip and got it around the book. She pulled hard and the soaked book easily came apart with the etherious flying out.
"No more evildoing for you, little etherious." Celestria said as she traced her whip and started twirling it. "Time to de-evillize!" She swung her whip and grabbed the etherious with it being purified. "Gotcha! Bye-Bye, little guy." She said as she released it. "Miraculous Starlight!" Celestria used her other powers as all the damage in the hotel was fixed, and Levy got her journal back. Without the etherious, Phantom Writer became Levy again.
"Pound it!" Celestria and Salamondra bumped fists.
"Celestria! Salamondra! Wow!" Levy said with excitement. "What happened?"
"You were etheriouized, but everything is okay now." Salamondra said.
"I was saved by you! Awesome!" Levy said. Celestria took notice of her earrings and knew she needed to leave.
"I've got to go." Celestria said.
"Wait." Salamondra said as he grabbed her arm. "I do want to know who you are too. It can be our secret."
"No one must know who we are, not even each other." Celestria said and left. Salamondra does want to know who she is, but he understands the secrets. That doesn't mean he won't find out one day.
...
Black Wizard
"You can't hide forever, Celestria." Black Wizard claimed. "I will find out who you and Salamondra are, and when I do, I will destroy you."
...
The Next Day
"That was a close call." Stella said as she and Lucy talked on Lucy's patio. "I can't believe Levy even thought Taylor of all people was Celestria."
"Just goes to show you that you shouldn't jump to conclusions." Lucy said.
"Lucy!" Levy called as she was coming out with Stella hiding. "Check it out." Levy said as she came up. "I got something I want to show you."
"Is this like how you thought Taylor was Celestria?" Lucy asked.
"Nope. It's only theory until I get solid proof." Levy said as she pulled out her phone and showed pictures of Natsu.
"What's with these photos of Natsu?" Lucy asked with suspicion.
"Well, with a mask and costume, don't you think he looks like Salamondra?" Levy asked as she showed a picture of him drawn to look like Salamondra.
"Yeah right. There's no way he could be Salamondra. Natsu is way better than him." Lucy said. "Although, I'll take those photos off your hands." She said as she swiped Levy's phone.
"Hey! Give it back!" Levy said as she chased Lucy around to get her phone back. Lucy did what she could to protect her identity. Levy also learned an important lesson about jumping to conclusions. That doesn't mean she's going to give up learning the truth. The truth always has some way of coming out.
