A.N. — I wanted to include today's character for two reasons. One is that I love the Team-Up Missions manga (it's a nice, lighthearted break from the grimness of the main manga) and wanted its first exclusive character spotlighted. The second is that his quirk was the impetus for one of the story ideas I have for when this wraps up.
308. Takeshi Bushijima
Quirk usage was strictly regulated; the stigmas surrounding them were far less so.
Takeshi Bushijima's quirk, Poison Gas, degraded his health if not let out. He chose to keep it within, impacting his own well-being, rather than releasing it and making others ill.
He didn't want to become a villain, but those around him seemed to think Takeshi already was one. They gave him space out of a sense of wariness, and he followed suit by concealing himself in a hoodie and mask. Heroes got free reign to use their quirks; Takeshi got to be heroic by restraining his.
