Elections is where people get to choose who take on leading roles, a chance for people take the right to vote for someone to lead them when the time comes. That's what happens in Paris as they just got done with an election.

"For the third time in a row, Aidan Allard has won the election and continues his position as mayor." Bisca said as she worked on the news. "He beat his opponent, Freed Justine, in a landslide."

"All the more reason for Taylor to act like a brat." Lucy said as she wrote in a book while she watched the news.

"What are you working on, Lucy? Sketches? Stories?" Stella asked.

"No. I'm just writing in my diary." Lucy said.

"A diary?!" Stella said with fear. "Did you write about you being Celestria?! Lucy, what if someone finds out?! What if they find it and read it?!"

"That's why I made a little something." Lucy said as she took out a special box and put her diary in it. "Try and take it, Stella." Stella flew in the box and tried to take it, but the box instantly closed and locked. "It worked! Now if anyone tries to take it, they'll have trouble." As Stella flew out of the box, Lucy unlocked it to make sure the box was working. She looked to the television and was actually upset about the election. "Seeing this makes me think of the upcoming class representative election. The only person who runs is Taylor, the one person who cares more about herself than the student body. It should go to someone who actually cares."

"Why don't you run? You always find solutions, everyone likes you, and you care." Stella said.

"No way. I can't and be Celestria at the same time." Lucy said.

"You never know, Lucy. You might be capable of more than you think." Stella encouraged. "By the way, shouldn't you be getting to school?" When Stella said that, Lucy panicked and got going to school as fast as she could.

...

The Highschool

"As you all know, elections for class representative will be going on." Alzack said. The class was together and were talking about their upcoming election. "Taylor has already offered to run with Samantha as her deputy. If anyone else would like to run, fill free." A couple students wanted to, but Taylor and Samantha glared at them to keep quiet. Lucy didn't let that go unnoticed.

"I can't believe this." Lucy whispered to Levy. "No one is brave enough to stand against Taylor."

"Can you imagine the biggest brat in school running? What a nightmare." Levy said.

"Why don't you run, Levy?" Lucy asked.

"No can do. My blog is a fulltime job." Levy said. Lucy didn't like this. She doesn't want someone like Taylor being the class rep, but no one else wants to run.

"We'll give you all till the end of free period to decide whether or not you wish to run." Mirajane said. When free period came, Lucy looked around and saw Taylor talking to a few students and was saying something to them. She talked to Gajeel, Lisanna, and Cana. Lucy wanted to know what was going on.

"So what did Taylor say? Was it about class rep?" Lucy asked each one of them.

"She said that if I ran, she would post a picture of me getting cuddling with cats. Not that I do that!" Gajeel said to defend himself.

"She threatened to shutdown the charities I help out with to help poor animals. The nerve." Lisanna said.

"I honestly couldn't care about being class rep." Cana said. "What about you? Why won't you run?"

"Well... I'm busy." Lucy said to defend herself.

"Buys with what?" Levy questioned. Lucy had no good excuse to get out of this.

"Well, if no one else will do it, I might." Lucy said. She wasn't certain that she could do it, but something needed to be done. Free period soon ended and it was time to talk about the election.

"Does anyone else wish to run for class representative?" Mirajane asked. Lucy looked around, but saw no one else was willing to run. Taylor would have won without even a challenge. A little disappointing to Alzack and Mirajane.

"Given how no one else is running, there's no point in voting. Therefore..." "I'll run!" Lucy interrupted Alzack. Everyone was surprised to here that Lucy would actually do it.

"Wonderful!" Alzack said. "Looks like we'll have a real election. You both will need to work on your campaigns to persuade the students to vote for you." Lucy had doubts she could pull this off, but she felt like she needed to do something to keep selfish Taylor from running.

...

Lucy

"I can't believe I'm really running!" Lucy said as she and Levy were talking when they had a moment. Even Lucy herself couldn't believe what she was doing.

"You stood up when no one else would. That's always a great thing." Levy said.

"Lucy, that was incredible!" Lisanna said as she and some of the other students gathered around her. "You weren't afraid to speak up. Do you think we could get more comfortable chairs for class?"

"And maybe we can listen to music in the library." Gray said. Other students were asking for something with Lucy trying to get it all.

"Hey, Natsu." Levy said as she spotted him. "We can count on your vote for Lucy, right?"

"Depending on her campaign." Natsu said as he walked by. Natsu's encouragement gave Lucy the confidence to go through with it. Everyone else was happy for Lucy, but Taylor wasn't going to make she won that easily.

"Look at her, thinking she can beat me. Well, my daddy has shown how to come up on top." Taylor said.

"By having the best campaign?" Samantha asked.

"No. By destroying your opponent. I have an idea." Taylor said. She wasn't going to let Lucy win, and she's got a conniving plan to make sure of it.

...

Lucy's Room

Lucy was working on her campaign when school ended. She tried appealing to the students by addressing their concerns and requests. She tried to get them all down and tried to figure out ways she can make them work.

"You know. This isn't as bad as I thought." Lucy said as she was starting to be more sure of herself.

"I'm very proud of you for doing this." Stella said. As Lucy continued working, her phone went off and saw it was Levy.

"We've got trouble, with a capital T for Taylor." Levy said the moment Lucy answered.

"Oh no. What did she do now?" Lucy questioned.

"Taylor somehow managed to get Erik Cobra down at City Hall, and is handing out autographs in exchange for people's votes." Levy said.

"Did you say Erik Cobra?!" Lucy said as she almost couldn't believe it. "As in my favorite rocker?! I love his music?!" She said as she went to a poster she had of the guy, but soon snapped back to reality. "She's doing what?! I'm coming over!" Lucy gathered her stuff and hurried out of there, leaving her special box with her diary inside open. When Lucy ran out of her house, Samantha was making her move.

"I'm going in, Taylor." Samantha said as she was video chatting with Taylor. With Lucy's parents busy in the bakery, Samantha was able to sneak inside and made her way to Lucy's room. "I'm in her room. So, what am I looking for?"

"Anything that will humiliate and embarrass Lucy." Taylor said. Samantha looked around for anything that could do that.

"I got it! Her diary!" Samantha said as soon as she spotted it.

"Wow! You can think!" Taylor said. Samantha reached for the diary, but it soon closed around her wrist as soon as it happened. That could be a problem.

...

Natsu

Natsu was in the middle of a private fencing session with Freed Justine, the loser of the election. Natsu could tell he was upset about his defeat in the way he moved. When Natsu went for another attack, Freed slid his saber against Natsu's and was able to toss it in the air and caused him to be disarmed.

"Nice moves, Mr. Justine, but are you okay?" Natsu said. "Are you upset about your defeat in the election?"

"I must admit that I am rather bitter about it." Freed said. "As a descendent of French nobility, I believed I was right for the position."

"Is that why you decided to run in the first place?" Freed turned around to be met with Bisca and her cameraman. "Mr. Justine, we would like to ask you questions about your defeat." Bisca said, but Freed wasn't interested.

"No. Please excuse me." Freed said as he stepped outside of the school. His frustration was boiling under the skin with him being constantly reminded of the defeat.

...

Black Wizard

Black Wizard could sense Freed's negative emotions about the defeat. The perfect prey for his etherious.

"Politics can be rather harsh, but sometimes you just need a better campaign." Black Wizard said. An etherious flew into his hands and gathered dark energy into it. "Flyaway, my little etherious, and evillize him!" He said as he unleashed the etherious out into the city.

...

Freed

Freed kept walking until he spotted a poster of Aidan Allard. He couldn't take it as he took his saber and sliced it right through the poster. As for the etherious, it flew right into his sword and connected him to Black Wizard.

"Fiend Justice, I'm your new campaign manager. I'm Black Wizard. You don't need people's votes. I'm giving you the power to become Paris' new mayor, but you must bring me the miraculous of Celestria and Salamondra."

"When the flag is placed at the top of City Hall, Paris shall have a new and real leader." Freed said as he accepted the power. Bisca and her cameraman came out and saw him transform. Freed now wore dark armor and became a knight-like figure around his entire body and face with dark pants, had his long green hair flowing out, and carried a large sword.

"Uh... Any words about your latest transformation?" Bisca asked. Fiend Justice held up his sword and fired two beams at them and they turned into black knights with halberds.

"You are now in service of Fiend Justice." He claimed as his new soldiers bowed to him. Natsu saw what just happened and knew it was time to act.

"Looks like my fencing lesson isn't over just yet." Natsu said as he let Igneel out. "Igneel, Fire Up!" Igneel was pulled in and transformed into Salamondra. As soon as Fiend Justice came, he began brainwashing others into his soldiers.

"I always wanted to go to a knight club, but this isn't what I had in mind." Salamondra said when he jumped in Fiend Justice's way.

"Bow before the new ruler of Paris." Fiend Justice said.

"No thanks. I prefer to get something with more action." Salamondra said. He took out his staff and went on the attack.

...

City Hall

Meanwhile, Taylor's plan was in motion. She got the famous rocker, Erik Cobra, to help buy voters.

"It's time!" Taylor said. "Vote for me and you get a free autograph!" Erik was signing CDs and were handing them to everyone. Even Levy took a couple. That was right when Lucy showed up, and was a little shocked at this.

"Levy!" Lucy said as she scowled at her friend.

"Relax. I'm not voting for her, but I did manage to grab you one." Levy said as she handed a signed case to Lucy. As much as Lucy wanted it, she was able to resist.

"No! I'm not going to let Taylor get the better of me like this." Lucy said. She wasn't going to let Taylor win like this. Seeing this is making her more determined to win and win the right way.

...

Salamondra

Salamondra and Fiend Justice continued to fight each other. Salamondra tried using his staff like a sword, but Fiend Justice was a skilled swordsman before he transformed. When Salamondra thrusted his weapon forward, Fiend Justice used the same trick earlier and tossed his staff in the air and disarmed him.

"How did I not see that coming?" Salamondra complained.

"Seize him!" Fiend Justice ordered. His knights tried to take him, but he hurried to his staff. He grabbed it and extended it to get him up on the buildings and got out of there. "Cowardly lizard. Forward to City Hall!" He continued advancing to City Hall, but Salamondra wasn't beat yet.

"City Hall, huh? I'll meet you there." Salamondra said.

...

City Hall

As for Samantha, she came running in City Hall and was trying to alert Taylor on something. Taylor walked over and made sure the two of them were in private.

"Well? Did you get it?" Taylor questioned.

"Yes..." Samantha said.

"Where is it?" Taylor said. Samantha embarrassedly showed the box stuck on her hand. "What is that?!"

"When I reached for it, this crazy box just closed on my hand!" Samantha said.

"And I'm suppose to believe you? What good are you?" Taylor said. Meanwhile, Lucy's trying to reason with the students.

"Can't you see that you're all being bribed?" Lucy said. "Taylor doesn't care about your concerns. She just wants you to vote for her."

"Then, what's your campaign?" Loke asked.

"Well... I'm thinking cushions are more reasonable than new chairs. We should also be allowed to listen to the music in the library provided we wear headphones." Lucy said. "I'm trying to appeal to your concerns and such because I actually care." Her way was working as the students were getting interested.

"Bravo. You sound like a real student rep." Taylor said as she came over. "Let's talk." She grabbed Lucy and practically shoved her to where Samantha was hiding, and Lucy spotted her box.

"Hey! That's mine!" Lucy said.

"If you don't drop out of the race, all your secrets will be revealed." Taylor said.

"You're bluffing. You can't even get that box open." Lucy said.

"Please. I just need a chainsaw." Taylor said. A little scare came out of Taylor from that.

"Mayor Allard!" All of them heard Fiend Justice calling to him. All of them looked through the door and saw him and his army ready to attack. "Reveal yourself to do battle and let the people see the weak authority you truly hold."

"What did he say?" Aidan questioned.

"Basically, he wants to kick your butt." Levy said.

"Charge!" Fiend Justice said. He ordered his knights to attack again. They charged right in to bust the door down, but Salamondra dived in and knocked them all away.

"Do you guys only know heavy metal?" Salamondra said and tried to fighting all of them alone. The commotion actually caught the interest of Erik.

"Do I hear fans causing a riot?" Erik said as he got excited. He foolishly went out there thinking it was a fan riot, but he realized the mistake when he saw Salamondra fighting the knights.

"I'm guessing you're the squire." Fiend Justice said. He used his powers on Erik and turned him into a brainwashed knight as well. That was upsetting to his real fans. With Salamondra busy, nothing could stop Fiend Justice from storming the place.

"Bow before Fiend Justice." He said as he walked to the door.

"Quick, lock the doors!" Lucy said. They closed the doors and locked them tight.

"Taylor, you're the previous class rep? What should we do?" Lisanna asked.

"I'll give you an answer...tomorrow." Taylor said as she ducked behind a desk to save herself. Lucy was need out there, but was needed inside as well. She made sure no one was looking to talk to Stella.

"Stella, what do I do? Salamondra needs me, but I can't abandon everyone." Lucy said.

"Follow your instincts. You can do this." Stella encouraged. She believes Lucy can find the answer by doing both. Lucy tried to think of what she could do, and she might have found an answer. She took charge as she stepped on higher ground to get everyone's attention.

"Gajeel! Jellal! You two lock all the windows! Everyone else, we need to barricade the doors!" Lucy said. "Hurry! We can't let them in!"

"Way to go, Luce!" Levy said as all of them loved how she took charge. "That's how a class rep acts." She told Taylor.

"I was going to suggest those things." Taylor said. Everyone acted fast as they made sure all the windows were locked with them gathering everything they could to barricade the door. As for Fiend Justice, he tried ramming the door down with his knights. The barricade was holding, but it wasn't going to hold forever.

"Mayor Allard, you need to escort everyone somewhere safe." Lucy said.

"Right. This way, everyone." Aidan said as he ushered all the students somewhere safe.

"I'll make sure everything is locked to try and hold them off!" Lucy said. Now she was alone, she can get down to real work. "Stella, Twinkle!" Stella was pulled into her earrings and she became Celestria. Now she can act as Celestria. Salamondra tried his best to fight them all off, but they soon had him backed to the wall and surrounded. Luckily, Celestria used her whip. When he saw it, he grabbed it and was pulled right out of there with him being pulled into the building.

"Sorry to keep you waiting." Celestria said.

"I was managing just fine, but it's always nice to see you." Salamondra said.

"Cursed acrobats, but even they can't stop me." Fiend Justice said. He snapped his fingers and his knights began moving. They tried scaling the walls and tried making their way to the roof.

"Why are they heading for the roof?" Celestria said.

"The flag!" Salamondra said. "He mentioned something about planting his own flag to claim Paris." Celestria figured that might be more literal than it sounds. Her theories were proven true as Fiend Justice made his way up to the roof as well. A black flag with the face of a fiend was also being carried up there.

"Thou kingdom shall soon be mine." Fiend Justice said as he was close to claiming Paris. Celestria and Salamondra moved fast as they made their way up the roof.

"The etherious must be in his sword." Celestria said.

"So what's the plan?" Salamondra asked. There was only one thing that can help them now.

"Open the Celestial Gate!" Celestria used her powers. When she called for an object, it ended up being a bottle of olive oil. "Virgo olive oil?! Does it expect me to cook?" The flag was tossed to Fiend Justince. He chopped the French flag down and held up his own.

"This kingdom now belongs to me!" Fiend Justice claimed as he planted it. When he did, a black ray was shot into the sky and formed a dark cloud. A black ray surrounded the entire city and began to close with everyone who came in contact with the light turning into a knight. Celestria had to act fast. She looked around and spotted Fiend Justice, the ledge he was on, and the oil.

"That's it! Can you take him on in a duel?" Celestria asked.

"I think I know his moves." Salamondra as he went to face him again. As for Celestria, she tried to fight off the knights to get her plan ready.

"Haven't you learned yet?" Fiend Justice questioned.

"I'm not much of a learner." Salamondra said. The two of them dueled each other again and clashed their weapons. When Fiend Justice tried to disarm him again, Salamondra was expecting it. He pulled his staff away and spun around with him kicking Fiend Justice back. Celestria made her move as she avoided the knights and sprayed the oil right where Fiend Justice was standing. He lost his balance as he slipped around and tossed his sword into the air. Celestria used her whip to grab it and smash it against the roof with it breaking and the etherious flying out. With the etherious free, Fiend Justice lost his hold over Paris.

"No more evildoing for you, little etherious." Celestria said as she activated her whip and twirled it around. "Time to de-evillize!" She tossed the whip and was able to catch it. "Gotcha! Bye-bye, little guy." She released it after it was purified. "Miraculous Starlight!" She tossed the bottle in the air and it restored all of those who were under Fiend Justice's power with Fiend Justice returning to Freed.

"Pound it!" The two heroes said as they bumped fists.

...

Black Wizard

"No! I was close!" Black Wizard shouted. "You won't be able to avoid my power forever, Celestria and Salamondra. I will make you bow before me!"

...

City Hall

With everyone returning to normal, they all helped clean up around City Hall.

"There you are. Were you hiding under the rock you crawled out of?" Taylor asked when she spotted Lucy.

"Very funny, but now that this is all over, I want my personal belongings back, Taylor." Lucy said. All eyes were on her now when Lucy said Taylor took her personal stuff.

"Yes! Please take it off!" Samantha begged as she held out the box. Lucy took the key and opened up the box with her taking her diary back.

"Got anything to say, Taylor?" Levy asked as she was recording.

"I didn't take her stupid diary." Taylor lied.

"How did you know it was my diary that was in here?" Lucy said. Everyone was turning against Taylor now and there was no way for her to get out of this.

"Looks like we know who the new class rep is." Levy said. Everyone cheered for Lucy, but Lucy didn't like the way she would win.

"Hold on." Lucy said.

"Ha! She's undependable! She's already decided to dropout!" Taylor said.

"No, I'm not. I just don't want to win like this." Lucy said. "I want you to vote for me because you trust and believe in me, not because you just don't want to vote for Taylor. I want to be voted in fairness. I'm not going to make promises I can't keep, but I'll do my best to help you with your issues and concerns. I'm creative, resourceful, and I'll do my best. The reason I'm doing all of this is simply because I care. So, I'm leaving it all for you to decide." Everyone cheered for Lucy as she showed she truly was the best choice.

...

The Next Day

"In a landslide victory, Lucy is our new class rep, who will be assisted by Levy as her deputy." Alzack said as everyone cheered for Lucy, the best choice for the position.

"You can do your blog and help out the class. We can do anything if we put our minds to it." Lucy said.

"I'm with you there." Levy said. Lucy's proven she can do it all, being class rep and Celestria. She and others are capable of much more than they think. You never know until you actually try.
