Celestria was moving as fast as she could. Her earrings were flashing with her only having minutes before she changes back. She landed down on the terrace that led to her room. Right when she dived in, she ran out of time and was forced to change back.
"That was a really nice thing you did for Levy back there." Stella said.
"She did love it." Lucy said. Speaking of Levy, they heard her coming with Stella quickly hiding.
"Lucy! You're not going to believe this!" Levy said as she showed up with her very excited. "Check out what happened after Celestria helped out." She took out a phone and gave it to Lucy. She saw a video of Celestria. Reporters were talking to her, but Celestria turned to her.
"Hey! Aren't you Levy McGarden, the girl who rights a blog about me?" Celestria said. "I've seen it, great stuff. Keep up the good work." That really made Levy's day.
"Can you believe she knows my blog?! It's amazing!" Levy said.
"Lucy! Erza is here!" Layla call.
"Erza! I got insane news!" Levy called with excitement as she made her way down.
"That seem to have made Levy's day." Stella said.
"I knew she would love it." Lucy said. "I might need to keep my identity a secret, but that doesn't mean I can't throw one of my best friends a bone."
"Let me see." Stella said.
"Sure." Lucy said as she held out the phone and tried press replay, but she accidentally hit the trash button instead and deleted the video. "Oh no! What have I done?!"
"Lucy, get down here! I want to show Erza the video!" Levy called. Lucy felt like she was in so much trouble.
"Stella, what do I do?!" Lucy said.
"Tell Levy the truth?" Stella suggested. Lucy thought it over and she could imagine that it wasn't going to go well for her if she does that. Lucy tried thinking of a way to get herself out of this as she climbed into her room and met up with her friends.
"Hey, Erza. What are you doing here?" Lucy asked.
"I wanted to tell you about this play that's happening at the Eiffel Tower." Erza said as she handed a flyer. It showed a guy with black and white hair wearing a black vest with yellow pants and was wearing makeup.
"Midnight?" Lucy questioned the title.
"It stars this guy whose actual name is Macbeth. He plays this character who holds mysterious power." Erza said. "Thought you guys might want to check it out."
"It does sound rather interesting." Levy said. A play at the Eiffel Tower... What could go wrong with that? Everything.

A Bus
A bus for the play was getting ready for departure. Two people stood outside the bus as they were waiting for someone. One was just a simple looking teen with red hair. The other was an older woman having brunette hair tied to the side with glasses.
"Carol, you're wasting your time. I'm the best option for the lead."
"Vincent, I've told you a hundred times that you're the understudy. Macbeth is going on as the lead." Carol said. "He's a passionate actor, and this is his debut. I think he has what it takes to play the lead."
"If you say so." Vincent said as he seemed like he accepted his role, but he had something else in mind.
...
Macbeth
Macbeth was getting himself ready for the play tonight. It was his big break in the acting world. He was nervous, anxious, and more. However, he was doing his best to keep it all together for the big show. As he grabbed a flyer, he braced himself for it seemed like after months of playing a background character, he's finally stepping into the spotlight. He was on his way out, but he had to check something first. He creaked open a door to see someone in there.
"I'm heading out, Father. Remember the show is tonight." Macbeth said. His father just grunted as it seemed like he didn't care. "You will be there, right?"
"I'll try, but I don't get why you're so fixated on this acting nonsense." His father said. "It's a waste of time. When are you going to stop this nonsense and get serious with your life?" Macbeth figured his father would say that. He's never been that supportive in anything he does.
"Forget it." Macbeth said as he closed the door and left in annoyance. He was on his way to meet with the rest of the cast. He tried focusing on his big debut as an actor. He walked through the streets until he got a call on his phone and saw it was Vincent. "Yeah, Vincent?" He asked as he answered.
"Macbeth, I'm glad I caught you. I'm calling to let you know we're meeting in front of the Louvre Museum." Vincent said.
"The museum? That's on the other side of town from where I am." Macbeth said.
"Better get going." Vincent as he ended the call. Macbeth didn't know what else to do except go to where Vincent told him.
...
Lucy's Place
The girls hang at Lucy's place while Lucy was trying to figure out what to do about Levy's deleted video. She reached for Levy's phone and tried grabbing it before Levy even notices the video is gone.
"Oh! I almost forgot! You've got to check out this video I've got, Erza." Levy said as she grabbed her phone and was about to show Erza the video.
"Wait!" Lucy said as she tried to think of some excuse to stop it before it was too late.
"Actually, I should get going. There are a few things I want to get done before seeing the play." Erza said.
"Okay. I'll show you on the way out." Levy said. Lucy knew she needed to act fast.
"Let me get your stuff for you!" Lucy said as she gathered all of Levy's things and stuffed it in her bag while slyly grabbing Levy's phone without either of them noticing. "I'll see you two at the show." Once she handed Levy her bag, the two of them were on their way out. That gave Lucy some time to figure things out.
"What are you going to do now?" Stella asked.
"I'll have to reenact the video for Levy and get her phone back before she figures out what happened." Lucy said. "It happened near the Louvre Museum, so we better head there."
"You should just tell Levy what happened." Stella said.
"No way. I don't want her mad at me. This will work." Lucy said. "Stella, Twinkle!" Lucy transformed and made her way to the museum in hopes she can get the video back for Levy.
...
The Bus
Macbeth was late for arriving. Carol looked around for him, but didn't see a sign of him anywhere.
"Carol, we can't wait anymore." Vincent said.
"You're right." Carol said. "I figured he would have at least called or something if he wasn't going to make it. Looks like you'll have to go on in his place, Vincent." She said as she climbed on the bus. All according to Vincent's plan.
...
The Louvre Museum
Celestria made it all the way to the museum. Once she found the right spot where the video happened, she placed the phone on a small ledge and positioned it just right for it to record.
"Perfect." Celestria said as she hit record. "Hey. Aren't you Levy McGarden..." She tried reenacting the video, but the first attempt didn't go well as a cat played around with the phone and knocked it right in a trash can. "Stupid cat." Meanwhile, Macbeth ran all the way to the museum, but he saw no sign of the bus or the cast.
"Where is everyone?" Macbeth questioned. He pulled out his phone and tried calling Vincent again. He waited until he answered to speak. "Vincent, where is everyone? I'm at the museum, but no one is here?"
"You're at the museum? Why are you there?" Vincent said so Carol wouldn't suspect the foul play. "Oh well. Don't worry. I'll go on for you in the show." Macbeth didn't expect that at all. He felt like his whole world was just crush. His big break was just taken from him. His own father didn't care his dreams, he was tricked, and now he's not going to make it to his debut play. He was feeling really low now.
...
Black Wizard
"An inspiring actor who has no support and misses his own performance..." Black Wizard said as he took an etherious in his hands. "Well, he probably just needs a new manager." He infused the etherious with dark power and unleashed it in Paris. "Fly, my little etherious. Give this actor the break he deserves!"
...
Macbeth
Macbeth held out the flyer and crippled it in anger. As he was filled with rage and anger, the etherious flew into the flyer and connected him with Black Wizard.
"Midnight, I'm Black Wizard. Rather than playing a mysterious figure, I'm making it so you can become him. In exchange, you must get me the miraculous of Celestria and Salamondra. Do we have a deal?" Macbeth smirked as he was giving into the power. "I'll take your silence as a yes." Macbeth transformed into Midnight. His black hair grew longer with a brown coat with white fur and wore white pants and a maroon top underneath. He placed the black flyer in his pocket and began his rampage as he saw flyers and other forms advertisement for the play.
"Cats are nothing but trouble." Celestria said as she dug around the trash until she finally pulled out Levy's phone. However, the video would have to wait because she heard people screaming. She turned around and saw Midnight on the attack. He held out his hand and an invisible force spiraled in it. When he unleashed it, it tore the posters for the play to shreds. He continued his rampage until Celestria used her whip and pulled his arm away. "Look buddy, you know you can talk about your problems. You don't have to wreck stuff." Midnight turned to her and unleashed his attack on her. Not sure what to dodge, she got hit by his attack and was blown back from the attack. Celestria got back up and tried to focus on the fight. "Something about this guy seems familiar." No time for her to worry about that as Midnight continued with his attack.
...
Natsu
"Yes, sir. I'm sure Natsu will understand." Invel said as he ended a call.
"Let me guess. My brother isn't coming again." Natsu said with disappointment. Natsu was on his way to see the play himself with Invel and Jacob driving there.
"Yes, but he reserved great seats for you, Natsu." Invel said.
"As usual, best money can buy." Natsu said, but didn't really like it.
"What the blooming devil?!" Jacob said as he could see trouble. He pulled over when Celestria jumped near the car while trying to defend against Midnight's attacks.
"Get out of the car." Celestria said as Natsu rolled the window down. "I'll cover you for..." She didn't stop as she and Natsu stared at each other with passion and intensity. However, the moment was ruined as part of the car was sliced right off from Midnight's attack. Natsu and the others ran out of the car with Celestria trying to fight Midnight off. Natsu held back and took cover so he could transform.
"Celestria needs us." Natsu said as Igneel came out of hiding.
"And here I thought we were going to have a lovely evening at the theater." Igneel sarcastically said.
"Igneel, Fire Up!" Natsu held out his ring and transformed to help out Celestria. Midnight kept trying to attack Celestria, but Celestria stayed light on her feet and kept moving as best as she could to avoid his attacks. Midnight appeared to have Celestria on the run until Salamondra jumped in. He swung his staff down, but Midnight saw it coming and moved out of the way.
"Cool look, creepo. Are you a punk or do you just like looking weird?" Salamondra said.
"Careful, Salamondra." Celestria said as she regrouped with him. "This one's tricky." Midnight wasn't going to give up the fight easy. He held both his arms back and swung them to unleashed his attack. Both of them got caught by the attack and were blown back from it. Midnight was satisfied with that for there was something else he wanted to do. So, he took to the rooftops and hurried off.
"What was that?" Salamondra said.
"I'm not sure. It looks like he uses some sort of invisible force." Celestria said.
"This guy gives new meaning to silent but deadly." Salamondra joked, but Celestria just got annoyed.
"How are we going to find him?" Celestria said.
"I've got this." Salamondra said as he grabbed a hold of her. He extended his staff and lifted the both of them off the ground. The two of them were high in the air and looked around for Midnight.
"There he is!" Celestria said as she was able to spot him. "It looks like he's after something."
"We'll just have to get to it first." Salamondra said. He leaned forward and caused the staff to fall forward.
...
Midnight
Midnight was tracking down the bus for the play. He was able to find it and chased after it. He jumped from the rooftops and landed on the cars. He jumped from one car to the next to catch the bus. However, Celestria and Salamondra made their way across Paris until they landed down on the bus with those inside wondering what that was.
"Looks like he's after this bus for some reason." Salamondra said. That seemed rather strange to them. However, Lucy spotted the ad for the play on it. When she saw Macbeth's face, she recognized it as Midnight.
"That's why he seemed familiar!" Celestria said. "He's the actor for this theater crew! I wonder what happened that had him become etheriouized."
"Any idea as to where the etherious is?" Salamondra questioned. Celestria looked around as Midnight got closer and closer to the bus. When he jumped on the bus and landed down, she spotted the flyer in his pocket.
"There! The etherious must be in what's in his pocket!" Celestria said.
"No problem." Salamondra said. He charged right at Midnight, but Midnight caused the air to twist around Salamondra and tried throwing him off the bus, but he was able to grab on and held on. Midnight used his power at Celestria, but she rolled forward and avoided his attack. As she tried reaching out for him, he jumped over her. Midnight tried attacking, but she grabbed his arm and threw him against the side of the bus with everyone noticing him.
"Macbeth?!" Vincent said as he was shocked to see him like that.
"Salamondra, get ready to grab that paper in his pocket!" Celestria said as she tried to hold him down.
"Midnight, grab her earrings!" Black Wizard told him in his head. Midnight reached up and tried to grab her earrings, but she kept out of reach. She threw him back on the bus with Salamondra knocking him off the bus with his staff. Midnight landed on a moving car, but he wasn't giving up just yet. He caused the top of a car to rip off and he hopped inside with him telling the driver to keep driving.
"Try to hold him back." Celestria said as she hurried to the front of the bus. She knocked on the door. When it opened, she jumped inside.
"Celestria, what's going on?" Carol asked.
"One of your actors has been etheriouized and is after your crew." Celestria said.
"Macbeth?!" Carol said. Midnight had the driver drive close to the bus. He used his powers and caused the bus to move out of control. The bus tumbled over and landed near the Effiel Tower. Midnight jumped out of the car and landed in front of it.
"Well, I heard the play was being held here." Salamondra said as he got moving. He jumped off the bus and kept on fighting him.
"Stay here where it's safe." Celestria said as she was going to hurry out to help him.
"Celestria, wait." Vincent said. "I know why he's after us. I stole his part, but he can have it now."
"What are you talking about?" Carol questioned.
"I... I tricked Macbeth so that I could play the leading role." Vincent admitted. At least now things are making sense. Now that Celestria knows what's going on, she hurried out side and saw Salamondra was struggling against him as Midnight continued to use invisible attacks against him. Midnight caused the area around Salamondra to bend around him and attacked him from all directions.
"This isn't as cool as it looks!" Salamondra shouted as he felt himself getting beaten around. When it stopped, Salamondra dropped to the ground with Midnight ready to take his ring, but Celestria used her whip and pulled Salamondra out of there.
"I think it's time to bring the curtain down." Celestria said. "Open the Celestial Gate!" She used her powers and it ended up being a rolled up giant poster. Celestria opened it up and saw it was another ad for the play with a Leo insignia on it. "Okay..." She looked around to see how she could use this. She spotted Midnight himself and the Eiffel Tower. She had an idea as to what to do. She used her whip again and swung up to the tower. "What do you think?! Overkill for advertisement?!" She said as she unfolded the poster and held it up. Midnight got irritated from seeing that and used his powers. Just what Celestria wanted. She jumped off the tower as the metal was sliced right through. The tower began to fall and was going to fall right over Midnight. Midnight used his powers and tried to keep the tower from falling right on him. Celestria used the opportunity as she swung around and was able to grab the flyer out of his pocket.
"Isn't playing on that national monument a crime?" Salamondra said.
"Not when you're fighting crime." Celestria said. She took the flyer and ripped it apart with the etherious flying out. "No more evildoing for you, little etherious." Celestria slid her finger around the whip and began twirling it. "Time to de-evillize!" She threw her whip and caught the etherious. "Gotcha! Bye-Bye, little guy." She said as she released it. "Miraculous Starlight!" She tossed the poster in the air and the stars flew around with the tower being restored and everything else Midnight wrecked. With the etherious gone, Midnight turned back to Macbeth.
"How did I get here?" Macbeth questioned.
"Pound it!" The heroes celebrated. With the danger over, Vincent went to talk to Macbeth.
"Macbeth, I'm so sorry. I was so desperate to act that I cheated you out of your part. This is your debut, not mine." Vincent said. Macbeth forgave him and it was a happy ending for everyone.
...
Later
With the danger gone, the play was on schedule. The girls headed for the play and took their seats.
"By the way, Levy, here." Lucy said as she handed Levy her phone back. "You left it back at my place."
"Thanks. I was wondering what happened to it." Levy said as she took her phone back.
"Hey!" All of them looked and saw Natsu was coming over and sat next to him. "Sweet that you girls are here. I was afraid I would be seeing this boring play by myself." Now there was a part of the play that Lucy enjoyed. The play went on and it was a great play. Macbeth got to make his debut as an actor and he was great. When the play was over, Levy and Lucy were on their way home.
"I don't know which was better! The play or sitting next to Natsu!" Lucy said.
"I've noticed. You couldn't stop smiling. I'm glad I got some of it." Levy said. When she said that, Lucy decided to come clean.
"Levy, there's something I need to tell you." Lucy said. "I'm sorry, but I accidentally deleted your Celestria video!" She was expecting her to be mad, but she wasn't.
"On my phone. No big deal." Levy said. "I uploaded several copies on my computer so I wouldn't lose it."
"You mean you're not mad?" Lucy asked.
"Well, you should have told me the truth from the start, but it's fine." Levy said.
"I still feel bad. That's why I have something special for you right inside." Lucy said as she pointed to the building next to them. Levy was curious as to what it was. Levy went on inside and looked around for what Lucy set up for her.
"Hi!" Levy looked up and couldn't believe. Celestria herself was there. "I'm sorry about earlier, Levy, but I have some time if you would like an interview."
"An interview?! Really?! Oh my gosh!" Levy said as she couldn't believe this was happening. No way she was going to miss this. Levy had a real interview with Celestria for her blog and it was incredible to her. When it was over, Lucy changed back and hurried outside and met with Levy coming out. "I don't know how you pulled this off, but thank you! This is perfect for my blog!"
"Glad you like it. So can I see?" Lucy asked.
"After I upload it. No way am I loosing this." Levy said. The two of them shared a laugh and headed out. Lucy still has her best friend and Macbeth got to be in the play. This play had a happy ending for everyone.
