It had been about forty-six hours since the last time Emily had been in Mystic Falls but now she was back in her hometown. The Gilbert girl honestly didn't even plan on staying very long. She was having too much fun being free for the first time in her life and Emily knew without a doubt that if she were to stay in Mystic Falls, then someone was going to ruin that fun of hers.

Emily had been partying and using her new icy powers on people nonstop. The Radkova witch had stayed in Roanoke for about a day and a half but when the local news started to report on teenagers being frozen to death, Emily decided it would be best for her to move on to someplace else.

The blonde witch ended up traveling to the next town over in Cloverdale at around one in the morning. Emily, unfortunately, had to deal with the witches in her head before she could even go and have some fun in the town with all the innocent and clueless humans.

The former Protectors of the Innocent witches had left her alone during the rest of her time in Roanoke, so Emily had figured that they gotten her message to not mess with her anymore. However, that wasn't the case at all.

Emily had barely gotten changed into her new baby pink dress and matching heels before she felt that all too familiar shocking pain enter her body. The torture from the deceased witches in her mind lasted about a solid two hours. It had finally stopped once Emily had ended up passing out on the floor of her hotel room.

The Radkova witch had been annoyed when she woke up a few hours later and realized it was already turning daylight and her night of fun had been ruined. Emily was even more pissed when she gained consciousness from the fact that her new dress had been ruined as well as there was a large tear down the slit of her dress.

That was the main reason why the Gilbert girl was now back in Mystic Falls. There was this black dress that she had that she wanted to wear during her next stop in Salem, Virginia for her third wave of fun.

It was about two in the afternoon when Emily strutted towards the door of the Salvatore boarding house before she carelessly pushed it open and let it slam against the wall without a care to the damage that she could have caused. However, before the Gilbert girl could go up to her bedroom and look for her aforementioned dress, she suddenly paused when she saw eight pairs of eyes staring at her.

Emily didn't even get the chance to utter a single word as to why they were all looking at her like she was a ghost before she heard the familiar sound of a vampire using their speed and she felt a cold pair of arms suddenly wrap around her waist.

"Thank God you're okay," the younger Salvatore mumbled as placed his hands on either side of Emily's face after he had hugged his girlfriend as if she would disappear from him. Stefan had been going out of his mind ever since the funereal and he couldn't find her. The worried Salvatore could only find her scent in the Gilbert house before it all just stopped. Stefan had started to think the worst, so he was happy to have Emily in his arms again.

Emily looked up at the younger Salvatore vampire with an amused smirk slowly making its way onto her dark purple lips. "Of course I'm okay," the Radkova witch muttered as she took a step back from Stefan and rolled her green irises. This was something Emily definitely didn't miss. She hated when everyone would treat her like a child and wouldn't let her out of their sight. They always acted like she was so fragile when that definitely was the opposite of who she really was.

Everyone in the foyer of the Salvatore boarding house - Stefan, Damon, Bonnie, Caroline, Jeremy, Tyler, Jenna, and Alaric - were immediately puzzled by Emily's attitude. The Gilbert girl was usually comforting when she knew someone was feeling sad or down, so it strange to see Emily so laid back and careless.

However, Stefan decided to not question his girlfriend's change in attitude as that wasn't what was on his mind right now. Instead, he curiously inquired, "what did you go?" The younger Salvatore shook his head with a frown embedded onto his face before he muttered, "I looked everywhere for you."

Emily carelessly waved her left hand as walked around her worried looking boyfriend and moved to lean against the staircase. "Mystic Falls was becoming a little too depressing for me," the Gilbert girl stated before she explained with an easy smirk playing on her purple lips, "so, I left to have some fun at a couple of parties."

The blonde vampire was the next one to speak up as she took in her best friend's appearance. "What's up with the change to your look?" Caroline inquired in confusion as Emily looked nothing like herself anymore. Caroline looked at the short pink dress and chains on Emily's body before she mumbled, "you're looking like one of those e-girls."

Emily released an amused chuckle as she stared at the Forbes vampire. "Ooh," the Gilbert girl cooed before she warned the blue eyed supernatural being, "you better watch it, Caroline. Your jealousy is showing." The Radkova witch glanced down to her baby pink outfit as she twirled her blonde hair before she exclaimed with a shrug of her shoulders, "yeah, I know I pull off the blonde better than you ever could."

The Gilbert girl smirked at each face around the foyer of the Salvatore boarding house before her green irises settled onto her male best friend - Tyler Lockwood. "But, of course, that is why everyone is always obsessed with me," Emily muttered as she kept her eyes looked with the werewolf's before she shot him a wink and looked away.

It was no secret how Tyler felt about her. Emily would have to be stupid to not see it. The good and innocent Emily would never comment on it as she was afraid to lose her best friend but the careless Emily decided that she would rather tease Tyler about his feelings. What was the point of knowing about them, if I couldn't use his feelings against him? Emily sinisterly thought.

The Forbes vampire chose to ignore the jabs that her best friend was throwing her way as the boarding house was quickly building with so much tension right now. So, instead, Caroline asked what was on everyone's mind as she confusingly inquired, "don't you think it's a bad time to go hitting up parties?" Caroline had known Emily her whole life and she had never seen her best friend be so selfish by partying with everyone was mourning around her, so she was extremely puzzled as to what was going on with the blonde girl at the moment.

Emily looked at the Forbes vampire with her brows pulled together as she slowly inquired in confusion, "why?" The Gilbert girl's green eyes then immediately widened a second later as she exclaimed, "oh, right!" Emily slapped her forehead with the palm of her hand as if she just had a 'duh' moment before she asked to confirm that they were talking about the same thing, "because Elena died, right?"

The Radkova witch rolled her green eyes as she walked around everyone and headed to the many selections of alcohol on the back wall of the living room. Emily grabbed an almost empty bottle of bourbon and muttered before she took a gulp of the amber colored liquor, "who cares?"

The Gilbert girl immediately released a surprised gasp as the bottle smashed at her baby pink heels and her body was instantly slammed against the wall. "Who cares?" The angry Damon repeated the blonde girl's words as he squeezed her throat. "Your sister is dead and that is all you have to say!" The older Salvatore growled as he glared down at the witch in front of him with nothing but fire running through his veins.

The only thing that Emily did for a solid minute or so was smirk widely at the vampire that was holding her while everyone in the living room was yelling for Damon to let her go. "Ah, Damon," the Radkova witch cooed as she tapped her hand onto the angry vampire's chest, "you, lovesick fool." Emily rose her eyebrow as she kept her green irises looked with the vampire's blue ones before she inquired, "don't you get it?"

Emily was only met with silence, so she shot the older Salvatore vampire a wide smirk before she gave Damon the correct answer with a slight careless shrug of her shoulders as best as she could while she was pinned to the wall, "nothing matters. People die and then you move on."

The blue eyed Salvatore stared down at Emily in complete disgust as he couldn't even recognize her anymore. "What the hell is wrong with you?" Damon interrogated before he snapped, "your twin sister, your soulmate, is dead!" Damon shook his head in disappointment before he muttered, "it's like you don't even care."

Emily honestly was growing bored of this whole depressing conversation over her dead twin, so the Radkova witch placed her point finger onto Damon's cold forehead and zapped him with her icy abilities - which, thankfully, caused for Damon to take a step back and release her from the wall.

Emily dusted off the invisible dirt from her baby pink dress before she shot the angry Salvatore vampire a wide smirk. "It's cause I don't, Damon," the Radkova witch followed up to the blue eyed vampire's previous statement about her not caring about Elena's death as she carelessly walked around all of her shocked loved ones to get herself another drink. I'm thinking something stronger, Emily thought to herself as she growing bored of bourbon.

"W-Wait..." The voice of Jenna Sommers called out before Emily could fully reach the selections of alcohol. The newest vampire shakily pointed to her niece's dress after she smelled a tasty scent and spotted a red splat on Emily's outfit before she questioned, "i-is that blood on you?"

Emily curiously glanced down to her body before she immediately rolled her green irises when she spotted the blood on her pink dress along with a new slashes. "Stupid, bitch, Regina," the Gilbert girl swore as she remembered what had caused her dress to be even more ruined than when she ripped it during her witchy torture.

After Emily had awoken from her unconsciousness in her hotel room, the Radkova witch had decided to go have some fun one last time before returning to Mystic Falls. However, Emily didn't take in account that she would be drained from the damages that the witches did to her body, so Emily noticed too late that her icy powers needed to be recharged.

The whole ordeal ended up getting messy between Emily and the blonde girl as Regina was quite strong. However, Emily was still stronger despite the fact that she didn't have her icy powers. The pocket knife that Regina had pulled on her hadn't fazed Emily one bit when Emily could still shock her.

The two blonde girls had ended up fighting for a solid fifteen minutes before the Radkova witch finally got the upper hand and the knife - but, of course, not without Regina slashing her stomach and her thigh first. Once Emily had disarmed Regina, the angry Gilbert girl had stuck the blade into the blonde girl's throat which was the reason for the blood splatter covering her pink dress.

"Who's Regina?" The worried younger Salvatore vampire immediately inquired as he also noticed the blood for the first time. Stefan began to cross the room as he rushed out in fear that Emily had gotten hurt, "what happened?"

The Gilbert girl stopped her boyfriend in his tracks as she shot him a wide smirk. "Oh, she was just this girl I killed when these things decided to burn out," Emily explained as she flicked her frosty hands and pouted down at them. The Radkova witch had been disappointed this morning when her favorite powers hadn't worked on Regina but she now knew that she couldn't test her limits just yet since she was still building into a strong witch.

The living room of the Salvatore boarding house grew thick with silence as everyone stared at Emily's icy finger tips in complete shock. The one to break the silence happened to be Emily's male best friend as Tyler swore loudly for everyone to hear, "holy shit." Tyler honestly couldn't see the Gilbert girl ever killing someone, so he was absolutely stunned.

"W-Wait," the younger Salvatore vampire stumbled over his words before he took a few steps closer to his abnormal laid back girlfriend. "Emily, what do you mean you killed someone?" Stefan anxiously asked the one question that was on everyone's mind. "Did she try to attack you or something?" Stefan continued as he tried to understand how his sweet girlfriend could possibly be a murderer.

The Radkova witch carelessly shrugged her shoulders before she explained, "I mean, I was bored and I needed some entertainment, so I started to encase people in ice." Emily rolled her green irises before she mumbled, "but my powers decided to be a bitch, so I had to do it the old fashion way." The Gilbert girl used her powers to create an icicle before she pulled it out from her hand and used it to show what she had done to Regina with a playful grin playing on her purple lips.

Everyone honestly felt like they were in an episode of the Twilight Zone as they stared at the Gilbert girl. It surprised everyone to hear that the sweet and kind Emily was even capable of being a killer. The younger Salvatore was the one furthest from believing it. The one thought in Stefan's mind was that his girlfriend was just having a mental breakdown.

Stefan just kept thinking that Emily had just had a bad dream or she was imagining all the things that she was describing. There is just no way Emily is a killer, Stefan mentally told himself. "Hey, sweetie," the green eyed vampire softly called out as he slowly approached his girlfriend. "Do you want to have a seat and maybe some water?" Stefan gently inquired as if he was afraid Emily was going to faint at any moment.

Emily instantly rolled her green eyes at the way that Stefan was treating her like a fragile piece of glass. "You guys are getting so boring," the Gilbert girl moaned out as she moved away from the selections of alcohol and away from her worried boyfriend. "I need to get going, anyways," Emily stated before she explained, "I just came here to pick up a dress." The Radkova witch slowly strutted towards the foyer of the boarding house as she mentioned, "but I remembered it's at my house, so I'll be going now."

Emily twirled around and looked at each shocked and frozen face around the Salvatore boarding house with an amused smirk settled onto her dark purple lips before she turned around and exited the building with one final word, "until next time, losers."
