It had been a few days since Emily had finally accepted the fact that she was a witch and had accepted the responsibility that she had to build up and strengthen her magic. The Radkova witch was currently sitting in front of the full body mirror in her bedroom at the Salvatore boarding house with a few items in front of her - a necklace, an apple, and a pillow.

The Bennett witch had gave Emily some magic homework to do with a couple of spells for today as she continued to work on building her powers. The Radkova witch had already done a levitation spell and an enhanced hearing spell - that last one was an amusing experience.

Emily had enlisted the help of Damon since Bonnie wanted her to try to do it on her own. The Radkova witch had Damon sit in the living room while she was in the study before she used a spell to listen in on Damon from a few rooms away. It was amusing for Emily when the only thing the Salvatore vampire babbled on and on about was about how bored he was.

The Radkova witch had also focused on controlling the ice and fire of her powers. Emily's new record for controlling the fire was for over twenty minutes without any icicles unexpectedly appearing. Emily was quite happy with herself after that since her ice powers were what worried her the most.

Emily was now working on an illusionary cloaking spell. The Bennett witch had mentioned to Emily that it would be a good spell for her to learn as it could come in handy for when she had to cloak someone or something important from any of their future enemies. Bonnie also mentioned that the bigger the item is, the harder it would be, so Emily decided that she would start off with something small until it got easier for her.

Emily picked up the plain silver necklace that she had found in the bottom of her jewelry box before she carefully read over the spell and information with it in her grimoire that sat laid open in front of her. The incantation was really simple but Emily remembered how Bonnie had told her that an important part of performing a spell is about believing and feeling that it will work.

The Radkova witch slowly ran her thumbs across each link of the necklace as she focused her mind solely onto the piece of jewelry before Emily looked at her reflection in the mirror and imagined the necklace disappearing. Emily released a deep breath before she whispered the incantation, "invisique."

Emily instantly grinned when she saw that the necklace had completely disappeared in front of her and it looked like she had nothing in her hands. The Radkova witch glanced down to her actual hands before she chuckled in amazement when she saw that she was still holding the necklace. "This is so cool," Emily mumbled to herself as she realized that to anyone else, she wouldn't be actually holding something.

Emily was honestly giggly with excitement to see what else she could hide from the naked eye. The brunette witch quickly placed the necklace back onto the ground after she disconnected the spell before she picked up the next item - the red apple.

Emily grinned as she rolled the medium sized apple around her palms and thought about the red color and how yummy it tasted on a hot summer day before Emily focused her gaze onto her reflection through the mirror. "Invisique," the Radkova witch whispered as she kept her gaze locked onto the Red Delicious apple before she giggled when the fruit disappeared and it looked like she was holding an invisible ball in her hand.

The Radkova witch smirked to herself when an idea came to her mind before she focused her attention back onto her reflection. Emily slowly brought the apple towards her face before she took a bite out of the juicy fruit. The new witch chucked in amusement when it looked like she was just chewing on crunchy air.

Emily stopped focusing and thinking about the apple before she saw the red fruit reappear through her reflection. The brunette witch released a small chuckle as she found herself really enjoying this spell. "This will definitely come in handy in the future," Emily mumbled as she took another big bite out of the juicy apple.

The Radkova witch finished up the rest of her little snack before Emily grabbed ahold of the large pillow that went with her queen sized bed. Emily lightly tossed the pillow between her hands as she felt the firmness of it and the silk pillowcase before she focused her gaze onto her reflection through the mirror. "Invisique. Invisique," Emily chanted the incantation twice before the pillow completely disappeared in front of her.

Emily continued to think about the pillow and the feeling of it in her palms as she soon realized that Bonnie was right about the spell and the bigger the item that she tries it on. The necklace and the apple had been very simple to do since they were a lot smaller but the pillow took more work and focus to make it disappear.

The Radkova witch released the pillow from the spell before she decided to give it another try. Emily knew that she needed to continue to build up her magic for this spell if she ever wanted to protect someone or something with this spell like Bonnie had mentioned. The young witch closed her green eyes as she calmed her mind before she opened them and focused back onto the feeling of the pillow in her arms. Emily slowly brought the pillow to her chest and recalled how she always slept like a baby with it.

The Radkova witch moved her gaze up to the mirror before she murmured the incantation. Emily immediately grinned to herself when the spell worked perfectly this time around. "Practice makes perfect," the new witch muttered as she tossed the pillow up in the air as she was happy that she had completed the spell.

Emily soon smirked when a sudden idea came to mind. "I wonder how Damon would feel about this new spell," the Radkova witch tauntingly mumbled before she quickly stood up from the hardwood floor and went to go find Damon and his favorite bottle of bourbon. However, before Emily could reach the threshold of her bedroom, Emily heard the sound of an incoming Skype call coming from her laptop that was laid open on her bed.

Emily pouted from the fact that her plan would have to be put on hold before she walked over to her bed and plopped down onto the silk comforter. The brunette witch pulled her laptop closer to her to see who was calling before Emily instantly furrowed her brows when she saw the username.

jeepowner69 CALLING

"What the hell?" Emily muttered under her breath as she continued to stare at her laptop screen. The Radkova witch honestly had no clue who that could even be. Emily knew she should just ignore the call since it could be a hacker or some sort of predator but something inside of the young witch told her to answer it.

The Radkova witch took a deep breath as she hoped that she wasn't about to make the wrong decision before she pressed the accept button. Emily nervously bit down on her lip as she waited for the Skype video call to connect. However, Emily soon furrowed her brows in confusion when the call connected a few seconds later and she saw a lanky teenage boy with a buzzcut on her laptop screen.

Emily honestly had no clue who the boy was but she did notice that he looked as nervous as she did, so Emily took that as a sign that he wasn't some hacker or predator after her. The Radkova witch felt something so familiar about the boy but she just couldn't put her finger on it. Emily felt like she was missing something, so Emily carefully scanned the teenager as she tried to figure him out.

Brown eyes - they look like a cute puppy's eyes. Mole on his cheek. Nice eyebrows. Pale skin, the Radkova witch listed off all of the teenager's features in her head before she looked behind the boy and took notice of the classic movie posters on his wall. However, one certain detail soon caught Emily's attention. The brunette witch moved closer to her laptop screen before she gasped when she saw a framed photograph on the bedside table and saw a picture of the teenager with Scott.

Emily barely knew Scott, the true alpha, but she did know that they had one person in common between them. Emily knew it was a shot in the dark but the teenager looked so familiar, so the Radkova witch decided to test if she was right. Emily lifted up her right eyebrow before she cautiously inquired, "Stiles?"

The aforementioned boy's brown eyes immediately widened when Emily finally recognized him. Stiles had been so anxious that the Gilbert teenager wouldn't remember him and Scott just made him completely embarrass himself on camera. "Yes! Yes, it's me! Stiles!" The Stilinski boy practically screeched as he moved his black rolling chair closer to his computer.

"Holy crap," the Radkova witch mumbled in surprise as she stared at the teenager boy, who she and Elena had shared a fun night together with when they were in California during their junior high days on the cheerleading team. Emily knew she would get the chance to talk to Stiles since she gave Scott her number but Emily was still in disbelief that she was talking to someone who she hadn't talked to in years.

Emily soon grew curious about something, though. "How did you get my Skype info?" The Radkova witch curiously wondered. The only people who even knew her Skype was her friends here in Mystic Falls and recently, Deaton.

Stiles awkwardly blushed as she rubbed the side of his neck. "Uh, well, Scott was telling me how he was in Virginia to help you!" The Stilinski boy hurriedly muttered. "I wished I could have gone by the way!" Stiles exclaimed as he remembered how annoyed he had been when Scott told him about what happened and he wished that he had gone. Stiles quickly shook his head as he forced himself to focus before he told Emily, "anyway, my phone is broken, so I decided to try out your number on Skype and I got lucky!"

The Radkova witch couldn't help but quietly chuckle in amusement while she listened to Stiles ramble along. Still the same old Stiles, the brunette girl thought to herself as she remembered meeting this exact Stiles a few years ago. Emily was glad to know that his personality never changed from before he started getting involved into the supernatural world.

"I honestly thought you were a predator before I accepted your call," the Radkova witch confessed with a small chuckle as she got comfortable on her bed with her laptop resting on her thighs and her back against the wooden headboard.

The Stilinski teenager's brown eyes immediately widened in shock at Emily's confession. "A pred- What!?" Stiles began in confusion before he released a loud gasp and looked at the Radkova witch as if she just grew two heads right in front of him.

"Hey!" Emily exclaimed with a deep pout. "Have you seen your username?" The Radkova witch quickly questioned as she defended her reasoning to not want to answer someone's call with a username as weird as his.

Stiles puzzledly looked over to his Skype username before a beet red blush instantly rose onto his cheeks. "Uh, you see, about that..." The Stilinski teenager mumbled in embarrassment before he quickly exclaimed as he defended himself, "I was like fifteen when I made this account! I completely forgot that I even put that!"

Emily released an amused chuckle before she teasingly murmured, "mhm. That's what I thought." A calm silence settled between the old friends before the Radkova witch inquired with a small grin playing on her lips, "how have you been, Stiles? It's been forever since we last spoke."

Stiles pointed his finger at the Radkova witch through his computer screen with a false glare on his face as he muttered, "I believe that would be your fault, Miss Gilbert."

Emily released a heavy sigh before she pouted across at the teenager boy. "I know, I know," the Radkova witch mumbled before she stated, "I should have put your number in my phone as soon as we got back to the hotel." Emily regretted not doing that so much back in the day. However, sadly, Emily only remembered the piece of paper that Stiles gave her and Elena when it was too late and it got ruined in the washing machine.

"Well, at least we found each other again!" Stiles exclaimed with a wide grin as he found the bright side of their years old dilemma. "What are the chances of us both getting wrapped into the supernatural world, huh?" The Stilinski teenager jokingly inquired with a small chuckle.

Emily released her own chuckle as she shook her head in disbelief at the truth of Stiles' question. Emily, back then in junior high, never in a billion years would have guessed that both she and Stiles would find themselves in their own supernatural drama. "It's definitely crazy," Emily uttered before she added, "but at least you're still human."

The Stilinski teenager's brown eyes quickly widened when he suddenly remembered what Scott had told about the Gilbert girl. "Oh, yeah! You're a witch!" Stiles excitedly exclaimed. "How is it being a witch? What kind of spells can you do? Do you have a magical wand? Can you use magic to cheat on your homework?" The human teenager eagerly inquired.

"Calm down," Emily told the doe eyed boy with an amused chuckle at how excited Stiles was about her new abilities. "I barely started working on my powers," the Radkova witch told Stiles before she answered the rest of the Stilinski's fast paced questions as she listed them off on her fingers, "the whole witch thing is cool at the moment. I have done a few spells but there is still so much to learn." Emily released a small giggle before she answered Stiles' last two questions, "no, I don't have or need a wand and I haven't been to school lately but I'm not going to cheat."

"Boring! What's the point of magic if you can't use it to your advantage for homework?" The Stilinski teenager loudly exclaimed at Emily's last answer. Stiles soon remembered another thing that Scott told him about Mystic Falls before the human boy quickly focused back onto his questions. "Are you really surrounded by vampires?" Stiles excitedly asked.

Emily released a small chuckle as she stared across at the human boy. The Radkova witch was honestly amused by Stiles' constant questions, instead of being annoyed or angry. Emily had always known how curious Stiles could be from their time at the carnival back in the day, so Emily honestly didn't mind Stiles' questions. Emily felt sort of refreshed to talk to someone who wasn't surrounded by the things in her life. It was like she was telling some ancient tale.

"Mystic Falls is practically crawling with vampires," Emily joked as she answered the human boy's question before she added, "we also have werewolves but not that many as of lately."

"Has there always been vampires in Mystic Falls or did they recently start to appear?" The Stilinski teenager curiously inquired as he found himself wanting to know everything about the small town in Virginia.

The Radkova witch shook her head at Stiles' assumption before she explained, "vampires have been a thing for centuries now but vampires, I guess, became a big thing in Mystic Falls in 1864 when Katherine, Elena's doppelganger, came into town." Emily let the human boy absorb the information about vampires for a moment before she added, "she was the one who turned my boyfriend and his brother into a vampire back in the day."

The Stilinski teenager's brown eyes instantly widened at that small detail. "You're dating a vampire!?" Stiles practically screeched as he moved even closer to his computer screen. "Aren't you afraid that he'll bite you one day and drink all of your blood?" The human boy questioned as he was still in shock that Emily was dating a vampire.

Emily released a small chuckle as she shook her head in amusement. "I trust Stefan and his brother, Damon," the Radkova witch murmured with a soft smile as she thought at the vampires in her life. "You probably think about scary and blood hungry creatures when you think about vampires," Emily stated as she pointed her head towards the Dracula poster behind Stiles on the wall before she explained, "they aren't constantly feeding on humans like you would think."

Emily then briefly paused as she thought about Trevor, Cody, and the tomb vampires before she lightly shrugged her shoulders. "Well, I mean, some of them are blood hungry creatures but you can usually tell pretty quickly the good ones from the bad ones," the Radkova witch added. Emily knew it would be a mistake to say vampires weren't dangerous because that would be a major lie. She was just mostly thinking about the vampires that she surrounds herself with, who she always felt safe around.

Stiles slightly shivered at the idea of coming face to face with one of the bad vampires as a human before he quickly pushed that thought away before it could give him nightmares about being drained of his blood. The Stilinski teenager focused back on his curious questions about vampires as he asked like the supernatural enthusiast he was, "what are their abilities like?"

"Well, vampires have enhanced speed, so they are extremely fast," the Radkova witch began to describe the characteristics of a vampire to the human teenager.

"Like how fast?" Stiles quickly interrupted the brunette witch as he hurriedly grabbed a loose piece of paper from his desk and scribbled down some words. Stiles figured it could come in handy if they ever had to face off against a vampire here in Beacon Hills. "Is it like a track athlete fast or like a cheetah?" Stiles inquired.

Emily released a small chuckle at the human teenager's scale of speed. "It's like so fast that you can't even see them moving," the Radkova witch tried to describe the speed of a vampire. "They also have enhanced hearing and super strength," Emily continued to describe a vampire, "they heal quickly from any type of wounds and their blood also helps others heal quickly as well."

The Stilinski teenager furrowed his brows together as he wrote and listened to the information about vampires. "If they heal quickly, how do you stop a vampire?" Stiles curiously inquired. "I know in movies, it's always silver and wood," Stiles mentioned before he asked, "what's the real truth?"

"Vampires kryptonite is wood and vervain," the Radkova witch told the Stilinski human before she further explained, "the way you usually slow down a vampire is by a wooden stake or bullets. The only way you kill them, though, is by piercing their heart with something wooden." Emily briefly paused as she thought about the noble original before she added, "or by ripping out their hearts."

Stiles nodded his head as he quickly wrote down this important information about how to stop a vampire before the Stilinski teenager puzzledly asked, "what is vervain and what does it do?"

"It basically immobilizes them," Emily stated before she further described the herb, "if vervain touches a vampire in some way, it hurts them and slows them down. Also, if a human is wearing vervain or has ingested it in some way, it stops the vampire from being able to compel a human."

"Compel?" Stiles questioned in confusion as he didn't recognize one of the words, "what's that?"

Emily thought for a moment for the right way to describe it to someone who wasn't a part of this side of the supernatural world before she uttered, "it's like mind control. If a vampire is close enough and connects their eyes with a human's, they can tell them to do anything they want - like if a vampire compelled you to jump off a bridge, then you would automatically do it."

Stiles' brown eyes instantly widened as that sounded really familiar. "Ooh!" The Stilinski teenager gasped before he asked the brunette witch, "is that similar to glamouring?"

Now, Emily was on the one to furrow her brows in confusion as she had never heard that word used to describe anything to do with a vampire. "Glamouring..." The Radkova witch uttered the unfamiliar word before she asked the human teenager, "what's glamouring?"

"Well, when Deaton and Scott got back from Mystic Falls, I started asking all kinds of questions about vampires like the curious person I am," Stiles mentioned before he explained, "Deaton told me that there is two types of vampires in the world - type A and type B. Basically, you guys are type A and the type B vampires reside in Bon Temps, Louisiana. Deaton said they were dangerous because they can glamour humans like you described."

"If I'm being honest, I didn't even know there was two types of vampires," Emily muttered with a light chuckle. "But I guess it could be true," the Radkova witch uttered with a light shrug of her shoulders, "it's not like I ever get out of Mystic Falls anyway to see what other supernatural beings are out there."

"You would be surprised what other creatures are out there," Stiles mumbled with a slight shiver as he thought about all of the creatures and evil beings that they had faced in Beacon Hills. "Anyways," the Stilinski teenager uttered as he waved his hand and focused back onto the topic of vampires. "Do vampires have any other weaknesses other than wood and vervain?" Stiles curiously inquired as he swiftly tapped his pen against the edge of his desk.

"Well, it may come to no surprise but the sun is a major enemy to vampires," Emily lightly joked before she added, "but most vampire when they are turned, already know this, so they have a lapis lazuli ring enchanted by a witch and that's how they are able to walk in the daytime. If someone steals the ring or if it's taken off, then they burn up and die."

"Ouch. That doesn't sound like a fun time," Stiles muttered as he mentally imagined someone burning up under the sun.

The Radkova witch released an amused chuckle before she grew serious and told Stiles, "I don't know if you'll ever experience a vampire, but just as a warning, vampires can't come into a house without an invite by the human owner. If you ever wanna see if someone's a vampire, don't say the words 'come in' when someone tries to come into your house because there will be like a physical barrier stopping them from entering."

The Stilinski teenager's brown eyes widened in curiousness at this piece of information. "That's interesting," Stiles mumbled as he quickly scribbled that down on his piece of paper about vampires. "I'll make sure to never say 'come in' for now on, then," the human boy uttered with a chuckle.

"That's probably for the best," Emily commented with her own chuckle. "It's better to be safe than sorry when it comes to vampires," the Radkova witch added. Emily couldn't count how many times her family had accidentally invited a vampire into the Gilbert house and it ended up being the wrong decision.

The calm silence settled between the witch and the human before Emily suddenly recalled another disadvantage to a vampire. "Oh, hey," the Radkova witch called out to Stiles before she mentioned, "another big enemy to vampires is a werewolf bite. The venom from their bite can kill a vampire unless they have the cure."

Stiles' attention was swiftly piqued at the mention of werewolves. Stiles may be surrounded by werewolves but he was curious if they were different from the ones in Beacon Hills. "Speaking of werewolves," the Stilinski human began before he curiously inquired, "what are your werewolves like?"

"Well, there's not a lot of werewolves here in Mystic Falls, so I don't know as much about them," Emily mentioned before she described about the werewolves that she knew, "werewolves here are born werewolves. It's like a family line. My best friend, Tyler, is a werewolf and he always described it as a curse. The only way to actually become a werewolf is if they kill someone and trigger that gene inside of them."

"Why would they say it a curse?" Stiles curiously wondered. The only thing Stiles had ever heard about being a werewolf is that it's a gift - at least that's what Derek calls it.

"Werewolves around here, they can't turn on will," Emily began to explain, "they can only turn into a full werewolf during the full moon and when they do, they have to break every bone in their body." The Radkova witch instantly cringed as she thought of all of the pain that Tyler and Mason had to go through on full moons.

"Damn. Our werewolves have it easy compared to you guys," the Stilinski teenager muttered as he imagined breaking every single bone in his body every month. "That does not sound like fun," Stiles mumbled as a shiver ran down his spine.

"Yeah, it's not pretty," the Radkova witch murmured with a frown.

"Okay, my spine is starting to tickle, so moving on!" Stiles exclaimed as he clapped his hands together to erase those thoughts from his mind. "Do you guys have any other species over there?" The Stilinski human curiously wondered.

"Well, of course you already know about vampires, werewolves, and witches," Emily mentioned before she stated, "we have doppelgangers. Elena and I are doppelgangers of our ancestors from the fourteen hundreds." The Radkova witch lightly shrugged her shoulder with a chuckle before she muttered, "we're pretty basic with our supernatural beings over here. Well, if you add on to the newly turned hybrid of a werewolf and vampire to the list."

Stiles shook his head in disbelief after he had listened to the details of the Mystic Falls. "Vampires sound so interesting," the Stilinski teenager commented before he asked the brunette witch with excitement dripping all throughout his voice, "can I talk to your boyfriend? I would love to learn from an actual vampire."

Emily released a heavy sigh at the thought of her boyfriend. "That's when Mystic Falls stops being some magical place with vampires," the Radkova witch mumbled before she asked Stiles, "you remember how I mentioned werewolf bites are dangerous to vampires?" Emily waited until the human teenager quickly nodded his head before the brunette witch explained, "well, Damon got bit by one and the only way to cure the wound was with Klaus - the hybrid's - blood." The Radkova witch deeply frowned as she mumbled, "and the only way Klaus would give up his blood was if Stefan went with him to God knows where."

"Shit," the Stilinski teenager swore as his brown eyes widened after he heard what was going on with Emily's vampire boyfriend. "I'm guessing this Klaus person is a bad guy, huh?" Stiles questioned, even though he felt like he already knew the answer.

"You have no idea," the Radkova witch mumbled as a deep frown settled on her face. Emily wasn't a very hateful person but she truly hated Klaus. He completely turned her world around and not for the better. He took her twin sister's life, he took her boyfriend, and he forced her aunt into a vampire. Klaus would always be public enemy number one in Emily's book.

The Radkova witch released a humorless chuckle as she focused back onto her laptop screen before she confessed to Stiles with a watery smile, "Klaus is the reason why I'm a witch and why Elena's dead."

The Stilinski teenager's brown eyes immediately widened when he heard about the other Gilbert sister. "What?" Stiles gasped in shock before he quietly asked in disbelief, "E-Elena's dead?"

"Yeah," Emily mumbled as she glanced down to her hands and anxiously played with her fingertips. "The whole reason as to why vampires started coming to Mystic Falls was because there was word about the Sun and the Moon curse," the Radkova witch explained to Stiles after she had taken a deep breath and looked back at the doe eyed boy.

"However, the curse ended up being completely fake," Emily stated as she lightly waved her right hand. "The actual curse was placed on Klaus," the Radkova witch explained, "he's been a dormant hybrid for centuries with only the ability to use his vampire side, instead of as a full vampire and werewolf hybrid."

Emily released a loud scoff and rolled her green eyes as she thought about how Klaus selfishly became a true hybrid before she described it to the human boy, "essentially, he needed a werewolf, a vampire, and a human Petrova doppelganger to break his curse. Long story short, he killed us all and I was lucky enough to have a centuries old witch looking out for my life."

"Damn," Stiles mumbled as he shook his head in disbelief. "I'm really sorry about Elena. I had no idea," the Stilinski teenager mumbled with a deep frown embedded on his face as he thought about the other Gilbert twin.

Stiles may have only spent one night with the Gilbert sisters, but he had enjoyed being with Emily and Elena that night. They were both so similar but also very different. While Emily was a burst of energy and filled with excitement, Elena was quiet but always smiling and following her sister without a second thought. Stiles really wished that he had the opportunity to know Elena better as he felt like they would have been close friends.

"She was a great person," the Stilinski teenager softly told Emily as he looked across at the brunette witch with sorrow in his brown eyes. Stiles gave the eldest Gilbert a chance to get in control of her emotions before he gently asked, "how are you handling her death?" Stiles shook his head before he added, "I know I never lost a sibling since I don't have any, but I know how badly it hurts to lose a close family member."

The Radkova witch shot Stiles a watery smile before she released a humorless chuckle. "Well, I didn't exactly handle the news that great the first time around," Emily mumbled before she recalled those less than pleasant memories, "I kinda of went a little crazy with my magic that I started hurting people with my icy powers." Emily raised her palm up before she conjured up an icicle from her palm to demonstrate it to the human teenager.

"Woah!" Stiles gasped before he quickly moved closer to his computer screen to get a closer look at the icicle. "It's just like Killer Frost in Central City!" The Stilinski teenager exclaimed in amazement as he recalled all the big news reports about the anti hero's powers and appearance. "Does it make your hair turn white or silver?" Stiles curiously inquired as he wondered if Emily and Killer Frost shared any other similarities.

The Radkova witch couldn't help but release an amused chuckle at Stiles' excitement over something that she thought was evil and bad. It was really refreshing view of her icy powers. "I'm sorry, but no," Emily told the eager human boy. "However," the brunette witch began as she brought up her point finger before she stated, "I did go platinum blonde during that time."

The Stilinski teenager lightly shrugged his shoulders before he commented, "eh, close enough." The witch and the human both chuckled together for a moment before Stiles grew serious as he asked Emily, "what are you going to do about Stefan and him being stuck with the hybrid?"

The Radkova witch released a heavy sigh at the thought of her boyfriend and the hybrid, something that she is always worried about. "Well, Klaus thinks I'm dead, so I can't exactly go and find him," Emily explained to the Stilinski teenager with a deep frown settled on her face.

Emily shook her head as she muttered, "no matter how much I want to go chasing after Stefan, I don't even know what I supposed to do or where to look." The Radkova witch looked down to her hand as she let a small flame light onto her palm before Emily added, "honestly, I've been focused so much on my magic to force myself to not think about how my boyfriend is currently stuck with Klaus."

Stiles nodded his head in complete understanding. If Klaus was as dangerous as Emily said he was, it probably would be a bad idea for Emily to go after her boyfriend when she was still a new witch along with the fact that Klaus thought she was dead. "Yeah, that's probably your best bet for now," the Stilinski teenager told Emily before he added, "at least until your strong enough to take on Klaus yourself."

The Radkova witch released one last heavy sigh before she muttered as she lightly waved her hand, "enough about me." Emily knew if she continued to think about Stefan or Klaus right now, she was definitely going to start crying and she didn't need that right now - that would definitely be embarrassing.

"It's your turn!" Emily exclaimed as she shot the Stilinski teenager a grin through her laptop screen. "We don't really get many werewolves here since they are dangerous to vampires," the brunette witch mentioned before she asked Stiles, "what's it like in Beacon Hills? Do you have a lot of werewolves like Scott?"

The Stilinski teenager was honestly excited to talk about supernatural things to someone else that wasn't a werewolf and was interested in it just as much as he is. "Scott is like once in a lifetime being with him as a true alpha," Stiles raved. The human boy waited for Emily to nod her head to know that she was following along before Stiles continued, "we currently have four werewolves after Scott."

Stiles waved his hand as he stated, "they're normal werewolves. Scott is the only special one, I guess you could say." The Stilinski teenager lifted two of his fingers as he uttered, "we have two alpha werewolves - which are Scott and Derek, who have red eyes." Stiles raised up three fingers as he continued, "then we have the betas, who have yellow eyes - those are the members under Derek's pack - Isaac, Erica, and Boyd."

"Are they born werewolves or do they have to break a curse?" The Radkova witch curiously inquired as she thought about what she knew about the werewolves here in Mystic Falls.

Stiles furrowed his brows as he thought for a moment before he shook his head. "Yes and no," the Stilinski teenager answered before he explained when Emily looked at him in confusion, "Derek and his psycho uncle, Peter, are born werewolves. However, Scott and the others were either scratched or bitten to become a werewolf."

"A scratch?" The Radkova witch asked with a small chuckle of disbelief. The biting made sense to Emily but the scratch one sounded like a tale. "Couldn't anyone become a werewolf, then?" Emily inquired with her right eyebrow raised.

Stiles quickly shook his head. "The scratch has to be deep for someone to turn into a werewolf, mostly people are bitten to change, though," the human teenager explained before he added, "sometimes it doesn't even work. If the person doesn't accept the bite or the scratch, then they'll die." Stiles waved his right hand before he murmured, "and then you have Lydia, who defied all the odds."

"What happened with Lydia?" The Radkova witch curiously inquired as she was really interested in what happens over in California versus here in Virginia when it pertains to the supernatural world.

The Stilinski teenager lightly blushed when an image of the beautiful strawberry blonde popped into his head before he quickly pushed it away. "A while back, Peter attacked her at a dance and bit her," Stiles explained, "and it ended up triggering her into a banshee."

Emily green eyes widened in surprise when she heard the familiar name. Emily only used to hear about the banshees when she was younger and Jeremy used to draw different kinds of supernatural beings. "You mean like the wailing woman?" The Radkova witch inquired as she wanted to make sure she heard Stiles correctly.

"Yup," the Stilinski teenager muttered with an amused chuckle at how shocked Emily sounded for something that was very normal in California. "You would be surprised at the types of creatures that appear in Beacon Hills," Stiles told the Radkova witch, "werewolves are nothing compared to the things that pop up around here."

"Damn," Emily swore as she shook her head in disbelief. "I thought we had it bad," the Radkova witch muttered with a small chuckle. Emily honestly never thought about other towns and states having supernatural problems, so she was definitely surprised at what all Beacon Hills had to offer.

"Eh," the Stilinski teenager uttered with a shrug of his shoulders before he stated, "we all have our own problems, I guess." Stiles knew that they struggled a lot in Beacon Hills with the different monsters but he couldn't discredit all of what Emily had told him about Mystic Falls. It seemed like they both had their problems with the supernatural world.

The Radkova witch nodded her head in agreement before she curiously inquired, "are you guys dealing with anything bad right now?"

Stiles shook his head as he released a breath of relief before he told the Radkova witch, "thankfully, everything's pretty calm right now." The Stilinski teenager rolled his brown eyes before he muttered, "everything is so relaxed that Scott's dumbass decided he wanted to get another tattoo tonight."

"Really?" Emily inquired with a hint of surprise in her voice. "I didn't take Scott as a tattoo guy," the Radkova witch commented. Emily knew the true alpha was wearing a flannel shirt when she met him but Scott just didn't look like the type of person to ink his body.

"He already has one on his bicep of two circular bands," the Stilinski teenager told Emily. Stiles placed his palm over his chest as he stated, "personally, I don't like it." The human boy rolled his brown eyes as he muttered, "now this new one, I don't even think he thought it through."

The Radkova witch chuckled in amusement at Stiles' rant before she noticed two figures walking from behind the doe eyed boy. Emily realized it was Scott and a pretty girl. Emily smirked to herself before she decided to have some fun with the Stilinski teenager. "So, I'm guessing you don't like Scott's new tattoo idea?" Emily curiously asked.

"Hell no!" Stiles loudly scoffed. "And if you saw the design, you would think it's stupid, too!" The Stilinski teenager exclaimed. Stiles rolled his brown eyes as he mumbled, "he could at least get something cool like Batman."

"I thought you said you liked my new tattoo idea," the McCall werewolf mumbled with a frown as he came to a stop right behind his best friend's leather chair.

The Stilinski teenager jumped in fright at the voice coming from his bedroom before he swiftly and clumsily turned around and found Scott and Allison standing behind him. "Jesus!" Stiles yelped before he exclaimed as he pressed his hand over his racing heart, "knock next time!" However, a thought suddenly came to Stiles before he swiftly turned back to his computer and pointed his finger at Emily as he asked her, "you knew he was there, didn't you?"

The Radkova witch giggled as she nodded her head. "I'm sorry," Emily apologized as she raised her hands up in innocence before she added, "but I couldn't help myself." Once the human boy started ranting under his breath about him being picked on, Emily glanced around Stiles' body and waved at the true alpha. "Hey, Scott!" The Radkova witch greeted the werewolf.

Scott chuckled at his best friend, who was now pacing up and down his bedroom in irritation, before he walked up to Stiles' computer. "Hey, Emily," the true alpha greeted the witch before Scott asked her, "how are you doing? Are you doing better since the last time we spoke?"

Emily nodded her head with a light but nervous chuckle. "Oh, yeah," the Radkova witch mumbled, "I'm way better than the last time." Emily never wanted to be where she was last time she had seen Scott when she was on the verge of becoming the Wicked Witch of the West. "I'm slowly building up to be the Protector of the Innocence," Emily assured the true alpha.

"That's great!" Scott cheered with a wide grin spread across his lips. "I'm sure Deaton will be happy to hear that," the true alpha stated.

Emily lightly waved her hand as she told the McCall werewolf, "oh, he knows. I've been keeping in contact with Deaton these past few days while I work on my powers." Ever since Bonnie had told her that Deaton was sending things about being a Protector of the Innocence a few days ago, Emily had started emailing and Skyping with the druid about her progress and he gave her a few pointers along the way.

Scott instantly frowned like a lost puppy before he mumbled, "he never mentioned it to me." The McCall werewolf always felt a connection to Emily ever since he learned how the true alphas and protectors of the innocence were practically connected with each other - even more after he had met Emily. There was always a thought in the back of Scott's mind about how Emily was doing and if she was okay ever since they met in person.

The Radkova witch chuckled in amusement at Scott's pouty face before she suddenly remembered the other figure in the room, the pretty girl, when she noticed her moving from behind the true alpha. Emily awkwardly waved her hand as she felt embarrassed that she forgotten about the unfamiliar person before the Radkova witch introduced herself, "hi, I'm Emily Gilbert."

The brunette girl shyly smiled as she slowly approached Stiles' computer screen. "I'm Allison Argent," she introduced herself as she lightly waved her hand as well.

The McCall werewolf instantly wrapped his arm around Allison's shoulder and brought her closer to his chest. "She's my girlfriend," Scott told the Radkova witch with a wide and happy grin stretched across his face.

"Well, it's nice to meet you," Emily told the teenage girl before she joked, "despite it being behind a computer screen."

Allison released a small chuckle before she murmured, "you too." The Argent girl glanced over to her boyfriend before she looked back to Emily and told her, "actually, I've heard a lot about you."

"Oh?" Emily inquired in surprise with her right eyebrow raised. Emily knew she had mentioned her powers and Protector of the Innocence in front of Allison by accident but she was curious if the Argent girl knew what she was talking about.

"Allison knows about the supernatural," Stiles assured the Radkova witch once he was finally done with his ranting and had stopped pacing his bedroom. "Her whole family are werewolf hunters," the Stilinski teenager informed Emily as he took a seat back in leather rolling chair.

"Oh," the Radkova witch murmured as her green eyes widened in surprise. "Really?" Emily inquired as she focused her gaze onto to Allison, "and you're dating a werewolf?" Emily knew she had to deal with the same thing when John was killing vampires while her boyfriend was a vampire but Emily couldn't imagine what Allison has to go through when she has a whole family, who hunts people like Scott.

"Trust me, it isn't easy," Allison told the brunette girl with a small chuckle. The Argent teenager looked up at Scott with a loving smile as she squeezed his waist before she looked back over to Emily and softly murmured, "but it's worth it."

The Radkova witch watched the hunter and werewolf couple with a small smile shinning across her face. Emily was happy to know that couples could actually survive their crazy supernatural lives. "Well, I guess you know I'm a witch, then," Emily uttered with a light chuckle as she focused onto their previous conversation.

Allison nodded her head as she silently answered the brunette's question. "I honestly never even thought witches were a real thing," the Argent teenager uttered before she told Emily with a grin, "but that's really cool." Allison lightly bumped her hip into Scott's before she joked, "I bet you could out trick any of these werewolves around here."

The Radkova witch giggled in amusement as she watched as Scott gasped at his girlfriend while Stiles was bent over laughing. "Oh, I'm gonna like you," Emily uttered as she widely grinned over at the hunter.

Allison giggled before she nodded her head in agreement. "I think we'll get along perfectly," the Argent girl murmured with her own wide grin.

"Yeah, no!" The Stilinski teenager loudly exclaimed as he pushed Allison away from his computer screen. "I met Emily first," Stiles practically screeched before he told the Argent girl, "so, "find your own friend!"

"Well, I did bring her back," Scott mentioned before he jokingly uttered, "so I think I get the best friend spot." The McCall werewolf pointed between himself and Emily through the computer screen before he added, "besides, we've been connected for centuries."

"Well, girl power always win," Allison exclaimed as she jumped into the argument with the two boys. The Argent girl shot the Radkova witch a wink before she murmured, "so, I believe Emily is mine."

The Radkova witch chuckled in amusement after she had watched the werewolf, the human, and the hunter playfully argue with one another with a grin playing on her face. "I'll let you guys decided that on your own," Emily stated as she raised her hands up in innocence.

"Emily!" The Stilinski teenager loudly whined before he begged the Radkova witch, "tell them you're my best friend!" Stiles was so lucky his dad was at the station or he would have gotten chewed out for being so loud right now.

The McCall werewolf rolled his brown eyes at his best friend and his whining before he glanced down to his cell phone when it started to vibrate. "We should get going," the true alpha told Stiles and Allison after he saw what time it was before he mentioned, "Derek promised to meet us at the tattoo shop at ten and he said he would leave if we weren't there on time."

The Stilinski teenager instantly rolled his brown eyes at the thought of the impatient sourwolf before he muttered, "of course he did."

Allison lightly chuckled at the human boy before she pushed Stiles out of his desk chair and ordered, "stop complaining and go put on a jacket." The Argent girl waited until Stiles was out of the way before Allison leaned down in front of Stilinski boy's computer. "I'll get your number from Scott later, so we can keep in touch," Allison told the Radkova witch with a grin playing on her lips.

Emily nodded her head in agreement with her own grin shining across her face as she loved the idea of getting to talk to Allison again. "I'll talk to you guys later," the Radkova witch told the couple as she knew that they needed to get going. "Good luck on your new tattoo. Send me a pic when it's finished," Emily told the true alpha before she joked, "I'm sure it won't be as bad as Stiles says it is."

The McCall werewolf released a small chuckle as he playfully rolled his eyes at what his best friend had previously said about his new tattoo. "I will," Scott promised the Radkova witch before he told Emily, "stay safe and I'll talk to you later."

Emily nodded her head before she decided to inform the true alpha as she recalled how pouty he gotten before. "I'm supposed to have a video call with Deaton in the morning," the Radkova witch hinted before she uttered with a chuckle, "so, I'm sure I will."

Scott released a small huff from the fact that he didn't know about this scheduled video call before he mumbled with a pout, "at least someone tells me, unlike Deaton." The true alpha definitely needed to have a conversation with his boss tomorrow about this. He wanted to be in the know about Emily, too.

The Radkova witch chuckled in amusement at the pouty wolf. Scott was definitely meant to be a werewolf with how he looked like a little puppy.

Emily looked over to the far right of Stiles' video call to where she had seen him walk towards, Emily figured it was his closet, before she called out to him, "I'll talk to you later, Stilinski! Stay out of trouble!"

"Bye, Frosty!" Stiles loudly shouted from the inside of his closet as he hurriedly tried to find his red zip-up jacket.

Emily playfully rolled her green eyes at Stiles' nickname for her before she focused back onto the grinning Allison and Scott. The Radkova witch waved goodbye to the werewolf and the hunter one last time with her own grin before she ended the Skype call.

After closing her laptop, Emily leaned back in her bed with a sigh of content. The Radkova witch felt happy that she got the chance to talk to Stiles and Scott along with getting the chance to meet Allison as well. They were all good people, who were just wrapped in the supernatural world like she is.

Emily had a good feeling that she was going to have a tight relationship with the trio in the future. Emily could always use more people, who she could trust in this crazy world, and she was glad to welcome Scott, Stiles, and Allison into her life.
